Description

一种长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑排水系统的存水弯,尤其是一种长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯。
背景技术
存水弯是建筑领域中排水系统所采用的常用排水件,它是连接洁具与排水管道系统的重要接口。存水弯的用途是排水,同时,通过形成的水封隔绝排水管道中的废气,具有防止排水管道堵塞、防臭的作用。
存水弯使用面较广,种类较多,一般有以下几种型式:
(1)S形存水弯:用于与排水横管垂直连接的场所。
(2)P形存水弯:用于与排水横管或排水立管水平直角连接的场所。
(3)瓶式存水弯及带通气装置的存水弯:一般明设在洗脸盆或洗涤盆等卫生器具排出管上,形式较美观。
(4)存水盒:与S形存水弯相同,安装较灵活,便于清掏。
但是,现有的存水弯都存在以下问题:
①存水弯的密封不佳,且无防干涸作用:现有的存水弯有水封式密封的,有机械式密封的,有机械加水封式的。概括而言,要么是水封被单边封闭,要么是水封全被裸露。总之,现在所有的存水弯水封都是一侧或两侧对外裸露,这样的水封会被蒸发掉。如果水封的水在长时间没有水补充的情况下,容易蒸发,无法起到防臭作用。甚至有些地漏的密封结构如同虚设,比如翻盖式的机械密封, 由于制作精度问题,致使同一个密封口一侧密封而另一侧不密封,根本起不到密封作用。安装、维修方便:现有的各种存水弯由于不能完全拆解或只可部分拆解,使用时存
②水弯本身特别是管道出现堵塞,就不能进行拆解维修(疏通)并重新安装使用,只能破坏性拆除,令安装和维修非常不方便。
③无阻隔,顺畅的排水效果差:在原本就狭小的排水通道空间上,使用时因结构和钩挂了毛发及纤维的阻隔,而令过水面积进一步缩小,故不能达到顺畅排水的效果。
④防返水性能差,尽管大多数已有的存水弯都在设计上考虑了防返水,但由于存水弯内排水通道上存在钩挂毛发及纤维的结构,使用时因钩挂了毛发及纤维而令防返水失效。
⑤浮子不耐高温:目前的地漏或存水弯的浮子多为气泡式设计,且至符合国家标准要求的“45度热水,30分钟不变形”的规定,但是使用时难免会有接近100℃的高温热水通过,气泡式的浮子由于本身结构特点通常采用轻薄的塑胶材料制成,往往难以经受接近100℃的高温热水冲烫,极易发生变形,轻则密封不严,重则导致气泡密封失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,可长时间保持水封,密封水不易蒸发,即使长时间不使用,也能有效地起到防臭防虫的作用。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来实现的:一种长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,包括存水弯主体,所述存水弯主体包括壳体以及与壳体可拆式密闭连接的底盖,其特征在于,所述存水弯主体内设有水封结构,所述壳体的侧壁具有至少一个管道接口,其顶部设有用于与洁具出水口连接的进水管,位于存水弯主体内的水封结构是由水封外套与水封内套相套构成的竖截面为“山”字形水封,所述水封外套安装在底盖的底面上,所述水封内套上缘与壳体顶部连接并与进水管连通,在所述水封内套的下端与底盖的底面之间空间里增设一带气腔的防护浮子, 所述防护浮子主体为一个与水封外套的内腔内径相适配的盘面,其盘面上靠近边缘的区域沿周边分布数个平衡孔,所述气腔设置在盘面的中部,凸起在所述水封内套中,用于利用存水弯存水的浮力浮起至水封内套下端边缘以关闭所述水封内套的下端口;同时,在水封外套上方设置一个环形的水封面板,该水封面板套于水封内套上,用于在存水弯存水时在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套的顶端紧密接触,封闭水封内套与水封外套两者侧壁之间的竖向水道的上端口,并与防护浮子一起形成双密封圈,以便长久保留所述竖向水道中的水体和防护浮子主体与底盖的底面之间的底部水体构成的杯状水体,达到长久水封的目的。
