Abstract
一种通讯电缆桥架盖板,该盖板的主要部件均为镁铝合金制成,包括盖板(1)和配合盖板(1)连接的侧板(2),盖板(1)包括第一、二卡合板(3、4);第一卡合板(3)的一侧为凸型部(6),第二卡合板(4)一侧设置有与凸型部(6)相匹配的凹形扣件(7);凹形扣件(7)包括下扣件(8)和上扣件(9);下扣件(8)和上扣件(9)的一端经销轴(10)连接构成,并且下扣件(8)固定在第二卡合板(4)上,另一端的下扣件(8)和上扣件(9)上分别连接活结螺栓(12)和配合所述活结螺栓(12)的豁口,通过材质和结构改进,将整个盖板轻量化和模块化设计,在保证盖板的使用安全可靠的前提下,大大降低了安装和拆卸的工作强度,而且质地轻盈,机动性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通讯电缆桥架盖板, 属于通讯电缆架设领域。
背景技术
目前市面上的通讯电缆桥架普遍采用钢材将盖板一体折弯成型,这种钢制桥架 整体重量高且搬运不便; 为此有业者开发了用工程塑料一体挤出成型的塑料桥 架, 但是这种桥架虽然重量轻, 但是工艺复杂, 制造难度大、 成本高, 且因体积 大而同样存在运输不便的缺陷; 目前的通讯电缆桥架的盖板为一体成型, 则无法 根据需要调整改版的整体宽度, 不便于灵活安装应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是, 克服现有技术的缺点, 提供一种安装、运输 简单方便, 并且能够根据需要实时调整宽度的通讯电缆桥架盖板。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种通讯电缆桥架盖板, 该盖板的主要 部件均为镁铝合金制成, 包括盖板和配合盖板连接的侧板, 盖板包括第一、二卡 合板; 第一卡合板的一侧为凸型部,第二卡合板一侧设置有与凸型部相匹配的凹 形扣件;凹形扣件包括下扣件和上扣件;下扣件和上扣件的一端经销轴连接构成, 并且下扣件固定在第二卡合板上,另一端的下扣件和上扣件上分别连接活结螺栓 和配合所述活结螺栓的豁口, 该凹形扣件设计安装方便, 而且对凸型部的加工精 度要求不高。 本发明进一步限定的技术方案是: 盖板还包括至少一个连接板,连接板的一 侧为与第一卡合板的一侧相同的凸型部,连接板的另一侧为与第二卡合板一侧相 同的凹形扣件, 该设计很好的解决了实际架设所需不同宽度的问题。 优选的, 凹形扣件的上、下扣件的内侧设置有防滑突齿, 该设计大大提高了 连接部位的防滑安全性。 本发明的有益效果是: 该发明通过材质和结构改进,将整个盖板轻量化和模 块化设计,在保证盖板的使用安全可靠的前提下, 不仅大大降低了安装和拆卸的 工作强度, 而且质地轻盈, 机动性强。 附图说明

具体实施方式
实施例 1
本实施例提供的一种通讯电缆桥架盖板, 如图 1 至图 4所示, 包括盖板 1 和配合盖板 1连接的侧板 2, 盖板 1包括第一、 二卡合板 3、 4; 第一卡合板 3 的一侧为凸型部 6, 第二卡合板 4一侧设置有与凸型部 6相匹配的凹形扣件 7; 凹形扣件 7包括下扣件 8和上扣件 9; 下扣件 8和上扣件 9的一端经销轴 10连 接构成, 并且下扣件 8固定在第二卡合板 4上, 另一端的下扣件 8和上扣件 9 上分别连接活结螺栓 12和配合活结螺栓 12的豁口; 盖板 1还包括一个连接板 11, 连接板 11的一侧为与第一卡合板 3的一侧相同的凸型部 6, 连接板 11的另 一侧为与第二卡合板 4一侧相同的凹形扣件 7; 凹形扣件 7的上、 下扣件 9、 8 的内侧设置有突齿 5。 除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变 换形成的技术方案, 均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims
1.一种通讯电缆桥架盖板, 包括盖板 (1 ) 和配合盖板 (1 ) 连接的侧板 (2), 其特征在 于: 所述盖板(1 )包括第一、 二卡合板(3、 4); 所述第一卡合板(3) 的一侧为凸型部(6), 所述第二卡合板 (4) 一侧设置有与凸型部 (6) 相匹配的凹形扣件 (7); 所述凹形扣件 (7) 包括下扣件 (8)和上扣件 (9); 所述下扣件 (8)和上扣件 (9) 的一端经销轴 (10)连接构 成, 并且下扣件 (8) 固定在第二卡合板 (4) 上, 另一端的下扣件 (8) 和上扣件 (9) 上分 别连接活结螺栓 (12) 和配合所述活结螺栓 (12) 的豁口。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的通讯电缆桥架盖板, 其特征在于: 所述盖板(1 )还包括至少一 个连接板(11 ),所述连接板(11 )的一侧为与所述第一卡合板(3)的一侧相同的凸型部(6), 所述连接板 (11 ) 的另一侧为与所述第二卡合板 (4) 一侧相同的凹形扣件 (7)。
3.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通讯电缆桥架盖板,其特征在于:所述凹形扣件(7 )的上、 下扣件 (9、 8) 的内侧设置有突齿 (5)。
