技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及登录服务的方法、装置及设备。
背景技术
随着计算机网络技术的发展,诸如即时聊天、在线购物、信息订阅等服务广泛应用到了各个领域中。为了向用户提供个性化的服务,并且为了保护用户的个人隐私,用户在注册某个服务时,普遍采用用户名加密码的方式,用户名通常可以公开,密码则是用户设置的隐私信息。但是,由于常用的服务数量很多,而提供不同服务的计算机系统对密码的要求各不相同,例如,密码长度,密码组成等,因此用户需要记忆多套密码才能登录不同计算机系统,以便使用所需的服务。
现有技术中,为了降低用户记忆多套密码的难度,防止用户遗忘密码无法登录服务,用户可以在注册时输入密码提示信息,当用户登录时如果忘记密码,可以通过查询提示信息帮助用户回忆起登录密码。上述方法中的密码提示信息所起的提示作用有限,在用户回忆密码时,回忆复杂度和难度高,且容易混淆,从而不利于用户简单快捷地输入正确的密码。
发明内容
本发明实施例中提供了登录服务的方法、装置及设备,以降低用户回忆密码的复杂度和难度。

本实施例中,登录设备可以保存所述第一密码,以及所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息,当用户登录第一服务时,由登录设备向用户输出该第一密码的至少一位明码信息;或者,登录设备也可以将第一密码,以及所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息发送到远端服务器进行保存,在发送到远端服务器时,可以对所述第一密码进行加密后再发送,其中加密方法可以具体为高级加密标准(Advanced Encryption Standard,AES)法,或者也可以采用其它的加密方法,对此本发明实施例不再赘述,当用户登录第一服务器时,登录设备可以从远端服务器获得第一密码以及所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息,并向用户输出所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息。其中,所述至少一位明码信息可以具体包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容;或者,所述至少一位明码信息也包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,以及所述至少一位明码信息位于所述第一密码中的位置信息。
步骤102:接收用户输入的剩余密码,该至少一位明码信息和该剩余密码组成完整密码。
本发明实施例中,向用户输出第一密码的至少一位明码信息后,用户可以根据该至少一位明码信息的提示仅输入剩余密码,或者也可以输入包括剩余密码和明码信息的完整密码,对此本发明实施例不进行限制。
步骤103:当该完整密码与第一密码相同时,允许用户登录第一服务。
由上述实施例可见,该实施例在用户登录时,通过将密码的至少一位明码信息作为密码提示信息呈现给用户,从而给用户输入密码起到提示作用,以此减少用户回忆密码的难度和复杂度,使得用户可以简单快捷输入正确密码,防止用户遗忘密码。

步骤201:设置密码的至少一位明码信息为密码提示信息。
本实施例中,供用户登录各种服务的登录设备可以为智能终端或本地服务器,向用户提供服务的服务设备可以为智能终端、本地服务器或远端服务器,其中,智能终端可以包括智能手机、平板电脑等,远端服务器可以包括云服务器等。其中,用户通过登录设备登录到服务设备提供的服务可以具体指用户通过智能终端登录该智能终端上的操作系统,或解锁进入该智能终端的主界面等;用户通过登录设备登录到服务设备提供的服务也可以具体指用户通过本地服务器登录本地服务器上的系统服务,或者用户通过本地服务器登录远端服务器上的系统服务,其中,系统服务可以包括即时聊天、在线购物、实时应用等。
本实施例中的所述密码可以包括第一密码。其中,登录设备可以默认设置所有用户在通过密码登录时,将密码的至少一位明码信息作为默认的密码提示信息,输出给用户,优选的,密码的至少一位明码信息可以为密码的首位明码信息;或者,登录设备也可以在用户注册第一服务时,设置密码的至少一位明码信息为密码提示信息,这种情况下,步骤201可以发生在步骤202之前或与之同时发生,即可在通知用户密码提示信息为第一密码的至少一位明码信息的之前或同时。
步骤202:当用户通过第一密码注册第一服务时,通知用户密码提示信息为第一密码的至少一位明码信息。
本实施例中,当用户向登录设备注册第一服务时,输入第一用户名和第一密码,登录设备可以在用户名与密码的对应关系表中保存该第一用户名和第一密码的对应关系,并且,登录设备可以通知用户默认设置第一密码的至少一位明码信息为该用户登录第一服务时的密码提示信息。可选的,用户在注册第一服务时,登录设备可以要求用户输入的第一密码的位数不小于预设位数,例如,该预设位数可以为7位。
