在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明, 但是, 本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施, 因此, 本发明 的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
图 1 示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的跨界面数据转移方法的流程 图。 下步骤: 步骤 102 , 在终端界面上的一个或多个数据对象按照预定方式被 操作时, 在终端界面上显示至少一个可接收一个或多个数据对象的其他界 面; 步骤 104 , 在其他界面中确定一个目标界面, 将一个或多个数据对象 转移到目标界面。
终端界面上显示有一些可被操作的数据对象, 如果该终端界面是电脑 界面, 则会显示有应用图标、 word 文档、 文件夹等数据对象, 用户可以 对这些数据对象进行删除、 复制、 移动等操作, 而当该终端界面上以一种 有别于目前常用的操作方式 (例如长按拖动) 对某数据对象进行操作时, 终端会认为用户将进行跨界面数据转移, 此时, 在终端界面上显示可接收 该数据对象的多个界面, 供用户选择, 用户可在该多个界面中选择一个界 面作为目标界面。 在确定目标界面后, 将用户操作的一个或多个数据对象 自动转移至该目标界面, 无需逐页翻页, 也无需进行界面的跳转, 更无需 专门进入一个操作界面来进行数据对象的转移, 因此极大地提高了操作效 率, 并且由于在终端界面上显示了所有可接收数据对象的界面, 因此对于 用户来说, 能够清楚了解当前终端界面以及所有可接收该数据对象的其他 界面的情况, 使得数据转移更加直观。
在上述技术方案中, 优选的, 在所述一个或多个数据对象被拖动时, 检测所述一个或多个数据对象被拖动的轨迹方向; 根据所述轨迹方向自适 应显示所述其他界面。
在终端界面上显示其他界面时, 可以检测数据对象被拖动的轨迹方 向, 为了便于用户进行界面选择, 可根据用户的轨迹方向灵活显示其他界 面, 即其他界面的位置不是固定的, 可根据用户的操作动作来改变显示的 示。 比如, 在 IOS操作系统中页面不可循环显示, 采用本方案则可选择除 当前页面之外且在移动方向上的页面进行显示。 例如检测到当前处于第三 页面且用户发出向左滑动的手势, 则将位于第三页面左边的第一、 第二页 面缩略显示在第三页面中。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 将所述其他界面显示在与所述轨迹 方向相应的终端屏幕边缘区域。
将可接收该数据对象的界面显示在轨迹终点附近的位置, 例如若检测 到拖动的方向是竖直向下时, 则将其他界面显示在屏幕的下方边缘区域, 使用户能够方便的将数据对象拖动至目标界面。 若检测到拖动的方向是水 平向左时, 则将其他界面显示在屏幕的左侧边缘区域。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 在所述一个或多个数据对象被拖动 至所述其他界面中的一个界面上并停留预定时间时, 确定所述一个界面为 所述目标界面。
在多个界面中选择目标界面时, 可将数据对象拖动至选择的界面上, 然后停留 3秒钟释放, 该界面即被选择。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 在所述一个或多个数据对象被操作 时, 所述终端搜索可与所述终端建立连接的外部设备; 获取所述外部设备 的界面以及所述终端的其他菜单界面, 确定所述其他界面包括所述外部设 备的界面以及所述终端的其他菜单界面。 在终端界面上的数据对象被操作时, 终端搜索能与其进行通信的设 备, 然后将这些设备的界面显示出来。 这些界面可以预先保存在终端上, 当搜索到这些设备时, 再调出相应的界面进行显示, 这样可以加快显示速 度。 若这些设备事先没有与终端建立好通信, 则终端向外广播连接请求, 判断是否接收到其他设备的响应, 如果有响应, 则说明可建立连接, 然后 显示与可建立连接的设备对应的界面。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 还可以包括: 获取所述外部设备与 所述终端的相对位置关系, 根据所述相对位置关系确定所述外部设备的界 面将被显示在指向所述外部设备的终端屏幕边缘区域; 在所述一个或多个 数据对象进入所述终端屏幕边缘区域时, 在所述终端屏幕边缘区域上显示 所述外部设备的界面。
