Abstract
The present invention relates to a vial syringe filter cap having a metal tip and, more particularly, to a syringe filter cap which comprises a metal tip, a filter, and a housing and protects an injection needle. In addition, the vial syringe filter prevents foreign substances such as minute glass or a rubber piece precipitated inside the vial or the ampoule from being introduced into the syringe when an injectable solution is suctioned and charged from the vial and the ampoule, so as to prevent the foreign substances from being injected into a human body, and can charge the injectable solution without exposing the injection needle to the outside. Further, the vial syringe filter has a groove formed on the outer surface of the housing so that negative pressure is generated inside the vial, so as to solve a problem that the injectable solution is not charged well, and prevent a safety accident which may be generated by piercing by the injection needle when the injection needle is exchanged. Furthermore, the syringe filter cap comprises an inclined metal tip and a ventilating groove formed on the outer surface of the housing.

Injection glass ampoules are used to break the neck, so fine glass fragments are mixed into the injection solution. The injection vial has a rubber stopper on the top, and fine rubber pieces are mixed with the injection because the injection needle penetrates the rubber stopper. Fine glass pieces or rubber pieces are inhaled and filled into the syringe like the injection solution, and thus have a problem of being injected into the human body.
The medical community has raised the possibility that foreign substances such as fine glass fragments can be injected into the human body through needles, causing blood clots to cause fatal diseases such as myocardial infarction and stroke.
The KFDA research report also raised the possibility that glass fragments mixed with the injection of glass ampoules can be injected into the body through intravenous injection, causing pathological changes such as inflammatory reactions and granuloma formation in organs such as lungs, liver and spleen. In particular, the Korea Food and Drug Administration's 2004 research report pointed out that since human lung capillary diameter is 10 μm, insoluble foreign substances such as glass fragments larger than this may cause serious diseases such as pulmonary embolism.
In order to solve this problem, the present inventor has proposed a filter cap for a syringe in the Republic of Korea Patent No. 10-1243396. On the other hand, the vent groove 107 is formed on the outer surface of the housing 100 of the injection needle insertion path 104 and is a portion through which the passage of air, referring to Figure 6 with a syringe for vials with a metal tip When the filter cap 1 is inserted into the vial 2 to inhale and fill the injection liquid, a part of the ventilation groove 107 is inserted into the vial 2, and the remaining part is located outside the vial 2 so that the air is vented. Through the vial (2) can be through and through, the vent groove 107 may be composed of one or more grooves and in one preferred embodiment of the present invention evenly arranged four grooves.
On the other hand, the removal support 108 is a portion formed on the outer surface of the housing 100 of the hub insertion path 101, the suction filling is completed, the syringe filter cap (1) for the vial provided with a metal tip needle assembly In the preferred embodiment of the present invention as a portion to hold the finger when separated from the plurality of protrusions formed on the surface to prevent slipping.
Meanwhile, the metal tip 200 has a housing coupling part 201 in which the front part of the housing 100 is inserted and fixedly coupled, and a front end part 202 penetrating the rubber stopper of the vial 2 in the form of an open and inclined front. The formed tubular part may be formed of a metal that is chemically stable so as not to react with the injection liquid with a strength that is not deformed when penetrating the rubber stopper.
As a result, the syringe filter cap 1 for a vial equipped with a metal tip according to an embodiment of the present invention allows the filter cap, which is mainly used in an ampoule, to be used in a vial through the above-described configuration, and an aeration groove 107 ), The vial injection liquid can be absorbed and filled with a small force.
