본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 팬티 본체와, 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 형성되어 음경 및 음낭이 수용되는 수용부를 포함하고, 상기 수용부는 상기 팬티 본체의 전방으로 돌출되게 형성되고 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 접합되는 제1수용시트와, 상기 제1수용시트의 후면에 제1수용시트와 별도로 형성되어 음경과 음낭이 직접 접촉되는 제2수용시트를 포함하며, 상기 제2수용시트의 하면에는 음낭을 들어올려 음낭과 음경이 동시에 상기 팬티 본체의 전방을 향하도록 위치시키는 음낭 받침부가 형성되어 음경과 음낭이 동시에 전방으로 돌출되도록 하여 볼륨감을 더욱 크게 할 수 있어 팬티를 입은 남성에게 자신감을 부여할 수 있다.

Description

남성용 기능성 팬티
본 발명은 음경이 수용되는 음낭 수용부 및 음낭이 수용되는 음낭 수용부가 구비되어 음경과 음낭을 편안하게 수용할 수 있고 음경과 음낭 사이 및 음경과 음낭이 신체와 접촉되는 것을 막을 수 있는 남성용 기능성 팬티에 관한 것이다.
최근에는 옷맵시 등이 강조되는 추세에 따라 남성용 팬티의 경우도 착용시 인체에 밀착되도록 형성되는 경향이 있다. 이러한 남성용 팬티를 착용할 경우에는, 음경 및 음낭이 팬티의 탄력에 의해 상호 밀착되거나 허벅지에 닿은 상태로 되어 음낭의 온도를 상승시키게 되고 고환 및 부고환의 정자의 생성 및 배양능력을 저하시킬 뿐만 아니라 습기로 인하여 낭습증 및 습진 등을 유발시키게 되는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 고려하여 음경 및 음낭이 팬티로부터 압박을 받지 아니하고 자연상태로 분리 수용되도록 한 남성용 기능성 팬티가 고안되어 있다.
종래의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 공개실용신안공보 20-2013-0005565(2013년 09월 25일)에 개시된 바와 같이, 상단 테두리에 밴드가 형성되고 양측 하부에 다리관통공이 형성되며, 상부 중앙에 위치한 재봉선 부분의 앞쪽면과 안쪽면에 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 음경주머니와, 하부에 위치하여 바깥쪽으로 돌출되게 형성되는 음낭주머니로 이루어지고, 음낭주머니는 중앙에는 재봉선이 종으로 박음질되고 양측에는 재봉선이 종에서 횡으로 연속하여 박음질되도록 이루어진다.
이와 같은 종래의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 팬티의 전방으로 음경만 돌출되기 때문에 음경이 비교적 작은 남성의 경우 자신감을 상실하는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 팬티 본체의 전면에 음경과 음낭이 수용되는 수용부를 구비하여 음경과 음낭이 허벅지 등의 신체와 접촉되는 것을 방지하여 성기능 강화 및 위생성을 향상시킬 수 있는 남성용 기능성 팬티를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 팬티 본체의 수용부에 음낭을 들어올려주는 음낭 받침부를 구비하여 팬티 본체의 전방으로 음경과 더블어 음낭이 볼록하게 돌출되도록 함으로써, 남성에게 자신감을 부여할 수 있는 남성용 기능성 팬티를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 팬티 본체에 제1수용시트와 제1수용시트의 후면에 배치되는 제2수용시트를 구비하고, 제1수용시트에 음낭이 수용되도록 하여 음낭을 보다 시원한 상태로 수용할 수 있고, 제2수용시트에 음경이 수용되도록 하여 음경과 음낭 사이를 보다 확실하게 구획함과 아울러 음경에 묻은 잔여물이 팬티 본체의 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 남성용 기능성 팬티를 제공하는 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 팬티 본체와, 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 형성되어 음경 및 음낭이 수용되는 수용부를 포함하고, 상기 수용부는 상기 팬티 본체의 전방으로 돌출되게 형성되고 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 접합되는 제1수용시트와, 상기 제1수용시트의 후면에 제1수용시트와 별도로 형성되어 음경과 음낭이 직접 접촉되는 제2수용시트를 포함하고, 상기 제2수용시트에는 음낭을 들어올려 음낭과 음경이 동시에 상기 팬티 본체의 전방을 향하도록 위치시키는 음낭 