根据终端与其他设备之间交互的信号, 可获取外部设备与终端的相对 位置关系, 类似于遥控器控制电视机, 当遥控器在一定范围内向电视机发 送遥控指令时, 电视机能够接收到该遥控指令, 若不在一定范围内, 则电 视机无法响应遥控器, 根据该原理, 终端可以知道外部设备的大概位置, 若电视机当前在终端的左侧, 则在终端的左侧显示该电视机的界面, 使得 电视机的界面与电视机的位置相关联, 用户能够直观了解外部设备的界面 大概会显示在屏幕的那个位置, 然后有针对性地拖动数据对象。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 在所述目标界面为本终端的一个界 面时, 使所述终端切换显示为所述目标界面, 所述一个或多个数据对象被 显示在所述目标界面上; 在所述目标界面为外部设备的界面时, 将所述一 个或多个数据对象传输至所述外部设备的界面, 在所述外部设备的界面上 显示所述一个或多个数据对象。 显示界面之外的其他界面, 例如终端当前显示第一页菜单页, 则该其他界 面包括第二页到第四页的菜单页。 如果选择的目标界面是本终端的一个界 面, 则直接使本终端切换显示为该目标界面, 并显示被操作的数据对象被 设置在目标界面上的哪个位置。 例如目标界面是第三页菜单页, 则直接显 示第三页菜单页, 然后在该第三页菜单页上显示被操作的数据对象。 如果 选择的目标界面是其他设备的界面, 则将被操作的数据对象发送至相应的 设备, 实现数据传输, 无需进行页面的跳转, 操作筒单。

下面结合图 2至图 4进一步说明根据本发明的跨界面数据转移方法。 步骤 202 , 假设用户终端是手机, 用户在手机桌面上移动图标至屏幕 边缘区域, 例如屏幕的右侧边缘区域。 如图 3所示, 用户在手机桌面上选 定应用图标 302 , 并将其拖动至屏幕的右侧区域。
步骤 204 , 判断可接收该图标的其他界面, 手机搜索可与本手机建立 通信连接的设备, 发现没有, 于是判断本终端是否有其他界面可接收该图 标。
步骤 206 , 在屏幕边缘区域显示判断出的其他界面的缩略图或符号标 识。 继续以图 3为例, 终端判断出本终端有 4页菜单页可接收用户移动应 用图标。 于是, 在终端的右侧区域显示判断出的 4 页菜单页 304 , 如果在 屏幕的右侧区域显示不下, 则可以滚动显示, 供用户选择。
步骤 208 , 用户将该图标拖动至目标界面并做短暂停留例如 2秒。 步骤 210, 手机进入目标界面, 此时用户可松开图标, 或者在短暂停 留之后便松开图标, 手机进入目标界面。
继续以图 3为例, 用户可将应用图标 302拖动至菜单页 4的位置上, 然后停留短暂时间, 于是手机进入菜单页 4 , 松开应用图标 302 , 能够看 见应用图标 302被移动至菜单页 4。 从以上操作过程可知, 在用户希望将 应用图标 302移动至第四菜单页时, 仅需要一步操作即可以完成图标的移 动, 如果按照目前的图标移动方案, 则需要一直拖动图标, 并等待翻页, 当手机切换到第四页时, 才能够松开图标, 操作效率较低。
下面参看图 4说明根据本发明的另一实施例。
终端可与外部设备建立通信连接, 因此也涉及到文件数据的发送与接 收, 如果按照目前的操作方法, 用户在选择待发送的文件之后, 然后调出 操作菜单, 选择蓝牙选项, 最后发送给已建立蓝牙配对的其他设备, 操作 过程较为繁瑣。 为了进一步方便用户的操作, 本实施例将考虑到外部设备 与终端之间的位置关系, 然后基于该位置关系确定外部设备的界面应显示 在终端屏幕中的哪个位置, 用户可直观地了解应往哪个方向拖动选择的数 据对象。
如图 4所示, 假设当前电视机和平板电脑均位于用户的正前方, 当用 户正面手持手机时, 电视机和平板电脑也位于手机的前方。 因此, 终端默 认需要将外部设备的界面显示在屏幕的上方, 以方便用户的操作。 同理, 如果电视机和平板电脑在手机的左侧, 则可以将电视机和平板电脑的界面 显示在屏幕的左侧边缘区域。 可以根据外部设备与电视机的相对位置灵活 改变外部设备的界面的显示位置。
当用户需要将新建文件夹 402转移至平板电脑上时, 用户实际上已经 知道平板电脑的界面将显示在屏幕的上方, 因此往上拖动新建文件夹 402 , 当进入屏幕边缘区域时, 显示电视机和平板电脑的界面, 用户继续 将新建文件夹 402拖动至平板电脑 404的界面上, 并停留 2秒, 于是该新 建文件夹 402将被传输至平板电脑上, 整个操作过程非常直观, 基本无需 选择操作, 通过筒单的移动操作即可以完成文件的传输。
