KURZBESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNG BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In one aspect, the invention provides a textile loaded with fragile microcapsules of polyurethane, wherein the Microcapsules are such that they break under mechanical force and release their content in the textile, characterized in that the content of the microcapsules comprises a skin care composition. The microcapsules preferably have a breaking stress between 50 and 150 μΝ, and a diameter between 5 and 15 μηη.
The invention is based on the idea that with the microcapsules described above, a long-term and uniform action of the skin care composition can be achieved. This allows a particularly effective action on and in the skin and the skin sustainably improved. Due to the nature of the microcapsules in fracture stress and diameter in the areas according to the invention is advantageously and surprisingly achieved that the active ingredient over many wearing and washing operations remains available and is released only gradually when worn to the skin. This allows a long use of the textile according to the invention. The above-described microcapsules according to the invention advantageously enable a stable release rate of the active ingredient, so that the release of the active ingredient can be relatively well established and adequately dosed over a period of time and, above all, evenly distributed.
By wearing the textile according to the invention as clothing which is in contact with the skin, the elasticity of the skin is advantageously improved. Advantageously, an improvement in skin elasticity is achieved by wearing apparel made from a textile loaded with microcapsules according to embodiments of the present invention containing a skin care composition. Preferably, the content of the microcapsules is lipophilic.

AUSFÜHRLICHE BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNG DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, textiles are provided which are loaded with active ingredient-releasing polyurethane microcapsules are. Fig. 1 shows an electron micrograph of a textile according to the invention, in which the microcapsules are clearly visible.
Preferably, the microcapsules are made of polyurethane prepared by polymerizing toluene-2,4-diisocyanate with polyols. The preparation process may be designed to obtain polyurethane microcapsules having a diameter of 5 to 15 μm and a fracture stress between 50 and 150 μΝ. The preparation of the microcapsules and their loading with ingredients and the application to textile are known to the person skilled in the art. For example, the microcapsules are applied as an aqueous emulsion together with a second polyurethane as a binder to the textile, whereby the binder covalently binds to the microcapsules and the textile fibers, and thus charges the microcapsules on the textile. In such an emulsion are, for example, 20 to 30 wt .-% of caprylic and / or capric acid derived triglycerides, 1 to 6 wt .-% of an active ingredient combination, and water, polymer and preservative. 3 and 4 show a microcapsule present in the textile according to the invention before and after its breakage.
The breaking strength of the microcapsules can be measured by axisymmetric deformation, using optical microscopy. The mechanical deformation is carried out with a Nanolndenter on an atomic force microscope. Test head is a spherical sapphire whose size (800 μηη in diameter) allows a quasi-planar contact surface with the much smaller capsules (diameter, for example, 1 1 μηη). The microcapsules themselves are immobilized on a transparent glass slide.
Preferably, the capsule content comprises coenzyme Q-10 (ubiquinone-10), almond oil and aloe vera. Q-10 is a substance of the body, which is partly absorbed through the diet, but also produced in the body itself. Q-10 is present in and on human skin and is involved in, among other things, the elimination of harmful free radicals. Optionally, the capsule contents may also contain menthol. The Q-10 content may preferably be between 0.001 and 0.1% by weight, the aloe vera content may preferably be between 0.1 and 1% by weight and the almond oil content may preferably be between 1 and 5% by weight. % lie.
Skin care composition, such as one or more triglycerides such as caprylic acid and / or capric acid-derived triglycerides (CAS Nos. 538-23-8 / 65381 -09-1 / 73398-61 -5). It has been found that 15 to 25% of the starting concentration of active ingredients can be released from the textile by 6-8-hour wearing on the skin adjacent clothing, such as panties, from the textile according to the invention 15% to 25%. By transferring to the skin, for example, the content of the skin's own Q-10 can be increased by more than 100% and / or the content of triglycerides derived from caprylic acid and / or capric acid can be increased by 200% to 300%.
[030] Des Weiteren hat sich gezeigt, dass die Freisetzung der in den Furthermore, it has been shown that the release of the in the
Microcapsules containing active ingredients also after hand or machine washing of a garment made from the textile according to the invention stops. In particular, as shown in Tables I and II, even after 25 to 30 washes, release of Q-10 and almond oil could still be detected.
TABELLE I TABLE I
TABELLE TABLE
Fig. 5 zeigt entsprechend das Messverfahren. The data shown in Tables I and II relate to text samples of embodiments according to the invention having an original content Q-10 of 10 ng / cm 2 textile and an original almond oil content of 5 μg / cm 2 textile. The samples had an average weight of 1, 280 g in a size of about 50 cm 2 (Karl Schröder KG) and were washed in a commercial washing machine with commercial detergent with standard washes and then extracted with acetone, centrifuged and by HPLC-MS / MS analyzed. 2 shows correspondingly an electron micrograph of a textile loaded according to the invention with microcapsules after 30 washes, whereby the active substance remaining on the textile can be recognized. The textiles according to the invention are also suitable for improving the elastic and plastic properties of the human skin. Textiles according to the invention with a compression of up to 18 mmHg (eg textiles made of a polyamide / elastane mixture) show a positive effect on measurements of skin elasticity by means of a cutometer / torsion method, which measurably sets within a two-week wearing period (daily approx. 8 hours). With the Cutometer, the uniaxial shear stress of human skin can be traceably measured. The measurement principle of the cutometer is based on the fact that a negative pressure is generated in a cylindrical measuring head, whereby a few millimeters of the uppermost skin layers of the skin area to be measured are pulled into the opening of a measuring probe. The penetration depth is detected by an optical measuring system. The optical measuring system consists of an infrared light transmitter and a light receiver as well as two opposite glass prisms, which guide the light from the transmitter to the receiver. The optical system measures the decrease in the light intensity as a function of the suction height of the skin. The suction height is proportional to the elasticity of the skin. At the end of the measuring time, the negative pressure is switched off and the skin can return to its original shape, whereby the speed of the regression is also measured. The more elastic a skin is, the faster it can be absorbed and the faster it returns to its original shape. The curve taken during the measurement can be used to evaluate the viscoelastic nature of the skin. Fig. 5 shows the measuring method accordingly.
TABELLE III [038] Six subjects have worn elastic tight fitting briefs (panties) from the fabric of the present invention during each 6 to 8 hours during the day with normal physical activity. The fabric was mixed with Q10-containing microcapsules in a concentration yielding approximately 2 μg Q-10 per cm 2 of fabric. The average Q-10 content of the panties was measured before and after wearing. From the results, the effectiveness of the textiles of the invention is derived. The results are listed in Table III. For this purpose, the Q-10 content of 50 cm 2 textile samples of the panties before and after wearing was analyzed as already described above. TABLE III

