본 발명은, 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 본 발명은, 휴대용 단말을 충전하기 위하여 대여한 휴대용 충전기에 내재된 고유 키를 활용하여 어플리케이션을 휴대용 단말에 설치함으로써 휴대용 단말 충전시 광고를 전달하며, 휴대용 충전기를 대여하거나 반납하는 과정에서 가맹점에서 발행하는 쿠폰을 제공함에 따라 가맹점 또는 가맹점이 위치한 주변 상권의 발전을 도모하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에 관한 것이다.
휴대용 단말(예로, 스마트폰)은 이동하면서 사용하기 때문에, 고정된 위치에서 사용하면서 전원을 공급받는 유선 전화기와는 달리, 배터리를 사용하여 전원을 공급받으므로, 배터리가 무엇보다 중요하다.

따라서, 이동 중에서도 휴대용 단말과 연결하여 휴대용 단말을 충전할 수 있는 휴대용 충전기가 제안되었다.
아울러, 이러한 휴대용 충전기를 대여해주는 기존의 방법으로는, 사용자가 직접 휴대용 충전기를 대여해주는 매장에 찾아가서 신분증(또는 회원증)을 제출함으로써 휴대용 충전기를 대여하는 방법이 있다.
다만, 상기와 같은 방법으로는 대여한 매장에서 반납하여야 하므로, 사용자가 이동할 수 있는 거리의 제한을 야기하며, 신분증 제출로 인한 개인 정보 유출의 우려가 존재한다.
또한, 매장의 위치 또는 매장에서 대여 가능한지 여부(보유 수량 확보 여부)에 대한 정보가 제공되지 않으므로 사용자가 매장을 찾아갔으나 대여 받지 못하는 문제점이 발생하게 된다.

따라서, 휴대용 단말을 충전하기 위하여 대여한 휴대용 충전기에 내재된 고유 키를 활용하여 어플리케이션을 휴대용 단말에 설치함으로써 휴대용 단말 충전시 광고를 전달하며, 휴대용 충전기를 대여하거나 반납하는 과정에서 가맹점에서 발행하는 쿠폰을 제공함에 따라 가맹점 또는 가맹점이 위치한 주변 상권의 발전을 도모하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법이 필요한 실정이다. 관련 기술로는 한국공개특허 제10-2013-0097123호가 존재한다.
본 발명의 목적은, 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 휴대용 충전기를 대여하고 반납하는 과정에서 광고 전달을 통한 상업적 이익을 도모하는 것을 가능케 하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적은, 사용자에게 휴대용 충전기를 대여하고 반납할 수 있는 매장에 대한 정보를 제시함에 있어서, 당해 매장이 제공하는 쿠폰을 함께 제시함으로 인하여 사용자가 방문할 매장 및 주변 매장의 매출을 증대시키는 것을 가능케 하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 목적은, 휴대용 충전기에 내장된 고유키를 이용하여 휴대용 단말에 설치된 어플리케이션을 통하여 사용자가 휴대용 충전기를 휴대용 단말에 연결하여 충전을 개시할 때, 서버로부터 제공되는 광고를 전달하는 것을 가능케 하는 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법은, 휴대용 단말과 연결하여 상기 휴대용 단말을 충전하는 휴대용 충전기의 고유 키 및 휴대용 충전기 대여 서비스가 지원되는 가맹점에 대한 정보가 저장된 데이터베이스를 구비하는 서버를 이용하여 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계, 인증된 사용자로부터 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 매장인 대여 매장에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보를 기반으로 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계 및 상기 대여 인증을 기반으로 대여 매장에서 대여 받은 대여 휴대용 충전기와 연결된 사용자 단말에 설치된 충전 어플리케이션을 매개로 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기의 고유 키에 대응하는 광고 수단을 전달하는 단계를 포함한다.