步骤203:当用户登录第一服务时,接收用户输入的第一用户名。
步骤204:根据用户名与密码的对应关系,获得与第一用户名对应的第一密码。
本实施例中,用户名与密码的对应关系可能保存在登录设备,也可能保存在远端服务器上。当保存在登录设备时,则当用户注册第一服务时,登录设备可以在用户名与密码的对应关系表中保存了该第一用户名和第一密码的对应关系,当接收到用户输入的第一用户名后,可以以第一用户名为索引,查找用户名与密码的对应关系,获得与第一用户名对应的第一密码;当保存在远端服务器上时,则当用户在登录设备上注册第一服务,并输入第一用户名和第一密码后,登录设备可以将用户设置的第一密码进行加密处理得到第一加密密码,加密处理的方法可以具体为AES法,或者也可以采用其它的加密方法,在此本实施例不再赘述,登录设备可以将第一用户名和第一加密密码发送到远端服务器,远端服务器上可以设置密码表对接收到的第一用户名和第一加密密码的对应关系进行保存,当用户登录第一服务时,登录设备可以将第一用户名发送给远端服务器,远端服务器根据该第一用户名查找密码表获得对应的第一加密密码,并将第一加密密码返回给登录设备,登录设备对第一加密密码进行解密得到第一密码。
步骤205:在密码输入框中输出第一密码的至少一位明码信息。
按照步骤201中的设置,当用户登录第一服务时,在登录界面的密码输入框中输出第一密码的至少一位明码信息,作为密码提示信息。
步骤206:接收用户输入的剩余密码,该至少一位明码信息和该剩余密码组成完整密码。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述密码提示信息可以包括第一密码的至少一位明码信息,所述至少一位明码信息可以包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,该信息内容可以在密码输入框中显示或在单独的提示框中显示。参见图2B,可以在所述密码输入框中显示“8”,但“8”的位置不一定需要显示在第一位,即仅向用户提示所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,而不提示所述至少一位明码信息位于所述第一密码中的位置信息。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述密码提示信息可以包括第一密码的至少一位明码信息,所述至少一位明码信息可以包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,以及该至少一位明码信息位于第一密码中的位置信息。本实施例中所述至少一位明码信息以第一密码的首位明码信息为例进行说明,参见图2B和图2D,为应用本实施 例的登录场景示意图:图2B示出的登录界面中,包括用户名输入框和密码输入框。其中,用户名输入框中的用户名为用户输入的明码信息“Albert_zhao”,密码输入框中的完整密码包括获得用户名后自动输出的密码提示信息,其在本实施例中为第一密码的第一位明码信息“8”,以及由用户输入的除第一位明码信息的其它密码信息,其它密码信息以“*”显示,如图2D所示。图2B所示为获得用户名后自动输出密码提示信息的示意,所述密码提示信息为首位为“8”,可以通过在所述密码输入框中的首位输出“8”来向用户呈现所述密码提示信息。
可选的,在本发明的另一实施例中,所述密码提示信息除了包括第一密码的至少一位明码信息外,还可以包括提示第一密码的位数的信息。所述至少一位明码信息可以包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,以及该至少一位明码信息位于第一密码中的位置信息。本实施例中所述至少一位明码信息以第一密码的首位明码信息为例进行说明,参见图2C和图2D,为应用本实施例的登录场景示意图:图2C示出的登录界面中,包括用户名输入框和密码输入框,当用户在用户名输入框中输入用户名“Albert_zhao”后,或者,若登录设备之前已经存储过该用户名信息,则可以由登录设备自动在所述用户名输入框中自动填充所述用户名,登录设备获得所述用户名后,在密码输入框中自动输出密码提示信息,所述密码提示信息包括第一密码的第一位明码信息“8”(在密码输入框中的第一位输出明码信息的信息内容“8”),还包括提示第一密码的位数的信息,如图2C中所示,如果所述第一密码的位数为7位,则除了在所述密码输入框中输出第一密码的第一位明码信息“8”外,还可以在所述密码输入框中向用户输出用符号提示的代表所述第一密码的位数的信息,图2C中在第一位明码信息“8”后面用6个“?”提示用户还需在“8”后面输入6位信息,也即提示所述第一密码位数为7位。当然,本发明实施例也可以通过明文提示用户所述第一密码的位数为7位,或提示用户还需输入6位,如可以通过明文信息“密码为7位”或“还需输入6位”等来提示用户所述第一密码的位数,所述提示第一密码的位数的明文信息可以在所述密码输入框中输出,也可以通过单独的消息提示框输出,本发明实施例对此不作限制。用户可以根据首位明码信息“8”及其后面的6个问号的提示,在“8”后面输入所述第一密码中的后6位,用户输入的每一位可以用“*”显示,“*”取代每一位上原来显示的“?”。本实施例通过在密码提示信息中进一步提示第一密码的位数,更好地提示用户关于第一密码的信息,降低了用户记忆对应不同服务的密码的复杂度和难度,有助于用户更简单快捷地输入正确的密码。
