Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种移动终端以及移动终端拍摄的方法,用于让移动终端的用户可对画面进行快速抓拍。本发明实施例包括:摄像头、控制模块以及设置在所述移动终端的外壳上的按键;所述控制模块用于在所述移动终端锁屏待机时对所述按键进行检测,当检测到用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动所述摄像头以进行拍摄。本发明实施例能够让移动终端的用户可对画面进行快速抓拍,提升用户拍照体验。

Description

一种移动终端和启动移动终端拍摄的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端和启动移动终端拍摄的 方法。
背景技术
越来越高像素的摄像头集成到了手机中, 日常生活中越来越多的人使用手 机而不是专用的照相机来拍照。
但是, 一般情况下手机均会处于锁屏界面, 在看到一些新奇、 特殊的场景 或瞬间的精彩想要拍照或者摄像时, 手机用户需要完成以下步骤 :1 )按电源键 点亮屏幕; 2 )解锁界面; 3 )打开相机应用; 4 )切换拍照或者摄像程序; 5 ) 取景; 6 )按下拍照键。
然而精彩画面稍瞬即逝,待手机用户进入拍照或摄像程序时经常已经错过 ^"彩画面。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端和启动移动终端拍摄的方法,能够提升 用户拍照体验。
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种移动终端, 包括:
摄像头、 控制模块以及设置在所述移动终端的外壳上的按键;
所述控制模块用于在所述移动终端锁屏待机时对所述按键进行检测,当检 测到用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动所述摄像头以进行 拍摄。

本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端和启动移动终端拍摄的方法,能够让移 动终端的用户可对画面进行快速抓拍, 提升用户拍照体验。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施 例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所 描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。基于本发 明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所 有其他实施例, 都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图 1和图 2, 本发明实施例中移动终端一个实施例包括: 摄像头 101、 控制模块以及设置在移动终端 100的外壳上的按键; 移动终端 100可以是手机、平板电脑或者其他具有摄像头的移动终端; 该 控制模块可以是处理器。 当然, 以上描述仅为举例说明, 并不作限制。
控制模块用于在移动终端 100锁屏待机时对按键进行检测,当检测到用户 对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时, 启动摄像头 101以进行拍摄;
按键可以是移动终端 100的外壳上的物理按键或者虚拟按键; 其中,在对 按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,控制模块启动摄像头 101以执行拍照操 作或者摄像操作。 本实施例中,在移动终端锁屏待机时可通过在检测模块检测到用户对按键 的按压操作满足第一预置条件时启动摄像头进行拍摄,使得移动终端的用户可 对精彩画面进行快速抓拍,而不需要经过背景技术中所提到的多个步骤之后才 能启动摄像头进行拍摄, 提升用户拍照体验。
本实施例中,控制模块可具体用于当检测到用户对按键的连续按压时长达 到预置时长时, 或者当检测到用户连续按压按键预置时长达到预置次数时, 确 定用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件。具体举例来说,控制模块在检测 到用户长按按键达到 1.5秒时, 或者在检测到用户连续按压按键两次, 其中每 次长按按键达到一秒或 1.5秒时, 确定用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条 件。 当然, 上述按键的时间以及连续按键的次数仅为举例, 并不做限制。
在部分移动终端中, 启动摄像头的时间较长, 为实现快速抓拍, 本实施例 中的移动终端还可设置在检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时, 控制模块具体用于先启动摄像头以准备但未执行拍摄操作;该控制模块还用于 在启动该摄像头以准备后,当检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第二预置条件 时,控制摄像头执行拍摄操作; 若该控制模块检测到用户对按键的按压操作未 满足第二预置条件, 则关闭摄像头。