받침부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제1수용시트는 상기 팬티 본체와 동일한 재질로 형성되고 볼륨감을 줄 수 있도록 볼록부를 갖는 좌측시트 및 우측시트를 상호 접합하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제2수용시트는 그 상면에 형성되어 제1수용시트의 상면과 같이 접합되는 상면 접합부와, 그 양쪽 측면에 형성되어 상기 제1수용시트의 양쪽 측면과 같이 접합되는 측면 접합부와, 그 하면에 접합되지 않는 형태로 형성되고, 음낭을 들어 올려주는 음낭 받침부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 음낭 받침부는 상기 음낭이 수용되도록 볼록한 형태로 형성되는 볼록부와, 상기 볼록부에서 연장되고 상측방향을 향하도록 형성되어 음낭의 뒷부분을 받쳐주어 음낭을 들어올려주는 지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 지지부의 길이(L2)는 제1수용시트의 하단 길이(L1)보다 짧게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 지지부에는 음낭을 지지하는 지지 밴드가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 남성 기능성 팬티는 팬티 본체와, 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 형성되어 음경 및 음낭이 수용되는 수용부를 포함하고, 상기 수용부는 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 접합되고 음낭이 직접 접촉되는 제1수용시트와, 상기 제1수용시트의 후면에 제1수용시트와 별도로 형성되고 음경이 직접 접촉되는 제2수용시트를 포함하며, 상기 제2수용시트의 하면에는 음경을 들어올려 음낭과 음경 사이를 구획하는 음경 받침부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제1수용시트에는 음경이 수용되는 제1볼록부와, 음낭이 수용되는 제2볼록부와, 상기 제1볼록부와 제2볼록부 사이에 형성되어 음경과 음낭 사이를 구획하는 오목부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제2수용시트는 그 상면 및 양쪽 측면이 각각 상기 팬티 본체에 접합되고, 그 하면은 상기 팬티 본체와 분리되고 그 끝부분이 상측방향으로 향하는 음경 받침부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 음경 받침부에는 그 길이방향으로 음경을 지지하는 지지밴드가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 음경 받침부는 상기 오목부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제1수용시트는 상기 팬티 본체의 전면 중앙에 봉재되고 음경이 수용되는 음경 수용부와, 상기 음경 수용부의 하측에 배치되고 음낭이 수용되는 음낭 수용부와, 상기 음경 수용부와 음낭 수용수를 구획하는 구획부를 포함하고, 상기 음경 수용부는 음경이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 접혀진 상태로 형성되는 제1주름부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 제1주름부는 상하방향으로 접혀지게 형성되고, 음경 수용부의 중앙에서 좌측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 좌측 주름부와, 상기 음경 수용부의 중앙에서 우측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 우측 주름부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 좌측 주름부와 우측 주름부 사이는 음경이 수용되는 입구를 형성하도록 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 좌측 주름부 및 우측 주름부 사이는 상호 접촉되게 배치되고 착용하면 좌측 주름부 및 우측 주름부 사이가 벌어지면서 음경이 수용되는 입구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 음경 수용부의 상면과 하면에는 좌측 주름부를 형성하기 위해 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 좌측 접합부와, 우측 주름부를 형성하기 위해 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 우측 접합부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 음낭 수용부는 