本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:

图 1是本发明实施例提供的一种基于 WiFi系统的站点间建立链路的方法 流程图。 参见图 1 , 该实施例的执行主体为源接入设备, 该方法包括:
101、 源接入设备接收源站点发送的发现请求, 该发现请求至少包括源站 点标识、 目标站点标识。
102、 当确定目标站点与该源站点不关联于相同的接入设备时, 根据该目 标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得到与目标站点相关联的目标接入设备, 该预 设数据库存储有接入设备与站点标识之间的对应关系以及与该源接入设备存 在协作关系的接入设备。
103、 当通过查询该预设数据库, 确定与该目标接入设备存在协作关系时, 该源接入设备向该目标接入设备转发该发现请求,使得该目标接入设备将该发 现请求发送至该目标站点, 当该目标站点确定能够建立直接链路时, 由该目标 站点向该源站点发送发现响应。

本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过在接收源站点发送的发现请求时, 如果确 定目标站点与源站点不关联于相同的接入设备, 则通过查询预设数据库, 得到 与目标站点相关联的目标接入设备, 当确定与目标接入设备存在协作关系时, 源接入设备向目标接入设备转发该发现请求, 发起建立直接链路过程, 使得没 有处于同一 BSS 中或关联于同一个接入设备的两站点之间可以建立直接链路 进行通信, 大大减少了现有技术中建立直接链路过程的局限性, 扩大了适用范 围。
图 2是本发明实施例提供的一种基于 WiFi系统的站点间建立链路的方法 流程图。 参见图 2, 该实施例的交互主体为源站点、 源接入设备、 目标接入设 备和目标站点, 该方法流程包括:
201、 源站点向源接入设备发送发现请求, 该发现请求至少包括源站点标 识、 目标站点标识。
其中, 源站点标识可以是该源站点的 MAC地址、名称、站点 ID ( Identity, 身份标识号码)等, 本发明实施例对此不做限定。 目标站点标识与该源站点标 识同理, 在此不再赘述。
源接入设备是指与源站点相关联的接入设备。 当源站点向其他站点发送信 息时, 可以通过将信息发送至源接入设备, 由源接入设备将该信息转发给其他 站点。
源站点通过向源接入设备发送携带了目标站点标识的发现请求, 以使得源 接入设备能够根据该目标站点标识确定是否能够找到目标站点。
202、 当该源接入设备接收到该发现请求时, 源接入设备根据源站点标识 和目标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得到该源站点标识对应的接入设备和该目 标站点标识对应的接入设备, 并判断该源站点标识对应的接入设备和该目标站 点标识对应的接入设备是否相同, 该预设数据库存储有接入设备与站点标识之 间的对应关系以及与该源接入设备存在协作关系的接入设备。
具体地, 源接入设备根据该发现请求中的源站点标识与目标站点标识, 查 询预设数据库, 分别得到源站点标识对应的接入设备和目标站点标识对应的接 入设备, 判断源站点标识和目标站点标识对应的接入设备是否相同。 当源站点 标识和目标站点标识对应的接入设备相同时, 该源站点和该目标站点可以通过 共同的接入设备建立之间链路, 该建立直接链路的过程是现在普遍使用的一种 建立直接链路的方法, 在此不再赘述; 当源站点标识和目标站点标识对应的接 入设备不相同时, 执行步骤 203。
该预设数据库存储于源接入设备中, 该预设数据库存储有接入设备与站点 标识之间的对应关系, 如, 站点标识 A对应的接入设备可以是 API。
需要说明的是,在判断源站点标识和目标站点标识对应的接入设备是否相 同时, 还可以是除上述方式以外的其他方式, 本发明实施例对此不做限定。
203、 当源接入设备确定目标站点与该源站点不关联于相同的接入设备时, 根据得到的该目标站点相关联的目标接入设备, 该源接入设备判断与该目标接
入设备是否存在协作关系, 当预设数据库中保存有与该源接入设备存在协作关 系的接入设备中包含该目标接入设备时, 该源接入设备确定与该目标接入设备 存在协作关系, 则执行步骤 204, 如果否, 结束。
具体地, 当源接入设备确定目标站点与源站点不关联于相同的接入设备 时, 源接入设备根据发现请求中的目标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得到与目 标站点标识相关联的目标接入设备, 并根据该目标接入设备, 查询该预设数据 库, 判断与该目标接入设备是否存在协作关系。 协作关系是指两个接入设备之 间拥有协作接口, 通过该协作接口, 两个接入设备可以互相传输信息。 这样, 两个接入设备可以通过该协作接口进行信息交互, 建立起可靠的协作关系。