具体举例来说,控制模块在检测到用户连续按压按键的时长达到一秒时即 启动摄像头以准备拍摄, 在检测到用户连续按压按键的时长达到 1.5秒时或者 在该按键一秒后松开然后紧接着再次按键一秒时,摄像头才执行拍摄操作。在 启动摄像头 101 以准备后, 若控制模块检测到用户连续按压按键的时长短于 1.5秒, 或者在按键一秒后松开而没有紧接再次按键一秒, 则关闭摄像头。 当 然, 上述对第一预置条件和第二预置条件的说明仅为举例, 并不做限制。
在部分移动终端中, 启动摄像头的时间较短, 则移动终端可设置在检测到 用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,控制模块具体用于启动摄像头并 执行拍摄操作。
本实施例中,在移动终端 100解锁后, 当用户对按键的按压操作满足第三 预置条件时,控制模块还可以用于控制移动终端 100实现该按键对应的默认功 能。 具体举例来说, 按键为设于移动终端的外壳上的音量加按键, 在移动终端 100锁屏待机时, 连续按压该音量加按键的时长达到两秒时能够启动摄像头; 在移动终端 100解锁后,每按压该音量加按键一次能够提高该移动终端所播放 的声音的音量预定值。这样, 无需在移动终端 100的外壳表面上增加额外的按 键, 而是利用移动终端外壳表面上原有的按键来快速启动摄像头, 无需增加物 理成本。
优选地, 本实施例中按键包括第一按键 103a和第二按键 103b。 其中, 控 制模块在检测到用户对该第一按键 103a的按压操作满足第一预置条件时, 启 动摄像头 101以进行摄像操作; 控制模块在检测到用户对该第二按键 103b的 按压操作满足第一预置条件时, 启动摄像头 101以进行拍照操作。 具体举例来 说, 第一按键 103a为音量加按键, 第二按键 103b为音量减按键。 其中, 在开 始执行摄像操作后, 控制模块还可以用于在检测到用户对第二按键 103b的再 次按压时关闭摄像头。
当然, 在实际运用中, 按键也可以只包括一个按键。 相对应的, 该移动终 端可设置控制模块在检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动 摄像头并执行拍照操作,并在检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第四预置条件 时, 启动摄像头并执行摄像操作。 或者, 还可以是该移动终端设置控制模块在 检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动摄像头以准备但未执 行拍照操作, 满足第二预置条件时控制摄像头执行拍照操作, 若不满足第二预 置条件,则关闭摄像头;当检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第四预置条件时, 控制模块启动摄像头以准备但未执行摄像操作,满足第五预置条件时控制摄像 头执行摄像操作, 若不满足第五预置条件时, 则关闭摄像头。 当然, 上述举例 中拍照操作和摄像操作的顺序也可以互换。
具体举例来说, 在检测到用户对按键的连续按压时长达到 1秒并小于 1.5 秒时,控制模块启动摄像头并执行拍照操作,在检测到用户对按键的连续按压 时长达到 2秒时, 控制模块启动摄像头并执行摄像操作。 或者, 控制模块在检 测到用户对按键的连续按压时长达到 0.5秒时, 启动摄像头以准备但未执行拍 照操作, 在检测到用户对该按键的连续按压时长达到 1秒并小于 1.5秒时, 控 制摄像头执行拍照操作, 若检测到该连续按压时长达到 0.5秒但未达到 1秒, 则关闭摄像头; 控制模块在检测到用户对按键的连续按压时长达到 2秒时, 启 动摄像头以准备但未执行摄像操作,在检测到用户对该按键的连续按压时长达 到 2.5秒时, 控制摄像头执行摄像操作, 若检测到该连续按压时长达到 2秒但 未达到 2.5秒, 则关闭摄像头。 另外, 在摄像头开始执行摄像操作后, 控制模 块还可以用于在检测到用户对按键的再次按压时关闭摄像头。 当然, 上述对各 预置条件的说明仅为举例, 并不做限制。
本实施例中,移动终端还可以设有设置项, 用于提供用户设置控制模块在 启动摄像头 101进行拍照时是单拍一张还是连续拍预置张数。
本实施例中,移动终端还可以设有设置项, 用于提供用户设置控制模块在 启动摄像头 101进行摄像后的自动摄像时长,使得摄像头 101在自启动开始拍 摄预置时长后自动关闭。
本实施例中,移动终端还可以设有设置项, 用于提供用户设置是否开启在 移动终端锁屏待机时对按键的按压以快速开启摄像头的功能。
本实施例中, 在移动终端 100锁屏待机时, 控制模块用于启动摄像头 101 的同时还可以启动移动终端 100的显示屏 107, 用于显示摄像头 101所抓取到 的画面, 以让用户掌控所拍摄的画面。
或者, 控制模块也可以不启动移动终端 100的显示屏, 而是移动终端 100 上设有取景器 105 ,使得用户通过该取景器 105来抓取所要拍摄的画面。这样, 移动终端还可设置在移动终端锁屏待机时启动摄像头并执行拍摄操作后,通过 对移动终端的电源键的按压来点亮屏幕, 并通过显示屏进入普通拍摄模式, 以 让用户能够手动控制拍摄。