如果台式电脑在本手机的右侧, 则可以将该台式电脑的界面显示在手 机屏幕的左侧边缘区域, 以及将与本手机相关的其他界面显示在手机的下 方边缘区域。
判断外部设备与手机之间的相对位置关系的方法目前有多种, 可以利 用陀螺仪等方向检测装置以及根据信号的传输方向来大概判断出外部设备 的方位, 由于该方法是现有技术, 在此不再赘述。
应理解, 在另一种实施方式中, 可以根据用户的操作轨迹来自适应显 示外部设备的界面, 无需考虑外部设备的位置。 例如当用户按住新建文件 夹 402往下移动时, 终端检测用户的操作轨迹方向, 在判断出往下时, 在 将所有可接收新建文件夹的界面显示在屏幕的下方边缘区域上。 因此, 根 据用户的操作轨迹可动态显示接收界面。
以上各实施例的共同目的都是方便用户的操作, 无论是根据外部设备 的方位来显示, 还是根据用户的操作轨迹来显示, 均是为了方便用户能够 快速定位到目标界面, 减少拖动距离和拖动次数。
除此之外, 为了便于识别各接收界面, 这些界面可以以缩略图的形式 来展示, 也可以以符号标识的形式来进行展示。 被拖动的数据对象除了应 用图标、 文件夹之外, 还可以是音视频文件、 文档、 应用程序、 表格等 等。
图 5示出了根据本发明的实施例的终端的框图。
如图 5 所示, 根据本发明的实施例的终端 500 可以包括: 显示单元 502 , 用于在终端界面上的一个或多个数据对象按照预定方式被操作时, 在所述终端界面上显示至少一个可接收所述一个或多个数据对象的其他界 面; 跨界面转移单元 504 , 用于在所述其他界面中确定一个目标界面, 将 所述一个或多个数据对象转移到所述目标界面。
终端界面上显示有一些可被操作的数据对象, 如果该终端界面是电脑 界面, 则会显示有应用图标、 word 文档、 文件夹等数据对象, 用户可以 对这些数据对象进行删除、 复制、 移动等操作, 而当该终端界面上以一种 有别于目前常用的操作方式 (例如长按拖动) 对某数据对象进行操作时, 终端会认为用户将进行跨界面数据转移, 此时, 在终端界面上显示可接收 该数据对象的多个界面, 供用户选择, 用户可在该多个界面中选择一个界 面作为目标界面。 在确定目标界面后, 将用户操作的一个或多个数据对象 自动转移至该目标界面, 无需逐页翻页, 也无需进行界面的跳转, 更无需 专门进入一个操作界面来进行数据对象的转移, 因此极大地提高了操作效 率, 并且由于在终端界面上显示了所有可接收数据对象的界面, 因此对于 用户来说, 能够清楚了解当前终端界面以及所有可接收该数据对象的其他 界面的情况, 使得数据转移更加直观。
在上述任一技术方案中, 优选的, 所述显示单元 502 包括: 检测单元 5022 , 在所述一个或多个数据对象被拖动时, 检测所述一个或多个数据对 象被拖动的轨迹方向; 调整单元 5024 , 根据所述轨迹方向自适应显示所 述其他界面。

以上结合附图详细说明了根据本发明的跨界面数据转移技术, 本发明 提供了一种直观、 便捷的跨界面数据转移方式, 当用户需要进行数据转移 时, 将可接收该数据的界面显示以某种方式显示在终端当前界面上, 用户 直接将该数据移动至目标界面上, 便实现了数据的转移, 在数据转移的过 程中, 无需进行页面跳转, 无需用户执行不同的操作例如复制、 切换、 粘 贴、 勾选等, 只需要移动选择的数据对象即可完成数据转移, 大大筒化了 操作过程, 因此, 提高了操作效果, 减少了操作成本。

在终端界面上的一个或多个数据对象按照预定方式被操作时, 在所述 终端界面上显示至少一个可接收所述一个或多个数据对象的其他界面; 在所述其他界面中确定一个目标界面, 将所述一个或多个数据对象转 移到所述目标界面。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的跨界面数据转移方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述一个或多个数据对象被拖动时, 检测所述一个或多个数据对象被拖动的 轨迹方向;
根据所述轨迹方向自适应显示所述其他界面。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的跨界面数据转移方法, 其特征在于, 将所 述其他界面显示在与所述轨迹方向相应的终端屏幕边缘区域。