针对上述步骤 202和 203的过程, 是以源接入设备需要对预设数据库进行 两次查询为例进行说明, 本发明实施例提供的另一实施例中, 该源接入设备上 可以部署有第一预设数据库和第二预设数据库。 其中, 第一预设数据库存储有 接入设备与站点标识之间的对应关系, 第二数据库存储有与源接入设备存在协 作关系的接入设备, 则上述步骤 202的过程可以由以下步骤代替: 当该源接入 设备接收到该发现请求时, 源接入设备根据源站点标识和目标站点标识, 查询 第一预设数据库,得到该源站点标识对应的接入设备和该目标站点标识对应的 接入设备, 并判断该源站点标识对应的接入设备和该目标站点标识对应的接入 设备是否相同; 相应地, 步骤 203的过程可以由以下步骤代替: 当源接入设备 确定目标站点与该源站点不关联于相同的接入设备时,根据得到的该目标站点 相关联的目标接入设备, 查询第二预设数据库, 判断与该目标接入设备是否存 在协作关系。
可选地, 步骤 202和 203的查询还可以通过一次查询来完成, 即当该源接 入设备接收到该发现请求时, 源接入设备根据源站点标识和目标站点标识, 查 询预设数据库,得到该源站点标识对应的接入设备和该目标站点标识对应的接 入设备, 并判断该源站点标识对应的接入设备和该目标站点标识对应的接入设 备是否相同, 并且得到与该目标站点相关联的目标接入设备以及源接入设备判 断与该目标接入设备是否存在协作关系。

例如, 利用站点名称来表示源站点标识和目标站点标识, 即以 STA1表示 源站点, 以 STA2表示目标站点, 以 API表示源接入设备, 以 AP2表示目标 接入设备, 在预设数据库中保存有 STA2相关联的接入设备为 AP2, 则 API通 过查询预设数据库得到 STA2相关联的接入设备为 AP2, 即目标站点与源站点 不关联于相同的接入设备, API通过查询预设数据库, 确定 API与 AP2之间 是否存在协作关系。当预设数据库中保存有与 API存在协作关系的接入设备包 括 AP3、 AP6和 AP9时, API确定 AP2与 API之间不存在协作关系; 当预设 数据库中保存有与 API存在协作关系的接入设备包括 AP2、 AP6和 AP8时, API确定 AP2与 API之间存在协作关系。
205、 当该目标接入设备接收到该发现请求时, 该目标接入设备根据该发 现请求中的目标站点标识, 将该发现请求发送至该目标站点。
具体地, 当目标接入设备接收到源接入设备发送的发现请求时, 该目标接 入设备根据发现请求中的目标站点标识, 向该目标站点发送该发现请求。

具体地, 当目标站点接收到该发现请求时, 该目标站点根据自身的属性信 息中包含的扩展能力元素, 该扩展能力元素中的能力字段中包括该目标站点是 否支持建立直接链路信息, 当目标站点的能力字段中的记录信息为支持建立直 接链路对应的信息时, 该目标站点支持建立直接链路, 并且该目标站点根据该 发现请求中的源站点标识, 向该源站点标识对应的源站点发送发现响应。
当目标站点的能力字段中的记录信息为禁止建立直接链路对应的信息时, 该目标站点禁止建立直接链路, 则该目标站点向该源站点发送拒绝响应, 当源 站点接收到该拒绝响应时, 放弃建立直接链路。 该步骤 206仅以目标站点确定 能够建立直接链路为例进行说明。
其中, 该扩展能力元素可以表格的形式存储, 如表 1。

参见表 2, 在站点的能力字段中包含支持建立直接链路和禁止建立直接链 路的信息,站点可以根据支持建立直接链路的记录信息 A或禁止建立直接链路 的记录信息 B来指示站点是否支持建立直接链路。 其中, A是对目标站点在什 么情况下, 支持建立直接链路的详细说明, 例如, 当 A=l时, 目标站点支持建 立直接链路; 当 A=0时, 目标站点不支持建立直接链路。 B是对目标站点在什 么情况下, 禁止建立直接链路的详细说明, 当然, A和 B的具体内容可以有多 种表示方式, 本发明实施例对 A和 B的具体内容不做限定。
可选地, 当源站点在预设时长内未接收到任何响应时, 源站点放弃建立直 接链路或更换目标站点标识,并再次向源接入设备发送发现请求,执行步骤 201 的过程。 当源站点在预设时长内接收到拒绝响应时, 源站点放弃建立直接链路 或更换目标站点标识, 并再次向源接入设备发送发现请求, 执行步骤 201的过 程。
