需要说明的是,所述调节螺钉在所述收容空间23和所述第二开口222内旋转时,不会产生位移;由于所述扣合部21与所述调节螺钉是通过螺纹连接的,所以在所述调节螺钉旋转时,所述扣合部21会被动地前后移动,此时所述扣合部21会产生位移。
所述收容空间23内还设置有沿所述冰箱门10高度方向分设于所述扣合部21两侧的加强件24,且所述加强件24与所述扣合板22的内侧壁贴合设置。所述调节螺钉穿过所述加强件24设置,所述调节螺钉上设有向外突伸的凸肋31,所述加强件24内开设有供所述凸肋31突伸入的收容槽241,从而所述加强件24不仅可以起到加强所述扣合板22强度的作用,同时还能起到加强所述调节螺钉稳定性的作用。本实施方式中,所述加强件24的材质为铁,但不仅限制为铁。
如图3并结合图1与图2所示,本实施方式的冰箱门10在关闭状态下,若发现所述微型门20突伸超出所述冰箱门10,以使得微型门面与冰箱门面不在同一面上,同时所述微型门20与所述冰箱门10之间的间隙还较大。那么,此时需要调节所述扣合部21,让所述微型门20向内移动,进而使得微型门面与冰箱门面在同一面上,同时所述微型门20与所述冰箱门10之间的间隙调节为均匀。
具体操作步骤为:旋转所述调节螺钉,使得所述扣合部21朝向所述前盖201方向移动一定距离。
如图4并结合图1与图2所示,本实施方式的冰箱门10在关闭状态下,若发现所述微型门20凹陷进入所述冰箱门10,以使得微型门面与冰箱门面不在同一面上,同时所述微型门20与所述冰箱门10之间的间隙还较小。那么,此时需要调节所述扣合部21,让所述微型门20向外移动,进而使得微型门面与冰箱门面在同一面上,同时所述微型门20与所述冰箱门10之间的间隙调节为均匀。
具体操作步骤为:旋转所述调节螺钉,使得所述扣合部21朝远离所述前盖201的方向移动一定距离。
实施方式二:如图5与图6所示,所述第一锁扣件为锁扣部11’,所述第二锁扣件为与所述锁扣部11’相锁扣配合的扣合部21’。所述锁扣部11’与所述扣合部21’相互扣合,可实现所述冰箱门10’与所述微型门20’的关闭。
所述微型门20’包括与所述冰箱门10’外观面相平齐的前盖201’及与所述前盖201’相对设置并突伸入所述冰箱门10’内的后盖202’,所述前盖201’的上端面所在平面高出所述后盖202’的上端面所在平面。本实施方式中,所述扣合部21’设置于所述前盖201’的后侧并位于所述后盖202’上端面的上方,且所述扣合部21’相对于所述微型门20’可沿所述冰箱门10’厚度方向移动。
所述微型门20’上还设置有扣合板22’,所述扣合板22’与所述前盖201’之间形成有收容空间23’,所述扣合部21’收容于所述收容空间23’内并突伸超出所述扣合板22’。本实施方式中,所述扣合板22’上开设有供所述扣合部21’突伸出的开口221’。所述扣合部21’突伸超出所述扣合板22’的部分设有供所述锁扣部11’突伸入的卡槽211’,从而在所述扣合部21’与所述锁扣部11’相锁扣配合时,主要是所述扣合部21’突伸超出所述扣合板22’的部分与所述锁扣部11’相锁扣配合,同时所述锁扣部11’扣入所述卡槽211’内。
所述调节装置30’为用以限制所述扣合部21’移动以使所述扣合部21’与所述锁扣部11’稳定扣合的定位件。所述定位件设置于所述扣合板22’与所述前盖201’之间,并沿所述冰箱门10’高度方向突伸入所述收容空间 23’内。本实施方式中,所述定位件为调节螺钉,且所述调节螺钉可通过旋转动作来实现对所述扣合部21’的定位作用。
所述收容空间23’内设置有沿所述冰箱门10’高度方向分设于所述扣合部21’两侧的加强件24’,所述加强件24’与所述扣合板22’的内侧壁贴合设置,且所述调节螺钉穿过所述加强件24’设置,从而所述加强件24’不仅可以起到加强所述扣合板22’强度的作用,同时还能起到加强所述调节螺钉稳定性的作用。本实施方式中,所述加强件24’的材质为铁,但不仅限制为铁。
如图7并结合图5与图6所示,本实施方式的冰箱门10’在关闭状态下,若发现所述微型门20’突伸超出所述冰箱门10’,以使得微型门面与冰箱门面不在同一面上,同时所述微型门20’与所述冰箱门10’之间的间隙还较大。那么,此时需要调节所述扣合部21’,让所述微型门20’向内移动,进而使得微型门面与冰箱门面在同一面上,同时所述微型门20’与所述冰箱门10’之间的间隙调节为均匀。
