 尚、上記鞍乗型車両には、運転者が車体を跨いで乗車する車両全般が含まれ、自動二輪車(原動機付自転車及びスクータ型車両を含む)のみならず、三輪(前一輪且つ後二輪の他に、前二輪且つ後一輪の車両も含む)又は四輪の車両も含まれる。
