Abstract

本发明公开了一种移动终端与智能电视间播放记录同步的方法和装置,其中,该方法包括:响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的智能电视共享的多媒体文件的事件,向云端服务器发送第一请求指令,以获取云端服务器保存的第一时间点信息,其中,云端服务器保存有智能电视端发送的记录智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况下对应的第一时间点信息;根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。本发明解决了现有技术中智能电视播放多媒体文件发生中断后,通过云技术使用其他移动终端进行播放时,需用户手动调整至中断位置导致的操作复杂且精度低的问题,简化操作,提升了智能性。

移动终端与智能电视间播放记录同步的方法和装置
本申请要求于2013年12月5日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310644876.5,发明名称为“移动终端与智能电视间播放记录同步的方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电视领域,具体而言,涉及一种移动终端与智能电视间播放记录同步的方法和装置。
背景技术
电视作为信息传播终端,在人们生活中被广泛使用。随着互联网技术的进步,智能电视技术也快速发展。智能电视除具有传统电视的观看有线电视节目外,还可以通过互联网收听网络歌曲、观看网络视频或其他多媒体文件。此外,智能电视还可以结合云技术,与其他移动设备连接,实现资源共享,提升智能化。
现有技术中,用户在使用智能电视进行多媒体文件的播放时,可能会因为网络状态、用户执行其他进程、用户主动发出中断指令等因素而导致多媒体文件播放的中断,当用户再次打开该多媒体文件进行播放时,一般需要从头开始;也有的智能电视系统具有“记忆”功能,会记录上次多媒体文件中断时的位置,这样用户在智能电视上继续观看时,会从多媒体文件中断位置开始进行继续播放,这种实现方式在一定程度上提升了智能电视的智能程度。但是随着现有的智能电视技术发展和云技术的出现,用户可以使用一个共同的账号,通过云技术实现智能电视与移动终端的资源共享,在这种共享资源的前提下,当用户使用智能电视观看多媒体文件发生中断后,可能使用其他移动终端进行播放,而此时,用户需要在其他移动终端上手动调整至上次中断的位置,增加用户的操作复杂度;此外,用于手动调整精度不高,用户无法准确调整到中断位置,造成时间的浪费。
针对现有技术中智能电视播放多媒体文件发生中断后,通过云技术使用其他移动终端进行播放时,无法自动定位到前次播放中断点的问题,目前尚未提出有效地解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种移动终端与智能电视间播放记录同步的方法和装置, 以至少解决现有技术中智能电视播放多媒体文件发生中断后,通过云技术使用其他移动终端进行播放时,需用户手动调整至中断位置导致的操作复杂且精度低的问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种移动终端与智能电视播放记录同步的方法,该方法包括:响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的智能电视共享的多媒体文件的事件,向云端服务器发送第一请求指令,以获取云端服务器保存的第一时间点信息,其中,云端服务器保存有智能电视端发送的记录智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况下对应的第一时间点信息;根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。
可选地,根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步,包括:在获取的第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;在查找到的第二时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;将确定的时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制共享的多媒体文件从时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。
可选地,根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步,包括:在获取的第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;若不存在第二时间点信息,则控制共享的多媒体文件从该多媒体文件原始起始时间点开始播放。
可选地,智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况至少包括以下之一:多媒体文件开始播放、多媒体文件暂停播放、多媒体文件终止播放。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种智能电视与移动终端播放记录同步的方法,该方法包括:响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的移动终端共享的多媒体文件的事件,向本地数据库发送第二请求指令,以获取本地数据库保存的第三时间点信息,其中,本地数据库保存有移动终端每隔预定时间发送的记录移动终端当前播放多媒体文件的第三时间点信息;根据获取的第三时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。