Textile wear has decreased by about 15% to 25%. This shows that part of the Q-10 is released from the microcapsules present in the textile according to the invention. For similar experiments with almond oil-containing capsules similar results are achieved.

Squame measurement) taken before and after wearing the panties to determine the amount of Q-10 and almond oil on the skin surface before and after wear. To determine the Q-10 and almond oil content at the skin surface, D-Squame skin tears (stripping study) were taken at different sites on the skin, before and after wearing the underpants. Every skin tear has a surface of approx. 3.8 cm 2 . For analysis, the D-Squame cut-offs were extracted with acetone (1 mL), and an aliquot was then filtered from the extract and analyzed by HPLC-MS / MS for the presence of Q-10 and almond oil.
It was found that the Q-10 content of skin breakage increased on average by about 54%, and the almond oil content has increased on average by about 41%.

Transmission of contents of the microcapsules to the human skin was carried out according to the first series of tests of six other subjects of the textile according to the invention existing elastic tight panties for each 6 to 8 hours during the day with normal physical activity. The fabric was mixed with microcapsules in an amount yielding approximately 2 μg each of skin care composition (of caprylic acid and / or Capric acid-derived triglycerides; CAS number 65381 -09-1 / 73398-61-5) per cm 2 of textile. Again, test subjects were subjected to dermal (D-squame) measurements before and after wearing the panties so as to determine the amount of skin care composition on the skin surface before and after wear. The results are listed in Table IV.
The analysis was again carried out by D-Squame analysis and appropriate extraction techniques.