음낭이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 주름진 형태로 형성되는 제2주름부가 형성되고, 상기 제2주름부는 상기 음낭 수용부의 중앙에서 좌측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 좌측 주름부와, 상기 음낭 수용부의 중앙에서 우측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 우측 주름부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 음낭 수용부는 음낭이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 주름진 형태로 형성되는 제2주름부가 형성되고, 상기 제2주름부는 상기 음낭 수용부의 중심에서 상측방향으로 치우친 위치에 수평방향으로 형성되는 상측 주름부와, 상기 음낭 수용부의 중심에서 하측방향으로 치우진 위치에 형성되는 하측 주름부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 팬티 본체의 전면에 음경과 음낭이 수용되는 수용부를 구비하여 음경과 음낭이 허벅지 등의 신체와 접촉되는 것을 방지하여 성기능 강화 및 위생성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 팬티 본체의 수용부에 음낭을 들어올려주는 음낭 받침부를 구비하여 팬티 본체의 전방으로 음경과 더블어 음낭이 볼록하게 돌출되도록 함으로써, 남성에게 자신감을 부여할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 남성용 기능성 팬티는 제1수용시트와 제1수용시트의 후면에 배치되는 제2수용시트를 구비하고, 제1수용시트에 음낭이 수용되도록 하여 음낭을 보다 시원한 상태로 수용할 수 있고, 제2수용시트에 음경이 수용되도록 하여 음경과 음낭 사이를 보다 확실하게 구획함과 아울러 음경에 묻은 잔여물이 팬티 본체의 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 남성용 기능성 팬티는 팬티 본체(10)와, 팬티 본체(10)의 전방에 형성되어 음경(100)과 음낭(110)이 수용되는 수용부(20)를 포함한다.
팬티 본체(10)는 그 전면에 음경(100)과 음낭(110)이 수용되는 수용부(20)가 형성되고, 팬티 본체(10)의 상측에는 허리를 감싸는 밴드(12)가 장착되고, 그 하측은 양 갈래로 분리되어 다리가 통과하는 다리 통과홀(14)이 형성된다.
이러한 팬티 본체(10)는 사각 박스의 형태의 팬티가 적용될 수 있고, 삼각 팬티 형태가 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 팬티가 어떠한 형태이든지 모든 남성용 팬티에 적용이 가능하다.
수용부(20)는 팬티 본체(10)의 전면에 전방을 향하여 볼록하게 돌출되게 형성되는 제1수용시트(22)와, 제1수용시트(22)의 내측에 제1수용시트(22)와 별도로 형성되어 음경(100)과 음낭(110)이 직접 접촉되는 제2수용시트(24)를 포함한다. 즉, 수용부(20)는 팬티 본체(10)의 전면에 제1수용시트(22)가 형성되고, 제1수용시트(22)의 내측에 제2수용시트(24)가 형성되는 이중 구조를 갖는다.
제1수용시트(22)는 팬티 본체(10)와 동일한 재질로 형성되고 팬티 본체(10)의 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출될 수 있도록 팬티 본체(10)의 전면에 봉재 또는 접합에 의해 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 제1수용시트(22)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 좌측에 배치되는 좌측시트(42)와, 우측에 배치되는 우측시트(44)로 구성되고, 좌측시트(42)와 우측시트(44)에 볼록부(46)가 형성되며, 좌측시트(42)와 우측시트를 상호 접합하면 볼록부에 의해 전방으로 볼록한 형태로 형성된다.
또한, 제1수용시트(22)는 주름부를 형성하여 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출되는 형태를 가질 수 있다. 즉, 제1수용시트의 중앙부분을 주름진 형태로 형성하여 볼륨을 줄 수 있고, 제1수용시트의 가장자리 중 적어도 하나를 접어서 볼륨을 줄 수 있다.
이러한 제1수용시트(22)는 팬티 본체(10)와 다른 재질 즉, 팬티 본체(10)에 비해 탄성 변형률이 큰 섬유재질로 형성하여 볼록한 형태를 만들 수 있다. 제1수용시트(22)는 팬티 본체(10)의 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출되는 형태를 형성할 수 있는 방법이면 어떠한 방법도 적용이 가능하다.
