Description

背光模组及显示装置
本申请主张在 2013 年 12 月 27 日在中国提交的中国专利申请号 No. 201310741292.X的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用包含于此。
本公开文本涉及显示技术领域, 尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
传统液晶模组的内部结构如图 1所示, 传统液晶模组的背光模组在组装 前, 要将灯条〗 固定在背板 3上, 灯条 1包括铝基板 11和光源 12 (如图 3 所示), 灯条 1固定在背板 3上, 需要在灯条 1的铝基板 11上先粘贴导电热 胶 2, 然后再将其粘贴在背板 3上 (灯条 1与背板 3安装结构示意图如图 2 所示), 由于将灯条 1固定在背板 3上是人工操作、 同时在将灯条 1粘到背板 3的过程中不能保证灯条 1 的位置固定, 灯条 1位置存在一定的偏差与不稳 定性, 同时由于某些型号的设计限制还容易产生贴附不良的现象。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本公开文本提供一种背光模组及显示装置, 实 现精确、 方便的灯条固定方式, 提高光效。
为了达到上述目的, 本公开文本采用的技术方案是: 一种背光模组, 包 括背板、 设置在背板上的灯条和卡接结构; 所述卡接结构包括: 设置在所述 灯条上的卡接件, 以及设置在所述背板上并与所述卡接件位置相对应的定位 连接件; 所述卡接件与所述定位连接件相配合以将所述灯条固定在所述背板 进一步的, 所述卡接件为设置在所述灯条靠近所述背板的一侧的多个插 接板;所述定位连接件为设置在所述背板上与所述插接板位置相对应的通孔; 所述插接板穿过所述通孔并弯折至与所述背板贴合。 进一步的, 所述灯条包括铝基板, 以及设置在所述铝基板一侧的光源; 所述铝基板的另一侧设有所述卡接件。

