Description
电子烟及其电池杆、 雾化器
本申请要求于 2014 年 1 月 13 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201410014201.7、 发明名称为 "一种限定使用寿命的电子烟及限定电子烟使用 寿命的方法"的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种限定使用寿命的电子烟及限定 电子烟使用寿命的方法。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品 ,其主要由电池杆和雾化器组 成。 当吸烟者吸气时, 通过与雾化器电连接的开关组件开启雾化器, 其中, 雾 化器开启后, 发热丝发热, 烟液受热蒸发雾化, 形成模拟烟气的气雾。
现有的一次性电子烟由于吸烟前段的电量及烟油均充足,因而烟气口感纯 正, 但是到使用后段时, 由于电量不充足或烟液变少等方面的原因, 会导致烟 雾量减少,甚至出现烧棉异味的情况, 而一次性电子烟并不会给用户任何的提 示, 从而给用户带来很不好的体验。
因此, 针对上述情况, 如何改进电子烟的结构, 使电子烟更人性化, 更能 给用户带来良好的体验, 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种电子烟及限定电子烟使用寿命的方法,通过吸烟 口数计数器和电池电量检测器的增设,能够在吸烟口数达到设定值或电量较低 的情况下终止电子烟工作或先发出预警再终止电子烟工作,从而能够保证产品 一致性, 进而给用户良好的吸烟体验。
本发明实施例提供的限定使用寿命的电子烟, 包括电池、 控制模块、 开关 组件、 雾化器及吸烟触发模块;
所述控制模块包括计数子模块和主控子模块;
所述计数子模块与所述主控子模块相连,用于根据所述吸烟触发模块向所 述主控子模块发送的监测信号记录吸烟口数;
所述主控子模块, 与所述电池、 所述开关组件及所述吸烟触发模块相连, 用于根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电子烟,当所述吸烟口数达到
预设值时, 控制所述电子烟终止工作。
可选的,
所述吸烟触发模块包括气流感应器和 /或按键录入模块。

所述吸烟触发模块为所述气流感应器, 安装在所述电子烟的气流通道内。 可选的,
所述控制模块还包括抗干扰子模块;

S2: 根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数;
S3 :根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电子烟, 当所述吸烟口数 达到预设值时, 控制所述电子烟终止工作。

所述步骤 S3之前还包括:
检测所述电子烟电池的电量情况。

所述方法具体为:
S10: 主控子模块接收吸烟触发模块的监测信号;
S20: 计数子模块根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数;
S30: 主控子模块根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电子烟, 当 所述吸烟口数达到预设值时,控制电池终止对雾化器供电,使所述电子烟终止 工作。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例公开了一种限定使用寿命的电子烟及限定电子烟使用寿命 的方法,通过吸烟口数计数器和电池电量检测器的增设, 能够在吸烟口数达到 设定值或电量较低的情况下终止电子烟工作或先发出预警再终止电子烟工作, 从而能够保证产品一致性, 进而给用户良好的吸烟体验。
下面结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚 和详细的描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不是 全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性 劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。请参阅图 1 , 本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟的第一实施例, 包括电池 1、 控制模块 2、 开关 组件 3、 雾化器 4及吸烟触发模块 5;
所述控制模块 2包括计数子模块 21和主控子模块 22;
所述计数子模块 21与所述主控子模块 22相连,用于根据所述吸烟触发模 块 5向所述主控子模块 22发送的监测信号记录吸烟口数;
所述主控子模块 22, 与所述电池 1、 所述开关组件 3及吸烟触发模块 5 相连, 用于根据所述吸烟口数及监测信号控制所述电子烟。
可选的,
所述吸烟触发模块 5包括气流感应器和 /或按键录入模块。