本发明在使用时,排水经过进水管流入水封内套中时,由于水流的冲力作用,防护浮子被压而向下滑动,其下方的存水经平衡孔排至上方,防护浮子被压向底盖的底部,从而打开水封内套的下端口,接着排水进入竖向水道托起水封面板,使整个存水弯与所述管道接口连接的排水管连通,令排水能顺利地通过存水弯排入排水系统中。当排水完成后,存水弯内部的存水会与水封外套的顶端平齐,同时,水封面板在重力作用下降至水封外套的顶端将所述竖向水道的上端口封闭,防护浮子则在其上方的水经平衡孔进入防护浮子下方空间时,在水体浮力的作用下向上浮起,止位于水封内套下端而封闭所述水封内套的下端口,由于防护浮子封堵水封内套下端口及水封面板封堵了所述竖向水道的上端口,构成双向密封,令水封内套、水封外套、防护浮子、水封面板所围闭的空间中的杯状水体不会被蒸发而干涸,即使水封内套中的水逐渐蒸发减少,由于负压的作用,防护浮子仍始终保持与水封内套接触的状态。如果排水管污水臭气倒灌,所述的水封面板就能有效地阻挡住它,同时双向密封还能长期有效地隔绝下水道的臭气。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来实现:一种长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,包括存水弯主体,所述存水弯主体包括壳体以及与壳体可拆式密闭连接的底盖,所述存水弯主体内设有水封结构,所述壳体的侧壁具有至少一个管道接口,顶部设有用于与洁具出水口连接的进水管,位于存水弯主体内的水封结构是由水封外套与水封内套相套构成的竖截面为“山”字形水封,所述水封外套安装在底盖的底面上,所述水封内套上缘与壳体顶部连接并与进水管连通;在所述水封内套的下端口与底盖底面之间空间里增设一个带弹簧的防护浮子,该防护浮子包括 片状浮板和弹簧,所述浮板为防护浮子主体,其与水封内套的下端口相适配,所述弹簧位于底盖底面和浮板之间,其两端分别抵于浮板底部与所述底盖的底面,在所述弹簧的作用力下,浮板抵住所述水封内套的下端口以封闭该下端口;同时,在水封外套上方设置一环形的水封面板,该水封面板套于水封内套上,用于在存水弯存水时在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套的顶端紧密接触,封闭水封内套与水封外套两者侧壁之间的竖向水道的上端口,并与防护浮子一起形成双密封圈,以长久保留所述竖向水道中的水体和浮板与底盖的底面之间的底部水体构成的杯状水体,达到长久水封的目的。
作为本发明第一种技术方案的一个实施例,所述防护浮子包括盘面和底托,所述盘面中部具有凸起的气腔,气腔的开口向下,所述底托是一个可拆式的密封气腔的封盘,其竖起的盘边上设置密封圈,使底托能密封住盘面气腔的开口。
本发明的第二种技术方案可以有以下改进:
本发明所述的浮板采用金属薄板制成,或者采用其他能耐100℃高温的材料制成,以便在存水弯在遇到接近100℃高温热水排水时,也不会发生几何变形,从而提高密封的可靠性和使用场所的适应性。
本发明的所述浮板外轮廓与存水弯的水封外套的内径相近,以确保浮板封闭水封内套下端口的可靠性,同时为确保浮板下方的水量补充顺畅,在浮板靠近边缘即大于水封内套直径的区域设置有均匀分布的数个平衡孔,以便使浮板上浮时能让其上方的水体顺畅地填充入浮板下方的空间中。
为了方便浮板的装拆及浮板始终能平稳地上下移动,所述防护浮子增设一个底壳,所述底壳为与水封外套的内腔内径相适配的带底面的圆筒,其筒内壁上设置至少二个或以上沿内壁周边对称分布的纵向限位结构,所述浮板的外廓尺寸与所述底壳内腔尺寸相适配,其周边也设有与底壳内壁上的纵向限位结构相对应并适配的限位结构,如底壳内壁上设置限位凸筋,相应的,浮板外廓上设置限位槽,或者两者对调,所述浮板和底壳通过相互配合的限位结构做滑动连接,使浮板在底壳内沿直线升降而不会发生偏移;在所述浮板周边对称均布有数个缺口作为平衡孔;所述弹簧位于底壳底面与浮板之间的空间内,其两端分别抵于浮板底部与 底壳的底面。
进一步地,所述底壳内壁与浮板相配合的纵向限位结构为限位凸筋,4条限位凸筋沿底壳周圈均布在底壳内壁上,相应地,浮板外廓的限位结构为限位槽,浮板沿周边设有4个均布并与底壳的限位凸筋对应的限位槽,并且浮板上的平衡孔与限位槽合二为一,即限位槽同时也是平衡孔。