本实施例中 ,在控制模块启动摄像头执行拍照操作或者开始执行摄像操作 时, 还可以用于控制移动终端发出声音或者震动来提示用户。

本实施例中,通过分阶段操作,对启动较慢的摄像头能够提前打开以实现 快速抓拍。
当然, 在部分移动终端中, 启动摄像头的时间较短, 则移动终端可设置在 检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动摄像头并执行拍摄操 作。

具体举例来说, 按键为电源按键, 在移动终端锁屏待机时, 当检测到用户 对该电源按键的连续按压时间达到一秒时, 启动摄像头进行拍摄; 在移动终端 解锁时,当用户对该电源按键的连续按压时间达到两秒时,控制移动终端关机。 当然, 上述按键的选择以及第一、 三预置条件仅为举例, 并不做限制。 值得说 明的是, 第一预置条件和第三预置条件可以相同, 也可以不同。
本实施例中, 无需在移动终端的外壳表面上增加额外的按键, 而是利用移 动终端外壳表面上原有的按键来快速启动摄像头, 无需增加物理成本。

本实施例中, 通过设置两个按键分别对应摄像头的拍照操作和摄像操作, 使得用户在快速抓拍时能够更加方便地选择摄像头的操作。
当然, 在实际运用中, 按键也可以只包括一个按键。 相对应的, 该移动终 端可设置在检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动摄像头并 执行拍照操作, 并在检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第四预置条件时, 启动 摄像头并执行摄像操作。或者,还可以是该移动终端设置在检测到用户对按键 的按压操作满足第一预置条件时, 启动摄像头以准备但未执行拍照操作, 满足 第二预置条件时控制摄像头执行拍照操作, 若不满足第二预置条件, 则关闭摄 像头; 当检测到用户对按键的按压操作满足第四预置条件时, 启动摄像头以准 备但未执行摄像操作, 满足第五预置条件时控制摄像头执行摄像操作, 若不满 足第五预置条件时, 则关闭摄像头。 当然, 上述举例中拍照操作和摄像操作的 顺序也可以互换。
具体举例来说, 在检测到用户对按键的连续按压时长达到 1秒并小于 1.5 秒时, 启动摄像头并执行拍照操作,在检测到用户对按键的连续按压时长达到 2秒时, 启动摄像头并执行摄像操作。 或者, 在检测到用户对按键的连续按压 时长达到 0.5秒时, 启动摄像头以准备但未执行拍照操作, 在检测到用户对该 按键的连续按压时长达到 1秒并小于 1.5秒时, 控制摄像头执行拍照操作, 若 检测到该连续按压时长达到 0.5秒但未达到 1秒, 则关闭摄像头; 在检测到用 户对按键的连续按压时长达到 2秒时, 启动摄像头以准备但未执行摄像操作, 在检测到用户对该按键的连续按压时长达到 2.5秒时, 控制摄像头执行摄像操 作,若检测到该连续按压时长达到 2秒但未达到 2.5秒, 则关闭摄像头。 另夕卜, 在摄像头开始执行摄像操作后,还可以用于在检测到用户对按键的再次按压时 关闭摄像头。 当然, 上述对各预置条件的说明仅为举例, 并不做限制。
为便于理解,下面以一个实际应用场景对本实施例启动移动终端拍摄的方 法进行描述。
手机外壳上设有音量加和音量减两个物理按键, 以及摄像头和取景器。用 户可预先在手机的设置选项内设置开启在移动终端锁屏待机时对按键的按压 以快速开启摄像头的功能, 并设置好在启动摄像头进行拍照时连续拍三张照 片, 以及设置好在启动摄像头进行摄像后的自动摄像时长为二十分钟。
在手机锁屏待机时, 当检测到用户对音量加按键连续按压时长达到 1 秒 时, 启动摄像头, 当检测到用户对音量加按键的连续按压时长一共达到 1.5秒 时,控制摄像头连续拍照三张照片,并控制手机发出声音或者震动来提示用户。
当检测到用户对音量减按键连续按压时长达到 1秒时, 启动摄像头, 当检 测到用户对音量减按键的连续按压时长一共达到 1.5秒时, 控制摄像头开始执 行摄像操作, 并控制手机发出声音或者震动来提示用户, 并在摄像二十分钟后 自动关闭。在摄像头开始执行摄像操作后二十分钟内, 当检测到用户对音量减 的再次按压时关闭摄像头, 结束摄像操作。
在以上摄像头拍摄过程中,摄像头所抓取到的画面为用户透过手机上的取 景器所看到的画面。
在手机解锁后, 当检测到用户对音量加按键每按压一次时,提高手机发出 的声音的音量预定值; 当检测到用户对音量减按键每按压一次时, 降低手机发 出的声音的音量预定值。
以上所述, 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其限制; 尽 管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理 解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分 技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱 离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
摄像头、 控制模块以及设置在所述移动终端的外壳上的按键;