上述的控制模块 2可以为单片机, 其中的计数子模块 21和主控子模块 22 可以分别为单片机的计数器和控制器,当控制器通过单片机引脚检测到吸烟触 发模块 5发送的信号, 具体可以为上升沿或者下降沿时, 向计数器发送计数信 号, 计数器对吸烟口数进行记录。 当然, 所述控制模块 2可以用其它微处理 器或可编程逻辑器件等实现。
本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟, 包括电池 1、 控制模块 2、 开关组件 3、 雾化器 4及吸烟触发模块 5 ,吸烟触发模块 5包括气流感应器和 /或按键录入模 块。 当吸烟者吸气时, 气流传感器感知到气流后生成监测信号, 或者吸烟者按 压按键录入模块生成监测信号, 主控子模块 22根据检测到的监测信号, 生成 开关指令并发送至开关组件 3 , 通过开关组件 3开启雾化器 4, 其中, 雾化器 4开启后, 发热丝发热, 烟液受热蒸发雾化, 形成模拟烟气的气雾, 与此同时, 本次吸烟动作触发吸烟触发模块 5 , 计数子模块 21记录吸烟口数, 当吸烟口
数达到预设值后, 所述主控子模块 22控制所述开关组件 3关闭, 以控制电池
1终止对雾化器 4供电, 使所述电子烟终止工作。
需要说明的是, 上述的预设值可以根据烟液成分、 电子烟内烟液容积及每 次吸烟的烟液损耗量的统计值进行设定, 具体可以为 180口或 190口等,在此 处不作限定。
可选的,
所述吸烟触发模块 5 为所述气流感应器, 安装在所述电子烟的气流通道 内。
可选的,
所述控制模块 2还包括抗干扰子模块 23;
所述抗干扰子模块 23 , 用于记录所述气流感应器的触发时间, 并当所述 触发时间低于预设值时向所述主控子模块 22发送本次记录无效的信号。 可以 理解的是, 所述抗干扰子模块 23可以通过微处理器的计时电路实现, 在此不 作限定。
请参阅图 2, 为本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟的第二实施例。 本实施例与 第一实施例的区别在于: 吸烟触发模块 5采用气流感应器, 并增设了抗干扰子 模块 23。 由于吸烟持续时间会影响电子烟内烟液的损耗量, 当吸烟持续时间 较短时, 烟液的损耗量较低, 而如果将吸烟持续时间较短的吸烟动作也计算到 吸烟口数里,会导致电子烟关闭或发出预警时, 烟液容积还在能够保证电子烟 口感的范围内。 抗干扰子模块 23可以记录气流感应器的触发时间, 并在触发 时间低于预设值时向主控子模块 22发送本次记录无效的信号, 能够避免上述 此处不作限定。

所述吸烟触发模块 5为所述按键录入模块。
请参阅图 3 , 为本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟的第三实施例。 本实施例与 第一实施例的区别在于: 吸烟触发模块 5采用按键录入模块。通过设置在电子 烟上的按键录入模块,用户吸烟时通过按压按键录入模块中的按键触发控制模 块 2, 再通过所述控制模块 2控制电池 1为所述雾化器 4供电, 从而能够适应
不同用户的吸食需求。
可选的,
所述控制模块 2还包括电量检测子模块 24;
所述电量检测子模块 24, 与所述主控子模块 22相连, 用于检测所述电池 的电量。
请参阅图 4, 为本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟的第四实施例。 本实施例与 第一实施例的区别在于: 在电子烟内增设了电量检测子模块 24。 由于当电量 低于正常水平时,电子烟内的雾化器 4会由于电力不足而不能达到正常的工作 温度,从而会影响烟气的口感, 电量检测子模块的增加可以在电量不足时向主 控子模块 22发出电量低的信号,主控子模块 22可以根据上述信号关闭电子烟。
可选的,
所述电子烟还包括预警模块 6;
所述预警模块 6, 与所述主控子模块 22相连, 用于当所述计数子模块 21 的计数次数即将达到或达到预设值时根据所述主控子模块 22的控制信号发出 预警。
可选的,
所述预警模块 6为设置在所述电子烟上的 LED灯阵、 数码管或显示屏。 可选的,
所述预警模块 6为蜂鸣器或扬声器, 用于根据所述主控子模块 22的控制 信号发出声音预警。
请参阅图 5 , 为本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟的第五实施例。 本实施例与 第一实施例的区别在于: 在电子烟上增设了预警模块 6。 由于在电子烟内烟液 不足, 亦即吸烟口数或电量低下时, 部分用户可能还是希望可以吸烟, 而不是 强行关闭电子烟,因而预警模块 6的增设可以进一步增强本发明电子烟的人性 化程度。 需要说明的是, 上述预警模块 6的预警行为可以通过设置在电子烟上 的开关选择关闭或开启, 在此处不作限定。
上述的预警模块 6具体可以包括显示模块和 /或声音模块, 显示模块具体 可以包括 LED灯阵、 数码管或显示屏, 声音模块具体可以包括蜂鸣器或扬声 器, 通过显示模块和 /或声音模块, 可以直观地将预警信息展示给用户。
需要说明的是, 上述开关组件 3的类型有很多种, 具体的可以为晶体管开 关、 小型继电器开关或按键开关等, 所述晶体管开关可以为场效应管或者三极 管等, 当为晶体管开关时, 所述晶体管开关还与所述电池电连接, 以实现雾化 器内电热丝雾化烟油时所需的电流。开关组件 3具体是否需要与电池 1连接可 以根据实际的结构进行设计, 在此处不作限定。