还可以分别在所述底壳底面和浮板底面对应设置弹簧定位槽,所述弹簧的两端分别安装在两个定位槽内,使弹簧中轴线和底壳以及浮板中轴线位于同一直线上,用于避免使用中因弹簧位置偏移而受力不均,浮板不能平稳地上下移动,以确保浮板完全与水封内套下端口抵触密封。
所述底壳上端口设置限制浮板脱出的止脱结构,用于阻挡浮板从底壳中脱出,使防护浮子成为一个单独的组件,既方便装、拆防护浮子,使之易于更换维护,又有利于防止弹簧掉出受损。作为本发明的一个实施例,所述底壳上的止脱结构为止脱块,所述止脱块位于所述底壳的限位凸筋的顶端并从凸筋上向底壳中心方向径向凸起。相应地,所述浮板上也设置与底壳的止脱结构相对应并适配的止脱结构。所述浮板上的止脱结构为止脱台,它位于浮板的限位槽的下部,当浮板通过限位槽沿底壳限位凸筋移动至底壳上端时,所述止脱台与底壳上的止脱块相抵触,从而将浮板限制在底壳的高度内活动。
本发明以下的改进措施均适用于上述第一和第二并列的技术方案:
作为本发明的一种改进:所述防护浮子主体的盘面边缘向上延伸形成导向折边,该导向折边可避免防护浮子在受力不均时发生翻侧而卡在水封外套内,使防护浮子在水封外套内能顺畅地上下滑动。作为本发明的一个实施方式,所述导向折边的高度可以在5mm至10mm范围内。
本发明可以做以下的改进:所述水封面板的内边缘或向上设置一圈导向折边,使水封面板上下活动更为顺畅,即使在受力不均时也不会发生卡位,而影响其密封作用。作为本发明的一个实施方式,所述导向折边的高度可以在5mm至10mm的范围内。
本发明还可以做以下的改进:所述水封内套的外壁上设有沿周边设有一个用于承托水封面板的环形凸缘,该环形凸缘与水封外套的顶端齐平,所述水封面板在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套顶端和环形凸缘同时接触,以增强水封面板封闭环形水道的密封性。
本发明还可以进一步做以下的改进:所述水封内套的下端设有密封圈,该密封圈在与防护浮子主体紧密接触时起加强水封内套与防护浮子之间的密封性的作用。
本发明中,所述底盖为筒形,其外径小于壳体的内径,其底端外壁设有带螺纹的凸缘,用于与壳体下端口适配密闭连接,而所述底盖的内腔作为水封外套的内腔,即所述底盖同时作为水封外套,所述水封内套位于该底盖内腔内,水封内套的外壁与底盖的内壁间具有环形水道,水封内套的下端与底盖的底部之间具有间距,该间距与水封内套内腔和所述环形水道形成竖截面为“山”字的存水弯水封。
本发明还可以做以下改进:所述壳体顶部设有通孔,所述进水管的下端从通孔穿入壳体内,与所述水封内套的上端可拆式密闭连接,同时,所述进水管与通孔边缘密闭连接,这样,本发明的存水弯成为可拆式存水弯,存水弯内的水封结构全部可拆卸出来,以便能够非常方便地清理存水弯中的杂物、清洗存水弯及疏通排水管道。
本发明所述进水管与水封内套为螺纹连接。作为本发明的一个实施例,所述进水管的下端外壁设外螺纹,所述水封内套上端内壁设有内螺纹,两者通过螺纹适配连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明第一个技术方案是在所述水封内套的下端与存水弯的底盖底面之间空间里增设一带气腔的防护浮子,利用存水弯存水的浮力浮起与水封内套下端边缘关闭水封内套下端口,同时,在水封外套上方设置一个环形的水封面板,该水封面板在存水弯存水时在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套的顶端紧密 接触,封闭竖向水道的上端口,与防护浮子一起形成双密封圈,封闭竖向水道中的水体和底部水体构成的杯状水体,不被蒸发而干涸,得以长久保留,达到长久水封的目的,能起到长效防臭防虫的作用。
(2)本发明第二个技术方案是在所述水封内套的下端与存水弯的底盖的底面之间空间里设置弹簧浮板构成的防护浮子,利用弹簧的作用力将浮板始终抵触在水封内套的下端口,比第一个技术方案更为可靠:一是其封闭状态不会受存水弯中的存水量的多寡影响,二是无需象第一个技术方案那样要顾虑对浮力的影响而只能选择轻薄塑料制作防护浮子,可以选择金属薄板或者能够耐100℃高温的其他材料制造浮板,令防护浮子不会因遇接近100℃高温的排水而导致变形,影响封闭效果。