제2수용시트(24)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 음경(100)과 음낭(110)이 직접 접촉되는 시트로서, 그 상면 및 양쪽 측면만 팬티 본체(10)에 접합되고 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출되는 형태를 갖는다. 이러한 제2수용시트(24)는 그 표면이 기모 처리되어 천의 표면에 보풀이 일어나게 하여 부드러운 털을 형성하여 직접 접촉되는 음경(100)과 음낭(110)을 보다 편안하고 부드럽게 수용할 수 있도록 한다.
제2수용시트(24)는 그 상면에 형성되어 제1수용시트(22)의 상면과 같이 팬티 본체(10)에 접합되는 상면 접합부(52)와, 그 양쪽 측면에 형성되어 제1수용시트(22)의 양쪽 측면과 같이 팬티 본체(10)에 접합되는 측면 접합부(54)와, 그 하면에 형성되어 접합되지 않고 자유로운 형태이며, 제1수용시트(22)의 하면 길이에 비해 길이가 짧게 형성되어 음낭(110)을 들어올려주는 음낭 받침부(30)를 포함한다.
음낭 받침부(30)는 음낭(110)이 수용되도록 볼록한 형태로 형성되는 볼록부(32)와, 볼록부(32)에서 연장되고 상측방향을 향하도록 형성되어 음낭(110)의 뒷부분을 받쳐주어 음낭을 들어올려주는 지지부(34)를 포함한다.
즉, 음낭(110)의 뒷부분을 지지부(34)가 받쳐주고 볼록부(32)에 음낭(110)이 삽입되어 음낭(110)이 지지부(34)에 의해 들어올려진 상태로 되고 볼록부(32)에 편안하게 수용된다.
여기에서, 지지부(34)는 제1수용시트(22)의 하단 길이(L1)에 비해 그 길이(L2)가 짧게 형성되므로 그 끝부분이 상측방향으로 들어올려진 형태가 되어 제2수용시트(24)의 내측에 일정 볼륨을 갖는 볼록부(32)가 형성된다.
음낭(110)이 볼록부(32)에 삽입되고 지지부(34)에 의해 들어올려진 상태로 되면 음낭(110)이 사타구니 등 신체와 접촉되는 것을 방지함과 아울러 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출된 형태로 되어 남성미를 향상시킬 수 있다.
지지부(34)에는 지지밴드(62)가 장착되어 음경(110)을 지지해주는 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 지지밴드(62)는 탄성력을 갖는 탄성밴드가 사용될 수 있고, 탄성력이 없는 비탄성밴드도 적용이 가능하다.
음경(100)이 왜소한 남성의 경우 음경(100)에 의해 팬티의 전방으로 돌출되는 볼륨이 작기 때문에 다른 사람들이 바라볼때 다소 위축될 우려가 있다. 본 실시예에 따른 남성팬티는 음경(100)과 음낭(110)이 동시에 전방으로 돌출되기 때문에 볼륨감을 더욱 크게 할 수 있어 팬티를 입은 남성에게 자신감을 부여할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 남성팬티의 단면도이고, 도 6은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 남성 팬티의 수용부의 후면도이다.
제2실시예에 따른 남성팬티의 수용부(70)는 팬티 본체(10)의 전면에 전방을 향하여 볼록하게 돌출되게 형성되는 제1수용시트(72)와, 제1수용시트(72)의 내측에 제1수용시트(72)와 별도로 형성되어 음경(100)이 직접 접촉되고 음경을 상측방향으로 들어올려주는 역할을 하는 제2수용시트(74)를 포함한다.
제1수용시트(72)는 좌측에 배치되는 좌측시트(76)와, 좌측시트(76)와 봉재 또는 접합되고 우측에 배치되는 우측시트(78)를 포함한다.
좌측시트(76)와 우측시트(78)는 팬티 본체(10)와 동일한 재질로 형성될 수 있고, 팬티 본체(10)에 비해 신축성이 높은 탄성력을 갖는 섬유로 형성될 수 있다.
