Abstract

Le présent brevet de modèle d'utilité concerne un ensemble sac pliable conditionné dans des contenants divers (1), comprenant un sac (2) et un contenant (3), caractérisé en ce que le sac (2) présente une anse (4) sur son extrémité supérieure, cette anse possédant à chaque extrémité des renforts rectangulaires cousus (6), le cordon (5) de jonction avec le couvercle (7) du contenant (3) étant fixé sur le côté inférieur d'un de ces renforts. L'invention se caractérise en ce que le contenant (3) peut présenter diverses formes, deux modèles étant représentés dans le cas présent, soit la boîte à rouge à lèvres (8) et la canette (9) de boisson gazeuse, les deux présentant la même conception et la même finalité. Ledit contenant (3) comprend un corps (10), un couvercle (7) et une charnière (11), tous fabriqués en polyuréthane ou autre matériau approprié. Il est à relever que, sur le côté intérieur du couvercle (7), le contenant (3) présente un petit support (13) sur lequel est fixée l'une des extrémités du cordon (5), un évidement (12) ou un orifice (15), voire les deux, se trouvant sur le bord du couvercle (7) du contenant (3) et visant à permettre le passage du cordon (5) qui joint le contenant (3) au sac (2), ledit contenant (3) comportant un système de fermeture par emboîtement (14) par pression du type mâle et femelle, la partie mâle étant située sur le bord avant du couvercle (7) et la partie femelle sur le bord avant du corps (10).