步骤207:当完整密码与第一密码相同时,允许用户登录第一服务。
本实施例中,如果第一密码保存在登录设备上,则登录设备可以直接比较完整密码与第一密码相同时,允许用户登录第一服务;如果第一密码保存在远端服务器上,则登录设备可以将用户输入的完整密码进行加密,具体加密方法可以与步骤204中描述的加密方法一致,然后将第一用户名以及加密后的完整密码发送给远端服务器,远端服务器接收到第一用户名以及加密后的完整密码后,通过第一用户名在密码表中进行查找,如果查找到的第一用户名对应的第一加密密码与加密后的完整密码相同,则允许用户登录第一服务。
由上述实施例可见,该实施例在用户登录时,通过将密码的至少一位明码信息作为密码提示信息呈现给用户,从而给用户输入密码起到提示作用,以此减少用户回忆密码的难度和复杂度,使得用户可以简单快捷输入正确密码,防止用户遗忘密码;并且该实施例无需用户在注册时输入密码提示信息,因此可以简化用户的注册过程。

步骤301:设置密码的至少一位明码信息为密码提示信息。
本实施例中,供用户登录第一服务的登录设备可以为智能终端或本地服务器,向用户提供第一服务的服务设备可以为智能终端、本地服务器或远端服务器,其中,智能终端可以包括智能手机、平板电脑等,远端服务器可以包括云服务器等。本发明实施例中,用户通过登录设备登录到服务设备提供的第一服务可以具体指用户通过智能终端登录该智能终端上的操作系统,或解锁进入该智能终端的主界面等;用户通过登录设备登录到服务设备提供的第一服务也可以具体指通过本地服务器登录本地服务器上的系统服务,或者通过本地服务器登录远端服务器上的系统服务,其中,系统服务可以包括即时聊天、在线购物、实时应用等。
登录设备可以预先设置所有用户在通过密码登录时,将密码的至少一位明码信息作为默认的密码提示信息,输出给用户。优选的,密码的至少一位明码信息可以为密码的首位明码信息。
步骤302:当用户通过第一密码注册第一服务时,通知用户密码提示信息为第一密码的至少一位明码信息。
本实施例中,当用户向登录设备注册第一服务时,输入第一用户名和第一密码,登录设备可以在用户名与密码的对应关系表中保存该第一用户名和第一密码的对应关系,并且,登录设备通知用户默认设置第一密码的至少一位明码信息为该用户 登录第一服务时的密码提示信息。可选的,用户在注册第一服务时,登录设备可以要求用户输入的第一密码的位数不小于预设位数,例如,该预设位数可以为7位。
本实施例中,第一密码可以具体为数字密码,对应的至少一位明码信息为数字,或者第一密码也可以具体为图形密码,对应的至少一位明码信息为该图形密码的起始或终止位置。
步骤303:当用户登录第一服务时,输出密码提示选项。
本实施例中,虽然步骤301中默认设置密码的至少一位明码信息为密码提示信息,但是在用户登录第一服务时,可以向用户输出密码提示选项,以便用户选择是否需要显示第一密码的至少一位明码信息作为密码提示信息。
步骤304:当用户选择进行密码提示时,在密码输入界面中高亮显示第一密码的至少一位明码信息。
当用户根据步骤303中输出的密码提示选项选择进行密码提示时,则在密码输入界面中高亮显示第一密码的至少一位明码信息。这种情况,可以适用于密码输入界面中已经显示出用户输入密码时的部分或所有可能使用的明码信息,即第一密码的至少一位明码信息和其他用户输入密码可能使用的明码信息已经在密码输入界面上显示出来时,可以对所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息进行高亮显示,以对用户输入第一密码进行提示。
步骤305:接收用户输入的剩余密码,该至少一位明码信息和该剩余密码组成完整密码。
对应步骤302中第一密码具体为数字密码的情况,参见图3B,为应用本实施例的一个登录场景示意图:图3B示出的登录界面中,通过用户手势在对应不同数字的圆圈上滑动输入数字密码,其中按照从上到下,从左到右的顺序,每个圆圈代表从1到9的九个数字。假设第一密码为“8459621”,且密码提示信息为第一密码的首位明码信息,则代表数字“8”的圆圈以高亮状态显示,图3B中以阴影线表示该高亮状态,用户以该高亮显示的圆圈为起点(可以提示用户以该高亮显示的圆圈为起点,即提示8为首位),通过手势在不同圆圈上滑动输入完整的数字密码。此种情况下,所述至少一位明码信息包括该至少一位明码信息的信息内容,以及该至少一位明码信息位于所述第一密码中的位置信息。在另一种情况下,也可以仅高亮显示“8”,而不提示或约定所述“8”为首位,即所述至少一位明码信息仅包括该至少一位明码信息的信息内容。
