Description

滤镜及包括该滤镜的镜头 技术领域
本发明涉及摄影摄像用器材,尤其涉及滤镜及包括该滤镜的镜头。
背景技术
摄影、摄像滤镜是常用的摄影摄像附件,其通过螺纹紧锁在摄影摄像镜头的前端。摄影、摄像滤镜主要用于拦截紫外线、保护镜头、及用于各种数码产品后期无法调整的摄影效果上。现有滤镜,如图1所示,包括滤镜框1、镜片3和压圈4,其中各部件连接处的密封性较差,致使空气、微尘等能通过部件间连接处的间隙进入镜头。
发明内容
因此,本发明旨在提供一种滤镜,其能够对镜头进行密封保护,从而有效地防止空气及微尘进入镜头。另外,本发明还提供了一种包括该滤镜的镜头。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种滤镜,包括:筒状的滤镜框,具有第一端和与该第一端相对的第二端,滤镜框的第一端设置有连接装置,滤镜框的内壁自其第一端沿轴向向内地依次设有压圈安装部和镜片安装部;镜片,安装在镜片安装部上;以及压圈,安装在压圈安装部上,且压圈在安装状态下压紧镜片,镜片与镜片安装部之间设有第一密封机构和/或在滤镜框的外壁上设有第二密封机构。
本发明通过在镜片与镜片安装部之间设置第一密封机构和/或在滤镜框的外壁上设置第二密封机构以将欲安装的镜头与滤镜框之间密封,从而防止了空气、微尘等沿镜片与滤镜框之间的连接处和/或镜头与滤镜框之间的连接处进入镜头,有效地为镜头提供了密封保护。

具体实施方式
如图2和图3所示,本实施例提供了一种滤镜100,包括筒状的滤镜框10、镜片30以及压圈40。其中,如图4a和4b所示,筒状的滤镜框10具有第一端和与该第一端相对的第二端。滤镜框10的第一端设置有连接装置,以与镜头60连接。滤镜框10的内壁自其第一端沿轴向向内地依次设有压圈安装部和镜片安装部。镜片30安装在镜片安装部上。压圈40安装在压圈安装部上,且压圈40在安装状态下压紧镜片30。其中,镜片30与镜片安装部之间设有第一密封机构以用于将镜片30与滤镜框10之间的连接处密封,从而防止空气、微尘等自该连接处进入镜头60。本实施例还可以在滤镜框10的外壁的位于连接装置的内侧的位置上设置可将欲安装的镜头60与滤镜框10之间密封的第二密封机构,以防止空气、微尘等自镜头60与滤镜框10之间的连接处进入镜头60。

应当理解的是,本实施例中还可以仅在镜片30与滤镜框10之间设置密封结构,或是仅在镜头60与滤镜框10之间设置密封结构,这均不脱离本发明的保护范围。
为了更好地定位第一密封机构,尤其是当该第一密封机构包括呈圆形、椭圆形横截面的第一密封圈20时有效地定位第一密封机构,优选地,如图4a所示,滤镜框10在镜片安装部的与镜片30相对的第一表面121设有第一凹槽12,第一密封机构安装在第一凹槽12内。优选地,第一表面121为自滤镜框10内壁径向向内延伸并沿轴向支承镜片30的环形表面。第一凹槽12为自第一表面121朝向滤镜框10的第二端轴向延伸的环形凹 槽。当然可以理解的是,第一表面12可以是轴向延伸的表面,其与镜片30的侧壁相对地设置,而第一凹槽12可以为自该轴向延伸的第一表面12径向向内凹陷的环形凹槽,这均不脱离本发明的保护范围。

作为一个具体实施例,如图4a和4b所示,镜头包括镜头60和螺纹连接在镜头60外端的滤镜100。其中,该滤镜100包括滤镜框10、镜片30、压圈40、横截面呈圆形或椭圆形的第一密封圈20和第二密封圈50。第二密封圈50装接于滤镜框10的第二表面11处,第一密封圈20装接于滤镜框10的第一凹槽12处。镜片30装入滤镜框10后用压圈40将镜片30锁紧在滤镜框10内。第一密封圈20的如图4a中的位于下端的表面紧贴滤镜框10的第一表面121。第一密封圈20上端面则紧贴镜片30的下表面31,达到密封镜片30与滤镜框10的连接处存在的间隙的目的,防止了空气及微尘等进入到镜片30上端的空间内,从而使镜片30、滤镜框10、压圈40和第一密封圈20形成为一整体,至此滤镜100安装完成。
当将滤镜100安装到镜头60上时,将滤镜框100整体通过其第一端的位于连接装置上的外螺纹13与镜头60的如图4b中的内螺纹62装接锁紧。锁紧后,镜头60上的表面61紧贴第二密封圈50的如图4a中的上端面,第二密封圈50的下端面则紧贴滤镜框10的第二表面11,从而达到密封镜头60与滤镜框10的螺纹连接处的间隙的目的,防止了空气及微尘从滤镜框10的外螺纹处进入镜头60。
作为本发明的其它实施例,如图5所示,第一密封圈20和第二密封圈50可分别呈矩形,如长方形,以呈矩形垫片的形式,这同样能达到密封功能。而且也可以不采用密封圈的形式,第一密封机构也可以是涂抹于镜片30和/或滤镜框10上的胶水或涂料等密封材料,这都能实现密封镜片30与滤镜框10之间的连接处的间隙,防止空气及微尘等进入到镜片30上端面内的空间的功能。
综上所述,本实施例的滤镜100及包括该滤镜的镜头,通过在镜片30与镜片安装部之间设置第一密封机构,防止了空气、微尘等自镜片30与滤镜框10之间的连接处进入镜头60,有效地防止了镜头60污损。另外,当本实施例的滤镜100安装在镜头60上时,设置于滤镜框10的外壁上的第二密封机构又有效地防止了空气、微尘等沿镜头60与滤镜框10之间的连接处进入镜头,进一步为镜头60提供了密封保护。

    镜片(30),安装在所述镜片安装部上;以及
    压圈(40),安装在所述压圈安装部上,且所述压圈(40)在安装状态下压紧所述镜片(30),其特征在于,
    所述镜片(30)与所述镜片安装部之间设有第一密封机构和/或在所述滤镜框(10)的外壁上设有第二密封机构。

  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的滤镜(100),其特征在于,所述滤镜框(10)的外壁设有第二密封机构安装部,所述第二密封机构安装部的第二表面(11)上设有第二凹槽,所述第二密封机构安装在所述第二凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滤镜(100),其特征在于,所述第二表面(11)为沿所述滤镜框(10)外壁径向向外延伸的环形表面。
  10. 一种镜头,包括与照相机/摄像机的机身连接的第一端和远离所述机身的第二端,其特征在于,所述镜头的第二端设有连接装置,用来与根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的滤镜(100)的连接装置相配合,所述第二密封机构设在所述镜头(60)的第二端与所述滤镜框(10)之间。