좌측시트(76)와 우측시트(78)를 상호 접합하는 접합부에는 볼록하게 돌출되어 음경(100)이 수용되는 제1볼록부(82)와, 제1볼록부(82)의 하측으로 음경과 음낭을 구획하도록 오목하게 들어간 형태로 형성되는 오목부(84)와, 오목부(84)의 하측으로 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출되어 음낭(110)이 수용되는 제2볼록부(86)가 형성된다.
이와 같이, 제1볼록부(82), 오목부(84) 및 제2볼록부(86)를 형성할 수 있도록 좌측시트(76)와 우측시트(78)의 마주보는 면은 곡면 형태로 형성된다.
좌측시트(72)는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 그 일면에 전방으로 돌출되는 제1볼록면(90)과, 제1볼록면(90)의 하측에 형성되고 전방으로 돌출되는 제2볼록면(91)과, 제1볼록면(90)과 제2볼록면(91) 사이에 형성되어 음경(100)과 음낭(110) 사이를 구획하는 제1오목면(93)을 갖는다.
그리고, 우측시트(74)는 그 일면에 제1볼록면(90)과 상호 접합되어 제1볼록부(82)를 형성하는 제3볼록면(94)과, 제2볼록면(91)과 상호 접합되어 제2볼록부(86)를 형성하는 제4볼록면(95)과, 제1오목면(93)과 상호 접합되어 오목부(84)를 형성하는 제2오목면(96)을 갖는다.
이와 같은 제1수용시트(72)는 제1볼록부(82)에 음경(100)이 수용되고, 제2볼록부(86)에 음낭(110)이 수용되며, 오목부(84)가 음경(100)과 음낭(110) 사이를 구획하는 구획부 역할을 하게 된다.
제2수용시트(74)는 음경이 수용되는 시트로서, 음경이 세워진 상태로 수용될 수 있도록 전방으로 볼록한 형태로 형성되고, 음경을 보다 편안하게 수용할 수 있도록 탄성 변형률이 팬티 본체에 비해 크게 형성된다.
이러한 제2수용시트(74)의 하면에는 음경의 뒷부분을 받쳐주어 음경과 음낭을 구획할 수 있도록 음경 받침부(75)가 형성된다.
제2수용시트(74)는 그 상면 및 양쪽 측면이 각각 팬티 본체(10)에 접합되고, 그 하면은 팬티 본체(10)와 분리되고 그 끝부분에 상측방향으로 향하는 음경 받침부(75)가 형성된다.
음경 받침부(75)에는 그 길이방향으로 음경을 지지하는 지지밴드가 장착될 수 있다. 이러한 음경 받침부(75)는 오목부(84)에 위치되어 음경의 뒷부분을 받쳐준다.
이와 같이, 제2실시예에 따른 남성팬티의 수용부는 제2수용시트에 음경이 수용됨으로써, 음경에 묻은 이물질이 팬티 본체의 외부에서 보이는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 음경을 편안하게 수용할 수 있으며, 음경과 음낭 사이를 구획할 수 있다.

도 8 내지 도 11를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 기능성 팬티의 수용부는 팬티 본체(10)의 전면에 전방을 향하여 볼록하게 돌출되게 형성되는 제1수용시트(120)와, 제1수용시트(120)의 내측에 제1수용시트(120)와 별도로 형성되어 음경(100)과 음낭(110)이 직접 접촉되는 제2수용시트를 포함한다.
제2수용시트는 제1실시예에 설명한 제2수용시트(24) 또는 제2실시예에서 설명한 제2수용시트(74)가 적용될 수 있다.
제1수용시트(120)는 팬티 본체(10)의 전면 중앙에 봉재되고 음경(100)이 수용되는 음경 수용부(122)와, 음경 수용부(122)의 하측에 배치되고 음낭(110)이 수용되는 음낭 수용부(124)와, 음경 수용부(122)와 음낭 수용수(124)를 구획하는 구획부(126)를 포함한다.