207、 当源站点确定该目标站点支持建立直接链路时, 根据测量得到的直 接链路的质量, 判断该直接链路的通信质量是否优于指定链路, 该指定链路为 该源接入设备与该源站点之间的通信链路。
具体地, 当目标站点支持建立直接链路时, 该目标站点会将该发现响应发 送给源站点, 当该源站点接收到该发现响应时, 通过测量获得直接链路的信噪 比等信息, 将该信息与该源接入设备与该源站点之间的通信链路的信噪比等信 息进行对比, 判断该直接链路的通信质量是否优于指定链路。
208、 当该源站点在根据该直接链路的质量确定直接链路的通信质量优于 指定链路时, 该源站点发送建立请求至该源接入设备, 该建立请求至少携带源 站点标识、 目标站点标识、 源站点资源和能力信息。
具体地, 当直接链路的通信质量优于指定链路的通信质量时, 相比于源站 点与源接入设备之间的链路, 该源站点与该目标站点之间建立直接链路进行通 信是值得进行的过程, 因此, 该源站点将该目标站点标记为能够与源站点建立 直接链路的站点。 当该源站点需要与该目标站点建立直接链路时, 该源站点向 该源接入设备发送建立请求, 向目标站点请求建立直接链路。
可选地, 当该直接链路的通信质量不优于指定链路的通信质量时, 该源站 点放弃建立直接链路或更换目标站点标识重新发起发现站点的过程。 具体地, 当直接链路的通信质量不优于指定链路的通信质量时,相对于源站点与源接入 设备之间的链路通信, 该源站点与该目标站点之间建立直接链路进行通信是不 值得进行的过程, 因此, 该源站点放弃建立直接链路。
209、 当该源接入设备接收到该源站点发送的建立请求时, 向该目标接入 设备发送该建立请求。
具体地, 当源接入设备接收到源站点发送的建立请求时, 该源接入设备根 据建立请求中的目标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得到该目标站点标识对应的 目标接入设备, 并将该建立请求发送至该目标接入设备。

其中, 该资源和能力信息是否匹配可以根据带宽等参数确定, 如, 以带宽 为例, 该带宽的预设阈值为 60MB, 当源站点支持的最大带宽为 90MB, 而目 标站点支持的最大带宽为 70MB, 则两站点共同达到的带宽能力为 70MB, 超 过预设阈值 60MB, 此时, 目标站点确定与该源站点之间能够建立直接链路, 该目标站点将建立响应发送至目标接入设备。
可选地, 目标站点在判断是否可以与该源站点建立直接链路后, 可以通过 以下方式让源站点获知判断结果: 根据建立请求中的源站点标识, 将携带有目 标站点能否与源站点建立直接链路的响应信息发送给目标接入设备, 进一步 地, 当该目标接入设备接收到该响应信息时, 将该响应信息转发至该源接入设 备, 源接入设备再将该响应信息发送给源站点, 源站点根据响应信息中包含的 目标站点能否与源站点建立直接链路的信息, 确定是否与目标站点建立直接链 路,当两站点间可以建立直接链路时,接收源站点发送的直接链路的资源信息, 当两站点间不能建立直接链路时, 源站点向源接入设备发送放弃请求, 源站点 放弃建立直接链路。

( 2 ) 当该源接入设备接收到该源站点发送的建立请求时, 向该目标接入 设备发送该建立请求,使得该目标接入设备根据该目标站点资源和能力信息和 该建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息确定直接链路的资源信息, 并将该建 立请求转发至该目标站点, 由该目标接入设备向该源接入设备发送携带直接链 路的资源信息的建立响应; 当该源接入设备接收到该携带直接链路的资源信息 的建立响应时, 获取该直接链路的资源信息。
其中, 该目标站点资源和能力信息可以预先保存于目标接入设备, 还可以 由目标接入设备在接收到建立请求时, 从目标站点获取。 该过程可以具体为: 当目标接入设备接收到建立请求时, 将该建立请求转发至该目标站点, 当目标 站点接收到该建立请求时, 向该目标接入设备返回目标站点资源和能力信息, 当该目标接入设备接收到该目标站点资源和能力信息时,根据该目标站点资源 和能力信息和源站点资源和能力信息确定直接链路的资源信息。 当由目标接入 设备确定直接链路的资源信息时, 该目标接入设备将该直接链路的资源信息分