所述控制模块用于在所述移动终端锁屏待机时对所述按键进行检测,当检 测到用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动所述摄像头以进行 拍摄。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
所述控制模块具体用于当检测到用户对所述按键的连续按压时长达到预 置时长时, 或者当检测到用户连续按压所述按键预置时长达到预置次数时, 确 定用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
当检测到用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,所述控制模块 具体用于启动所述摄像头以准备但未拍摄;
所述控制模块还用于在启动所述摄像头以准备后,当检测到用户对所述按 键的按压操作满足第二预置条件时,控制所述摄像头执行拍摄; 当检测到用户 对所述按键的按压操作不满足第二预置条件时, 关闭所述摄像头。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于,
当检测到用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时, 所述控制模块 具体用于启动所述摄像头并执行拍摄。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 在所述移动终端解锁 后, 当用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第三预置条件时, 所述控制模块控制所 述移动终端实现所述按键对应的默认功能。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述按 键包括第一按键和第二按键;
所述控制模块在检测到用户对该第一按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件 时, 启动所述摄像头以进行摄像;
所述控制模块在检测到用户对该第二按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件 时, 启动所述摄像头以进行拍照。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移 动终端设有设置项,用于提供用户设置所述控制模块在启动所述摄像头进行拍 照时是单拍一张还是连续拍预置张数。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移 动终端设有设置项,用于提供用户设置所述控制模块在启动所述摄像头进行摄 像后的自动摄像时长。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移 动终端还设有取景器。
10、 一种启动移动终端拍摄的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在所述移动终端锁屏待机时, 对移动终端外壳上的按键进行检测; 当检测到用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动所述摄像 头以进行拍摄。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的启动移动终端拍摄的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述方法还包括:
当检测到用户对所述按键的连续按压时长达到预置时长时,或者检测到用 户连续按压所述按键预置时长达到预置次数时,确定用户对所述按键的按压操 作满足第一预置条件。
12、根据权利要求 10或 11所述的启动移动终端拍摄的方法,其特征在于, 所述启动摄像头以进行拍摄具体包括: 启动所述摄像头以准备但未拍摄; 在启动所述摄像头以准备后,当检测到用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第 二预置条件时,控制所述摄像头执行拍摄; 当检测到用户对所述按键的按压操 作不满足第二预置条件时, 关闭所述摄像头。
13、根据权利要求 10或 11所述的启动移动终端拍摄的方法,其特征在于, 所述启动摄像头以进行拍摄具体包括: 启动所述摄像头并执行拍摄。
14、根据权利要求 10或 11所述的启动移动终端拍摄的方法,其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
在所述移动终端解锁后,当用户对所述按键的按压操作满足第三预置条件 时, 控制所述移动终端实现所述按键对应的默认功能。
15、根据权利要求 10或 11所述的启动移动终端拍摄的方法,其特征在于, 所述按键包括第一按键和第二按键; 在检测到用户对该第一按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件时,启动所述摄 像头以进行摄像, 在检测到用户对该第二按键的按压操作满足第一预置条件 时, 启动所述摄像头以进行拍照。
