Le procédé de fabrication de la tête de traitement par massage comprend quatre étapes, à savoir le nettoyage, l'adhérence, le séchage à basse température et séchage à haute température. Le liquide de nettoyage préparé permet de détacher efficacement tout autocollant collé sur les composants et en augmenter la force de liaison adhésive. Grâce à la flexibilité adéquate des adhésifs ainsi obtenus, on améliore leur résistance, on évite la chute de la lame à ultrasons et les ultrasons pénètrent aisément l'adhésif sans que ce dernier ne soit gêné par la génération de chaleur et n'endommage la lame à ultrasons, ce qui augmente sensiblement la durée de vie de l'appareil de massage. Une fois la feuille céramique piézo-électrique (3) et la couche de transmission acoustique (2) collées, on utilise un gaz inerte pour un durcissement étanche à l'air de telle sorte que la partie minuscule au niveau de la liaison adhésive ne risque pas d'être oxydée et ne se dégarnisse pas petit à petit. L'amplitude de la tête de traitement par massage atteint 5 mm, sa durée de vie est de cinq ans et elle reste ferme comme au début.
