本发明涉及一种通讯电缆桥架, 属于通讯电缆架设领域。
背景技术
目前市面上的通讯电缆桥架普遍采用钢材将底板与侧板一体折弯成型,这种 钢制桥架整体重量高且搬运不便;为此有业者开发了用工程塑料一体挤出成型的 塑料桥架, 但是这种桥架虽然重量轻, 但是工艺复杂, 制造难度大、 成本高, 且 因体积大而同样存在运输不便的缺陷; 目前的通讯电缆桥架的盖板为一体成型, 则无法根据需要调整改版的整体宽度, 不便于灵活安装应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是, 克服现有技术的缺点, 提供一种安装、运输 简单方便、 结构稳固并且能够根据需要实时调整宽度的通讯电缆桥架。
为了解决以上技术问题, 本发明提供一种通讯电缆桥架, 包括盖板、底板以 及配合盖板连接的两块侧板, 盖板包括第一、 二卡合板; 第一卡合板的一侧为凸 型部,第二卡合板一侧设置有与凸型部相匹配的凹形扣件; 凹形扣件包括下扣件 和上扣件; 下扣件和上扣件的一端经销轴连接构成, 并且下扣件固定在第二卡合 板上, 另一端的下扣件和上扣件上分别连接活结螺栓和配合所述活结螺栓的豁 口; 侧板底部向通讯电缆桥架延伸有一个底板卡槽,底板的两端分别卡合固定在 底板卡槽内。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是: 盖板还包括至少一个连接板,连接板的一 侧为与第一卡合板的一侧相同的凸型部,连接板的另一侧为与第二卡合板一侧相 同的凹形扣件, 该设计很好的解决了实际架设所需不同宽度的问题。
优选的, 凹形扣件的上、下扣件的内侧设置有防滑突齿, 该设计大大提高了 连接部位的防滑安全性。
优选的, 底板卡槽截面呈 τ型, 底板卡扣的截面呈 T型, 底板卡槽和底板卡 扣的截面与通讯电缆桥架轴向垂直。
本发明的有益效果是: 该发明通过材质和结构改进,将整个盖板轻量化和模 块化设计,在保证盖板的使用安全可靠的前提下, 不仅大大降低了安装和拆卸的 工作强度, 而且质地轻盈, 机动性强。
