【附图说明】 下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明: 图 1为本实用新型的主视图; 图 2为本实用新型的爆炸图; 说 明 书 图 3为本实用新型中第一触头、 第二触头与安装座的安装示意图; 图 4为本实用新型中插座体和旋转套的连接示意图; 图 5为本实用新型中导电件的结构示意图; 图 6为本实用新型中第一触头的结构示意图; 图 7为本实用新型中第二触头的结构示意图; 图 8为导通状态的结构示意图; 图 9为断开状态的结构示意图。 【具体实施方式】 本实用新型提供一种延长线用旋转开关, 包括插座体和旋转套, 旋转套转 动连接插座体, 插座体的侧面间隔设有第一触头和第二触头, 旋转套上设有导 电件, 插座体和旋转套相对旋转控制第一触头和第二触头电性导通或断开。 本实用新型的旋转开关设置在电器设备的延长线上, 或是设置在插头上; 外形为与延长线相对应的圆柱状, 相比翘板式开关与按压式开关, 该结构可以 减小开关的体积, 而且操作过程需要通过旋转才能接通电源, 相比翘板式开关 与按压式开关, 外力的碰撞不容易导致误操作。 下面结合本实用新型实施例的附图对本实用新型实施例的技术方案进行解 释和说明, 但下述实施例仅仅为本实用新型的优选实施例, 并非全部。 基于实 施方式中的实施例, 本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其 它实施例, 都属于本实用新型的保护范围。 参考图 1、 图 2和图 3, 所示的一种延长线用旋转开关, 包括插座体 1和旋 转套 2, 旋转套 2转动连接插座体 1, 插座体 1的侧面上间隔的设有第一触头 51 和第二触头 52, 旋转套 2上设有导电件 22, 通过使插座体 1和旋转套 2产生相 对旋转, 控制第一触头 51和第二触头 52的电性导通或断开。 参考图 8, 转动旋 转套 2可使导电件 22连通第一触头 51和第二触头 52, 从而导通电流; 参考图 9, 反向转动旋转套 2, 可使第一触头 51和第二触头 52的连接断开, 断开电流。 本实用新型采用的导电件 22为金属弹片。 说 明 书 参考图 5和图 8, 旋转套 2的内壁设有插槽 24, 金属弹片包括接电片 221 和两端的插板 222。 插板 222安装在插槽 24上后, 接电片 221和旋转套 2的内 壁之间留有间隙。 转动过程需要一定扭力抵开第一触头 51和第二触头 52, 才能 使得金属弹片与第一触头 51和第二触头 52接触, 并且一定扭力下才能使得导 电件 22与第一触头 51和第二触头 52分离。 增强开关的安全性和可靠性。 优选 的, 导电件 22、 第一触头 51和第二触头 52均为铜质材料。 参考图 3、 图 6、 图 7和图 8, 其中第一触头 51包括第一固定端头 511和从 第一固定端头上弯曲延伸出的第一弯曲段 512, 第二触头 52同样包括第二固定 端头 521和从第二固定端头上弯曲延伸出的第二弯曲段 522,通过第一固定端头 511和第二固定端头 521分别将第一触头 51和第二触头 52的一端固定,第一弯 曲段 512和第二弯曲段 522与旋转套 2的内壁相对, 插座体 1和旋转套 2相对 旋转控制第一弯曲段 521和第二弯曲段 522电性导通或断开。 并且第一触头 51 和第二触头 52为弹性金属片, 通过弹性金属片的弹力, 可确保导电件 22与第 一弯曲段 521和第二弯曲段 522的可靠连接, 需要一定外力才能转到旋转套, 确保接电的可靠与安全。 参考图 1、 图 2和图 3, 本实用新型中, 插座体包括基体 11, 基体 11的端 面上设有安装座, 优选的, 第一触头 51和第二触头 52以上下间隔的方式安装 在安装座的外壁。 替换的, 第一触头 51和第二触头 52也可以是沿安装座周向 间隔的方式安装在安装座的外壁。 并且安装座包括底座 12和与底座拆分连接的压盖 4,第一触头 51和第二触 头 52装配在底座上, 并通过压盖 4压紧限位。 具体的, 安装座将第一固定端头 511和第二固定端头 521固定;而第一弯曲段 512和第二弯曲段 522的端部露出, 并位于底座 12的外壁和旋转套 2的内壁之间。 参考图 2、 图 3、 图 6、 图 7和图 8, 安装座上设有内挡板 121和外挡板, 内挡板 121 包括第二内挡板和位于第二内挡板上方的第一内挡板, 优选的第二 内挡板和第一内挡板为一体结构, 外挡板包括第二外挡板 122 和位于第二外挡 板 122上方的第一外挡板,在底座 12断面上设置内挡板 121和第二外挡板 122, 内挡板 121的外壁为与第一弯曲段 521和第二弯曲段 522相对应的弧形面, 内 挡板 121和第二外挡板 122之间形成连接槽 124,第二触头 52连接在连接槽 124 中, 第二弯曲段 522从内挡板 121和第二外挡板 122之间延伸出。 