本申请中涉及的终端, 即用户设备, 可以是无线终端也可以是有线终 端, 无线终端可以是指向用户提供通信的设备, 具有无线连接功能的智能 终端、 手持式设备、 或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。 无线终端 可以经无线接入网 (例如, RAN , Radio Access Network ) 与一个或多个 核心网进行通信, 无线终端可以是移动终端, 如移动电话(或称为"蜂窝" 电话)和具有移动终端的计算机, 例如, 可以是便携式、 袖珍式、 手持式、 计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置, 它们与无线接入网交换语言和 /或数 据。 例如, 个人通信业务 ( PCS , Personal Communicat ion Service ) 电 话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(SIP)话机、 无线本地环路(WLL, Wireless Local Loop) 站、 个人数字助理 (PDA, Personal Digital Assistant) 等设备。 无线终端也可以称为系统、 订户单元 (Subscriber Unit) 、 订 户站(Subscriber Station) ,移动站(Mobile Station)、移动台(Mobile)、 远程站 (Remote Station) 、 接入点 (Access Point) 、 远程终端 (Remote Terminal )、接入终端 (Access Terminal)、用户终端 (User Terminal ) 、 用户代理 (User Agent) 、 用户设备 (User Device) 、 或用户装备 (User Equipment ) 。

如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的用户健康支持的处理方法包括如下 歩骤:
S101: 第二终端根据第一终端的第一消息获得第一终端用户的事件消 息; 其中, 该第一消息用于反映第一终端用户的健康信息, 该事件消息包 括第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级别和针对该健康事件的处理 建议。
本发明实施例涉及的方法可以适用于云计算的网络结构, 也可以适用 于其他的网络结构。 该云计算的网络结构涉及的实体可以包括第一终端、 第二终端以及云服务器, 三者均通过网络连接, 该网络可以是蜂窝网络, 还可以是无线局域网。 其他的网络结构中, 第一终端和第二终端是通过网 络直接连接的, 即该网络结构中没有云服务器。
本发明实施例中的第一终端可以为用户的智能手表、 手环、 戒指、 眼 镜等穿戴式终端, 或者是其他医疗监控设备, 还可以是手机等终端设备, 其主要功能为采集、 上报用户侧的健康数据或上下文环境信息。 第二终端 通常是持有第一终端的用户的子女或其他家人所持有的的终端设备。
具体的, 第一消息为第一终端获取到的第一终端用户相关的健康数 据, 可以反映第一终端用户的健康信息, 例如: 该第一消息可以是第一终 端用户的生理参数, 还可以为第一终端用户周围的环境信息, 还可以为二 者结合, 还可以为其他可以反映第一终端用户的健康信息的消息, 本发明 实施例对此不做限制。
第二终端根据上述第一消息确定所需要的该第一终端用户的事件消 息, 该事件消息包括第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级别和针对 该健康事件的处理建议。 上述健康事件可以为用户摔倒、 用户剧烈运动、 用户情绪波动剧烈、 用户血氧浓度过低、 用户血压持续偏高等事件, 上述 健康事件的级别可以为紧急、 告警、 提醒、 正常等; 突发的紧急事件, 如 用户摔倒, 需要立刻处理救护, 则事件级别为紧急; 生理参数接近或到达 阈值的事件, 需要给予及时告警, 则事件级别为告警; 保健相关、 生理参 数缓慢变化的事件, 需要给予提醒, 或者相对于现有疾病, 生理指标参数 有改善或保持良好, 需要给予激励, 则事件级别为提醒。 上述针对健康事 件的处理建议是针对用户出现的某一健康事件做出的处理对策, 例如: 用 户摔倒事件对应处理策略为迅速呼叫医院抢救, 用户血氧浓度过低事件对 应处理策略为及时提醒用户服用相应药物, 血压持续偏高事件对应处理策 略为指导用户遵循健康的生活方式, 如运动、 饮食等。
上述第二终端确定的事件消息具有一定的格式, 例如: "告警: 您妈 妈当前在 XX地方下棋, 情绪波动较严重, 脉搏超过 XX, 请您注意及时提 醒用户保持情绪稳定" , 这里的 "告警"指的就是健康事件的级别, "情 绪波动较严重, 脉搏超过 XX "即为该用户的健康事件, "请您注意及时提 醒用户保持情绪稳定 "为针对该健康事件的处理建议。 需要注意的是, 本 发明实施例中的事件消息的格式可以为任意的格式, 本发明实施例对此并 不做限制。
S 102 :第二终端对上述事件消息进行解析,获取上述健康事件的级别。 具体的, 第二终端对上述事件消息进行解析, 提取上述事件消息中的 事件级别字段, 例如上述例子中的 "告警" 。
S 103 : 第二终端根据上述健康事件的级别确定与上述健康事件的级别 对应的处理界面, 并在该处理界面上向第二终端用户呈现上述事件消息。