이 때, 상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계는, 상기 사용자로부터 수신한 회원 등록 요청에 대응하여 등록 절차를 수행하고, 상기 데이터베이스에 상기 사용자를 회원으로 등록함으로써 생성되는 사용자 ID를 기반으로 사용자의 신원을 인증할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계는, 상기 사용자로부터 수신한 비회원 인증 요청에 대응하여 상기 사용자의 휴대용 단말을 인증함에 따라 사용자 신원을 인증할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계 이후에, 상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자의 위치에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보에 포함된 가맹점의 위치 정보를 근거로 상기 사용자의 위치에서 근접한 가맹점에 대한 정보를 상기 사용자의 단말로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계 이후에, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보에 포함된, 가맹점이 제공하는 쿠폰 정보를 상기 사용자에게 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계는, 상기 대여 매장에서 제공하는 쿠폰을 사용자 단말에 전송할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계 이후에, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보에 포함된, 가맹점이 제공하는 게임 아이템 정보를 상기 사용자에게 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계는, 상기 대여 매장에서 제공하는 게임 아이템을 사용자 단말에 전송할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계는, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보에 포함된 가맹점별 실시간 휴대용 충전기 보유 수량에 대한 정보를 기반으로 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 대여 인증을 수행할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계는, 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과 수단을 사용자 단말에 전송할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 인증 결과 수단은, 바코드(Barcode) 또는 QR 코드(Quick Response code)이며, 상기 대여 매장은, 상기 사용자가 제시한 바코드 또는 QR 코드를 확인하여 휴대용 충전기 대여를 승인할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계는, 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과를 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 상기 대여 매장은, 상기 서버로부터 상기 대여 매장의 POS(Point Of Sales)로 수신한 인증 결과를 확인하여 휴대용 충전기 대여를 승인할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 사용자 단말에 상기 충전 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있지 않은 경우, 상기 사용자 단말은, 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기와 연결됨에 따라 상기 충전 어플리케이션 설치를 위한 웹 페이지로 이동할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 가맹점은, 상기 가맹점이 제공하는 쿠폰 정보 또는 게임 아이템 정보를 상기 서버를 이용하여 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장할 수 있다.
이 때, 광고를 희망하는 광고주는, 광고하고자 하는 컨텐츠가 포함된 광고 수단을 상기 서버를 이용하여 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 광고 수단을 전달하는 단계는, 상기 사용자 단말과 연결된 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기의 고유 키를 기반으로 서버로부터 수신한 대여 매장에 대한 확인 요청에 응답하고, 상기 사용자 단말의 충전 시작 여부에 대한 확인 요청에 응답한 경우, 상기 사용자 단말의 충전을 개시하고, 상기 광고 수단을 전달할 수 있다.

이 때, 상기 반납 정보는, 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납해야 하는 기한 및 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수 있는 가맹점에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수 있는 가맹점에 대한 정보는, 상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자의 위치에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 사용자의 위치에서 근접한 가맹점에 대한 정보일 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 반납 정보를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계 이후에, 상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 매장인 반납 매장에 대한 정보를 수신하여 상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계는, 상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과 수단을 사용자 단말에 전송하고, 상기 반납 매장은, 상기 사용자가 제시한 상기 인증 결과 수단을 확인하여 휴대용 충전기 반납을 승인할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계는, 상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과를 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 상기 반납 매장은, 상기 서버로부터 상기 반납 매장의 POS로 수신한 인증 결과를 확인하여 휴대용 충전기 반납을 승인할 수 있다.
본 발명에 의하면, 휴대용 충전기를 대여하고 반납하는 과정에서 광고 전달을 통한 상업적 이익을 도모할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 사용자에게 휴대용 충전기를 대여하고 반납할 수 있는 매장에 대한 정보를 제시함에 있어서, 당해 매장이 제공하는 쿠폰을 함께 제시함으로 인하여 사용자가 방문할 매장 및 주변 매장의 매출을 증대시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 휴대용 충전기에 내장된 고유키를 이용하여 휴대용 단말에 설치된 어플리케이션을 통하여 사용자가 휴대용 충전기를 휴대용 단말에 연결하여 충전을 개시할 때, 서버로부터 제공되는 광고를 전달함으로써 광고주의 매출 상승을 도모할 수 있다.

이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에서의 휴대용 충전기에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에서의 휴대용 충전기의 동작 원리를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하여 설명하면, 휴대용 충전기(10)는 충전 케이블(40)을 이용하여 휴대용 단말(20)과 연결됨으로써 휴대용 단말(20)을 충전하게 된다.