第一外挡板 说 明 书 设置在压盖 4上, 并与内挡板 121之间形成限位槽 41, 压盖 4底部将第二触头 52压紧, 第一触头 51安装在限位槽 41中。 第一弯曲段 521从内挡板 121和第 一外挡板之间延伸出。 替换的, 安装座上也可仅设置位于第一弯曲段和第二弯 曲段内侧方的内挡板或设置位于第一弯曲段和第二弯曲段外侧方的外挡板。 内 挡板和外挡板限制第一弯曲段 512和第二弯曲段 522的弯曲范围, 该方式的拆 分和安装更加方便, 而且体积小。 参考图 3和图 8, 并且在第二外挡板 122的顶部设有卡扣 123, 压盖 4的顶 面设有卡接位 42, 卡扣卡接卡接位, 用便于拆分的方式将两者连接。 参考图 1、 图 2、 图 3和图 6, 安装座上连接有上盖组件。 旋转套 2紧密设 置在基体 11 和上盖组件之间, 上盖组件包括压板 32和顶盖 3, 第一固定端头 511上设有折弯的折弯段 513, 折弯段 513压紧在压板 32和压盖 4之间, 实现 第一触头的限位。 参考图 2和图 4, 旋转套 2穿套安装座, 基体 11与旋转套 2相对的面上设 有旋接槽 111, 旋转套 2上设有与旋接槽 111相对应的导向凸筋 23, 导向凸筋沿 着旋接槽旋转, 实现旋转套的转动连接。 参考图 1, 上盖组件的外壁设有指示部 31, 旋转套 2的外壁设有与指示部 31相对应的箭头标记 21。 箭头标记 21包括 ON端和 OFF端。 转到旋转套, ON 端对准指示部 31时, 电源导通。 反向转动旋转套, OFF端对应指示部 31时, 电源断开; 替换的可以是在旋转套的外壁上设置箭头标记, 基体的外壁设置指 示部。 上述的指示部 31和箭头标记 21可以是凸块、 凹槽或是涂漆。 该开关连接在电器设备的延长线上, 第一触头 51通过导线连接插头, 第二 触头 52通过导线连接电器设备;插头接电后,通过开关控制电流的导通或断开, 设置该开关对延长线的体积影响小。 或者也可将开关与插头相结合, 第一触头 51包括沿支座高度方向折弯的插板 514, 插板 514延伸出支座的端面, 插板形 成插头与插座连接, 第二触头 52通过导线连接电器设备。 通过上述实施例, 本实用新型的目的已经被完全有效的达到了。 熟悉该项 技术的人士应该明白本实用新型包括但不限于附图和上面具体实施方式中描述 的内容。 任何不偏离本实用新型的功能和结构原理的修改都将包括在权利要求 说 明 书 书的范围中。

1、 一种延长线用旋转开关, 其特征在于: 包括插座体和旋转套, 所述旋 转套转动连接所述插座体, 所述插座体的侧面间隔设有第一触头和第二触头, 所述旋转套上设有导电件, 所述插座体和旋转套相对旋转控制第一触头和第二 触头电性导通或断开。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种延长线用旋转开关, 其特征在于: 所述插 座体上设有安装座, 所述第一触头和第二触头以上下间隔的方式安装在安装座 的外壁。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种延长线用旋转开关, 其特征在于: 所述安 装座包括底座和与底座拆分连接的压盖, 所述第一触头和第二触头装配在所述 底座上, 并通过压盖压紧。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种延长线用旋转开关, 其特征在于: 所述第 一触头包括第一固定端头和从第一固定端头上弯曲延伸出的第一弯曲段, 所述 第二触头包括第二固定端头和从第二固定端头上弯曲延伸出的第二弯曲段, 所 述插座体和旋转套相对旋转控制第一弯曲段和第二弯曲段的电性导通或断开。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种延长线用旋转开关, 其特征在于: 所述安 装座上设有位于第一弯曲段和第二弯曲段内侧方的内挡板或位于第一弯曲段和 第二弯曲段外侧方的外挡板。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种延长线用旋转开关, 其特征在于: 所述安 装座上设有内挡板和外挡板, 所述内挡板包括第二内挡板和位于第二内挡板上 方的第一内挡板, 所述外挡板包括第二外挡板和位于第二外挡板上方的第一外 挡板, 所述第二弯曲段从第二内挡板和第二外挡板之间延伸出, 所述第一弯曲 段从所述第一内挡板和第一外挡板之间延伸出。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种延长线用旋转开关, 其特征在于: 所述压 盖上设置所述第一外挡板, 所述第二外挡板的顶部设有卡扣, 所述压盖上设有 与所述卡扣扣接的卡接位。