(3)本发明的防护浮子中浮板和底壳通过相互配合的限位结构做滑动连接,使浮板在底壳内沿直线升降而不会发生偏移,避免弹簧发生变形,确保浮板与水封内套下端口的密封效果。
(4)本发明的防护浮子的底壳和浮板之间设有止脱结构,用于阻挡浮板从底壳中脱出,使防护浮子成为一单独的组件,既方便装、拆防护浮子,使之易于更换维护,而底壳和浮板包裹弹簧,又有利于防止弹簧掉出受损。
(5)本发明的防护浮子的底壳底面和浮板底面对应设置弹簧定位槽,使弹簧中轴线和底壳以及浮板中轴线位于同一直线上,避免在使用中因弹簧位置偏移而受力不均,浮板不能平稳地上、下移动,以确保浮板完全与水封内套下端口抵触密封。
(6)本发明的水封结构各部件与存水弯的壳体均为可拆卸连接,不但方便安装,而且特别方便存水弯的清洗、清理和维护。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
图1至3所示的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯1,包括存水弯主体和位于存水弯主体内的水封结构。存水弯主体由壳体3以及与壳体3可拆式密闭连接的底盖5构成。位于存水弯主体内的水封结构是由水封外套与水封内套4相套构成。
底盖5为筒形,其外径小于壳体3的内径,其外壁设有带螺纹的凸缘51,用于与壳体3下端口适配密闭连接,而底盖5的内腔作为水封外套的内腔,即底盖5同时作为水封外套,水封内套4位于底盖5内腔内,水封内套4的外壁与底盖5的内壁间具有环形水道,水封内套4的下端与底盖的底部之间具有间距,该间距与水封内套4内腔和环形水道形成竖截面为“山”字的存水弯水封。
在水封内套4的下端与底盖5的底部之间空间里增设一带气腔74的防护浮子7,防护浮子7主体为一个与水封外套的内腔内径相适配的盘面71,其盘面71上靠近边缘的区域沿周边分布数个平衡孔73,气腔74设置在盘面71的中部,凸起在水封内套4中,用于利用存水弯1存水的浮力浮起至水封内套4下端边缘以关闭水封内套4的下端口;同时,在水封外套上方设置一个环形的水封面板6, 该水封面板6适配套于水封内套4上,用于在存水弯1存水时在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套的顶端紧密接触,封闭水封内套4与水封外套两者侧壁之间的竖向水道的上端口,并与防护浮子7一起形成双密封结构,以便长久保留竖向水道中的水体以及防护浮子主体与底盖5的底面之间的底部水体,达到长久水封的目的,竖向水道中的水体和底部水体构成杯状水体。
水封内套4的外壁上设有沿周边设一用于承托水封面板6的环形凸缘41,该环形凸缘41与水封外套的顶端齐平,水封面板6在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套顶端和环形凸缘41同时接触,以增强水封面板6封闭环形水道的密封性。水封内套4的下端设有密封圈42,该密封圈42在与防护浮子7主体紧密接触时起加强水封内套4与防护浮子7之间的密封性的作用。
水封面板6的内边缘向上延伸形成导向折边,使水封面板6上下活动更为顺畅,即使在受力不均时也不会发生卡位,而影响其密封作用。导向折边的高度在5mm至10mm的范围内。
防护浮子7由盘面71和底托72构成,盘面71中部具有凸起的气腔74,气腔74的开口向下,底托72是一个可拆式的密封气腔74的封盘,其竖起的盘边上设置密封圈,使底托72能密封住盘面71气腔74的开口。盘面71上靠近边缘的区域沿周边分布数个平衡孔73。盘面71边缘向上延伸形成导向折边,该导向折边可避免防护浮子7在受力不均时放生翻侧而卡在水封外套内,使防护浮子7在水封外套内能顺畅地上下滑动。导向折边的高度可以在5mm至10mm范围内。
壳体3的侧壁具有一个管道接口8,顶部设有用于与洁具出水口连接的进水管2。壳体3顶部设有通孔,进水管2下端外径小于水封内套4的上端的内径,且其下端外壁上设有外螺纹,水封内套4上端内壁设内螺纹,进水管2的下端从通孔穿入壳体3内,与水封内套4上端适配密闭连接,同时,进水管2与壳体3的通孔边缘密闭连接,这样,存水弯1成为可拆式存水弯,存水弯1内的水封结构全部可拆卸出来,以便能够非常方便地清理存水弯中的杂物、清洗存水弯及疏通排水管道。
