另一种具体实现中,挤压区为侧壁上由弹性材料形成的部分,仍如图3所示,此时并不开设窗口104,而是将容器10的一侧壁102部分地形成为可压挤的垫片110,该垫片110即为挤压区。类似地,医务人员通过压挤垫片110来达到提高清洁效果的目的。
实施例3
仍如图3所示,本实施例提供的医用设备清洁消毒器与实施例2的不同在于,挤压区是透明的,可以理解,如果挤压区是窗口104,这自然是属于透明的一种特例,如果挤压区是垫片110,则垫片110是透明的,同时,补充包20至少与挤压区相对的部位是透明的,从而,可通过挤压区及补充包20的透明部位来观察吸附体的颜色变化情况。
当然,对于本实施例而言,吸附体中添加有对PH值敏感的染色剂,使得吸附体在不同PH值时显示不同的颜色。例如,吸附体在PH值为如6.5~7.5内为偏黄色或黄色,在这个范围之外为黑色或近似黑色。从而通过颜色的变化可直观地得知吸附体的使用寿命,何时需要替换补充包及其内置的吸附体,防止吸附体被过度使用,有助于使整个医用设备清洁消毒器保持最大的清洁能力。
相应地,依据本发明的一种实施例,还提供了一种吸附体,该吸附体不仅具有清洁、杀菌功能,而且,该吸附体中添加有对PH值敏感的染色剂,使得吸附体在不同PH值时显示不同的颜色。
本实施例中,挤压区兼具两种功能,既可以提供压挤补充包的入口,又可以通过透明的挤压区来观察吸附体的情况;在另一种实施例中,这两种功能是通过不同区域实现的,即额外设置专门的观察区。具体地,将容器10的一侧壁102部分地形成为观察区(图未示出),该观察区为侧壁上的开口或由透明材料形成,同时,补充包20至少与观察区相对的部分是透明的,用于观察吸附体的颜色变化情况。
实施例4
本实施例的医用设备清洁消毒器所提供的功能与实施例3类似,即显示何时需要替换补充包,然而,与实施例3不同的是,本实施例的医用设备清洁消毒器不是通过透明的挤压区或观察区来观察吸附体的颜色变化情况,而是在容器10上直接进行电子显示。
如图4和图5所示,本实施例的医用设备清洁消毒器包括具有杀菌清洁功能的吸附体(图未示出)、用于承载吸附体的补充包20和容器10,补充包20可拆卸地内置于容器10。其中吸附体、补充包和容器及其之间的关系与前述各实施例中的描述类似,不再赘述,不同的是,容器10的一侧壁102上设有用于显示使用数据的显示模块121,容器10内设有传感器123和电路板122。传感器123用于感应医用设备是否插入补充包20,电路板122与传感器123相连,每当传感器123感应到有医用设备插入补充包20,电路板122对此计数,并将计数后的次数显示在显示模块121上。显示模块121显示的使用数据可以是通过传感器123记录的医用设备的插入次数,还可以是通过传感器123记录的医用设备的插入次数以及预置的最大可使用次数。从而,通过显示模块121可以很清楚地知道补充包内的吸附体是否被过度使用。进一步地,为保护电路板122不被医用设备撞击到或是在压挤补充包时被挤压,还提供电路板盖子124将电路板122覆盖住以免受到外力的破坏。
一种举例中,传感器123可以为触点开关,一旦医用设备伸入补充包即触发该触点开关,电路板122进行计数处理,最后通过LED予以显示。又例如,在容器10的上方设有带有红外感应装置,该红外感应装置连接到计数电路122。具体实现时,电路板122和电路板盖子124内置于容器10的底部,传感器123内置于容器10的顶部,显示模块121位于侧壁102的外表面。
在一些实施例中,不是采用显示模块121显示补充包20内置的吸附体的使用情况,而是其它的提示模块提醒,例如通过声音告警的方式。在传感器记录的医用设备的插入次数达到预置的最大可使用次数时,发出声音告警,此时,医用设备清洁消毒器包括的不是显示模块121,而是声音模块(图未示出),该声音模块与电路板122相连,用于在达到预置的最大可使用次数时发出声音告警,进一步地,还可以在当已达到最大可使用次数时,如果仍将医用设备插入补充包则继续发出声音告警。
在另一些实施例中,医用设备清洁消毒器同时采用显示模块和声音模块进行使用次数的提示。一旦补充包20超出预置的最大可使用次数,医务人员可将补充包20取下,放入新的补充包。可以理解,为了在放入新的补充包后,显示模块121和/或声音模块能够正常工作,可以在容器上设置一复位按钮(图未示出),将使用次数进行清零。当然,这种方式可能会容易误操作;因此,还可以通过在容器10的开口101上设置一感应器(图未示出),一旦与开口101相接合的补充包20的连接部201与开口101分离,则自动感应并通知电路板122清零计数。
