Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un outil à manchon coulissant et à son utilisation lors d'opérations de fond de trou. L'outil coulissant comprend un boîtier tubulaire comportant un ou plusieurs orifices d'écoulement. Un premier manchon est relié coulissant à un boîtier tubulaire, dans lequel le premier manchon pouvant être déplacé à partir d'une première position pose dans trou recouvrant le ou les orifices d'écoulement vers une seconde position pour découvrir le ou les orifices d'écoulement afin de permettre l'écoulement de fluide entre le puits de forage et l'intérieur du boîtier tubulaire. L'outil à manchon coulissant comprend en outre un second manchon relié coulissant au boîtier tubulaire, le second manchon pouvant être déplacé d'une première position, dans laquelle le manchon n'interfère pas avec les opérations du premier manchon, vers une seconde position, qui recouvre le ou les orifices de l'élément tubulaire extérieur pour empêcher un écoulement de fluide.