请参阅图 6, 为本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟一种实施例的电路原理图, 图中控制模块中的控制芯片的型号为 SN8P2711B, 下面详细说明上述电路的 工作过程: 吸烟时, 气流传感器 Ml将吸烟信号传送至控制芯片或者通过按压 按键 K1 将吸烟信号传送至控制芯片, 控制芯片控制开关组件中的场效应管 Q1导通, 从而使电池 BATTERY为雾化器的电热丝 D供电, 以使电热丝 D将 烟油雾化, 同时控制开关指示灯 LED1及 LED2亮。 图中电容 C2用于当 CH+ 及 CH-之间发生短路时, 给所述控制芯片供电,使所述控制芯片具有关闭所述 场效应管 Q 1的緩冲时间, 从而避免危险状况的发生。
本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟, 包括电池 1、 控制模块 2、 开关组件 3、 雾化器 4及吸烟触发模块 5; 所述控制模块 2包括计数子模块 21和主控子模 块 22; 所述计数子模块 21与所述主控子模块 22相连, 用于根据所述吸烟触 发模块 5向所述主控子模块 22发送的监测信号记录吸烟口数; 所述主控子模 块 22,与所述电池 1、所述开关组件 3、所述雾化器 4及吸烟触发模块 5相连, 用于根据所述吸烟口数及监测信号控制所述电子烟。通过吸烟口数计数器和电 池电量检测器的增设,本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟能够在吸烟口数即将达到 或达到设定值,或电量较低的情况下终止电子烟工作或先发出预警后终止电子 烟工作, 从而能够保证产品一致性, 进而给用户良好的吸烟体验, 同时电量检 测子模块和预警模块的增设,可以进一步增强本发明电子烟的实用性和人性化 程度。
以上介绍了本发明限定使用寿命的电子烟的第一实施例至第五实施例,下 面介绍本发明限定电子烟使用寿命的方法的第一实施例, 请参阅图 7, 本发明 限定电子烟使用寿命的方法的第一实施例, 包括:
S1 : 接收吸烟触发模块的监测信号;
其具体为 S10: 主控子模块接收吸烟触发模块的监测信号。 吸烟触发模块
不断检测用户是否吸食电子烟, 当检测到用户吸食电子烟时, 向控制模块发送 监测信号。
S2: 根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数;
其具体为 S20: 计数子模块根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数。 控制模块接 收到检测信号之后, 可以根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数。 具体的可以如下: 例如控制模块内计数单元预存的吸烟口数可以为 0, 每次接收到检测信号, 计 数单元增加 1 ; 控制模块内计数单元预存的吸烟口数也可以为吸烟口数限定 值, 例如为 180口或 190口, 每次接收到检测信号, 计数单元减小 1。
S3 :根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电子烟, 当所述吸烟口数 达到预设值时, 控制所述电子烟终止工作。
其具体为 S30: 主控子模块根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电 子烟, 当吸烟口数达到吸烟口数预设值后,控制模块可以根据所述吸烟口数控 制电池终止对雾化器供电, 使所述电子烟终止工作。
下面进一步说明本发明限定电子烟使用寿命的方法的第二实施例,请参阅 图 8, 本发明限定电子烟使用寿命的方法的第二实施例, 包括:
801、 接收吸烟触发模块的监测信号;
吸烟触发模块不断检测用户是否吸食电子烟, 当检测到用户吸食电子烟 时, 向控制模块发送检测信号。
需要说明的是, 为了提高吸烟口数记录的合理度, 当检测到用户吸食电子 烟时, 可以同时记录用户吸食电子烟的时间, 并当用户吸食电子烟的时间在预 设合理的范围内时, 将检测信号记为合理信号并发送给控制模块。
802、 根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数;
控制模块接收到检测信号之后, 可以根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数。具 体的可以如下: 例如控制模块内计数单元预存的吸烟口数可以为 0, 每次接收 到检测信号, 计数单元增加 1 ; 控制模块内计数单元预存的吸烟口数也可以为 吸烟口数限定值, 例如为 180口或 190口, 每次接收到检测信号, 计数单元减 小 1。
803、 检测所述电子烟电池的电量情况;
由于电子烟内的雾化器会由于电力不足而不能达到正常的工作温度,从而
会影响烟气的口感, 因而可以检测所述电子烟电池的电量情况, 并将上述电量 情况发送给控制模块。