以上涉及的计数电路、传感器、显示和/或声音报警的具体实现可参考通常使用的感应计数显示方面的技术,对此不作限制。
实施例5
如图6所述,本实施例的医用设备清洁消毒器在前述实施例的基础上,增加可拆卸定位装置,具体地,在容器10的一侧壁103上设有夹持物130,进一步地,该夹持物130为可拆卸式,或者为可拆卸式且可旋转式。通过该夹持物130,可将医用设备清洁消毒器夹在衣物上,便于医务人员随身携带,方便随时随地对医用设备例如听诊器进行清洁和消毒。
一种具体实现时,夹持物130为夹子132,容器10的侧壁103上设有与夹子132相配合的安装部131,如图7所示,而且夹子132和安装部131之间为可拆卸连接。另一种具体实现时,夹子132相对于安装部131可旋转,并保持清洁消毒器正立。
夹持物130的具体实现可参考常用的夹持相关方式和技术,对此不做限制。
实施例6
如图8所示,本实施例与前述实施例的不同之处在于,连接包20的连接部201上设有至少一个唇边202,唇边202为弹性材质制成,并朝向容器10的斜下方伸出。设计唇边202的目的是,防止吸附体溢出容器。当医用设备插入补充包20内的吸附体进行清洁和消毒后,将医用设备拔出医用设备清洁消毒器时,很可能会将吸附体一起拔出,通过唇边202可将附在医用设备的吸附体刮回补充包20内。
实施例7
本实施例与前述实施例的不同之处在于,补充包20还设有与连接部201相匹配的可拆卸式封闭盖(图未示出),用于封闭补充包20。当使用新的补充包20时,将新的补充包20上的可拆卸式封闭盖取下盖住废弃的补充包20,以便于回收废弃的补充包20及其内置的吸附体,达到环保的目的。
封闭盖与连接部201之间的配合可参考常用的盖子和盒体关联的方式实现,例如封闭盖的周向边缘设有凹槽,连接部201的与封闭盖相接的一侧的周向边缘设有凸缘,通过将封闭盖的凹槽与连接部201的凸缘相配合,可实现对补充包20的封闭。
实施例8
如图9所示,本实施例与前述实施例的不同之处在于,医用设备清洁消毒器还包括容器盖30,容器盖30上设有弹性材质制成的狭缝301。通过容器盖30不仅可防止补充包20内的吸附体溢出容器,还避免吸附体与外界的充分交互以进一步保证吸附体的使用寿命。设置弹性材质的狭缝301的目的与实施例6的唇边202类似,即通过狭缝301将附在医用设备的吸附体刮回补充包20内。
一些实施例中,为进一步将附在医用设备的吸附体刮回补充包20,又或者是保持狭缝301的清洁度,容器盖30上还设有弹性材质制成的过滤门302,过滤门302的开口形状可以是直线、折线或曲线等。如图10所示,一种具体实现中,过滤门302的开口形状为齿状,以便于将杯式(钟型)听诊头上吸附的吸附体刮回补充包20,当然其它实现中可根据具体医用设备的形状不同设置不同形状的过滤门,例如有些听诊器的听诊头为扁平状,则可以设置细长条状过滤门,将吸附体刮回补充包20。
另一些实施例中,容器盖30的两端朝向容器10的底部延伸形成延伸部303,仍如图9所示,相应地,容器10的两相对侧壁上设有与延伸部303相配合的通孔105。一种具体实现中,容器盖30的横截面尺寸大于补充包20的横截面尺寸,其是用来盖住容器10的开口101,此时延伸部303大部分位于容器10外,延伸部303为弹性材质且其部分地形成为凸起,该凸起与通孔为卡扣方式,通过将该凸起置于通孔105可实现将容器盖30 盖在容器10上,通过将该凸起从通孔105中抠出即可取下容器盖30。另一种具体实现中,容器盖30的横截面尺寸与补充包20的相吻合,其是用来盖住补充包20,延伸部303为弹性材质的按钮,其同样与通孔105形成卡扣方式,此时延伸部303大部分位于容器10内,通过按压按钮即可取出补充包20,通过将按钮与通孔105相配合即可盖住容器10及其内置的补充包20。
一种较佳的实施例中,医用设备清洁消毒器具有如上各实施例提供的功能特点,例如,如图11所示,包括容器10、补充包20、内置于补充包20的吸附体、以及容器盖30。容器盖30上设有狭缝301、过滤门302和形成为按钮的延伸部303;补充包20设有连接部201;容器10内置有电路模块,其包括电路板盖子124、电路板122和传感器123,容器10的两相对端设有与延伸部303相配合的通孔105,其另外两相对端上一端设有显示模块121和可压挤的垫片110,另一端上设有用于安置夹持物132的安装部131。其中涉及的各部件的功能特点参见前述各实施例中相应的描述,在此不作重述。
