Abstract

一种双面维护显示屏，包括显示模块（1），安装背架和紧固件。紧固件将显示模块固定在安装背架上，紧固件为沉头螺钉（3），沉头螺钉（3）的一端为圆柱体，沉头螺钉（3）两端的端面均设置工具拧紧槽。显示模块（1）内开有容置沉头螺钉（3）的直通通孔（2），安装背架上开设内螺纹通孔。显示模块（1）的背面设置挡片（6），挡片（6）上设置挡片通孔，挡片通孔的直径小于圆柱体的直径，挡片（6）通过连接件与显示模块（1）固定连接。维护人员可以从显示屏的正面打开显示器，对显示器进行维护，从而免除了对整个显示器在安装立面的拆装过程。

Description

双面维护显示屏 技术领域
本发明属于电子显示装置领域，具体地，涉及一种双面维护显示屏。
背景技术
显示屏广泛应用于家庭、单位以及公共场所，大型显示屏一般都固定安装在墙壁等立面上，安装过程复杂。当要对显示屏进行维修时就变得相当麻烦，不管是小问题还是大问题，都要将显示屏从立面上拆下来，再将后盖打开进行维修，维修完成后，再重新将显示屏固定于立面上。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷，本发明的目的是提供一种双面维护显示屏，以期从显示屏的正反两面均可以打开显示器进行维修维护。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种双面维护显示屏，包括显示模块，安装背架和紧固件，紧固件将显示模块固定在安装背架上，其特征是，所述紧固件为沉头螺钉，所述沉头螺钉两端的端面均设置工具拧紧槽，所述显示模块内开有容置沉头螺钉的直通通孔，所述安装背架上开设内螺纹通孔，所述显示模块的背面设置挡片，挡片上设置挡片通孔，所述挡片通孔的直径小于所述圆柱体的直径，挡片通过连接件与显示模块固定连接。
优选地，所述沉头螺钉的一端设置外螺纹，所述外螺纹与所述安装背架上的螺孔配合，所述沉头螺钉的另一端为圆柱体。
优选地，所述挡片呈几字型。
优选地，所述紧固件圆柱体一端设置至少一个环形沉槽，在所述环形沉槽内设置防水垫圈。
优选地，所述显示模块的背面设置加强构件。
优选地，所述加强构件的材料为不锈钢。
优选地，所述加强构件的形状为环形。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下的有益效果：
(1)维护人员可以从显示屏的正面打开显示器，对显示器进行维护，从而免除了 对整个显示器在安装立面的拆装过程；
(2)显示器的打开部件安装于显示模块内部，不影响显示屏幕。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明，但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是，对本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
参见图1、图2、图3，双面维护显示屏包括显示模块1和安装背架(图中未示出)，在显示模块1的两侧边分别设置直通通孔2，在安装背架的两侧边也分别设置螺纹通孔，显示模块1的直通通孔2与安装背架的螺纹通孔位置相对应，在两个位置的通孔内通过沉头螺钉3对显示模块1和安装背架进行固定。这样，在显示屏的正面就能将显示模块拆卸下来进行维护，沉头螺钉3为圆柱形，圆柱形的一端设置外螺纹4，可以在沉头螺钉3未设置外螺纹的一端设置环形槽，在环形槽内设有防水环形垫圈，防止室外显示屏的渗水问题。沉头螺钉3的两端均设有拧紧槽，沉头螺钉3两端拧紧槽可以贯穿整个沉头螺钉3，方便加工。
在显示模块1的内壁上通过螺钉固定设置环形加强件5，环形加强件5的形状与显示模块1的形状相匹配。在显示模块1的螺纹通孔外固定设置挡片6，挡片6呈几字型，通过铁片经四折折弯成型，通过螺钉跨接在显示模块1的直通通孔2的两侧，防止沉头螺钉3从螺孔中伸出。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了描述。需要理解的是，本发明并不局限于上述特定实施方式，本领域技术人员可以在权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改，这并不影响本发明的实质内容。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种双面维护显示屏，包括显示模块，安装背架和紧固件，紧固件将显示模块固定在安装背架上，其特征在于，所述紧固件为沉头螺钉，所述沉头螺钉两端的端面均设置工具拧紧槽，所述显示模块内开有容置沉头螺钉的直通通孔，所述安装背架上开设内螺纹通孔，所述显示模块的背面设置挡片，挡片上设置挡片通孔，所述挡片通孔的直径小于所述圆柱体的直径，挡片通过连接件与显示模块固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双面维护显示屏，其特征在于，所述沉头螺钉的一端设置外螺纹，所述外螺纹与所述安装背架上的螺孔配合，所述沉头螺钉的另一端为圆柱体。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双面维护显示屏，其特征在于，所述挡片呈几字型。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的双面维护显示屏，其特征在于，所述紧固件圆柱体一端设置至少一个环形沉槽，在所述环形沉槽内设置防水垫圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4所述的双面维护显示屏，其特征在于，所述显示模块的背面设置加强构件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双面维护显示屏，其特征在于，所述加强构件的材料为不锈钢。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的双面维护显示屏，其特征在于，所述加强构件的形状为环形。
