一种无泡真空贴合机,包括气缸(1)、密封箱盖(2)、密封箱(3)、密封箱锁(4)、垂直滑轨(5)、下模定位架(6)、软模(7)、上模定位架(8)、底模座(9)、弹簧柱(10)、上模盖(11)、加热器(12)。所述气缸位于密封箱上方,所述密封箱盖位于密封箱外部,所述密封箱锁位于密封箱一侧,所述密封箱锁与密封箱盖连接,所述垂直滑轨位于密封箱内,所述下模定位架位于上模定位架下方,所述软模位于下模定位架下方,所述弹簧柱与底模座连接,所述底模座与垂直滑轨连接,所述上模盖位于上模定位架上方,所述上模盖与加热器连接,所述加热器与垂直滑轨连接。所述贴合机在真空、加温的条件下,使用软模对物件进行挤压贴合,使得贴合后的物件间不会起泡,从而达到较好的贴合效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及贴合工具的技术领域,尤其是一种新型无泡真空 贴合机。
背景技术
目前巿场上贴合工具的使用比较广泛, 比如手机和保护膜的贴 合、 液晶板和屏幕的贴合都需要用到贴合工具。 但目前巿场上使用的 贴合工具使用起来效果不好,贴合的地方容易起泡,而且贴合不整齐。 为弥补现有技术的不足,本实用新型皆在提供一种新型无泡真空贴合 实用新型内容
针对上述问题, 本实用新型皆在提供一种新型无泡真空贴合机。 为实现该技术目的, 本实用新型的方案是: 一种新型无泡真空贴 合机, 包括气缸、 密封箱盖、 密封箱、 密封箱锁、 垂直滑轨、 下模定 位架、 软模、 上模定位架、 底模座、 弹簧柱、 上模盖、 加热器, 所述 气缸位于密封箱上方, 所述密封箱盖位于密封箱外部, 所述密封箱锁 位于密封箱一侧, 所述密封箱锁与密封箱盖连接, 所述垂直滑轨位于 密封箱内, 所述下模定位架位于上模定位架下方, 所述软模位于下模 定位架下方,所述弹簧柱与底模座连接,所述底模座与垂直滑轨连接, 所述上模盖位于上模定位架上方, 所述上模盖与加热器连接, 所述加 热器与垂直滑轨连接。
作为优选, 所述下模定位架、 上模定位架与弹簧柱连接。
作为优选, 所述弹簧柱有八个。
本实用新型打破以往贴合工具的传统概念,贴合前把贴合物件分 别定位于上模定位架、 下模定位架上, 使两贴合面处于相对方向, 启 动气缸, 对密封箱进行真空处理的同时, 上模盖向下运动, 同时加热 器对上模盖进行加热, 使上模盖具有一定的贴合温度, 当上模盖接触 上模定位架后, 支撑上模定位架的弹簧柱受到压力的作用向底座收 缩, 直至上模定位架与下模定位架接触, 然后在气缸的施压下上模盖 继续向下运动, 在弹簧柱不断被压缩的情况下, 软模逐渐被压紧, 从 而处理下模定位架上的物件, 使得两物件相互贴合, 这样当上模盖向 上运动, 与上模定位架分离的时候, 就完成了一次贴合作业。 由于在 真空、 加温的条件下, 使用软模对物件进行挤压贴合, 这样贴合后的 物件间不会起泡, 从而达到非常好的贴合效果。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。 如图 1所示, 本实用新型实施例的一种新型无泡真空贴合机, 包 括气缸 1、 密封箱盖 2、 密封箱 3、 密封箱锁 4、 垂直滑轨 5、 下模定 位架 6、 软模 7、 上模定位架 8、 底模座 9、 弹簧柱 1 0、 上模盖 1 1、 加热器 1 2, 所述气缸 1位于密封箱 3上方, 所述密封箱盖 2位于密 封箱 3外部, 所述密封箱锁 4位于密封箱 3—侧, 所述密封箱锁 4与 密封箱盖 3连接, 所述垂直滑轨 5位于密封箱 3内, 所述下模定位架
6位于上模定位架 8下方, 所述软模 7位于下模定位架 6下方, 所述 弹簧柱 10与底模座 9连接, 所述底模座 9与垂直滑轨 5连接, 所述 上模盖 11位于上模定位架 8上方,所述上模盖 11与加热器 12连接, 所述加热器 12与垂直滑轨 5连接。

1、 一种新型无泡真空贴合机, 包括气缸、 密封箱盖、 密封箱、 密封箱锁、 垂直滑轨、 下模定位架、 软模、 上模定位架、 底模座、 弹 簧柱、 上模盖、 加热器, 其特征在于: 所述气缸位于密封箱上方, 所 述密封箱盖位于密封箱外部, 所述密封箱锁位于密封箱一侧, 所述密 封箱锁与密封箱盖连接, 所述垂直滑轨位于密封箱内, 所述下模定位 架位于上模定位架下方, 所述软模位于下模定位架下方, 所述弹簧柱 与底模座连接, 所述底模座与垂直滑轨连接, 所述上模盖位于上模定 位架上方, 所述上模盖与加热器连接, 所述加热器与垂直滑轨连接。