具体的, 第二终端根据健康事件的级别不同, 呈现给第二终端用户的 处理界面就不同, 这里可以参见图 2至图 4所示的界面图。 并且, 在呈现 给第二终端用户的界面上显示上述确定的该级别的健康事件对应的事件 消息, 从而使得第二终端用户根据显示的事件消息, 明确知道第一终端用 户的健康状况以及针对该健康状况的处理建议, 进而在处理界面上选择相 应的处理方式, 例如直接呼叫医生、 向第一终端用户发起语音通话或者发 送消息给第一终端用户等。
本发明实施例提供的用户健康支持的处理方法, 通过第二终端根据获 取到的第一终端的第一消息确定第一终端用户的事件消息, 该事件消息包 括第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级别和针对该健康事件的处理 建议; 之后, 第二终端对该事件消息进行解析获取上述健康事件的级别, 并根据该健康事件的级别确定相应的处理界面, 并在该处理界面上向第二 终端用户呈现事件消息, 使得第二终端用户根据上述事件消息在该处理界 面上做出处理。 本发明实施例提供的方法使得第二终端用户能更准确理解 第一终端用户当前的健康状况, 及时获取处理建议; 并且, 根据健康事件 的级别, 第二终端呈现事件消息相关的不同处理界面, 能辅助第二终端用 户针对健康突发事件的实时处理。 在上述图 1所示实施例的基础上, 作为本发明实施例的一种可行的实 施方式, 进一歩地, 本发明实施例涉及的方法是第二终端通过云服务器获 取事件消息的具体过程。 本实施例涉及的方法适用于上述提及的云计算网 络。 可选的, 上述第一消息为第一终端采集到的第一终端用户的健康相关 数据, 则上述 S101具体为: 第二终端通过云服务器获得上述事件消息; 其中, 该事件消息为云服务器将接收到的第一终端的第一消息进行第一处 理后得到的。
上述第一处理为上述云服务器将第一消息和云服务器上预设的第一 终端用户的健康策略进行匹配, 获得上述第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健 康事件的级别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议, 并将第一终端用户的健康 事件、 该健康事件的级别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议生成事件消息。
具体的, 当上述第一消息为第一终端采集到的第一终端用户的健康相 关数据时, 这里的健康相关数据可以为第一终端用户的生理参数和 /或第 一终端用户周边的上下文环境信息等。 这里的第一终端用户的生理参数可 以包括脉搏、 血氧、 血压、 体温等; 上下文环境信息可以包括: 时间、 位 置、 用户的日程安排或习惯、 用户的活动状态、 外部环境的温度、 湿度、 光照、 气压等。 其中, 用户的活动状态可以通过第一终端内部的加速度传 感器采集, 监测出用户运动的速度增幅变化, 从而计算分析用户的活动状 跑歩, 还是乘车; 此外, 第一终端的摄像头可用于抓拍用户

第一终端利用其内部的多种传感器采集第一终端用户的健康相关数 据, 并将该第一终端用户的健康相关数据发送给云计算网络中的云服务 器; 云服务器在接收到的第一终端发送的第一终端用户的健康相关数据 后, 进行第一处理。 具体的, 云服务器匹配关联云服务器上预设的第一终 端用户的健康策略。 可选的, 该健康策略可以是云服务器上所管理的第一 终端用户的健康档案生成的, 该健康档案可以包括用户的年龄、 性别、 身 高、 体重、 血型、 基本健康状况、 既往病史等。 需要注意的是, 不同用户 的健康档案不同, 因此所生成的用户的健康策略就不同。
用户的健康策略包括三部分内容: 健康事件、 健康事件的级别和针对 健康事件的处理建议。 其中, 健康事件指根据用户侧上报的生理参数、 上 下文环境信息等采集的数据所定义的特定事件, 如用户摔倒, 用户剧烈运 动、 用户情绪波动剧烈、 用户血氧浓度过低、 用户血压持续偏高等。 健康 事件的级别可分为: 紧急、 告警、 提醒、 正常等; 突发的紧急事件, 如用 户摔倒, 需要立刻处理救护, 则事件级别为紧急; 生理参数接近或到达阈 值的事件, 需要给予及时告警, 则事件级别为告警; 保健相关、 生理参数 缓慢变化的事件, 需要给予提醒, 或者相对于现有疾病, 生理指标参数有 改善或保持良好, 需要给予激励, 则事件级别为提醒。 针对健康事件的处 理建议是针对特定事件给出的处理策略建议。 如: 用户摔倒事件对应处理 策略为迅速呼叫医院抢救; 用户血氧浓度过低事件对应处理策略为及时提 醒用户服用相应药物; 血压持续偏高事件对应处理策略为指导用户遵循健 康的生活方式, 如运动、 饮食等。 上述第一终端用户的健康策略可以参见 表 1所示的内容, 假设该第一终端用户患有高血压, 如表 1所示:

第二终端对接收到的第一终端用户的事件消息进行解析, 提取出上述 事件消息中的事件级别字段, 事件级别说明的是该健康事件的紧急程度, 例如上述例子中的 "告警" , 该例子中的事件消息的格式为: 事件级别 + ": " +健康事件 + "请您" +处理建议。 但是本发明实施例对事件消息的 格式并不做限制。