여기서, 휴대용 단말(20)은, 휴대용 충전기(10)의 대여를 원하는 사용자가 소지한 통신 단말로서 이동 통신 단말기, 개인 정보 단말기(PDA; Personal Digital Assistant), 스마트 폰(Smart Phone), PMP(Portable Multimedia Player), PSP 및 네비게이션 단말기 등 이동 통신이 가능한 단말을 의미한다.
이하, 설명의 편의를 위하여 상기 휴대용 단말(20)은 사용자 단말이라는 명칭과 혼용하도록 한다.
상기 휴대용 충전기(10)는 상기 휴대용 단말(20)의 액세서리의 한 종류로, 상기 휴대용 단말(20)과 연결되어 휴대용 단말(20)에 전원을 공급하거나, 상기 휴대용 단말(20)에 탑재된 배터리를 충전할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 휴대용 케이블(40)은 마이크로 USB 인터페이스가 될 수 있다. 상기 마이크로 USB 인터페이스는 USB 규격 중 하나로 최근 들어 소형의 휴대용 단말(20)에서 많이 사용되고 있다.
또한, 상기 마이크로 USB 인터페이스는 전원 단자, 두 개의 데이터 단자 및 그라운드 단자를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 마이크로 USB 인터페이스 규격에 대한 상세한 설명은 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 자명한 것이므로 생략하기로 한다.
상기 휴대용 충전기(10)는 상기 휴대용 충전기 고유키를 내장하고 있으며, 상기 휴대용 충전기(10)의 외측에 NFC 태그(Near Field Communication tag), QR 코드(Quick Response code), 스티커 또는 광고를 위한 URL(Uniform Resource Locator)에 대한 정보를 부착/게재함으로써 마케팅 홍보물로 활용할 수도 있다.
상기 고유키의 구체적인 작동 원리 및 동작에 대해서는 후술하도록 한다.
상기 휴대용 충전기(10)는 사용자가 대여하고, 반납하는 대상이 되며, 상기 휴대용 충전기(10)의 대여 서비스를 지원하는 가맹점에 반납된 휴대용 충전기(10)는 Charger's Home(30)에서 충전하는 것이 일반적이다.
상기 Charger's Home(30)은 상기 휴대용 충전기(10)를 충전하는 공간을 의미하며, 동시에 복수개의 휴대용 충전기(10)를 충전할 수 있으며, 각각의 휴대용 충전기(10) 별로 충전의 완료 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 설계될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법의 시스템 구성을 설명하도록 한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법의 시스템 구성을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하여 설명하면, 서버(300)는 데이터베이스(310)를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 서버(300)는 사용자 단말(200), 광고주(500) 및 가맹점(400)과 네트워크를 통하여 데이터 송수신을 할 수 있다.
상기 네트워크는 이동통신망, 유선 광대역 통신망 및 공용 전화망을 포함하는 것으로서, 본 발명에 있어서 주지의 관용기술이므로 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
상기 데이터베이스(310)는, 가맹점의 주소 정보, 사용자의 위치 및 가맹점의위치를 분석하기 위한 데이터인 GPS(Global Positioning System) 값, 가맹점의 상호명, 가맹점의 ID(Identification), 휴대용 충전기(100)의 ID, 회원 ID, 회원의 핸드폰 번호, 회원 이름, 회원 성별, 비회원 ID(회원 가입 없이 핸드폰 인증을 받은 사용자의 식별 정보), 대여시간, 반납시간, 광고주(400)가 제공하는 광고 수단, 휴대용 충전기(100)의 고유키에 대한 정보 등을 저장하고 있다.
구체적으로, 사용자는 사용자 단말(200)을 이용하여 서버(300)를 통해 회원 가입을 하거나, 회원가입을 하지 않고 비회원 인증을 통하여 사용자 인증을 수행할 수 있다.
이러한 사용자 인증은 반드시 사용자 단말(200)을 이용하는 것에 한정하는 것은 아니며, PC 또는 노트북 등의 데이터 송수신이 가능한 각종 단말을 활용하여 이루어질 수도 있다.