如图 4、 图 5和图 6所示, 本公开文本一实施例提供一种背光模组, 包 括背板 3, 以及设置在背板 3上的灯条 10, 还包括用于将所述灯条 10固定于 所述背板 3上的卡接结构 50。 所述卡接结构 50包括: 设置在所述灯条 10上 的卡接件 100, 以及设置在所述背板 3上并与所述卡接件 100位置相对应的 定位连接件 200。 所述卡接件】00与所述定位连接件 200相配合以将所述灯 条 10固定在所述背板 3上。
采用上述卡接结构 50将所述灯条 10固定于所述背板 3上, 相对于现有 技术中所述灯条 1需要通过导热胶 2粘贴于所述背板 3上, 方便所述灯条 10 固定, 旦使所述灯条 10得到良好的定位, 改善传统的通过导热胶 2贴附灯条 1的连接方式由于人工操作带来的偏差。
所述卡接结构 50的结构形式可以有多种,并不限于本实施例上述结构方 式, 只要实现将所述灯条 10方便、 快捷地固定于所述背板 3, 旦使所述灯条 1得到良好的定位即可。
本实施例中,所述卡接件 100为设置在所述灯条 10靠近所述背板 3的一 侧的多个插接板; 如图 6所示, 所述定位连接件 200为设置在所述背板 3上 并与所述卡接件 100如插接板的位置相对应的通孔, 所述通孔的横截面尺寸 稍大于卡接件 100如插接板的横截面, 所述卡接件 100如插接板具有第一状 态和第二状态,
所述第一状态为所述卡接件 100如插接板与所述灯条 10大致垂直,如图 4所示;
所述第二状态为所述卡接件 100如插接板穿过所述定位连接件 200如通 孔并反向弯折至与所述背板 3贴合以将所述灯条 1 固定于所述背板 3上, 如 图 6所示。
在所述灯条 10与所述背板 3未安装前,所述卡接件 100如插接板与所述 灯条 10大致垂直, 安装时, 所述卡接件 100如插接板穿过所述定位连接件 200如通孔并反向弯折至与所述背板 3贴合以将所述灯条 10固定于所述背板 3上。 所述卡接件 100如插接板弯折后, 由于所述定位连接件 200如通孔的 大小限制和所述灯条 10本身的重力, 所述灯条 10可以自然被固定。 所述卡 接件 100如插接板与所述背板 3的远离所述灯条 10的一面贴合即可,无需再 固定, 这样也可以方便重复拆卸利 )¾。 本实施例采用上述连接方式固定所述 本实施例中, 所述卡接件】00如插接板由可弯折的柔性 料制成。
由于所述卡接件 100如插接板需要弯折至与所述背板 3贴合以将所述灯 条 10固定于所述背板 3上,所以所述卡接件 100如插接板可采用柔性材料制 作。 为了更好的固定所述灯条 10, 所述卡接件】 00如插接板与相应的所述背 板 3上的定位连接件 200如通孔的数量可以根据实际需要设定。
如图 5所示, 所述灯条 10包括铝基板 11, 以及设置在所述铝基板 11一 侧的光源 12。 所述铝基板 11的另一侧设有所述卡接件 100。
本实施例中, 所述光源 12为 LED灯。
本实施例采^上述连接方式固定所述灯条】0, 操作简单, 同时可以避免 传统的人工操作用导热胶粘贴灯条位置不精确带来的偏差; 另外, 由于金属 表面直接接触(所述灯条 10的铝基板 U直接与所述背板 3接触), 散热效果 理论上也会提高。
所述卡接件 100与所述铝基板 11 的连接方式可以有多种, 所述卡接件 100与所述铝基板 11可以一体成型为一整体结构, ffi可以采 悍接、 粘贴等 其他连接方式将所述卡接件 100连接在所述铝基板 Π上。所述卡接件 100与 所述定位连接件 200配合将灯条 10固定于背板 3上即可达到上述效果, 以下 具体说明几种本实施例中所述卡接件 100与所述铝基板 11的连接方式:
在一实施例中, 所述卡接件 100与所述铝基板 11为一体结构。
在一实施例中, 所述卡接件 100通过粘结剂或銲接方式与所述铝基板 11 连接。
如图 6所示,本实施例背光模组还包括固定于所述背板 3上的导光板 60, 以及设置于所述导光板正面的光学膜材 70。 所述背板 3包括设置于所述导光 板 60背面的第一部分 31 以及围设于所述导光板 60侧面的第二部分 32, 所 述定位连接件 200设于所述第二部分 32。
传统的背光模组, 需要在灯条铝基板上先粘贴导热胶, 然后再将其粘贴 在背板上, 于人工操作,同时在粘到背板的过程中不能保证灯条位置固定, 而本公开文本实施例中 于所述卡接件 100如插接板的位置与所述背板 3上 相应的所述定位连接件 200如通孔的位置都是预先设定的,所述灯条 10的位 置可以保持在设定值内, 入光位置稳定, 与导光板 60配合光效与传统的导热 胶粘贴方式相比增高。
同时, 传统的固定灯条的方式由于某些型号设计的限制也会发生不容易 贴附的现象发生, Hook (卡勾结构, 背板与塑料胶框与金属边框目前都是通 过卡勾结构的配合来固定的) 位置的限制, 该处导热胶接触面积较少, 影响 Connector (连接器, 灯条与电源相连接的部分) 端灯条的固定, 容易产生 Connector (连接器) 松动脱落, 而本公开文本实施例中釆用的固定灯条的方 式避免了上述问题的发生。
本公开文本实施例还提供一种显示装置, 包括显示面板、 上述的背光模 组以及用于组装所述显示面板和所述背光模组的边框。

1 . 一种背光模组, 包括背板以及设置在背板上的灯条, 其中, 所述背光 模组还包括卡接结构; 所述卡接结构包括: 设置在所述灯条上的卡接件, 以 及设置在所述背板上并与所述卡接件位置相对应的定位连接件; 所述卡接件 与所述定位连接件相配合以将所述灯条固定在所述背板上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述卡接件包括设置在所述 灯条靠近所述背板的一侧的多个插接板; 所述定位连接件为设置在所述背板 上与所述插接板位置相对应的通孔;
所述插接板穿过所述通孔并弯折至与所述背板贴合。
