Description

小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构及其卷封方法 技术领域
本发明涉及小型异形罐的卷边结构及其制作方法,尤其是冲压扣底卷封方法。
背景技术
现有技术的桶罐的底盖卷封方法大都采用卷封装配机成型,其原理是:先将桶底顶放于桶身上,然后用两盘夹紧,并使桶身与桶底顶一起旋转,再把卷边成型轮靠上去。使桶底顶和桶身边缘沿滚轮槽型曲线卷曲,当滚轮完全靠上桶身后,卷边已基本形成,最后用二道修正滚轮靠上去,将卷边压紧,并消除回弹,使卷边成为所需要的形状。此种方法主要是用于圆形桶罐的卷封。而异形罐在卷封过程中,由于四边不呈圆形,卷封部位每一点与罐身中心距离都不等,卷边滚轮不能做圆周运动,所以圆罐的滚轮作圆周运动、罐身旋转的卷封方式不适合异形罐的卷封。比如,口香糖盒等较为小的异形盒的卷封,采用异形罐卷封机,必须是罐身静止不动,而卷封滚轮做仿形运动的结构形式。异形罐仿形卷封有两种基本型式,一种是罐型靠模,另一种是非罐型靠模。此两种方式使得卷边滚轮的设计和要求更加复杂、制作较为困难,由于转弯曲率变化较大,也使得卷边滚轮在该处的惯性变化剧增,严重地影响了卷封质量,也限制了生产能力的提高。也容易出现卷封不紧、精度不够、起皱纹、卷边轧伤、破裂等不符合质量标准的现象。因此,一般小型的异形罐大多采用模具冲压卷封成型的工艺。
现有技术的异形罐罐身和罐底(顶)的模具冲压卷封都采用二重卷边,工艺技术简单,其缺陷是密封性不好,易渗漏,不能用于要求密封性较高的筒罐。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构及其卷封方法,它利用模具冲压卷边改变了现有技术的卷边结构,有效地提高了卷边的密封性能,并且生产方法简单,生产效率高。
本发明小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构,包括同一型号板材制作的罐身卷缘11,罐底卷缘21,所述罐身卷缘11包覆所述罐底卷缘21内卷90°;形成依次排列的罐身卷缘111层--罐底卷缘212层--罐身卷缘113层--罐底214层共四层结构。
上述的小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构,其特征在于用0.23mm厚的板材制作的罐身和罐底,其罐身卷缘11的长度为4.5mm,其罐底卷缘21的长度为3mm。
上述的小型三片异形罐五层卷边结构的卷封方法,包括以下步骤:
①选取0.23mm厚的板材下料裁切;分别制作罐身和罐底;
②将罐身卷缘11的端部预弯,该端部预弯的长度为0.8-1.2mm;
③将罐底置于罐身内套于底模上,罐底卷缘21的根部与罐身卷缘11的根部位于同一水平线上;
④将罐底、罐身进行一次冲压成型;该一次冲压上模为卷边模,所述卷边模的模腔为半圆弧与矩形的并集,其半圆弧的直径为2.1mm,其矩形为2.1×1.05mm;
⑤在步骤④的基础上再进行二次冲压成型;该二次冲压上模为线形模。
采用上述小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构,与现有技术相比其密封性能大大增强,可以有效地提高防潮性能,从而保护盒内食品的安全。采用本发明的模压卷封方法,卷边不会产生“铁舌”,卷边内部无空 隙,并且生产方法简单,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明作进一步详述:
见图1、图2、图3所示,本发明小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构,包括同一型号板材制作的罐身1以及罐身卷缘11,罐底2以及罐底卷缘21。当用0.23mm厚的板材制作罐身1和罐底2时,其罐身卷缘11的长度为4.5mm,;其罐底卷缘的长度为3mm。所述罐身卷缘11包覆所述罐底卷缘21内卷90°;形成依次排列的罐身卷缘111层--罐底卷缘212层--罐身卷缘113层--罐底214层共四层结构。如此卷边结构,卷边内部无空隙,有效地提高了卷封结构的密封性。所述罐身卷缘11与罐底卷缘21向内翻卷,因此在罐身底部不会有看得见的凸缘,罐身的整体装潢效果不受底盖卷边影响,外观亦美观。
上述的小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构的卷封方法:
首先按照现有技术制作罐底和罐身。
见图3、图4、图5、图6所示,
第一步:将罐身卷缘11的端部11a预弯,该端部11a预弯的长度为0.8-1.2mm;如图3、图4所示。
第二步:将罐底2置于罐身1内套于底模上,罐底卷缘21的根部21b与罐身卷缘11的根部11b位于同一水平线上;如图4所示。
第三步:将罐底、罐身进行一次冲压成型;该一次冲压上模为卷边模,所述卷边模的模腔为半圆弧与矩形的并集,其半圆弧的半径R为2.1mm,其矩形长边A为2.1,宽边B为1.05mm;如图5所示。
第四步:在第三步的基础上再进行二次冲压成型,以将卷边压紧,消除回弹。该二次冲压上模为线形模。如图6所示,采用图6所示的线形模得到图7所示的卷边结构。当然也可以根据客户对线形的要求,通过改变线形模而得到不同的线形,满足客户的需求,如图8所示为扁平线形。

Claims (3)

  1. 小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构,包括同一型号板材制作的罐身卷缘(11),罐底卷缘(21),其特征在于所述罐身卷缘(11)包覆所述罐底卷缘(21)内卷90°;形成依次排列的罐身卷缘(111)层--罐底卷缘(212)层--罐身卷缘(113)层--罐底(214)层共四层结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的小型三片异形罐四层卷边结构,其特征在于用0.23mm厚的板材制作的罐身和罐底,其罐身卷缘(11)的长度为4.5mm,其罐底卷缘(21)的长度为3mm。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的小型三片异形罐五层卷边结构的卷封方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    ①选取0.23mm厚的板材下料裁切;分别制作罐身和罐底;
    ②将罐身卷缘(11)的端部预弯,该端部预弯的长度为0.8-1.2mm;
    ③将罐底置于罐身内套于底模上,罐底卷缘(21)的根部与罐身卷缘(11)的根部位于同一水平线上;
    ④将罐底、罐身进行一次冲压成型;该一次冲压上模为卷边模,所述卷边模的模腔为半圆弧与矩形的并集,其半圆弧的直径为2.1mm,其矩形为2.1×1.05mm;