在所述一个或多个数据对象进入所述终端屏幕边缘区域时, 在所述终 端屏幕边缘区域上显示所述外部设备的界面。
7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的跨界面数据转移方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述目标界面为本终端的一个界面时, 使所述终端切换显示为所述目标界 面, 所述一个或多个数据对象被显示在所述目标界面上;
在所述目标界面为外部设备的界面时, 将所述一个或多个数据对象传 输至所述外部设备的界面, 在所述外部设备的界面上显示所述一个或多个 数据对象。
8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的跨界面数据转移方法, 其特征在于, 所述 其他界面被显示为缩略图或符号标识。
9. 根据权利要求 1 至 8 中任一项所述的跨界面数据转移方法, 其特 征在于, 所述数据对象包括以下至少一种:
应用图标、 文档、 文件夹、 音视频文件、 图片。
10. 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
显示单元, 用于在终端界面上的一个或多个数据对象按照预定方式被 操作时, 在所述终端界面上显示至少一个可接收所述一个或多个数据对象 的其他界面;
跨界面转移单元, 用于在所述其他界面中确定一个目标界面, 将所述 一个或多个数据对象转移到所述目标界面。
11 . 根据权利要求 10 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元包 括:
检测单元, 在所述一个或多个数据对象被拖动时, 检测所述一个或多 个数据对象被拖动的轨迹方向;
调整单元, 根据所述轨迹方向自适应显示所述其他界面。
12. 根据权利要求 11 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元还用 于将所述其他界面显示在与所述轨迹方向相应的终端屏幕边缘区域。
13. 根据权利要求 11 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述跨界面转移单 元包括:
目标界面选定单元, 用于在所述一个或多个数据对象被拖动至所述其 他界面中的一个界面上并停留预定时间时, 确定所述一个界面为所述目标 界面。
14. 根据权利要求 10 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元包 括:
搜索单元, 用于在所述一个或多个数据对象被操作时, 所述终端搜索 可与所述终端建立连接的外部设备;
获取单元, 用于获取所述外部设备的界面以及所述终端的其他菜单界 面, 确定所述其他界面包括所述外部设备的界面以及所述终端的其他菜单 界面。
15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元还用 于获取所述外部设备与所述终端的相对位置关系, 根据所述相对位置关系 确定所述外部设备的界面将被显示在指向所述外部设备的终端屏幕边缘区 域;
所述显示单元还用于在所述一个或多个数据对象进入所述终端屏幕边 缘区域时, 在所述终端屏幕边缘区域上显示所述外部设备的界面。
16. 根据权利要求 10 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述跨界面转移单 元包括:
切换单元, 用于在所述目标界面为本终端的一个界面时, 使所述显示 单元切换显示为所述目标界面, 所述一个或多个数据对象被显示在所述目 标界面上;
数据传输单元, 用于在所述目标界面为外部设备的界面时, 将所述一 个或多个数据对象传输至所述外部设备的界面, 在所述外部设备的界面上 显示所述一个或多个数据对象。
17. 根据权利要求 10 所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元将所 述其他界面显示为缩略图或符号标识。
18. 根据权利要求 10至 17中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述 数据对象包括以下至少一种:
应用图标、 文档、 文件夹、 音视频文件、 图片。