第二终端根据健康事件的级别不同, 呈现给第二终端用户的处理界面 就不同, 这里可以参见图 2至图 4所示的界面图。 并且, 在呈现给第二终 端用户的界面上显示上述确定的该级别的健康事件对应的事件消息, 从而 使得第二终端用户根据显示的事件消息, 明确知道第一终端用户的健康状 况以及针对该健康状况的处理建议, 进而在处理界面上选择相应的处理方 式, 该处理界面中包含事件消息的内容和预设的相应的处理决策按钮。 例 如: 在图 2中, 当提取出事件级别为紧急, 则处理界面呈现直接呼叫医院 按钮, 如拨打 120或者预设的其他救助号码; 图 3中, 当提取出事件级别 为告警, 则处理界面呈现直接拨打电话给第一用户或者其他求助电话的按 钮; 图 4中, 当提取出事件级别为提醒, 则处理界面呈现发短信给第一用 户或者打电话给第一用户的按钮。
本发明实施例提供的用户健康支持的处理方法, 第二终端通过云服务 器将第一终端的第一消息与云服务器上预设的健康策略进行匹配从而得 到第一终端用户的事件消息; 之后, 第二终端对该事件消息进行解析获取 上述健康事件的级别, 并根据该健康事件的级别确定相应的处理界面, 并 在该处理界面上向第二终端用户呈现事件消息, 使得第二终端用户根据上 述事件消息在该处理界面上做出处理。 本发明实施例提供的方法使得第二 终端用户能更准确理解第一终端用户当前的健康状况, 及时获取处理建 议; 并且, 根据健康事件的级别, 第二终端呈现事件消息相关的不同处理 界面, 能辅助第二终端用户针对健康突发事件的实时处理。 在上述图 1所示实施例的基础上, 作为本发明实施例的另一可行的实 施方式, 进一歩地, 本发明实施例涉及的方法是第二终端自己根据第一终 端的第一消息生成第一终端用户的事件消息的过程。 可选的, 第一消息为 第一终端采集到的第一终端用户的健康相关数据, 则上述 S101具体为: 第二终端接收第一终端发送的第一消息; 并对该第一消息进行处理, 获取 事件消息。
当上述第一消息为第一终端采集到的第一终端用户的健康相关数据 时, 这里的健康相关数据可以为第一终端用户的生理参数和 /或第一终端 用户周边的上下文环境信息等。 这里的第一终端用户的生理参数可以包括 脉搏、 血氧、 血压、 体温等; 上下文环境信息可以包括: 时间、 位置、 用 户的日程安排或习惯、 用户的活动状态、 外部环境的温度、 湿度、 光照、 气压等。 其中, 用户的活动状态可以通过第一终端内部的加速度传感器采 集, 监测出用户运动的速度增幅变化, 从而计算分析用户的活动状态, 是 走路、 跑歩, 还是乘车; 此外, 第一终端的摄像头可用于抓拍用户当前情 境、 活动等。

本发明实施例提供的用户健康支持的处理方法, 通过第二终端接收第 一终端发送的第一消息, 并将该第一消息与第二终端上预设的健康策略进 行匹配确定该第一消息对应的第一终端用户的健康事件、健康事件的级别 以及该健康事件的处理建议, 并将三者生成第一终端用户的事件消息; 之 后, 第二终端对该事件消息进行解析获取上述健康事件的级别, 并根据该 健康事件的级别确定相应的处理界面, 并在该处理界面上向第二终端用户 呈现事件消息, 使得第二终端用户根据上述事件消息在该处理界面上做出 处理。 本发明实施例提供的方法使得第二终端用户能更准确理解第一终端 用户当前的健康状况, 及时获取处理建议; 并且, 根据健康事件的级别, 第二终端呈现事件消息相关的不同处理界面, 能辅助第二终端用户针对健 康突发事件的实时处理。 在上述图 1所示实施例的基础上, 作为本发明实施例的第三种可行的 实施方式, 进一歩地, 本发明实施例涉及的方法是第二终端直接获取第一 终端发送的第一终端用户的事件消息的过程。 可选的, 该第一消息为第一 终端将采集到的第一终端用户的健康相关数据进行处理后得到的事件消 息, 则上述 S 101具体为: 接收第一终端发送的第一消息。

当健康相关数据 (例如: 生理参数和上下文环境信息) 满足表 1中的 策略定义的事件参数时, 则第一终端识别出第一终端用户的健康相关数据 对应的健康事件, 并且识别出该健康事件的级别和该健康事件对应的处理 建议, 从而生成第一终端用户的事件消息, 并将该第一事件消息发送给第 二终端。
S504 : 第二终端对上述事件消息进行解析, 确定上述事件消息中的健 康事件的级别, 并根据健康事件的级别向第二终端呈现对应的处理界面, 并在该处理界面上显示上述事件消息。
具体的, 第二终端对接收到的第一终端用户的事件消息进行解析, 提 取出上述事件消息中的事件级别字段, 根据健康事件的级别不同, 呈现给 第二终端用户的处理界面就不同, 这里可以参见上述图 2至图 4所示的处 理界面图。 并且, 在呈现给第二终端用户的界面上显示上述确定的该级别 的健康事件对应的事件消息, 从而使得第二终端用户根据显示的事件消 息, 明确知道第一终端用户的健康状况以及针对该健康状况的处理建议, 进而在处理界面上选择相应的处理方式, 该处理界面中包含事件消息的内 容和预设的相应的处理决策按钮。 例如: 在图 2中, 当提取出事件级别为 紧急, 则处理界面呈现直接呼叫医院按钮, 如拨打 120或者预设的其他救 助号码; 图 3中, 当提取出事件级别为告警, 则处理界面呈现直接拨打电 话给第一用户或者其他求助电话的按钮; 图 4中, 当提取出事件级别为提 醒, 则处理界面呈现发短信给第一用户或者打电话给第一用户的按钮。