本发明实施例提供的方法, 通过在接收源站点发送的建立请求时, 确定目 标站点与源站点不关联于相同的接入设备, 则通过查询预设数据库, 得到与目 标站点相关联的目标接入设备, 当确定与目标接入设备存在协作关系时, 源接 入设备向目标接入设备转发该建立请求, 发起建立直接链路过程, 使得没有处 于同一 BSS 中或关联于同一个接入设备的两站点之间可以建立直接链路进行 通信, 大大减少了现有技术中建立直接链路过程的局限性, 扩大了适用范围。 进一步地, 通过获取直接链路的通信秘钥, 使得两站点通过直接链路进行通信 时, 增强了通信的安全性。 图 4是本发明实施例提供的一种基于 WiFi系统的站点间建立链路的装置 结构示意图。 参见图 4, 该装置包括: 接收模块 401、 查询模块 402、 发送模块 403和资源信息获取模块 404。 其中, 接收模块 401 , 用于源接入设备接收源站 点发送的发现请求, 该发现请求至少包括源站点标识、 目标站点标识; 该接收 模块 401与查询模块 402相连接, 查询模块 402, 用于当确定目标站点与该源 站点不关联于相同的接入设备时, 根据该目标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得 到与该目标站点相关联的目标接入设备, 该预设数据库存储有接入设备与站点 标识之间的对应关系以及与该源接入设备存在协作关系的接入设备; 查询模块 402与发送模块 403相连接, 该发送模块还用于当通过查询该预设数据库, 确 定与该目标接入设备存在协作关系时, 该源接入设备向该目标接入设备转发该 发现请求, 使得该目标接入设备将该发现请求发送至该目标站点, 当该目标站 点确定能够建立直接链路时, 由该目标站点向该源站点发送发现响应; 发送模 块 403与资源信息获取模块 404相连接, 资源信息获取模块 404, 用于当该源 接入设备接收到该源站点发送的建立请求和该目标站点发送的建立响应时,根 据该建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息和该建立响应携带的目标站点资 源和能力信息, 确定直接链路的资源信息; 该发送模块 403还用于向该源站点 和该目标站点发送该直接链路的资源信息,使得该源站点和该目标站点根据该 直接链路的资源信息建立直接链路。
可选地, 该建立请求为该源站点在根据该直接链路的质量确定直接链路的 通信质量优于指定链路时, 由该源站点发送至该源接入设备, 该指定链路为该
源接入设备与该源站点之间的通信链路。

可选地, 该发送模块 403还用于当确定与该目标接入设备不存在协作关系 时, 向该源站点发送放弃请求, 使得该源站点接收到该放弃请求时, 放弃与该 目标站点建立直接链路。
可选地, 该发现响应由该源站点在发送该发现请求之后的预设时长内接 收。
可选地, 该源站点和该目标站点之间通过该源站点与该源接入设备、 该源

综上所述, 本发明实施例通过在接收源站点发送的发现请求时, 如果确定 目标站点与源站点不关联于相同的接入设备, 则通过查询预设数据库, 得到与 目标站点相关联的目标接入设备, 当确定与目标接入设备存在协作关系时, 源 接入设备向目标接入设备转发该发现请求, 发起建立直接链路过程, 使得没有 处于同一 BSS 中或关联于同一个接入设备的两站点之间可以建立直接链路进 行通信,大大减少了现有技术中建立直接链路过程的局限性,扩大了适用范围。
需要说明的是: 上述实施例提供的基于 WiFi系统的站点间建立链路的装 置在建立链路时, 仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可 以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成, 即将接入设备的内部结 构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。 另外, 上述 实施例提供的基于 WiFi系统的站点间建立链路的装置与基于 WiFi系统的站点 间建立链路的方法实施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过程详见方法实施例, 这 里不再赘述。 图 5是本发明实施例提供的一种接入设备。 参见图 5, 该接入设备包括: 接收器 501 , 处理器 502, 发送器 503和存储器 504, 该接收器 501、 该发送器 503和该存储器 504分别与该处理器 502相连接,
该接收器 501 , 用于源接入设备接收源站点发送的发现请求, 该发现请求 至少包括源站点标识、 目标站点标识;
该处理器 502, 用于当确定目标站点与该源站点不关联于相同的接入设备 时, 根据该目标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得到与该目标站点相关联的目标 接入设备, 该预设数据库存储有接入设备与站点标识之间的对应关系以及与该 源接入设备存在协作关系的接入设备;