在使用时,排水经过进水管2流入水封内套3中时,由于水流的冲力作用, 防护浮子7被压而向下滑动,其下方的存水经平衡孔73排至上方,防护浮子7被压向底盖5的底部,从而打开竖向水道的下端口,接着排水进入竖向水道托起水封面板6,使整个存水弯1与管道接口连接的排水管9连通,令排水能顺利地通过存水弯排入排水系统中。当排水完成后,存水弯1内部的存水会与水封外套的顶端平齐,同时,水封面板6在重力作用下降至水封外套的顶端将竖向水道的上端口封闭,防护浮子7则在其上方的水经平衡孔73进入防护浮子7下方空间时,在水体浮力的作用下向上浮起,止位于水封内套4下端而封闭水封内套4的下端口,由于防护浮子7和水封面板6构成双向密封,令水封内套4、水封外套、防护浮子7、水封面板6所围闭的空间中的杯状水体不会被蒸发而干涸,即使水封内套4中的水逐渐蒸发减少,由于负压的作用,防护浮子7仍始终保持与水封内套7接触的状态。如果排水管污水倒灌,水封面板6就能有效地阻挡住它,同时双向密封还能长期有效地隔绝下水道的臭气。
实施例二:
与实施例一不同的是,实施例如图4所示,防护浮子7由片状浮板75和弹簧76构成。浮板75靠近边缘的区域沿周边即大于水封内套直径外的区域对称并均匀分布有4个平衡孔73。浮板75由金属薄板制成,以便在地漏在遇到接近100℃高温热水排水时,不会发生几何变形,从而提高密封的可靠性和使用场所的适应性。浮板75外轮廓与作为水封外套的底盖5的内径相近,弹簧76位于底盖5的底面与浮板75底面之间,其两端分别抵于浮板75底部与底盖6的底面,使浮板75在弹簧76的作用力下抵住水封内套的下端口以封闭该下端口;在本实施例中,弹簧76的具体安装方式为:底盖5的底面和浮板75的底面对应设置有固定弹簧76的定位槽78,弹簧76的两端分别安装在两个定位槽78内,定位槽78使弹簧76的中轴线和底盖5以及浮板75的中轴线位于同一直线上,这样能避免使用中因弹簧76位置偏移而受力不均的情况,让浮板75平稳地上下移动,确保浮板75完全与水封内套4的下端口接触密封。浮板75的边缘向下设置有一圈导向折边,使浮板75上下活动更为顺畅,导向折边的高度在5mm至10mm的范围内。水封内套4的下端密封圈42也包裹水封内套4下端口的边缘。
在使用时,排水经过进水管的孔洞流入水封内套4中时,由于水流的冲力作 用,浮板75被下压而向下移动,从而打开水封内套4的下端口,排水进入竖向水道并托起水封面板6,使存水弯与管道接口连接的排水管连通,令排水能顺利地通过存水弯排入排水系统中。当排水排至仅能填充到与存水弯底盖5的顶端平齐时,水封面板6因水体无法支撑其重力而重新下降至底盖5的顶端而将竖向水道的上端口封闭;同时,水封内套4中的存水也不足以克服弹簧76的作用力而使浮板75回升,从而重新封闭水封内套4的下端口。由于采用了浮板75封堵水封内套4的下端口及水封面板6封堵了竖向水道的上端口的双向密封,令水封内套4、底盖5、浮板75、水封面板6所围闭的空间中的杯状水体基本不会因蒸发而干涸,即使水封内套4中的存水逐渐蒸发减少,浮板75在弹簧力的作用下仍始终保持与水封内套4下端口接触的状态,确保杯状水体能长期存在。而水封面板6另一个作用是能有效地阻挡住排水管的污水和臭气倒灌,起到双向密封、长效隔臭的作用。
实施例三:
如图5-8所示,与实施例二不同的是,防护浮子7由浮板75、弹簧76和底壳77构成。底壳77为一个与作为水封外套的底盖5的内腔内径相适配的带底面的圆筒,该圆筒内壁上设置四个沿内壁周边对称分布的纵向限位结构,这四个纵向限位结构为限位凸筋79;浮板75的外轮廓尺寸与底壳77内腔尺寸相适配,其周边也设有与底壳77内壁上的纵向限位凸筋79相对应并适配的限位结构,该限位结构为限位槽710;浮板75和底壳5通过相互配合的限位槽710和限位凸筋79做滑动连接,使浮板75在底壳77内沿直线升降而不会发生偏移。
弹簧76位于底壳77底面与浮板75之间的空间内,其两端分别抵于浮板75底部与底壳77的底面。底壳77内腔底面和浮板75底面对应设置有固定弹簧76的定位槽78,弹簧76的两端分别安装在两个定位槽78内,定位槽78使弹簧76的中轴线和底壳77以及浮板75的中轴线位于同一直线上,这样能避免使用中因弹簧76位置偏移而受力不均的情况,让浮板75平稳地上下移动,确保浮板75完全与水封内套4的下端口接触密封。