本发明实施例提供的用户健康支持的处理方法, 通过第一终端对自身 所获取的第一终端用户的健康相关数据进行处理后生成第一终端用户的 事件消息并发送给第二终端, 第二终端对该事件消息进行解析获取上述健 康事件的级别, 并根据该健康事件的级别确定相应的处理界面, 并在该处 理界面上向第二终端用户呈现事件消息, 使得第二终端用户根据上述事件 消息在该处理界面上做出处理。 本发明实施例提供的方法使得第二终端用 户能更准确理解第一终端用户当前的健康状况,及时获取处理建议;并且, 根据健康事件的级别, 第二终端呈现事件消息相关的不同处理界面, 能辅 助第二终端用户针对健康突发事件的实时处理。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分 歩骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。 前述的程序可以存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中。 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述各方法实施例的歩 骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: R0M、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程 序代码的介质。
图 9为本发明提供的终端实施例一的结构示意图, 该终端可以为上述 方法实施例中的第二终端。 如图 9所示, 该终端 50包括: 确定模块 10, 用于根据第一终端的第一消息获得第一终端用户的事件消息; 其中, 该第 一消息用于反映第一终端用户的健康信息, 该事件消息包括所述第一终端 用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级别和针对该健康事件的处理建议; 解析 获取模块 1 1, 用于对上述事件消息进行解析, 获取上述健康事件的级别; 显示模块 12,用于根据上述健康事件的级别确定与上述健康事件的级别对 应的处理界面, 并在该处理界面上向第二终端用户呈现上述事件消息。 本发明实施例提供的终端可以执行上述方法实施例, 其实现原理和技 术效果类似, 在此不再赘述。
可选的, 上述第一消息为上述第一终端采集到的上述第一终端用户的 健康相关数据。 在上述图 9所示实施例的基础上, 进一歩地, 上述确定模 块 10具体用于通过云服务器获得所述事件消息; 其中, 该事件消息为云 服务器将接收到的第一终端的第一消息进行第一处理后得到的。 该第一处 理为云服务器将第一消息和云服务器上预设的第一终端用户的健康策略 进行匹配, 确定第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级别以及针对该 健康事件的处理建议, 并将述第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级 别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议生成上述事件消息。

可选的, 第一消息为第一终端采集到的第一终端用户的健康相关数 据, 则上述处理器 30还用于通过云服务器获得所述事件消息; 其中, 该 事件消息为云服务器将接收到的第一终端的第一消息进行第一处理后得 到的。 该第一处理为云服务器将第一消息和云服务器上预设的第一终端用 户的健康策略进行匹配, 确定第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级 别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议, 并将述第一终端用户的健康事件、 该 健康事件的级别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议生成上述事件消息。
可选的, 上述第一消息为上述第一终端采集到的上述第一终端用户的 健康相关数据, 则上述处理器 30还用于接收上述第一终端发送的第一消 息, 并对该第一消息进行处理, 获取上述事件消息; 并具体用于将第一消 息和第二终端上预设的第一终端用户的健康策略进行匹配, 确定第一终端 用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议; 并 根据第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事件的级别以及针对该健康事件的 处理建议生成事件消息。
可选的, 上述第一消息为上述第一终端将采集到的第一终端用户的健 康相关数据进行处理后得到的事件消息, 则上述处理器 30还用于接收第 一终端发送的第一消息。

可选的, 上述处理器 40还用于将第一消息和处理器 40上预设的第一 终端用户的健康策略进行匹配, 确定第一终端用户的健康事件、 该健康事 件的级别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议, 并将第一终端用户的健康事 件、 该健康事件的级别以及针对该健康事件的处理建议生成事件消息。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用户健康支持的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二终端根据第一终端的第一消息获得第一终端用户的事件消息;其中, 所述第一消息用于反映第一终端用户的健康信息, 所述事件消息包括所述第 一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别和针对所述健康事件的处理建 议;