可选地,根据获取的第三时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步,包括:在获取的第三时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第四时间点信息;在查找到的第四时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;将确定的时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制共享的多媒体文件从时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。

可选地,第一确定单元包括:第一查找模块,用于在获取的第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;第一确定模块,用于在查找到的第二时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;第一控制模块,用于将确定的时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制共享的多媒体文件从时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种智能电视与移动终端播放记录同步的装置,该装置包括:第二获取单元,用于响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的移动终端共享的多媒体文件的事件,向本地数据库发送第二请求指令,以获取本地数据库保存的第三时间点信息,其中,本地数据库保存有移动终端每隔预定时间发送的记录移动终端当前播放多媒体文件的第二时间点 信息;第二确定单元,用于根据获取的第三时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。
在本发明中用户可以使用一个共同的账号,通过云技术实现智能电视与移动终端的资源共享的情况下,在用户使用移动终端或者智能电视观看该云技术下共享的多媒体文件时,可以在每隔预定时间或者符合预定条件时,将用户的观看记录进行记录,当使用智能电视观看多媒体文件发生中断后,再使用移动终端进行收看时,或者使用移动终端观看多媒体文件发生中断后,再使用智能电视进行收看时,用户不需要手动进行跳转到中断的位置,可以通过记录的观看记录,直接跳转至中断位置,这种处理方式有效地解决了现有技术中智能电视播放多媒体文件发生中断后,通过云技术使用其他移动终端进行播放时,需用户手动调整至中断位置导致的操作复杂且精度低的问题,简化操作的同时,提升了观看多媒体文件的智能性。

实施例一
在本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端与智能电视播放记录同步的方法,图1示出该方法的一种可选的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
S102,响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的智能电视共享的多媒体文件的事件,向云端服务器发送第一请求指令,以获取云端服务器保存的第一时间点信息,其中,云端服务器保存有智能电视端发送的记录智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况下对应的第一时间点信息;
S104,根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。
具体来说,移动终端(如手机、平板电脑)和智能电视使用同一账号,通过云技术可实现资源的共享。在这种前提下,当用户使用智能电视观看云技术共享的多媒体文件(如视频文件)过程中,由于某些因素中断了多媒体文件的播放,此时,智能电视中用于检测播放过程是否发生异常的进程,检测到此次中断,认定为发生异常,则会记录中断的时间点,并上传至云端服务器。可选地,本实施例提供了一种判断多媒体文件播放过程是否发生异常的判定方案:当检测到多媒体文件开始播放、或多媒体文件暂停播放、或多媒体文件终止播放时,判定多媒体文件发生了异常操作,此时记录该异常操作对应的时间点。当用户在移动终端上使用相同的账号观看相同的多媒体文件时,会触发请求指令到云端服务器进行询问,是否存在该多媒体文件的播放记录,此时,在云端服务器上会获得智能电视端记录的发生异常操作的时间点,表征用户通过其他电子设备观看过该多媒体文件,移动终端会根据获取到的时间点,控制本端播放的该多媒体文件直接跳转至该时间点上进行播放。
上述技术方案中可以看出,在用户使用智能电视观看该云技术下共享的多媒体文件时,在符合预定条件时,会将用户的观看记录进行记录,当智能电视观看多媒体文件发生中断后,使用移动终端进行收看时,用户不需要手动进行跳转到中断的位置,移动终端可以通过查询记录的时间点,直接跳转 至中断位置,这种处理方式有效地解决了现有技术中智能电视播放多媒体文件发生中断后,通过云技术使用其他移动终端进行播放时,需用户手动调整至中断位置导致的操作复杂且精度低的问题,简化操作的同时,提升了观看多媒体文件的智能性。
在本发明的一个可选的实施方式中,还对上述根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步的步骤提出了一种可选的方案,具体来说,包括如下步骤:在获取的第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;在查找到的第二时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;将确定的时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制共享的多媒体文件从时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。若在获取的第一时间点信息中,不存在第二时间点信息,则控制共享的多媒体文件从该多媒体文件原始起始时间点开始播放。
