有通孔 12鞋底的的上表面无需承担防水, 只是起到支撑作用, 防水则有防 水透气膜组件 2的边缘以及防水透气膜组件 2与鞋大底 1接触的部分承担,因此, 透气沟未必与通孔 12—一对应, 只需保证其中一个通孔 12与其中一个透气沟 对应, 每一个透气沟都有至少一个通孔 12。
需要说明的是: 首先, 凹槽 11可以是很薄的结构, 其厚度可以忽略, 甚至 在鞋大底中完全不设置凹槽, 图 4示出了在鞋大底上未设置凹槽的情形(图 4 中为了显示防水透气膜组件 2的具体结构, 将防水透气膜组件 2的厚度做了适 应性放大, 事实上, 防水透气膜组件 2在鞋大底未设置凹槽或凹槽是很薄的结 构的情况下, 同样可以是很薄的结构), 只要保证防水透气膜组件 2与鞋大底 1 压粘整合在一起, 并且与防水透气膜组件 2对应的鞋大底 1上设有直至鞋大底 的底面的透气通孔即可, 因此, 本实施例可以应用于任何鞋底, 包括鞋大底很 薄的结构; 其次, 防水透气膜组件 2不止限于半脚掌, 可以是整个鞋大底 1上 二次成型; 再次, 本实施例可以为多个上透气沟 221和下透气沟 231, 并且, 只 需保证其中某一个下透气沟 231与其中某一个通孔 12有连通即可; 最后, 上、 下防水承托片的通气沟的形状不限于圆形、 方形、 长方形、 环形等规则形状, 也可以并且多数情况下是基于最有利于透气的不规则的形状。
实施例 2
实施例 2为在实施例 1的基础上进行改进, 请参照图 5所示, 由于本发明 创造中不使用鞋大底本身作为防水的承托面, 而是使用了一上一下防水承托片 夹中间的防水透气膜的方式, 因此, 鞋大底 1的凹槽 11结构可以是任意形状, 例如粗糙面、 倾斜面等结构。
实施例 3
实施例 3可以是在实施例 1以及实施例 2中任一实施例的基础上进行改进, 请参照图 6所示, 防水透气膜组件 2的整体的外沿设计, 沿着鞋大底周边可以 进行防水加固, 也可以结合防水加固层 5 的设计进行进一步起到防水加固的作 用。 防水透气膜组件 2的整体的外沿设计可以是上防水承托片或者是下防水承 托片本身或者上、 下防水承托片的结合。
实施例 4
实施例 4可以是在实施例 1-3中任一实施例的基础上进行改进,请参照图 7 所示, 上、 下防水承托片可以是有外形一致或相符的相对应的透气沟, 下透气 沟也可以是略大于或略小于上透气沟外沿的设计, 即是上下防水承托片的通气 沟的外沿设计可以是不一致的设计。
实施例 5和 6
实施例 5和 6均可以是在实施例 1-4中任一实施例的基础上进行改进,请分 别参照图 8和图 9所示, 实施例 5为在下防水承托片 23与凹槽 11的底部之间 设有主要用于防沙的缓冲织物 3,实施例 6为在下防水承托片 23与凹槽 11的底 部之间设有网状结构 4。

1. 一种防水透气鞋底, 其特征在于, 其包括鞋大底 (1) 以及防水透气膜 组件(2),所述鞋大底(1)的上表面开设有至少一个通孔(12)直至鞋大底(1) 的底面, 所述防水透气膜组件(2)包括防水透气膜(21) 以及贴于防水透气膜
(21) 上、 下两侧的上防水承托片 (22)和下防水承托片 (23) , 所述防水透 气膜组件 (2) 安装于鞋大底 (1) 的上表面, 且下防水承托片 (23)位于该至 少一个通孔(12) 的上侧, 所述上防水承托片 (22) 和下防水承托片 (23)相 对应位置上分别开设有上透气沟 (221)和下透气沟 (231) , 且所述下透气沟
(231) 与至少一个通孔(12)相对应。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的防水透气鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述鞋大底 (1) 的上表面上设有一个凹槽(11), 所述至少一个通孔 (12)设置于该凹槽(11) 的底面上, 防水透气膜组件(2)安装于该凹槽(11) 内, 且下防水承托片(23) 位于该凹槽(11) 的底部。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的防水透气鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述下防水承 托片 (23) 与凹槽(11) 的底部之间设有缓冲织物(3)或用于防沙的网状结构

4. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的防水透气鞋底, 其特征在于, 所述上防水承 托片 (22) 的上表面与鞋大底 (1) 的上表面之间的缝隙处设有一层防水加固层
