  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述的口译员提供口译服务包括:直拨方式和回拨方式,其中:在所述直拨方式中,服务器系统对通话进行录音并存储在后台数据库中;服务完毕进行评价;在所述回拨方式中,回拨后接到一个来电提醒;接听后再接通对方电话;对方接听后提供口译服务;服务完毕后进行评价。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述客户端APP配置有用户拨打模块,其设置成:接受用户登录,验证用户名和密码;登录成功后,选择如下两种方式之一:a)拨打口译员电话;b)拨打普通电话;输入号码;拨打电话。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述客户端APP配置有用户充值模块,其设置成:选择充值选项;选择充值套餐;选择充值方式;完成充值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述客户端APP配置有用户呼叫模块,其设置成,选择呼叫方式,其中,所述呼叫方式包括:自动选取网络和手动设置呼叫方式。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述自动选取网络的方式下,在WiFi下,首先选择免费电话呼叫,如果对方不在线,则转为直拨方式呼叫;在非WiFi下,默认为回拨方式。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述手动设置呼叫方式下,在WiFi下,首先选择免费电话呼叫,如果对方不在线,则在3G/4G网络下选择直拨或回拨方式;在2G网络下,默认为回拨方式。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述客户端APP配置有招标模块,包括:选择翻译种类,所述翻译种类包括远程电话翻译、现场口译、笔译;选择语种;设定服务时间;填写地址、行业、出资信息;发布成功;冻结标的资金;给满足条件的翻译人 员发送邮件、短信提示招标信息;翻译人员投标;招标方选择投标人;中标人按约定提供服务;从冻结资金中支付服务费;出现违约时,从冻结资金中扣除标的额双倍的违约金。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述客户端APP配置有注册模块,包括:选择注册类型,所述注册类型包括普通用户类型和口译员类型,其中,在所述普通用户类型的情况下,选择国家、输入手机号码、自动判断归属地、输入密码、输入电子邮箱、通过电子邮件获取验证码;输入验证码、进行注册;在所述口译员类型的情况下,选择国家、输入手机号码、自动判断归属地、输入密码、输入电子邮箱、通过电子邮件获取验证码;输入验证码;输入姓名、性别、源语言、目标语言、进行注册、申请口译考核、根据考核结果而确定口译员的等级。
