Description
Maschine zum Verlegen eines Fahrleitungsseiles Machine for laying a catenary cable
[01] The invention relates to a machine for laying a catenary cable formed from a contact wire or a suspension cable of a catenary of a track, comprising a machine frame which can be moved on rail bogies, a storage drum supporting the catenary cable, a height-adjustable mounting roller and a friction winch arranged between it and the storage drum which has a first and a subsequent second group of winch wheels with respect to a withdrawal direction of the catenary cable, each group being composed of a number of winch wheels each rotatable about a common axis of rotation.
According to US Pat. No. 5,114,119 and EP 0 861 752, such machines are already known with which a contact wire and a supporting cable of an electrical overhead line of a track can be laid together and with the final laying voltage. Contact wire and suspension cable are continuously withdrawn from each of their own storage drum and go through a friction winch as a tensile device before they are positioned by a mounting roller in the correct height and lateral position for final assembly. The friction winch consists of two consecutively arranged in the machine direction windmills, which are driven by a common hydraulic motor. [03] The object of the present invention is now to provide a machine of the generic type, with an improved possibility for applying the laying tension for the overhead line.
According to the invention, this object is achieved with a machine of the type mentioned above in that only the winch wheels of one of the two groups are connected to a rotary drive, while the winch wheels of the non-driven group are designed to run freely around the axis of rotation.
[05] With this training overstretching of the catenary cable to be deducted can be reliably excluded.
[06] Weitere Vorteile und Ausbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der Further advantages and embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the
Zeichnung. Drawing. In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawing.
[07] FIG. 1 shows a side view of a machine, FIGS. 2 and 3 each show an enlarged detail view of a friction winch.
In Fig. 1, a machine 1 for laying a contact wire (or a supporting rope not shown) of a catenary 3 of a track 4 is shown. For the sake of simplicity, in the following, the contact wire rope 2 will be used below as the contact wire and the suspension rope. The machine 1 has a machine frame 5, which is movable on the track 4 via two rail carriages 6. A motor 7 and a hydraulic unit 8 are provided for the power supply of a traction drive 9 of the machine 1 and all other drives to be described. [09] The catenary cable 2 (contact wire) to be laid is wound on a storage drum 10, which is mounted rotatably about an axis 11 on a transversely adjustable carriage 12. This is just like a Friktionswinde 13 and a height adjustable, a mounting roller 36 having telescopic column 14 mounted on a support frame 15 which is pivotable by a drive 35 about an axis extending in the machine longitudinal axis 16 relative to the machine frame 5.
[10] The friction winch 13 is composed of a first and a subsequent second group 32, 33 of winch wheels 17 with respect to the withdrawal direction 30. Each group 32, 33 has four each about a common axis of rotation 21 rotatable windmills 17. These each have grooves (see Fig. 3) for receiving the catenary cable 2 and are arranged in pairs in a common plane one behind the other. As can be seen in FIG. 3, only the winch wheels 17 of the second group 33 in the withdrawal direction 30 are connected to a hydraulic rotary drive 25.
The winch wheels 17 of the first group 32 are designed without drive around the axis of rotation 21 freewheeling. The contact line cable 2 to be pulled from the storage drum 10 first runs on an extreme winch wheel 17 of the first group 32 and from there to the outermost winch wheel 17 of the second group 33.
In a further consequence, the catenary cable 2 is again on the subsequent to the outermost wheel 17 wind wheel 17 of the first group 32 and further on the lying in the common plane behind the winch 17 of second group 33 led. This wrapping repeats until finally all eight winch wheels are wrapped. At the end of the wrapping in the friction winch 13, the catenary cable 2 is finally led up to the mounting roller 36.