所述第二终端对所述事件消息进行解析, 获取所述健康事件的级别; 所述第二终端根据所述健康事件的级别确定与所述健康事件的级别对应 的处理界面, 并在所述处理界面上向第二终端用户呈现所述事件消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一消息为所述第一 终端采集到的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据, 则所述第二终端根据第一 终端的第一消息获得所述第一终端用户的事件消息, 包括:
所述第二终端通过云服务器获得所述事件消息; 其中, 所述事件消息为 所述云服务器将接收到的所述第一终端的第一消息进行第一处理后得到的。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一处理为所述云服 务器将所述第一消息和所述云服务器上预设的所述第一终端用户的健康策略 进行匹配, 获得所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针 对所述健康事件的处理建议, 并将所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康 事件的级别以及针对所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一消息为所述第一 终端采集到的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据, 则所述第二终端根据第一 终端的第一消息获得所述第一终端用户的事件消息, 还包括:
所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的所述第一消息;
所述第二终端对所述第一消息进行处理, 获取所述事件消息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二终端对所述第一 消息进行处理, 获取所述事件消息包括:
所述第二终端将所述第一消息和所述第二终端上预设的所述第一终端用 户的健康策略进行匹配, 确定所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件 的级别以及针对所述健康事件的处理建议;
所述第二终端根据所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别 以及针对所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一消息为所述第一 终端将采集到的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据进行处理后得到的所述事 件消息, 则所述第二终端根据第一终端的第一消息确定所述第一终端用户的 事件消息, 还包括:
所述第二终端接收所述第一终端发送的所述第一消息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端将采集到的 所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据进行处理包括: 所述第一终端将所述第一 消息和所述第一终端上预设的所述第一终端用户的健康策略进行匹配, 确定 所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针对所述健康事件 的处理建议, 并将第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针对 所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
8、 一种用户健康支持的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一终端获取第一消息; 其中所述第一消息包括所述第一终端采集到的 所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据, 用于反映第一终端用户的健康信息; 所述第一终端发送所述第一消息, 以使所述第二终端根据所述第一消息 确定所述第一终端用户的事件消息; 其中, 所述事件消息包括所述第一终端 用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别和针对所述健康事件的处理建议。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端将所述第一 消息和所述第一终端上预设的所述第一终端用户的健康策略进行匹配, 确定 所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针对所述健康事件 的处理建议, 并将所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及 针对所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