또한, 상기 가맹점(400)은, 휴대용 충전기(100)를 대여하고 반납 받는 서비스를 지원하는 매장을 의미하며, 서버(300)를 통하여, 사용자가 상기 휴대용 충전기(100)를 대여하거나 반납하는 것을 인증할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 광고주(500)는, 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법을 활용하여 광고를 하고자 하는 주체로서, 서버(300)에 광고 수단을 제공할 수 있다.
여기서 광고 수단이라 함은, 광고를 하기 위한 수단으로서, 광고 동영상, 광고 이미지, 광고 문구 등을 포함하는 각종 데이터를 의미한다.
본 발명의 전체적인 개념을 간략히 소개하면, 사용자가 서버(300)를 통하여 사용자 인증을 완료하고, 서버(300)를 통하여 대여 또는 반납하고자 하는 휴대용 충전기(100)의 개수 및 대여 또는 반납하고자 하는 가맹점을 특정함으로써 대여 또는 반납에 대한 인증을 받게 된다.
이 때, 상기 서버(300)는 인증된 결과를 가맹점(400)에 직접 전송하거나, 사용자 단말(200)로 전송하게 되며, 가맹점(400)을 방문한 사용자는 인증된 결과를 제시함으로써 휴대용 충전기(100)를 대여 또는 반납할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
여기서 대여 받은 휴대용 충전기(100)를 사용자 단말(200)에 연결함에 따라 진행되는 구체적인 절차에 대해서는 후술하도록 한다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.

도 3을 참조하여 설명하면, 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법은, 휴대용 단말과 연결하여 상기 휴대용 단말을 충전하는 휴대용 충전기의 고유 키 및 휴대용 충전기 대여 서비스가 지원되는 가맹점에 대한 정보가 저장된 데이터베이스를 구비하는 서버를 이용하여 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계가 진행된다(S100).
이 후, 인증된 사용자로부터 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 매장인 대여 매장에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보를 기반으로 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계가 진행되며(S120), 상기 대여 인증을 기반으로 대여 매장에서 대여 받은 대여 휴대용 충전기와 연결된 사용자 단말에 설치된 충전 어플리케이션을 매개로 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기의 고유 키에 대응하는 광고 수단을 전달하는 단계가 진행된다(S140).
이 때, 상기 S140 단계 이후에, 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납하기 위한 정보인 반납 정보를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계(S160)가 진행되며, 상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 매장인 반납 매장에 대한 정보를 수신하여 상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계(S180)가 진행된다.
상기 S180 단계에서 반납 인증을 수행하면서 반납 매장에서 휴대용 충전기를 반납함으로써 휴대용 충전기의 대여부터 반납까지의 모든 절차가 완료되게 된다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에서 사용자 신원을 인증하는 제 1 실시예이다. 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에서의 사용자 신원을 인증하는 제 2 실시예이다.
상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계(S100)는 회원으로 인증하는 방법과 비회원으로 인증하는 방법이 존재한다.
여기서, 회원으로 인증하는 방법은 제 1 실시예에 해당하며, 비회원으로 인증하는 방법은 제 2 실시예에 해당된다.
먼저 도 4를 참조하여 제 1 실시예를 살펴보면, 상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계(S100)는, 상기 사용자로부터 수신한 회원 등록 요청에 대응하여 등록 절차를 수행하고, 상기 데이터베이스에 상기 사용자를 회원으로 등록함으로써 생성되는 사용자 ID를 기반으로 사용자의 신원을 인증한다.
구체적으로, 사용자가 서버에 회원 등록 요청(S101)을 하게 되면, 서버는 회원 등록 절차를 수행(S102)한 후, 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 회원등록 정보를 전송하여 저장하게 된다(S103).
이 후, 회원 등록이 완료되면, 사용자는 서버를 이용하여 홈페이지에 로그인을 하게 되며(S104), 로그인이 완료되면, 서버는 상기 사용자의 회원 ID를 기반으로 사용자의 신원을 인증(S105)하게 되는 것이다.