具体实现时,由于多媒体文件数量很多,第一时间点信息包括多个时间点,不同的多媒体文件每次发生异常操作时都会记录一个时间点,一个多媒体文件可能会记录很多时间点,因此,在确定时间点时,需要查找到当前需要播放的多媒体文件对应的时间点,可选地,可以给时间点增加属性信息,不同的属性用于识别不同的多媒体文件。在确定了当前需要播放的多媒体文件对应的多个时间点后,需要选择以哪个时间点作为播放的起始时间,可选地,将各个时间点按照时间顺序进行排序,将时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的起始时间,例如,记录的某一多媒体文件播放发生异常对应的时间点分别为00:30:50,00:45:45,01:03:40,由于时间点01:03:40最为靠后,将该时间点作为多媒体文件播放的起始时间。可选地,在记录时间点的过程中,也可以选择更新替代的方式,即,每次发生异常操作后,记录该异常操作对应的时间点,用它替换前一次记录的时间点,这样可以减少数据存储量。可选地,如果在获取的第一时间点信息中,查找不到与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息,则判定为该多媒体文件没有播放过,则不需要跳转播放该多媒体文件,直接从该多媒体文件的起始位置进行播放。这种实现方式,保证了跳转播放的准确性。
实施例二
基于上述实施例一中提供的移动终端与智能电视播放记录同步的方法,本实施例提供了一种移动终端与智能电视播放记录同步的装置,图2示出该装置的一种可选的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:
第一获取单元20,用于响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的智能电视共享的多媒体文件的事件,向云端服务器发送第一请求指令,以获取云端服务器保存的第一时间点信息,其中,云端服务器保存有智能电视端发送的记录智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况下对应的第一时间点信息;
第一确定单元22,与第一获取单元20连接,用于根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。

在本发明的一个可选的实施方式中,还对上述根据获取的第一时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步的步骤提出了一种可选的方案,具体来说,如图3所示,第一确定单元22包括:第一查找模块222,用于在获取的第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;第一确定模块224,与第一查找模块222连接,用于在查找到的第二时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;第一控制模块226,与第一确定模块224连接,用于将确定的时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制共享的多媒体文件从时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。可选地,第一确定单元22的第一控制模块226还用于在不存在第二时间点信息时,控制共享的多媒体文件从该多媒体文件原始起始时间点开始播放。

实施例三
在本发明实施例三中提供了一种智能电视与移动终端播放记录同步的方法,具体地,如图4所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
S402,响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的移动终端共享的多媒体文件的事件,向本地数据库发送第二请求指令,以获取本地数据库保存的第三时间点信息,其中,本地数据库保存有移动终端每隔预定时间发送的记录移动终端当前播放多媒体文件的第三时间点信息;
S404,根据获取的第三时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。
具体来说,移动终端(如手机、平板电脑)和智能电视使用同一账号,通过云技术可实现资源的共享。在这种前提下,移动终端侧会每隔预定时间(如,十分钟)向智能电视端用于存储播放记录的数据库发送本端多媒体文件的播放记录,即,播放的时间点。可选地,移动终端侧将本端多媒体文件播放记录先上传至云端服务器后,再由云端服务器同步至智能电视端的数据库中。在移动终端播放多媒体文件的过程中,由于某些因素中断了多媒体文件的播放,此时,智能电视的数据库中存储有来自移动终端侧在最近预定时间(十分钟)内发送的时间点。当用户在智能电视端使用相同的账号观看相同的多媒体文件时,会触发请求指令到数据库进行询问,是否存在该多媒体文件的播放记录,此时,在数据库中获得智能电视端记录的发生异常操作的时间点,表征用户通过其他移动终端观看过该多媒体文件,智能电视端会根据获取到的时间点,控制本端播放的该多媒体文件直接跳转至该时间点上进行播放。可选地,上述数据库除了存储移动终端预定时间内多媒体文件的播放记录之外,还可以实时存储智能电视端播放多媒体文件的播放记录,该播放记录也可以作为跳转播放的依据。
上述技术方案中可以看出,在用户使用移动终端观看云技术下共享的多媒体文件时,每隔预定时间,会将用户的观看记录进行记录,并同步至智能电视端,当移动终端观看多媒体文件发生中断后,使用智能电视进行收看时,用户不需要手动进行跳转到中断的位置,智能电视可以通过查询本端数据库记录的时间点,直接跳转至中断位置,这种处理方式有效地解决了移动终端播放多媒体文件发生中断后,通过云技术使用智能电视进行播放时,需用户 手动调整至中断位置导致的操作复杂且精度低的问题,简化操作的同时,提升了观看多媒体文件的智能性。