제1수용시트(120)는 팬티 본체(10)의 전면에 접합되기 때문에 제1수용시트(120)의 가장자리에는 팬티 본체(10)에 접합되는 접합선(130)이 형성된다.
여기에서, 접합선(130)은 재봉에 의해 형성되거나 접착에 의해 형성될 수 있다.
구획부(126)는 음경 수용부(122)와 음낭 수용부(124) 사이를 구획하여 음경 수용부(122)에 수용된 음경(100)과 음낭 수용부(124)에 수용된 음낭(110)이 서로 접촉되는 것을 방지한다. 이러한 구획부(126)는 일정 탄성력을 갖는 탄성 밴드, 와이어 등 다양한 형태가 사용될 수 있다.
이러한 제1수용시트(120)는 음경(100) 및 음낭(110)이 충분히 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 전방으로 볼록하게 돌출되는 형태를 갖게 되고, 이러한 볼록한 형태를 형성할 수 있도록 본 실시예에서는 음경 수용부(122)에 제1주름부(132,134)를 형성하고, 음낭 수용부(124)에 제2주름부(142,144)를 형성한다.
즉, 음경 수용부(122)의 상면과 하면을 일정 구간에서 접은 상태로 팬티 본체(10)에 접합하면 음경 수용부(122)는 상하방향으로 제1주름부(132,134)가 형성된다.
제1주름부(132,134)는 상하방향으로 형성되고 음경 수용부(122)의 중앙에서 좌측으로 치우친 위치에 형성되는 좌측 주름부(132)와, 음경 수용부(122)의 중앙에서 우측으로 치우친 위치에 형성되는 우측 주름부(134)로 구성된다.
이와 같은 제1주름부(132,134)는 남성의 대부분 음경(100)이 좌측으로 기울어진 것을 감안하여 좌측으로 기울어진 음경(100)을 보다 편안하게 수용할 수 있도록 그 하면은 음경 수용부(122)의 중앙에 위치되고, 상측방향으로 갈수록 좌측으로 기울어진 경사진 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
음경 수용부(122)에는 좌측 주름부(132)를 형성하기 위해 음경 수용부(122)의 상면 및 하면이 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 좌측 접합부(152,154)가 형성되고, 우측 주름부(134)를 형성하기 위해 음경 수용부(122)의 상면 및 하면이 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 우측 접합부(156,158)가 형성된다.
음경(100)은 좌측 주름부(132)와 우측 주름부(134) 사이의 공간에 수용되고, 좌측 주름부(132)가 음경(100)의 좌측 부분을 지지해주고, 우측 주름부(134)가 음경(100)의 우측 부분을 지지해주어 음경(100)이 좌측이나 우측으로 기울어지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 음경 수용부(122)는 좌측 주름부(132) 및 우측 주름부(134)를 형성하여 음경(100)이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보함과 아울러 좌측 주름부(132)에 음경(100)의 좌측이 지지되고, 우측 주름부(134)에 음경(100)의 우측이 지지되어 음경(100)이 기울어지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
음낭 수용부(124)는 수직방향으로 제2주름부(142,144)가 형성되어 음낭이 수용되는 공간을 확보함과 아울러 음낭의 양쪽 측면을 지지해주어 음낭(110)이 음낭 수용부(124)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
제2주름부(142,144)는 음낭 수용부(124)의 중앙에서 좌측으로 치우친 위치에 형성되는 좌측 주름부(142)와, 음낭 수용부(124)의 중앙에서 우측으로 치우친 위치에 형성되는 우측 주름부(144)로 구성된다.
음낭 수용부(124)에는 좌측 주름부(142)를 형성하기 위해 음낭 수용부(124)의 상면 및 하면이 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 좌측 접합부(162,164)가 형성되고, 우측 주름부(144)를 형성하기 위해 음낭 수용부(124)의 상면 및 하면이 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 우측 접합부(166,168)가 형성된다.