도 5를 참조하여 제 2 실시예를 살펴보면, 상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계(S100)는, 상기 사용자로부터 수신한 비회원 인증 요청에 대응하여 상기 사용자의 휴대용 단말을 인증함에 따라 사용자 신원을 인증한다.
구체적으로, 사용자가 서버에 비회원 인증을 요청(S106)하면, 서버는 인증 번호를 생성(S107)하여, 사용자에게 인증 번호를 전송(S108)하게 된다.
이 때, 인증 번호를 수신한 사용자는 서버에 인증 번호를 입력(S109)함으로써 서버는 생성한 인증 번호와 사용자로부터 입력된 인증 번호의 일치 여부를 기반으로 사용자의 신원을 인증(S110)하게 되며, 인증된 사용자의 정보를 데이터베이스에 전송(S111)하여 저장하게 됨으로써, 사용자 신원을 인증하게 되는 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에서 휴대용 충전기를 대여 및 반납하기 위한 가맹점 정보를 제공하는 실시예이다.
상기 사용자의 신원을 인증하는 단계(S100) 이후에, 상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자의 위치에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보에 포함된 가맹점의 위치 정보를 근거로 상기 사용자의 위치에서 근접한 가맹점에 대한 정보를 상기 사용자의 단말로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 서버는 상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자의 GPS 정보를 수신하여 사용자의 위치를 분석할 수 있게 된다.
이 때, 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장된 복수개의 가맹점들 중 상기 사용자의 위치와 최근접한 가맹점을 찾아서 사용자 단말로 제공하게 되는 것이다.
또한, 사용자에게 가맹점들이 제공하는 쿠폰 정보 또는 게임 아이템 정보를 제시할 수 있다.
여기서 쿠폰 정보라 함은, 가맹점에서 활용할 수 있는 상품권 또는 할인 쿠폰을 의미하며, 상기 가맹점에서 제공하는 경품 또는 상기 가맹점 근처에 위치한 타 매장에서 제공되는 쿠폰에 대한 정보를 포함한다.
따라서, 상기 사용자는 자신의 위치에서 가장 가까운 가맹점의 위치를 알 수 있게 되므로, 편리하게 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 수 있게 되며, 가맹점에서 제공되는 쿠폰이나 게임 아이템 정보를 고려하여 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 매장을 선택할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
또한, 쿠폰이나 게임 아이템을 제공하는 가맹점으로서는, 휴대용 충전기를 대여하는 서비스를 통하여 방문한 사용자들을 상대로 매출 이익을 상승시킬 수 있는 효과가 존재하는 것이다. 뿐만 아니라, 인근 상권에 유동인구를 증대시킬 수 있는 방안이 마련되는 효과도 존재한다.
도 6을 참조하여 예를 들어 설명하면, 사용자 단말에 표시된 정보를 확인할 수 있게 된다. 즉, 사용자의 현위치(1)가 사용자 단말에 출력되며, 상기 사용자의 현위치(1)에서 가까운 가맹점은 "지오다노 강남점(2)" 및 "토끼의 지혜(3)"으로 검색되었다.
이 때, 상기 가맹점 정보(4)도 함께 제공되는데, 가맹점의 주소 및 제공 쿠폰이 포함될 수 있다. 사용자는 이러한 가맹점 점보(4)를 고려하여 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 매장을 선택하게 된다.
이하, 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 매장을 대여 매장이라 칭하기로 한다.
상기 서버는 사용자로부터 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 매장인 대여 매장에 대한 정보를 수신하며, 이 때, 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 대여 매장이 보유하고 있는 휴대용 충전기의 개수를 고려하여 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 대여 인증을 수행하게 된다.
즉, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보에 포함된 가맹점별 실시간 휴대용 충전기 보유 수량에 대한 정보를 기반으로 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 대여 인증을 수행하는 것이다.
따라서 사용자가 가맹점에 찾아갔다가 대여할 수 있는 여분의 휴대용 충전기가 부족하여 대여하지 못하는 상황을 미연에 방지할 수 있게 된다.
또한, 상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계는 다양한 방법으로 이루어 질 수 있는데, 서버는 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과 수단을 사용자 단말에 전송할 수 있다.