在本发明的一个可选的实施方式中,还对上述根据获取的第三时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步的步骤提出了一种可选的方案,具体来说,包括如下步骤:在获取的第三时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第四时间点信息;在查找到的第四时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;将确定的时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制共享的多媒体文件从时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。若在获取的第三时间点信息中,不存在第四时间点信息,则控制共享的多媒体文件从该多媒体文件原始起始时间播放。

实施例四
基于上述实施例三中提供的智能电视与移动终端播放记录同步的方法,本实施例提供了一种智能电视与移动终端播放记录同步的装置,图5示出该 装置的一种可选的结构示意图,如图5所示,该装置包括:
第二获取单元50,用于响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的移动终端共享的多媒体文件的事件,向本地数据库发送第二请求指令,以获取本地数据库保存的第三时间点信息,其中,本地数据库保存有移动终端每隔预定时间发送的记录移动终端当前播放多媒体文件的第二时间点信息;
第二确定单元52,与第二获取单元50连接,用于根据获取的第三时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步。

上述技术方案中可以看出,在用户使用移动终端观看云技术下共享的多媒体文件时,每隔预定时间,会将用户的观看记录进行记录,并同步至智能电视端,当移动终端观看多媒体文件发生中断后,使用智能电视进行收看时,用户不需要手动进行跳转到中断的位置,智能电视可以通过查询本端数据库记录的时间点,直接跳转至中断位置,这种处理方式有效地解决了移动终端播放多媒体文件发生中断后,通过云技术使用智能电视进行播放时,需用户手动调整至中断位置导致的操作复杂且精度低的问题,简化操作的同时,提 升了观看多媒体文件的智能性。
在本发明的一个可选的实施方式中,还对上述根据获取的第三时间点信息,确定播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与智能电视端播放记录的同步的步骤提出了一种可选的方案,具体来说,如图6所示,第二确定单元52包括:第二查找模块522,用于在获取的第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;第二确定模块524,与第二查找模块522连接,用于在查找到的第四时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;第二控制模块526,与第二确定模块524连接,用于将确定的时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制共享的多媒体文件从时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。可选地,第二确定单元52的第二控制模块526还用于在不存在第四时间点信息时,控制共享的多媒体文件从该多媒体文件原始起始时间播放。
具体实现时,由于多媒体文件数量很多,第三时间点信息包括多个时间点,不同的多媒体文件每隔预定时间都会记录一个时间点,一个多媒体文件可能会记录很多时间点,因此,在确定时间点时,需要查找到当前需要播放的多媒体文件对应的时间点,可选地,可以给时间点增加属性信息,不同的属性用于识别不同的多媒体文件。在确定了当前需要播放的多媒体文件对应的多个时间点后,需要选择以哪个时间点作为播放的起始时间,可选地,将各个时间点按照时间顺序进行排序,将时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的起始时间,例如,记录的某一多媒体文件每隔预定时间记录的时间点分别为00:30:50,00:40:50,00:50:50,由于时间点00:50:50最为靠后,将该时间点作为多媒体文件播放的起始时间。可选地,在记录时间点的过程中,也可以选择更新替代的方式,即,每隔预定时间记录的时间点,用它替换前一次记录的时间点,这样可以减少数据存储量。可选地,如果在获取的第三时间点信息中,查找不到与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第四时间点信息,则判定为该多媒体文件没有播放过,则不需要跳转播放该多媒体文件,直接从该多媒体文件的起始位置进行播放。这种实现方式,保证了跳转播放的准确性。
应该注意的是上述实施例对本发明进行说明而不是对本发明进行限制,并且本领域技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下可设计出替换实 施例。在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。位于元件之前的单词“一”或“一个”不排除存在多个这样的元件。本发明可以借助于包括有若干不同元件的硬件以及借助于适当编程的计算机来实现。在列举了若干装置的单元权利要求中,这些装置中的若干个可以是通过同一个硬件项来具体体现。单词第一、第二、以及第三等的使用不表示任何顺序。可将这些单词解释为名称。
本申请可以应用于计算机系统/服务器,其可与众多其它通用或专用计算系统环境或配置一起操作。适于与计算机系统/服务器一起使用的众所周知的计算系统、环境和/或配置的例子包括但不限于:个人计算机系统、服务器计算机系统、瘦客户机、厚客户机、手持或膝上设备、基于微处理器的系统、机顶盒、可编程消费电子产品、网络个人电脑、小型计算机系统﹑大型计算机系统和包括上述任何系统的分布式云计算技术环境,等等。