该发送器 503, 用于当通过查询该预设数据库, 确定与该目标接入设备存 在协作关系时, 该源接入设备向该目标接入设备转发该发现请求, 使得该目标 接入设备将该发现请求发送至该目标站点, 当该目标站点确定能够建立直接链 路时, 由该目标站点向该源站点发送发现响应;
该处理器 502还用于当该源接入设备接收到该源站点发送的建立请求和该
目标站点发送的建立响应时,根据该建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息和 该建立响应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 确定直接链路的资源信息;
该发送器 503 还用于向该源站点和该目标站点发送该直接链路的资源信 息, 使得该源站点和该目标站点根据该直接链路的资源信息建立直接链路。
可选地, 该建立请求为该源站点在根据该直接链路的质量确定直接链路的 通信质量优于指定链路时, 由该源站点发送至该源接入设备, 该指定链路为该 源接入设备与该源站点之间的通信链路。

Claims
1、 一种基于 WiFi 系统的站点间建立链路的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 包括:
源接入设备接收源站点发送的发现请求, 所述发现请求至少包括源站点标 识、 目标站点标识;
当确定目标站点与所述源站点不关联于相同的接入设备时, 根据所述目标 站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得到与所述目标站点相关联的目标接入设备, 所 述预设数据库存储有接入设备与站点标识之间的对应关系以及与所述源接入设 备存在协作关系的接入设备;
当通过查询所述预设数据库, 确定与所述目标接入设备存在协作关系时, 所述源接入设备向所述目标接入设备转发所述发现请求, 使得所述目标接入设 备将所述发现请求发送至所述目标站点, 当所述目标站点确定能够建立直接链 路时, 由所述目标站点向所述源站点发送发现响应;
当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立请求和所述目标站点发送 的建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息和所述建立响 应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 获取直接链路的资源信息;
向所述源站点和所述目标站点发送所述直接链路的资源信息, 使得所述源 站点和所述目标站点根据所述直接链路的资源信息建立直接链路。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述建立请求为所述源站点 在根据所述直接链路的质量确定直接链路的通信质量优于指定链路时, 由所述 源站点发送至所述源接入设备, 所述指定链路为所述源接入设备与所述源站点 之间的通信链路。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 向所述源站点和所述目标站 点发送所述直接链路的资源信息, 使得所述源站点和所述目标站点根据所述直 接链路的资源信息建立直接链路包括:
所述源接入设备向所述源站点发送所述直接链路的资源信息;
所述源接入设备向所述目标接入设备所述发送所述直接链路的资源信息,
使得目标接入设备将所述直接链路的资源信息转发至所述目标站点, 使得所述 源站点和所述目标站点根据所述直接链路的资源信息建立直接链路。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述源接入设备接收到源 站点发送的建立请求和所述目标站点发送的建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携 带的源站点资源和能力信息和所述建立响应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 获取直接链路的资源信息包括:
当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立请求时, 向所述目标接入 设备发送所述建立请求, 使得所述目标接入设备将所述建立请求转发至所述目 标站点, 由所述目标站点向所述目标接入设备发送所述建立响应, 使得所述目 标接入设备将所述建立响应转发至所述源接入设备;