이 때, 상기 인증 결과 수단은, 바코드(Barcode) 또는 QR 코드(Quick Response code)이 될 수 있으며, 사용자는 사용자 단말에 전송된 바코드 또는 QR 코드를 대여 매장에 제시함에 따라서 휴대용 충전기 대여를 승인 받을 수 있게 된다.
여기서 상기 바코드 또는 QR 코드를 대여 매장에 제시한다는 의미는, 상기 대여 매장에서 보유하는 별도의 단말을 통하여 상기 바코드 또는 QR 코드를 확인하여 인증하는 방식으로 이해될 것이다.
상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계의 다른 방법으로는 서버가 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과를 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 상기 대여 매장은, 상기 서버로부터 상기 대여 매장의 POS(Point Of Sales)로 수신한 인증 결과를 확인하여 휴대용 충전기 대여를 승인하는 방법이다.
상기 살펴본 바와 같이 서버부터 곧바로 대여 매장의 POS에 인증 결과를 수신 받는 방식은, 사용자 단말에 인증 결과 수단을 전송하지 않아도 되므로, 간편한 절차를 통해서 인증을 수행할 수 있으므로, 대여 매장에서 대여 인증을 수행하는 시간을 절약할 수 있게 되는 장점이 있다.
대여 매장에서 대여 인증이 수행되면, 사용자는 휴대용 충전기를 대여 받게 된다. 이 때, 대여 인증이 수행되면 가맹점의 PC 또는 POS를 통하여 서버에 대여 결과를 전송함으로써 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장된 가맹점 별 보유하고 있는 휴대용 충전기의 개수에 대한 정보, 대여한 휴대용 충전기의 ID 등을 갱신할 수 있다.
이하, 대여 받은 휴대용 충전기를 사용자 단말과 연결함에 따라 발생되는 동작에 대하여 도면을 참조하여 설명하도록 한다.
*도 7은 사용자 단말에 휴대용 충전기를 연결한 이후의 절차 흐름도이다. 도 8은 사용자 단말에 설치된 충전 어플리케이션을 통하여 대여 매장에 대한확인을 수행하는 모습을 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 도 9는 사용자 단말에 설치된 충전 어플리케이션을 통하여 사용자 단말의 충전 및 광고를 개시하는 모습을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 7을 참조하여 설명하면, 사용자가 대여 받은 휴대용 충전기를 사용자 단말에 연결(S200)하면, 사용자 단말에 충전 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있는지를 판단하게 된다(S210).
이 때, 상기 사용자 단말에 이미 충전 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있는 경우라면, 상기 충전 어플리케이션이 실행된다.
다만, 상기 사용자 단말에 충전 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있지 않는 것으로 판단된다면, 상기 휴대용 충전기에 내장된 플래쉬 메모리(Flash Memory)에 존재하는 충전 어플리케이션을 사용자 단말에 전송하기 위하여 사용자 단말은 상기 충전 어플리케이션 설치를 위한 웹 페이지(홈페이지)로 이동된다(S220). 따라서, 사용자는 사용자 단말에 상기 충전 어플리케이션을 설치하게 되는 것이다.
상기 충전 어플리케이션이 실행되면, 상기 휴대용 충전기에 대응하는 고유키를 기반으로 서버(300)로부터 수신한 대여 매장에 대한 확인을 거치게 된다(S230).
구체적으로 도 8을 참조하면, 휴대용 충전기(100)에는 고유키(110)가 존재하며 상기 휴대용 충전기(100)와 상기 사용자 단말을 연결하게 되면, 상기 충전 어플리케이션을 통하여 상기 고유키(110)에 대응되는 매장과 연결할 것인지 여부에 대한 확인 요청을 받게 된다.
이 때, 사용자가 확인 요청에 응답하면("YES") 다음 절차가 진행된다.
상기 S230 단계 이후에는, 상기 충전 어플리케이션을 통하여 사용자 단말의 충전 시작 여부에 대한 확인 요청을 받게 된다(S240).
구체적으로 도 9를 참조하면, 휴대용 충전기(100)와 연결된 사용자 단말(200)에 설치된 어플리케이션을 통하여 충전 시작에 대한 확인 요청을 받게 되고, 사용자가 이 때, 사용자 단말(200)의 충정을 수락("YES")하게 되면 충전이 시작되는 것이다.