具体操作步骤为:首先,旋转所述调节螺钉,以使得所述调节螺钉对所述扣合部21’的定位作用消失;然后,手动调节所述扣合部21’,使得所述扣合部21’朝向所述前盖201’方向移动一定距离;最后,旋转所述调节螺钉,以使得所述调节螺钉对所述扣合部21’的定位作用恢复,进而以限制所述扣合部21’沿所述冰箱门10’厚度方向随意移动。
如图8并结合图5与图6所示,本实施方式的冰箱门10’在关闭状态下,若发现所述微型门20’凹陷进入所述冰箱门10’,以使得微型门面与冰箱门面不在同一面上,同时所述微型门20’与所述冰箱门10’之间的间隙还较小。那么,此时需要调节所述扣合部21’,让所述微型门20’向外移动,进而使得微型门面与门体面在同一面上,同时所述微型门20’与所述冰箱门10’之间的间隙调节为均匀。
具体操作步骤为:首先,旋转所述调节螺钉,以使得所述调节螺钉对所述扣合部21’的定位作用消失;然后,手动调节所述扣合部21’,使得所述扣合部21’朝远离所述前盖201’的方向移动一定距离;最后,旋转所述调节螺钉,以使得所述调节螺钉对所述扣合部21’的定位作用恢复,进而以限制所述扣合部21’沿所述冰箱门10’厚度方向随意移动。
综上所述,本发明的冰箱通过设置有用于调节所述冰箱门10、10’与 所述微型门20、20’共面度的调节装置30、30’,从而本发明的冰箱不仅可以将微型门面和冰箱门面调节平齐,同时还可调节微型门20、20’与冰箱门10、10’之间的间隙,这样既能保证美观、密封性良好,同时还能保证微型门20、20’开关顺畅。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱门,所述冰箱门上设置有可单独打开的微型门,所述冰箱门上还设置有锁扣部,所述微型门上设置有与所述锁扣部相锁扣配合的扣合部,其中
    所述扣合部相对于所述微型门可沿所述冰箱门厚度方向移动;且
    所述微型门上还设置有用以限制所述扣合部移动以使所述扣合部与所述锁扣部稳定扣合的定位件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门,其中,所述微型门包括:
    与所述冰箱门外观面相平齐的前盖;和
    与所述前盖相对设置并突伸入所述冰箱门内的后盖,且所述前盖的上端面所在平面高出所述后盖的上端面所在平面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述扣合部设置于所述前盖的后侧并位于所述后盖上端面的上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述微型门上还设置有扣合板,所述扣合板与所述前盖之间形成有收容空间,所述扣合部收容于所述收容空间内并突伸超出所述扣合板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述扣合板上开设有供所述扣合部突伸出的开口。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述扣合部突伸出所述扣合板的部分设有供所述锁扣部突伸入的卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述定位件设置于所述扣合板与所述前盖之间,并沿所述冰箱门高度方向突伸入所述收容空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述定位件为调节螺钉。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述收容空间内设置有沿所述冰箱门高度方向分设于所述扣合部两侧的加强件,且所述定位件穿过所述加强件设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门,其中
    所述微型门为可展开作为吧台使用的吧台门。