当接收到所述建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信 息和所述建立响应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 与所述目标接入设备进行 协商, 确定直接链路的资源信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述源接入设备接收到源 站点发送的建立请求和所述目标站点发送的建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携 带的源站点资源和能力信息和所述建立响应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 获取直接链路的资源信息包括:
当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立请求时, 向所述目标接入 设备发送所述建立请求, 使得所述目标接入设备将所述建立请求转发至所述目 标站点, 由所述目标站点向所述目标接入设备发送所述建立响应, 使得所述目 标接入设备将所述建立响应转发至所述源接入设备;
当接收到所述建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信 息和所述建立响应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 确定直接链路的资源信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述源接入设备接收到源 站点发送的建立请求和所述目标站点发送的建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携 带的源站点资源和能力信息和所述建立响应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 获取直接链路的资源信息包括:
当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立请求时, 向所述目标接入
设备发送所述建立请求, 使得所述目标接入设备根据所述目标站点资源和能力 信息和所述建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息确定直接链路的资源信息, 并将所述建立请求转发至所述目标站点, 由所述目标接入设备向所述源接入设 备发送携带直接链路的资源信息的建立响应;
当所述源接入设备接收到所述携带直接链路的资源信息的建立响应时, 获 取所述直接链路的资源信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当确定目标站点与所述源站 点不关联于相同的接入设备时, 根据所述目标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得 到与所述目标站点相关联的目标接入设备之后, 所述方法还包括:
当确定与所述目标接入设备不存在协作关系时, 向所述源站点发送放弃请 求, 使得所述源站点接收到所述放弃请求时, 放弃与所述目标站点建立直接链 路。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发现响应由所述源站点 在发送所述发现请求之后的预设时长内接收。
9、 根据权利要求 1-8任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述源站点和所述 目标站点之间通过所述源站点与所述源接入设备、 所述源接入设备与所述目标 接入设备以及所述目标接入设备与目标站点的三条链路进行信息交互, 获取两 站点之间的预设密码, 所述源站点和目标站点在建立直接链路后, 根据所述预 设密码获取通信秘钥, 基于所述通信密钥进行通信。
10、 一种基于 WiFi系统的站点间建立链路的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置 包括:
接收模块, 用于源接入设备接收源站点发送的发现请求, 所述发现请求至 少包括源站点标识、 目标站点标识;
查询模块, 用于当确定目标站点与所述源站点不关联于相同的接入设备时, 根据所述目标站点标识, 查询预设数据库, 得到与所述目标站点相关联的目标 接入设备, 所述预设数据库存储有接入设备与站点标识之间的对应关系以及与 所述源接入设备存在协作关系的接入设备;
发送模块, 用于当通过查询所述预设数据库, 确定与所述目标接入设备存 在协作关系时, 所述源接入设备向所述目标接入设备转发所述发现请求, 使得 所述目标接入设备将所述发现请求发送至所述目标站点, 当所述目标站点确定 能够建立直接链路时, 由所述目标站点向所述源站点发送发现响应;