다만, 이 때, 충전이 시작되기 전 또는 충전 진행 중에 상기 광고주로부터 제공 받은 광고 수단을 상기 충전 어플리케이션을 통하여 사용자 단말에서 실행할 수 있게 된다.
따라서, 사용자는 상기 사용자 단말(200)을 충전하면서, 광고 수단에 노출되기 때문에, 상기 광고주는 광고 효과를 누릴 수 있게 되는 것이다.
광고 수단을 제공하는 방식을 예로 들면, 충전이 시작되기 전에 30초 가량 광고 동영상이 개시될 수 있으며, 또는 충전 진행 중에 사용자 단말에 광고 문구를 반복하여 디스플레이하는 방법 등이 있을 수 있다.
상기 S140 단계 이후에는, 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납하기 위한 정보인 반납 정보를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계(S160)가 진행된다.
이 때, 상기 반납 정보는, 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납해야 하는 기한 및 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수 있는 가맹점에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수 있는 가맹점에 대한 정보는, 상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자의 위치에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 사용자의 위치에서 근접한 가맹점에 대한 정보가 될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수 있는 가맹점이란, 반드시 사용자가 상기 휴대용 충전기를 대여한 대여 매장일 필요는 없다.
예로, 신촌에 있는 A매장에서 휴대용 충전기를 대여하였다고 하더라도, 상기 사용자가 이동하여 현재 위치하고 있는 강남 B매장에서 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수도 있는 것이다.
구체적으로, 사용자가 휴대용 충전기를 대여하여 사용하고 있을 때, 서버에서는 사용자가 휴대용 충전기를 반납해야 하는 시간을 확인하여 데이터베이스에 저장된 사용자의 핸드폰 번호로 반납을 안내하는 메시지를 전달하게 된다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법에서 휴대용 충전기를 대여 및 반납하기 위한 가맹점 정보를 제공하는 실시예이다.
도 6을 참조하여 서버가 사용자 단말에, 휴대용 충전기를 반납하기 위한 정보인 반납 정보를 전송하는 예를 설명하면, 사용자의 현위치(1)가 사용자 단말에 출력되며, 상기 사용자의 현위치(1)에서 가까운 가맹점은 "지오다노 강남점(2)" 및 "토끼의 지혜(3)"으로 검색되어 사용자에게 전송된다.

즉, 상기 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계(S180)는 다양한 방법으로 이루어 질 수 있는데, 서버는 상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과 수단을 사용자 단말에 전송할 수 있다.

상기 살펴본 바와 같이, 휴대용 충전기를 대여하는 것처럼, 반납하는 과정에서도 사용자는 반납 가능한 매장이 보유하는 쿠폰 또는 게임 아이템을 제공받을 수 있기 때문에, 휴대용 충전기를 반납하는 동시에 반납 매장에서 쿠폰을 사용할 수 있어서 사용자는 만족을 얻을 수 있게 되며, 가맹점 입장에서도 방문자들을 유인할 수 있는 기회가 마련되므로 매출 증대를 꾀할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
도 10은 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법을 통하여 휴대용 충전기를 대여 또는 반납하는 모습을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 10을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법을 설명하면, 가맹점에는 휴대용 충전기(10)를 충전하는 Charger's Home(30)을 보유하고, 사용자(700)가 사용자 단말(200)에 전송된 대여 인증 결과 또는 반납 인증 결과를 제시하면 점원(800)이 상기 대여 인증 결과 또는 반납 인증 결과를 확인하여 휴대용 충전기의 대여 또는 반납에 대한 승인이 이루어지게 된다.
이처럼 승인이 이루어진 후에는, 상기 점원(800)은 사용자(700)에게 휴대용 충전기를 대여하거나 반납 받을 수 있게 되는 것이다.
상기 살펴본 바와 같이, 상기 점원(800)은 사용자(700)로부터 대여 인증 결과 또는 반납 인증 결과를 제시 받지 않을 수도 있다.