防护浮子7的底壳77的上端口还设置了限制浮板75脱出的止脱结构,该结 构用于阻挡浮板75从底壳77中脱出,使防护浮子7成为一个单独的组件,既方便拆装,又便于维护,还有利于防止弹簧76掉出防护浮子7而受损。底壳77上的止脱结构为止脱块711。该止脱块711位于底壳77的限位凸筋79的顶端并从限位凸筋79上向底壳77中心方向径向凸起。相应地,浮板75上也设置与底壳77的止脱结构相对应并适配的止脱结构。浮板75上的止脱结构为止脱台712,它位于浮板75的限位槽710的下部。当浮板75通过限位槽710沿底壳77的限位凸筋79移动至底壳77的上端时,止脱台712与底壳77上的止脱块711相抵触,从而将浮板75限制在底壳77的高度内活动。在本实施例中,浮板75靠近边缘的区域沿周边即大于水封内套4直径外的区域对称并均匀分布有4个弧形缺口731,这4个弧形缺口731在本实施例中作为浮板75的平衡孔。水封内套4的下端密封圈42包裹水封内套4下端口的边缘。水封面板6的内边缘向上延伸形成导向折边,使水封面板6上下活动更为顺畅,即使在受力不均时也不会发生卡位,而影响其密封作用。限位折边的高度在5mm至10mm的范围内。
实施例四:
与实施例三不同的是:如图11所示,进水管2的管接口21设置在其侧壁上。
本发明的实施方式不受上述实施例的限定,利用本领域的普通知识和惯用技术手段,在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,可对本发明做出其它形式的修改和替换,但经过修改和替换的技术方案均应落在本发明权利保护范围内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,包括存水弯主体,存水弯主体包括壳体以及与壳体可拆式密闭连接的底盖,其特征在于:存水弯主体内设有水封结构,壳体的侧壁具有至少一个管道接口,顶部设有用于与洁具出水口连接的进水管,位于存水弯主体内的水封结构是由水封外套与水封内套相套构成的竖截面为“山”字形水封,水封外套安装在底盖的底面上,水封内套上缘与壳体顶部连接并与进水管连通,所述水封内套的下端与底盖的底面之间空间里增设一个带气腔的防护浮子,所述防护浮子主体为一个与水封外套的内腔内径相适配的盘面,其盘面上靠近边缘的区域沿周边分布数个平衡孔,所述气腔设置在盘面的中部,凸起在所述水封内套中,用于利用存水弯存水的浮力浮起至水封内套下端边缘以关闭所述水封内套的下端口;同时,在水封外套上方设置一个环形的水封面板,该水封面板套于水封内套上,用于在存水弯存水时在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套的顶端紧密接触,封闭水封内套与水封外套两者侧壁之间的竖向水道的上端口,并与防护浮子一起形成双密封圈,以便长久保留所述竖向水道中的水体和防护浮子主体与底盖的底面之间的底部水体构成的杯状水体。
  2. 一种长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,包括存水弯主体,存水弯主体包括壳体以及与壳体可拆式密闭连接的底盖,其特征在于,所述存水弯主体内设有水封结构,所述壳体的侧壁具有至少一个管道接口,顶部设有用于与洁具出水口连接的进水管,位于存水弯主体内的水封结构是由水封外套与水封内套相套构成的竖截面为“山”字形水封,所述水封外套安装在底盖的底面上,所述水封内套上缘与壳体顶部连接并与进水管连通;在所述水封内套的下端口与底盖底面之间空间里增设一个带弹簧的防护浮子,该防护浮子包括片状浮板和弹簧,所述浮板为防护浮子主体,其与水封内套的下端口相适配,所述弹簧位于底盖底面和浮板之间,其两端分别抵于浮板底部与所述底盖的底面,在所述弹簧的作用力下,浮板抵住所述水封内套的下端口以封闭该下端口;同时,在水封外套上方设置一个环形的水封面板,该水封面板套于水封内套上,用于在存水弯存水时在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套的顶端紧密接触,封闭水封内套与水封外套两者侧壁之间的竖向水道的上端口, 