资源信息获取模块, 用于当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立 请求和所述目标站点发送的建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携带的源站点资源 和能力信息和所述建立响应携带的目标站点资源和能力信息, 获取直接链路的 资源信息;
所述发送模块还用于向所述源站点和所述目标站点发送所述直接链路的资 源信息, 使得所述源站点和所述目标站点根据所述直接链路的资源信息建立直 接链路。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述建立请求为所述源站 点在根据所述直接链路的质量确定直接链路的通信质量优于指定链路时, 由所 述源站点发送至所述源接入设备, 所述指定链路为所述源接入设备与所述源站 点之间的通信链路。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于所述 源接入设备向所述源站点发送所述直接链路的资源信息; 所述源接入设备向所 述目标接入设备所述发送所述直接链路的资源信息, 使得目标接入设备将所述 直接链路的资源信息转发至所述目标站点, 使得所述源站点和所述目标站点根 据所述直接链路的资源信息建立直接链路。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述资源信息获取模块还 用于当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立请求时, 向所述目标接入 设备发送所述建立请求, 使得所述目标接入设备将所述建立请求转发至所述目 标站点, 由所述目标站点向所述目标接入设备发送所述建立响应, 使得所述目 标接入设备将所述建立响应转发至所述源接入设备; 当接收到所述建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息和所述建立响应携带的目标站 点资源和能力信息, 与所述目标接入设备进行协商, 确定直接链路的资源信息。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述资源信息获取模块还 用于当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立请求时, 向所述目标接入 设备发送所述建立请求, 使得所述目标接入设备将所述建立请求转发至所述目 标站点, 由所述目标站点向所述目标接入设备发送所述建立响应, 使得所述目 标接入设备将所述建立响应转发至所述源接入设备; 当接收到所述建立响应时, 根据所述建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息和所述建立响应携带的目标站 点资源和能力信息, 确定直接链路的资源信息。
15、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述资源信息获取模块还 用于当所述源接入设备接收到所述源站点发送的建立请求时, 向所述目标接入 设备发送所述建立请求, 使得所述目标接入设备根据所述目标站点资源和能力 信息和所述建立请求携带的源站点资源和能力信息确定直接链路的资源信息, 并将所述建立请求转发至所述目标站点, 由所述目标接入设备向所述源接入设 备发送携带直接链路的资源信息的建立响应; 当所述源接入设备接收到所述携 带直接链路的资源信息的建立响应时, 获取所述直接链路的资源信息。
16、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于当确 定与所述目标接入设备不存在协作关系时, 向所述源站点发送放弃请求, 使得 所述源站点接收到所述放弃请求时, 放弃与所述目标站点建立直接链路。
17、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述发现响应由所述源站 点在发送所述发现请求之后的预设时长内接收。
18、根据权利要求 10-17任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述源站点和所 述目标站点之间通过所述源站点与所述源接入设备、 所述源接入设备与所述目 标接入设备以及所述目标接入设备与目标站点的三条链路进行信息交互, 获取 两站点之间的预设密码, 所述源站点和目标站点在建立直接链路后, 根据所述 预设密码获取通信秘钥, 基于所述通信密钥进行通信。