10、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块,用于根据第一终端的第一消息获得第一终端用户的事件消息; 其中, 所述第一消息用于反映第一终端用户的健康信息, 所述事件消息包括 所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别和针对所述健康事件的 处理建议;
解析获取模块, 用于对所述事件消息进行解析, 获取所述健康事件的级 另 IJ ; 显示模块, 用于根据所述健康事件的级别确定与所述健康事件的级别对 应的处理界面, 并在所述处理界面上向第二终端用户呈现所述事件消息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的终端, 其特征在于, 第一消息为所述第一终 端采集到的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据, 则所述确定模块具体用于通 过云服务器获得所述事件消息; 其中, 所述事件消息为所述云服务器将接收 到的所述第一终端的第一消息进行第一处理后得到的。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述第一处理为所述云 服务器将所述第一消息和所述云服务器上预设的所述第一终端用户的健康策 略进行匹配, 获得所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及 针对所述健康事件的处理建议, 并将所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健 康事件的级别以及针对所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述第一消息为所述第 一终端采集到的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据, 则所述确定模块还用于 接收所述第一终端发送的所述第一消息, 并对所述第一消息进行处理, 获取 所述事件消息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块具体用于 将所述第一消息和所述第二终端上预设的所述第一终端用户的健康策略进行 匹配, 确定所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针对所 述健康事件的处理建议; 并根据所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事 件的级别以及针对所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
15、 根据权利要求 10所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述第一消息为所述第 一终端将采集到的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据进行处理后得到的所述 事件消息, 则所述确定模块还用于接收所述第一终端发送的所述第一消息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述第一终端将采集到 的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据进行处理包括: 所述第一终端将所述第 一消息和所述第一终端上预设的所述第一终端用户的健康策略进行匹配, 确 定所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针对所述健康事 件的处理建议, 并将第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针 对所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
17、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取模块, 用于获取第一消息; 其中所述第一消息包括所述第一终端采 集到的所述第一终端用户的健康相关数据, 用于反映第一终端用户的健康信 息;
发送模块, 用于发送所述第一消息, 以使所述第二终端根据所述第一消 息确定所述第一终端用户的事件消息; 其中, 所述事件消息包括所述第一终 端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别和针对所述健康事件的处理建议。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块还用于将 所述第一消息和所述获取模块上预设的所述第一终端用户的健康策略进行匹 配, 确定所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的级别以及针对所述 健康事件的处理建议, 并将所述第一终端用户的健康事件、 所述健康事件的 级别以及针对所述健康事件的处理建议生成所述事件消息。