虽然以上各实施例中只描述了医用设备清洁消毒器,然而,由于依据本发明的医用设备清洁消毒器相比清洁消毒装置只是多设置了具有清洁消毒功能的吸附体,故通过医用设备清洁消毒器的描述可对应地得知医用设备清洁消毒装置的相关部件及结构。通过本申请实施例提供的医用设备清洁消毒器,医务人员只需一个动作即可实现对医用设备例如听诊器的听诊头的清洁、消毒和保护,而且,采用补充包及回收的方式更为绿色环保。
以上应用具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,应该理解,以上实施方式只是用于帮助理解本发明,而不应理解为对本发明的限制。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,包括:
    顶部设有开口(101)的容器(10);和
    补充包(20),所述补充包通过所述开口可拆卸地内置于所述容器, 所述补充包用于容纳具有杀菌清洁功能的吸附体,
    所述补充包设有与所述开口相接合的连接部(201)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,
    所述补充包(20)用于容纳所述吸附体的部分采用柔性或弹性材料制成,
    所述容器(10)的一侧壁(102)部分地形成为挤压区,通过所述挤压区挤压所述补充包,
    所述挤压区为侧壁上的开口或侧壁上由柔性或弹性材料形成的部分。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,
    所述挤压区是透明的,所述补充包(20)至少与所述挤压区相对的部分是透明的,用于观察所述吸附体的颜色变化情况。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,
    所述容器(10)的一侧壁(102)部分地形成为观察区,所述观察区为侧壁上的开口或由透明材料形成,所述补充包至少与所述观察区相对的部分是透明的,用于观察所述吸附体的颜色变化情况。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,
    所述容器(10)内设有用于感应医用设备插入所述补充包(20)的传感器(123)和与所述传感器相连的电路板(122),所述容器的一侧壁(102)上设有用于显示使用数据的显示模块(121),所述显示模块与所述电路板相连,所述使用数据包括通过所述传感器记录的医用设备的插入次数,或者包括通过所述传感器记录的医用设备的插入次数和预置的最大可使用次数。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,
    所述连接部(201)上设有至少一个弹性材质制得的唇边(202),所述唇边朝向所述容器(10)的斜下方伸出。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,
    所述补充包(20)还设有与所述连接部(201)相匹配的可拆卸式封闭盖。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的医用设备清洁装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    容器盖(30),所述容器盖上设有弹性材质制成的狭缝(301)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的医用设备清洁消毒器,其特征在于,
    所述容器盖(30)还设有弹性材质制成的过滤门(302),所述过滤门的开口形状是直线、折线或曲线。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的医用设备清洁消毒装置,其特征在于,
    所述容器盖(30)的两端朝向所述容器(10)的底部延伸形成延伸部(303);
    所述延伸部形成为按钮,所述容器的两相对侧壁上设有与所述按钮相配合的通孔(105),
    或者,所述延伸部部分地形成为凸起,所述容器的两相对侧上设有与所述凸起相配合的通孔(105)。
  11. 一种医用设备清洁消毒器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-10任一项所述的医用设备清洁装置器,以及具有杀菌清洁功能的吸附体,所述吸附体容纳于所述医用设备清洁消毒装置的补充包。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的医用设备清洁消毒器,其特征在于,所述吸附体中添加有对PH值敏感的染色剂,使得所述吸附体在不同PH值时显示不同的颜色。