이와 같은, 음낭 수용부(124)는 좌측 주름부(142) 및 우측 주름부(144) 사이 공간에 음낭(110)이 수용되고, 음낭(110)이 음낭 수용부(124)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
도 12는 본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 남성용 기능성 팬티의 수용부의 정면도이고, 도 13은 본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 남성 기능성 팬티의 음경 수용부의 일부 사시도이다.
제4실시예에 따른 제1수용시트(120)는 음낭 수용부(122)의 좌측 주름부(132)와 우측 주름부(134) 사이가 서로 접촉되게 배치되는 구조를 갖는다.
즉, 좌측 주름부(132)와 우측 주름부(134) 사이가 거의 접촉되는 상태로 배치되므로 음경(100)이 수용되는 공간을 크게 형성할 수 있다.
이와 같은 제4실시예에 따른 음경 수용부(122)는 좌측 주름부(132)와 우측 주름부(134) 사이가 거의 접촉된 상태로 되고 팬티를 착용하면 좌측 주름부(132)와 우측 주름부(134) 사이가 벌어지면서 음경(100)이 삽입되는 입구가 형성된다.
제2실시예에 따른 음낭 수용부(124) 역시 음경 수용부(122)와 마찬가지로 좌측 주름부(142)와 우측 주름부(144) 사이가 서로 접촉되게 배치될 수 있다.
도 14는 본 발명의 제5실시예에 따른 제1수용시트의 평면도이다.
제5실시예에 따른 제1수용시트(120)의 음경 수용부(122) 및 구획부(126)는 제3실시에에서 설명한 음경 수용부(122) 및 구획부(126)와 동일하다.
제5실시예에 따른 음낭 수용부(124)의 제2주름부(172,174)는 음낭 수용부(124)의 중앙에서 상측방향으로 치우친 위치에 수평하게 형성되는 상측 주름부(172)와, 음낭 수용부(124)의 중앙에서 하측방향으로 치우친 위치에 수평하게 형성되는 하측 주름부(174)를 포함한다.
여기에서, 제2주름부(172,174)는 두 개 이상으로 형성되는 것도 가능하다.
음낭 수용부(124)에는 상측 주름부(172)를 형성하기 위해 음낭 수용부(124)의 양쪽 측면이 접혀진 상태로 재봉되는 상측 접합부(182,184)가 형성되고, 하측 주름부(174)를 형성하기 위해 음낭 수용부(124)의 양쪽 측면이 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 하측 접합부(186,188)가 형성된다.
이상에서는 본 발명을 특정의 바람직한 실시예를 예를 들어 도시하고 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며 본 발명의 정신을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변경과 수정이 가능할 것이다.
본 발명은 남성용 팬티에 음낭과 음경이 수용되는 수용부를 구비하여 음경과 음낭을 서로 분리하고, 음경과 음낭이 신체에 접촉되는 것을 방지할 수 있어 정자의 생성 및 배양능력을 향상시키고 습기로 인한 각종 질병을 방지할 수 있으며, 착용감이 좋은 남성용 팬티를 제공한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 팬티 본체; 및
    상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 형성되어 음경 및 음낭이 수용되는 수용부를 포함하고,
    상기 수용부는 상기 팬티 본체의 전방으로 돌출되게 형성되고 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 접합되는 제1수용시트와,
    상기 제1수용시트의 후면에 제1수용시트와 별도로 형성되어 음경과 음낭이 직접 접촉되는 제2수용시트를 포함하고,
    상기 제2수용시트에는 음낭을 들어올려 음낭과 음경이 동시에 상기 팬티 본체의 전방을 향하도록 위치시키는 음낭 받침부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수용시트는 상기 팬티 본체와 동일한 재질로 형성되고 볼륨감을 줄 수 있도록 볼록부를 갖는 좌측시트 및 우측시트를 상호 접합하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2수용시트는 그 상면에 형성되어 제1수용시트의 상면과 같이 접합되는 상면 접합부와,
    그 양쪽 측면에 형성되어 상기 제1수용시트의 양쪽 측면과 같이 접합되는 측면 접합부와,
    그 하면에 접합되지 않는 형태로 형성되고, 음낭을 들어 올려주는 음낭 받침부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 음낭 받침부는 상기 음낭이 수용되도록 볼록한 형태로 형성되는 볼록부와, 상기 볼록부에서 연장되고 상측방향을 향하도록 형성되어 음낭의 뒷부분을 받쳐주어 음낭을 들어올려주는 지지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부의 길이(L2)는 제1수용시트의 하단 길이(L1)보다 짧게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부에는 음낭을 지지하는 지지 밴드가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  7. 팬티 본체; 및