需要说明的是,步骤 803不限于在本发明实施例的在步骤 802之后及步骤 804之前,而是可以在步骤 804之前的任一步骤之前或之后,在此处不作限定。
804、 根据所述吸烟口数及监测信号控制电子烟, 当所述吸烟口数达到预 设值时, 控制所述电子烟终止工作。
当吸烟口数达到吸烟口数限定值后, 或电量情况显示电池的电力不足时, 控制模块可以根据所述吸烟口数、所述电量情况及电子烟硬件情况控制所述电 子烟。具体的可以终止电子烟工作或发出预警再终止电子烟工作, 以便用户使 用。
通过对用户吸烟口数的记录,本发明限定电子烟使用寿命的方法能够在吸 烟口数即将达到或达到设定值或电量较低的情况下终止电子烟工作或发出预 警再终止电子烟工作,从而能够保证产品一致性,进而给用户良好的吸烟体验, 同时电量检测步骤的增设,可以进一步增强本发明电子烟的实用性和人性化程 度。 上述本发明所述的电子烟终止工作后, 该电子烟不能再雾化烟油。
以上对本发明所提供的一种限定使用寿命的电子烟及限定电子烟使用寿 进行了阐述, 以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思 想。 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的 前提下, 还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明 权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims
1、 一种限定使用寿命的电子烟, 包括电池( 1 )、 开关组件(3 )及雾化器 (4), 其特征在于, 还包括控制模块(2)及吸烟触发模块(5);
所述控制模块 ( 2 ) 包括计数子模块 ( 21 )和主控子模块 ( 22 );
所述计数子模块(21 )与所述主控子模块(22)相连, 用于根据所述吸烟 触发模块(5) 向所述主控子模块(22)发送的监测信号记录吸烟口数;
所述主控子模块(22)与所述电池(1)、 所述开关组件(3)及所述吸烟 触发模块 ( 5 )相连, 用于根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电子烟, 当所述吸烟口数达到预设值时, 控制所述电子烟终止工作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电 子烟还包括预警模块(6);
所述预警模块( 6 ), 与所述主控子模块( 22 )相连, 用于当所述计数子模 块(21 )的计数次数即将达到或达到预设值时根据所述主控子模块(22)的控 制信号发出预警。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述开 关组件(3)为晶体管开关,所述晶体管开关与所述电池(1)、主控子模块(22) 及所述雾化器(4) 电连接。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸 烟触发模块(5) 包括气流感应器和 /或按键录入模块。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸 烟触发模块(5) 为所述气流感应器, 安装在所述电子烟的气流通道内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述控 制模块(2)还包括抗干扰子模块(23);
所述抗干扰子模块(23), 用于记录所述气流感应器的触发时间, 并当所 述触发时间低于预设值时向所述主控子模块(22)发送本次记录无效的信号。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟, 其特征 在于, 所述控制模块(2)还包括电量检测子模块(24);
所述电量检测子模块(24), 与所述主控子模块(22)相连, 用于检测所
述电池的电量。
8、 一种限定电子烟使用寿命的方法, 用于限定权利要求 1至 Ί中任一项 所述的电子烟的使用寿命, 包括:
S1 : 接收吸烟触发模块的监测信号;
S2: 根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数;
S3 : 根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电子烟, 当所述吸烟口数 达到预设值时, 控制所述电子烟终止工作。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S3之前还包括:
检测所述电子烟电池的电量情况。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的限定使用寿命的电子烟的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法具体为:
S10: 主控子模块接收吸烟触发模块的监测信号;
S20: 计数子模块根据所述监测信号记录吸烟口数;
S30: 主控子模块根据所述吸烟口数及所述监测信号控制所述电子烟, 当 所述吸烟口数达到预设值时,控制电池终止对雾化器供电,使所述电子烟终止 工作。
