Abstract
Description
図1に、本発明の第1実施形態に係る流体圧システム1Aを示す。本実施形態の流体圧システム1Aは、液圧によりシリンダ5を駆動するものであり、圧力源として液圧ポンプ21が採用されている。ただし、流体圧システム1Aは、液圧ポンプ21の代わりにコンプレッサなどの空圧源が採用された、空圧によりシリンダ5を駆動するものであってもよい。また、本発明のアクチュエータは、必ずしもシリンダ5である必要はなく、液圧モータなどの他のアクチュエータであってもよい。
可変絞り弁71は、パイロット圧が高くなるほど開口面積を減少させるように構成されていてもよい。さらに、可変絞り弁71は、必ずしも油圧パイロット式である必要はなく、電磁駆動部と一体式であってもよい。
次に、図3を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る流体圧システム1Bを説明する。なお、本実施形態において、第1実施形態と同一構成要素には同一符号を付し、重複した説明は省略する。
可変絞り弁91は、パイロット圧が高くなるほど開口面積を減少させるように構成されていてもよい。さらに、可変絞り弁91は、必ずしも油圧パイロット式である必要はなく、電磁駆動部と一体式であってもよい。
第1実施形態と第2実施形態は組合せ可能である。すなわち、流体圧システムは、可変絞り弁71が設けられた逃しライン7と可変絞り弁91が設けられたパラレルライン9の双方を有してもよい。この場合、可変絞り弁71および可変絞り弁91は、4ポートを有する3位置弁である単一のスプール弁を構成してもよい。

Claims (8)
- アクチュエータと、
オペレータによる操作量に応じたパイロット圧を出力する操作弁と、
圧力源ラインおよびタンクラインにより圧力源およびタンクにそれぞれ接続され、且つ第1作動ラインおよび第2作動ラインにより前記アクチュエータと接続されたスプール弁であって、中立位置から前記圧力源ラインを前記第1作動ラインと連通させるとともに前記第2作動ラインを前記タンクラインと連通させる作動位置へ、前記操作弁から出力されるパイロット圧に応じた移動量だけ移動するスプール弁と、
前記第2作動ラインから分岐してタンクにつながる逃しラインと、
前記逃しラインに設けられた可変絞り弁と、
を備える、流体圧システム。 - 前記可変絞り弁は、パイロット圧が高くなるほど開口面積を増大させるパイロット式のものであり、
前記可変絞り弁へパイロット圧を出力する電磁比例弁をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の流体圧システム。 - 前記操作弁から出力されるパイロット圧を検出するための操作検出器と、
前記操作検出器で検出されるパイロット圧に応じた大きさの電流を前記電磁比例弁へ送給する制御装置と、をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の流体圧システム。 - 前記スプール弁は、前記中立位置と前記作動位置である第1作動位置との間で移動し、かつ、前記中立位置と前記圧力源ラインを前記第2作動ラインと連通させるとともに前記第1作動ラインを前記タンクラインと連通させる第2作動位置の間で移動する3位置弁である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の流体圧システム。
- アクチュエータと、
オペレータによる操作量に応じたパイロット圧を出力する操作弁と、
圧力源ラインおよびタンクラインにより圧力源およびタンクにそれぞれ接続され、且つ第1作動ラインおよび第2作動ラインにより前記アクチュエータと接続されたスプール弁であって、中立位置から前記圧力源ラインを前記第1作動ラインと連通させるとともに前記第2作動ラインを前記タンクラインと連通させる作動位置へ、前記操作弁から出力されるパイロット圧に応じた移動量だけ移動するスプール弁と、
前記圧力源ラインから分岐して前記第1作動ラインにつながるパラレルラインと、
前記パラレルラインに設けられた可変絞り弁と、
を備える、流体圧システム。 - 前記可変絞り弁は、パイロット圧が高くなるほど開口面積を増大させるパイロット式のものであり、
前記可変絞り弁へパイロット圧を出力する電磁比例弁をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の流体圧システム。 - 前記操作弁から出力されるパイロット圧を検出するための操作検出器と、
前記操作検出器で検出されるパイロット圧に応じた大きさの電流を前記電磁比例弁へ送給する制御装置と、をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の流体圧システム。 - 前記スプール弁は、前記中立位置と前記作動位置である第1作動位置との間で移動し、かつ、前記中立位置と前記圧力源ラインを前記第2作動ラインと連通させるとともに前記第1作動ラインを前記タンクラインと連通させる第2作動位置の間で移動する3位置弁である、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の流体圧システム。