즉, 상기 사용자(700)가 가맹점에 방문하기 전에, 상기 사용자(700)의 사용자 단말(200) 또는 인터넷 PC를 통하여 대여 인증 또는 반납 인증을 완료하면, 상기 서버는 해당 가맹점의 POS(600)에 상기 대여 인증 또는 반납 인증 결과를 전송하게 된다.
따라서, 상기 사용자(700)는 가맹점에 방문하여 간단한 회원 ID 또는 전화번호 등을 점원(800)에게 알려줌으로써 상기 점원(800)은 POS를 통해 인증 결과를 확인할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
결과적으로, 본 발명에 따른 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법은 휴대용 충전기를 1회 대여함에 따라, 사용자는 적어도 3번 이상 광고에 노출될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 1) 대여하는 과정(쿠폰, 게임 아이템, 상품권 등을 제시), 2) 충전하는 과정(충전 어플리케이션을 통한 광고 수단 제공) 3) 반납하는 과정(쿠폰, 게임 아이템, 상품권 등을 제시)에서 타켓팅된 광고를 사용자에게 노출시킬 수 있는 것이다.

    인증된 사용자로부터 휴대용 충전기를 대여할 매장인 대여 매장에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 가맹점에 대한 정보를 기반으로 상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계; 및
    상기 대여 인증을 기반으로 대여 매장에서 대여 받은 대여 휴대용 충전기와 연결된 사용자 단말에 설치된 충전 어플리케이션을 매개로 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기의 고유 키에 대응하는 광고 수단을 전달하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.

  10. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 대여 인증을 수행하는 단계는,
    상기 대여 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 대여 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과를 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하고,
    상기 대여 매장은,
    상기 서버로부터 상기 대여 매장의 POS(Point Of Sales)로 수신한 인증 결과를 확인하여 휴대용 충전기 대여를 승인할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  11. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말에 상기 충전 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있지 않은 경우,
    상기 사용자 단말은,
    상기 대여 휴대용 충전기와 연결됨에 따라 상기 충전 어플리케이션 설치를 위한 웹 페이지로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  12. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 가맹점은,
    상기 가맹점이 제공하는 쿠폰 정보 또는 게임 아이템 정보를 상기 서버를 이용하여 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  13. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    광고를 희망하는 광고주는,
    광고하고자 하는 컨텐츠가 포함된 광고 수단을 상기 서버를 이용하여 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  14. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 광고 수단을 전달하는 단계는,
    상기 사용자 단말과 연결된 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기의 고유 키를 기반으로 서버로부터 수신한 대여 매장에 대한 확인 요청에 응답하고, 상기 사용자 단말의 충전 시작 여부에 대한 확인 요청에 응답한 경우,
    상기 사용자 단말의 충전을 개시하고, 상기 광고 수단을 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.

    상기 광고 수단을 전달하는 단계 이후에,
    상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납하기 위한 정보인 반납 정보를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  16. 청구항 15에 있어서,
    상기 반납 정보는,
    상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납해야 하는 기한 및 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수 있는 가맹점에 대한 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  17. 청구항 16에 있어서,
    상기 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 수 있는 가맹점에 대한 정보는,
    상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자의 위치에 대한 정보를 수신하여, 상기 사용자의 위치에서 근접한 가맹점에 대한 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  18. 청구항 15에 있어서,
    상기 반납 정보를 사용자 단말로 전송하는 단계 이후에,
    상기 사용자의 단말로부터 상기 사용자가 상기 대여 휴대용 충전기를 반납할 매장인 반납 매장에 대한 정보를 수신하여 상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  19. 청구항 18에 있어서,
    상기 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계는,
    상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과 수단을 사용자 단말에 전송하고,
    상기 반납 매장은,
    상기 사용자가 제시한 상기 인증 결과 수단을 확인하여 휴대용 충전기 반납을 승인할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광고 전달을 수반한 휴대용 충전기 대여 방법.
  20. 청구항 18에 있어서,
    상기 반납 인증을 수행하는 단계는,
    상기 반납 매장에서의 휴대용 충전기의 반납 가능 여부에 대한 인증 결과를 상기 서버의 데이터베이스에 저장하고,
    상기 반납 매장은,
