[システム構成]
図1に示すように、本発明の情報共有システム1は、使用者が、電話機能及びインターネット機能を存する携帯端末機10を使用して、通信ネットワーク3に接続されている情報共有サーバ7にアクセスし、情報共有サーバ用データベース8に保有されている各使用者の情報を携帯端末機10にダウンロード及び操作することで、使用者のスケジュールデータを閲覧することを許可された他の使用者(以下、「友人」と称する)のスケジュール情報を、閲覧し、コメント等をすることができる。
タッチパネル15aは、表示装置14の表面に設置され、使用者は、表示装置14のディスプレイに表示されたアプリのアイコン及びボタン操作や、文字入力等の入力操作を、画面に直接指やスタイラスペンでタッチし、入力を行う。タッチパネルを使用することで、直感的で素早い操作を行うことができる。タッチパネルは、主に静電容量方式と抵抗膜方式等があるが、本発明では、何れの方式を用いてもよい。
操作ボタン15bは、アプリ9を実行中に押下することで、他のアプリやメニュー画面に切り替える機能を有する。また、操作ボタン15bにその他の機能を持たせてもよい。
アプリ9が使用者によって起動されると、図4に示すように、表示装置14である表示画面21には、アプリ9の実行中の動作画面が表示される。図4(a)は、アプリ9の第1閲覧モード51(基本画面)を示しており、タイル画面23、日付表示欄25、スクロールバー26、入力ボタン29、コメントボタン28、閲覧モード切替ボタン27、メインメニュー40等を有している。
なお、日付表示欄25に表示する日付は、例えば3日間や10日間など他の期間に適宜設定したものでもよく、本実施形態では7日間に限定したものを用いている。
以下、図3を用いて、スケジュールデータ30に係るタイル画面23の配列と、画面のスクロール方法について説明する。図3は、スケジュールデータ30を表示する、タイル画面23の配列を模式的に示す図である。縦軸は人物別にT1(使用者を示している)、T2・・・Tnと採番され、横軸は7日分の日付別にD1、D2・・・D7が採番されている。図4(b)に示すように、1日分の個別スケジュールデータ30aが無い日、若しくは初回起動時等の画面であり、図4(b)にように、タイル画面23にステッカ31が何もない状態で表示される。そして、1日分のスケジュールデータ30は、1又は複数の個別スケジュールデータ30aから構成される(図4(a)等参照)。
また、使用日乃至7日目以外の期間外のスケジュールデータ30は表示対象外とし、使用日以前の方向、及び7日目以降の方向にスワイプしても、スクロール動作を行わない。
図4(b)は、インストール後の初回起動時や、新しい日付が設定された場合の、タイル画面上にはスケジュールデータ30(個別スケジュールデータ30a)が何も入力されていない空データの状態である。本実施形態では、図4(a)、(c)のように、1又は複数のステッカ31を組み合わせて、一件の個別スケジュールデータ30aを作成することができる。
本実施形態では、ステッカは用途、目的別に、Whatステッカ31a、Whenステッカ31b、Whoステッカ31c、Howステッカ31dの4種類を準備している。ステッカ31は、スケジュールを第三者に伝達するために必要な情報を選出したものである。本実施形態では4種類を準備したが、他にもスケジュールの伝達に必要な情報を選出して適宜種類を増やすようにしてもよい。また、それぞれのステッカ31は各ステッカウィンドウ37(図5(a)等参照)に分類され、それぞれが様々な用途に対応すべく、複数個のステッカ31が準備保管されており、使用者は、自己の用途に合ったステッカを選択することができる。
ステッカ31a乃至31dの貼付処理について、図6を参照して説明する。
まず、入力ボタン29を押下すると(図6(a))、タイル画面23をコピーした、貼付作業用タイル画面23aが生成され、タイル画面23上に、使用者に閲覧されるように重畳して表示される(図6(b))。
入力したタイル画面23上の更新された個別スケジュールデータ30aは、確定実行ボタン32を押下すると、携帯端末機10は、記憶装置18に保存された個別スケジュールデータ30aの更新及び、更新された個別スケジュールデータ30aを通信装置19から、通信ネットワーク3を介して情報共有サーバ7に送信する。

図4(a)等に示す、スクロールバー26は、ドラッグ操作や、触ったりすることで、表示画面21を上下にスクロールさせる機能を有する。表示画面21の表示内容が複数画面にわたる表示情報が存在する場合は、表示画面21の下方向に表示情報が隠れて見えなくなっている。そこで、スクロールバー26を操作して、タイル画面を上下にスクロールさせることで、隠れてしまった情報を見ることができるようにする。
メインメニュー40は、図4(a)(b)等に示すように、本発明の各種機能を選択するボタンを表示する。ボタンを押下することで、その機能の能力を発揮する画面に遷移する。本発明ではメインメニュー40に登録されているボタンは、ホームボタン(Home)40a、カレンダーボタン(Calender)40b、アクティビティボタン(Activity)40c、及びフォローボタン(Friend)40dであるが、その他の機能ボタンを追加してもよいし、現在のボタンを削除するようにしてもよい。