    상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 형성되어 음경 및 음낭이 수용되는 수용부를 포함하고,
    상기 수용부는 상기 팬티 본체의 전면에 접합되고 음낭이 직접 접촉되는 제1수용시트와,
    상기 제1수용시트의 후면에 제1수용시트와 별도로 형성되고 음경이 직접 접촉되는 제2수용시트를 포함하며,
    상기 제2수용시트의 하면에는 음경을 들어올려 음낭과 음경 사이를 구획하는 음경 받침부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수용시트에는 음경이 수용되는 제1볼록부와, 음낭이 수용되는 제2볼록부와, 상기 제1볼록부와 제2볼록부 사이에 형성되어 음경과 음낭 사이를 구획하는 오목부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  9. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제2수용시트는 그 상면 및 양쪽 측면이 각각 상기 팬티 본체에 접합되고, 그 하면은 상기 팬티 본체와 분리되고 그 끝부분이 상측방향으로 향하는 음경 받침부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 음경 받침부에는 그 길이방향으로 음경을 지지하는 지지밴드가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  11. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 음경 받침부는 상기 오목부에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1수용시트는 상기 팬티 본체의 전면 중앙에 봉재되고 음경이 수용되는 음경 수용부와, 상기 음경 수용부의 하측에 배치되고 음낭이 수용되는 음낭 수용부와, 상기 음경 수용부와 음낭 수용수를 구획하는 구획부를 포함하고,
    상기 음경 수용부는 음경이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 접혀진 상태로 형성되는 제1주름부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 제1주름부는 상하방향으로 접혀지게 형성되고, 음경 수용부의 중앙에서 좌측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 좌측 주름부와, 상기 음경 수용부의 중앙에서 우측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 우측 주름부를 포함하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 좌측 주름부와 우측 주름부 사이는 음경이 수용되는 입구를 형성하도록 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  15. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 좌측 주름부 및 우측 주름부 사이는 상호 접촉되게 배치되고 착용하면 좌측 주름부 및 우측 주름부 사이가 벌어지면서 음경이 수용되는 입구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  16. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 음경 수용부의 상면과 하면에는 좌측 주름부를 형성하기 위해 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 좌측 접합부와, 우측 주름부를 형성하기 위해 접혀진 상태로 접합되는 우측 접합부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  17. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 음낭 수용부는 음낭이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 주름진 형태로 형성되는 제2주름부가 형성되고,
    상기 제2주름부는 상기 음낭 수용부의 중앙에서 좌측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 좌측 주름부와, 상기 음낭 수용부의 중앙에서 우측으로 치우친 위치에 수직방향으로 형성되는 우측 주름부를 포함하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
  18. 제17항에 있어서,
    상기 음낭 수용부는 음낭이 수용될 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 주름진 형태로 형성되는 제2주름부가 형성되고,
    상기 제2주름부는 상기 음낭 수용부의 중심에서 상측방향으로 치우친 위치에 수평방향으로 형성되는 상측 주름부와, 상기 음낭 수용부의 중심에서 하측방향으로 치우진 위치에 형성되는 하측 주름부를 포함하는 남성용 기능성 팬티.