并与防护浮子一起形成双密封圈,以长久保留所述竖向水道中的水体和浮板与底盖的底面之间的底部水体构成的杯状水体,达到长久水封的目的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述浮板外廓尺寸与地漏的水封外套的内径相近,同时在浮板靠近边缘的区域设置有均匀分布的数个平衡孔,以便使浮板上浮时能让其上方的水体顺畅地填充入浮板下方的空间中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述防护浮子增设一个底壳,所述底壳为与水封外套的内腔内径相适配的带底面的圆筒,其筒内壁上设置至少二个或以上沿内壁周边对称分布的纵向限位结构,所述浮板的外廓尺寸与所述底壳内腔尺寸相适配,其周边也设有与底壳内壁上的纵向限位结构相对应并适配的限位结构,所述浮板和底壳通过相互配合的限位结构做滑动连接,使浮板在底壳内沿直线升降而不会发生偏移;所述弹簧位于底壳底面与浮板之间的空间内,其两端分别抵于浮板底部与底壳的底面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述底壳内壁与浮板相配合的纵向限位结构为限位凸筋,4条限位凸筋沿底壳周圈均布在底壳内壁上,相应地,浮板外廓的限位结构为限位槽,4个限位槽沿浮板周边均布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,分别在所述底壳底面和浮板底面对应设置弹簧定位槽,所述弹簧的两端分别安装在两个定位槽内,使弹簧中轴线和底壳以及浮板中轴线位于同一直线上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,在所述底壳上端口设置限制浮板脱出的止脱结构,用于阻挡浮板从底壳中脱出,使防护浮子成为一个单独的组件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述浮板上也设置与底壳的止脱结构相对应并适配的止脱结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述底壳上的止脱结构为止脱块,所述止脱块位于所述底壳的限位凸筋的顶端并从凸筋上向底壳中心方向径向凸起,相应地,所述浮板上的止脱结构为止脱台,它位于浮板的限位槽的下部,当浮板通过限位槽沿底壳限位凸筋移动至底壳上端时,所述止脱台与底壳上的止脱块相抵触,从而将浮板限制在底壳的高度内活动。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述防护浮子主体的盘面边缘向上延伸形成导向折边,该导向折边避免防护浮子在受力不均时发生翻侧而卡在水封外套内,使防护浮子在水封外套内能顺畅地上下滑动;所述水封面板在其外边缘与环形水道外边缘之间的区域上沿一周分布数个气孔,使水封面板上部的气压与排水管道的气压一致,另外,所述水封面板的外边缘向下或向上或上下同时设置导向折边,使水封面板上下活动更为顺畅。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述水封内套的下端设有密封圈,该密封圈在与防护浮子主体紧密接触时起加强水封内套与防护浮子之间的密封性的作用。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的长效全封闭水封防臭存水弯,其特征是,所述水封内套的外壁上设有沿周边设一个用于承托水封面板的环形凸缘,该环形凸缘与水封外套的顶端齐平,所述水封面板在自身重力和气压的作用下与水封外套顶端和环形凸缘同时接触,以增强水封面板封闭环形水道的密封性。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的长效全封闭水封防臭同层排水地漏,其特征是,所述防护浮子包括盘面和底托,所述盘面中部具有凸起的气腔,气腔的开口向下,所述底托是一个可拆式的密封气腔的封盘,其竖起的盘边上设置密封圈,使底托能密封住盘面气腔的开口。