図3は、タイル画面23の配列を模式的に示す図である。縦軸は人物別にT1、T2・・・Tnと採番され、横軸は7日分の日付別にD1、D2・・・D7が採番されている。上述の画面のスクロール方法で説明したように、図4に示すホーム画面(T1D1)から、使用者の翌日のスケジュールを閲覧する場合、タッチパネル15aで左方向にスクロールさせる(スワイプ)と、表示画面21に表示されるデータはスワイプ方向とは逆の概念上右方向に位置するタイル画面23(T1D2)に遷移する。また、斜め方向へのスクロールを規制している。
まず、演算制御部13は、記憶装置18に記憶している内容を、使用者がスケジュールデータ確認手段(ステップS6)で確定された個別スケジュールデータ30a又はコメントの内容で更新を行う。次に演算制御部13は、通信装置19から、通信ネットワーク3を介して、情報共有サーバ7に更新された個別スケジュールデータ30a(スケジュールデータ30)、コメントを送信する。情報共有サーバ7は受信した更新に係る個別スケジュールデータ30a、コメントを情報共有サーバ用データベース8に登録する。
なお、上記の情報共有システム1は、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア又はこれらの組合せにより実現することができる。また、上記の情報共有システム1により行なわれる情報共有方法も、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア又はこれらの組合せにより実現することができる。ソフトウェアによって実現されるとは、コンピュータがプログラムを記憶媒体等から読み込んで実行することを意味する。
上記第1実施形態では、図3に示すように、友人を連続したスケジュールデータ(T1、T2、・・・Tn)としたが、グループ別にスケジュールデータを構成するようにしてもよい。例えば、家族別、職場別、サークル別、にタブ表示をするようにしても良い。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも、情報共有サーバと、該情報共有サーバに接続されてスケジュールデータを保存する情報共有サーバ用データベースと、携帯端末機とからなり、
前記携帯端末機は、演算制御部、表示装置、入力装置、記憶装置、通信装置を備え、
演算制御部は、前記通信装置と通信ネットワークを介して前記情報共有サーバに接続された前記情報共有サーバ用データベースから複数日及び複数人数分の前記スケジュールデータを記憶装置に取得し、この取得された該スケジュールデータをタイル画面で前記表示装置の表示画面に表示し、
前記表示画面に表示された前記タイル画面を前記入力装置の操作によって横方向及び縦方向にスクロールさせて表示させること
を特徴とする情報共有システム。 - 前記タイル画面は、一人1日分の前記スケジュールデータを前記表示画面全域に表示させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報共有システム。
- 前記スケジュールデータは、1枚のタイル画面上に表示可能な1又は複数の個別スケジュールデータを有し、
前記個別スケジュールデータは、1又は複数のステッカから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報共有システム。 - 前記ステッカは、複数個の前記ステッカが目的別に分類されて収納されていること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の情報共有システム。 - 前記表示装置の表示画面へ前記タイル画面を表示する第1閲覧モードと、複数個のブリック画面を表示する第2閲覧モードとを、相互に切り替え可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又請求項2に記載の情報共有システム。
- 前記表示画面に表示した前記タイル画面のスクロールは、前記タイル画面毎に停止させて表示するものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の情報共有システム。
- 前記情報共有サーバ用データベースから取得された複数日の前記スケジュールデータは、7日分の前記スケジュールデータであること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報共有システム。 - 前記スケジュールデータに入力するコメントは、他の使用者の個別スケジュールデータに入力してブリック画面に入力済であることを示す表示手段を有すること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の情報共有システム。 - 少なくとも、情報共有サーバと、該情報共有サーバに接続されてスケジュールデータを保存する情報共有サーバ用データベースと携帯端末機とからなり、
