Abstract

Un sistema y método para efectuar una operación de cementación de maniobra única en ubicaciones separadas dentro de una zona de hidrocarburos durante la construcción de un pozo con el uso de una herramienta de comunicación de fluidos del pozo. En una modalidad, la herramienta se instala en una sarta tubular por encima de la zona de hidrocarburos y comprende un alojamiento que incluye al menos un puerto radial, un ensamblaje de sello, un ensamblaje de manguito externo que tiene un ensamblaje de compuerta que se opera para trasladarse a través del ensamblaje de sello mientras está cerrado, un mandril interno y un ensamblaje de asiento. La herramienta facilita la colocación de cemento dentro de un espacio anular de un pozo desde una posición en la superficie en lugar de en el fondo del pozo, lo que minimiza la presión necesaria para llevar a cabo el trabajo de cementación.