计算机系统/服务器可以在由计算机系统执行的计算机系统可执行指令(诸如程序模块)的一般语境下描述。通常,程序模块可以包括例程、程序、目标程序、组件、逻辑、数据结构等等,它们执行特定的任务或者实现特定的抽象数据类型。计算机系统/服务器可以在分布式云计算环境中实施,分布式云计算环境中,任务是由通过通信网络链接的远程处理设备执行的。在分布式云计算环境中,程序模块可以位于包括存储设备的本地或远程计算系统存储介质上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端与智能电视播放记录同步的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的智能电视共享的多媒体文件的事件,向云端服务器发送第一请求指令,以获取所述云端服务器保存的第一时间点信息,其中,所述云端服务器保存有所述智能电视端发送的记录所述智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况下对应的第一时间点信息;
    根据获取的所述第一时间点信息,确定播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据获取的所述第一时间点信息,确定播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步,包括:
    在获取的所述第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;
    在查找到的所述第二时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;
    将确定的所述时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制所述共享的多媒体文件从所述时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据获取的所述第一时间点信息,确定播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步,包括:
    在获取的所述第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;
    若不存在所述第二时间点信息,则控制所述共享的多媒体文件从该多媒体文件原始起始时间点开始播放。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况至少包括以下之一:多媒体文件开始播放、多媒体文件暂停播放、多媒体文件终止播放。
  5. 一种智能电视与移动终端播放记录同步的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的移动终端共享的多媒体文件的事件,向本地数据库发送第二请求指令,以获取所述本地数据库保存的第三 时间点信息,其中,所述本地数据库保存有所述移动终端每隔预定时间发送的记录所述移动终端当前播放多媒体文件的第三时间点信息;
    根据获取的所述第三时间点信息,确定播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据获取的所述第三时间点信息,确定播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步,包括:
    在获取的所述第三时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第四时间点信息;
    在查找到的所述第四时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;
    将确定的所述时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制所述共享的多媒体文件从所述时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据获取的所述第三时间点信息,确定播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步,包括:
    在获取的所述第三时间点信息中,查找与当前播放的多媒体文件对应的第四时间点信息;
    若不存在所述第四时间点信息,则控制所述共享的多媒体文件从该多媒体文件原始起始时间点开始播放。
  8. 一种移动终端与智能电视播放记录同步的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取单元,用于响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的智能电视共享的多媒体文件的事件,向云端服务器发送第一请求指令,以获取所述云端服务器保存的第一时间点信息,其中,所述云端服务器保存有所述智能电视端发送的记录所述智能电视端多媒体文件播放过程中发生异常情况下对应的第一时间点信息;
    第一确定单元,用于根据获取的所述第一时间点信息,确定播放所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定单元包括:
    第一查找模块,用于在获取的所述第一时间点信息中,查找与当前播放 的多媒体文件对应的第二时间点信息;
    第一确定模块,用于在查找到的所述第二时间点信息中,确定时间排列顺序为最后的时间点;
    第一控制模块,用于将确定的所述时间排列顺序为最后的时间点作为播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,控制所述共享的多媒体文件从所述时间排列顺序为最后的时间点位置开始播放。
  10. 一种智能电视与移动终端播放记录同步的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二获取单元,用于响应于检测到的播放与通过云技术连接的移动终端共享的多媒体文件的事件,向本地数据库发送第二请求指令,以获取所述本地数据库保存的第三时间点信息,其中,所述本地数据库保存有所述移动终端每隔预定时间发送的记录所述移动终端当前播放多媒体文件的第二时间点信息;
    第二确定单元,用于根据获取的所述第三时间点信息,确定播放的所述共享的多媒体文件的起始时间点,以实现与所述智能电视端播放记录的同步。
