Abstract
一种多功能破拆铣头,包括刀架(2)以及通过轴承(7)、旋转密封(6)设置在所述刀架(2)上的中空传动轴(3),在传动轴(3)的前端通过锁紧螺母(5)连接有刀头(1);在所述刀架(2)的侧部设有齿轮箱(8),在所述齿轮箱(8)中设有驱动所述传动轴(3)转动的驱动机构。该多功能破拆铣头所特有空心传动轴(3)与齿轮箱(8)从动齿轮一体结构从而使空心传动轴(3)的中心与马达(4)的中心错开是实现破拆铣头破拆和灭火剂注入功能一次完成的关键。

一种多功能破拆铣头
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种多功能破拆铣头。
背景技术:
石化企业通常使用内浮顶罐、 拱顶罐装载成品油, 内浮顶罐、 拱顶罐形成的密闭空间 可以降低成品油的挥发、 提高油品质量, 但是其密闭空间一旦着火, 自带的灭火管路很容 易被烧毁, 这样灭火剂就很难向内部输送, 其扑救工作难度非常大, 其造成的后果也会非 常的严重。 同时炼化厂的反应釜、 反应塔、 换热器等设备也属于密闭容器, 其发生火灾后 也难于扑救, 针对于以上类型的火灾行之有效的方法是将密闭容器开洞后注入灭火剂进行 扑灭。 常规破拆消防车所带的破拆工具很难完成以上功能, 密闭容器初期火灾的控制仍然 是消防领域的一大难题。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷, 本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能破.拆铣头, 既能完成密闭 容器破拆任务, 又能直接将灭火剂注入其中达到迅速灭火的目的。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种多功能破拆铣头, 包括刀架以及通过轴承、 旋转密封设置在所述刀架上的中空传 动轴, 在传动轴的前端通过锁紧螺母连接有刀头;
在所述刀架的侧部设有齿! &箱,在所述齿轮箱中设有驱动所述传动轴转动的驱动机构。 所述驱动机构包括设于所述齿轮箱中的马达、 通过键连接在马达输出轴上的主动齿轮 以及通过键连接在所述传动轴上的从动齿轮, 所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合传动。
所述传动轴与所述刀架的结合处设置为台阶轴结构, 传动轴以其台阶处形成的凹槽架 设在刀架中对传动轴进行轴向限位。
与已有技术相比, 本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明多功能破拆铣头, 由力头,刀架、传动轴、马达、 锁紧螺母、旋转密封、轴承、 齿轮箱构成; 传动轴穿过轴承和旋转密封通过凹槽安装于刀架上, 传动轴通过花键与齿轮 箱从动齿轮轮连接, 马达通过花键与齿轮箱主动齿轮连接。 刀头通过锁紧螺母安装于传动 轴上; 马达通过齿轮箱带动传动轴和刀头旋转实现铣削功能, 灭火剂从破拆铣头后部迸入 通过传动轴的空心结构经刀头喷射而出; 本发明所特有空心传动轴与齿轮箱从动齿轮一体 结构从而使空心传动轴的中心与马达的中心错开是实现破拆铣头破拆和灭火剂注入功能一 次完成的关键。

具体实施方式: '
实施例: 结合图 1, 中空的传动轴 3通过轴承 7、旋转密封 6设置在刀架 2上, 在传动 轴的前端通过锁紧螺母 5连接有刀头 1 ;刀架 2的侧部设有齿轮箱 8,在齿轮箱中设有驱动 所述传动轴 3转动的驱动机构, 驱动机构不在传动轴的轴线上, 实现破拆铣头破拆和灭火 剂注入功能一次完成。
躯动机构包括设于齿轮箱中的马达 4、 通过键连接在马达输出轴上的主动齿轮以及通 过键连接在传动轴 3上的从动齿轮, 通过主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合传动驱动传动轴。
传动轴与刀架的连接结构可以为: 将传动轴 3与刀架 2的结合处设置为台阶轴结构, 台阶轴的台阶处即可形成凹槽, 传动轴 3穿过轴承 7和旋转密封 6通过凹槽安装于刀架 2 上, 凹槽在刀架 2中可以对传动轴进行轴向限位。
本发明中, 传动轴 3阶梯和空心结构, 既能保证灭火剂的通过又能保证传动刚度, 穿 过轴承 7和旋转密封 6后通过花键与齿轮箱 8的从动齿轮连接, 刀架 2提供了传动轴 3和 齿轮箱从动齿轮的支撑作用, 空心传动轴为灭火剂提供了流入的通道。 马达 4通过花键与 齿轮箱 8的主动齿轮连接, 齿轮箱 8从动齿轮提供的轴向力使得传动轴 3不会从刀架 2上 脱出。 刀头 1通过锁紧螺母 5安装于传动轴 3上; 锁紧螺母 5使得刀头 1不会从传动轴 3 上脱出。 该破拆铣头马达 4通过齿轮箱 8带动传动轴 3和刀头 1旋转实现铣削功能, 灭火 剂从破拆铣头后部进入通过传动轴 3的空心结构经刀头 1喷射而出; 该破拆头以上的结构 和功能为密闭容器的破拆和灭火剂的注入提供了一个简单而且实用的解决方案。

1、一种多功能破拆镇头, 其特征在于包攝刀 ¾ (2) κ及遷 ϋ軸承 m、旋转密封(6) 设置在所述刀架上贿中空传动轴(3),在传动軸的前端邂过锁紧鏢母(5)连接有刀头(1 );