进一步可选的,所述密码提示信息还可以包括提示所述第一密码的位数的信息,如可以通过另外的提示框提示所述第一密码的位数。
对应步骤302中第一密码具体为图形密码的情况,参见图3C,为应用本实施例的另一个登录场景示意图:图3C示出的登录界面中,通过用户手势在不同圆点上滑动输入图形密码,其中图形密码的起始位置对应的圆点可以作为该图形密码的提示信息,以高亮状态显示,图3C中以阴影线表示该高亮状态,用户以该高亮显示的圆点为起点(可以提示用户以该高亮显示的圆点为起点),通过手势在不同圆点上滑动输入完整的图形密码。在另一种情况下,也可以仅高亮显示该圆点,而不提示或约定该圆点为起点,即所述至少一位明码信息仅包括该至少一位明码信息的信息内容,而不包括其在所述第一密码中所处的位置信息。
进一步可选的,所述密码提示信息还可以包括提示所述第一密码的位数的信息(即所述第一密码包含的圆点的个数),如可以通过另外的提示框提示所述第一密码的位数。
步骤306:当完整密码与第一密码相同时,允许用户登录第一服务。

所述至少一位明码信息可以包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容;或者,所述至少一位明码信息也可以包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,以及所述至少一位明码信息位于所述第一密码中的位置信息。
在另一个可选的实现方式中:
所述密码提示信息还可以包括提示所述第一密码的位数的信息。
本实施例中的设备可以具体为智能终端或本地服务器等登录设备;其中,登录服务可以具体指通过该登录服务的设备登录智能终端上的操作系统,或解锁进入智能终端的主界面等;登录服务也可以具体指通过该登录服务的设备登录本地服务器上的系统服务,或者通过该登录服务的设备登录远端服务器上的系统服务,该系统服务可以包括即时聊天、在线购物、实时应用等。
由上述实施例可见,当用户登录第一服务时,向用户输出对应于第一服务的第 一密码的密码提示信息,该密码提示信息包括第一密码的至少一位明码信息,接收用户输入的剩余密码,其中至少一位明码信息和剩余密码组成完整密码,当完整密码与第一密码相同时,允许用户登录第一服务。应用本发明实施例,在用户登录时,通过将密码的至少一位明码信息作为密码提示信息呈现给用户,从而给用户输入密码起到提示作用,以此减少用户回忆密码的难度和复杂度,使得用户可以简单快捷输入正确密码,防止用户遗忘密码。
本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明实施例中的技术可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例中的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所述的本发明实施方式,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。任何在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种登录服务的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当用户登录第一服务时,向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息,所述密码提示信息包括所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息;
    接收所述用户输入的剩余密码,所述至少一位明码信息和所述剩余密码组成完整密码;
    当所述完整密码与所述第一密码相同时,允许所述用户登录所述第一服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户登录第一服务之前,所述方法还包括:
    设置密码的至少一位明码信息为密码提示信息,当所述用户通过所述第一密码注册所述第一服务时,通知所述用户密码提示信息为所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息;
    或者,
    当所述用户通过所述第一密码注册所述第一服务时,获得用户指定的作为密码提示信息的所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息之前,所述方法还包括:输出密码提示选项;
    所述向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息具体为:当所述用户根据所述密码提示选项选择进行密码提示时,向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收用户输入或自动填充的对应所述第一服务的第一用户名;
    根据用户名与密码的对应关系,获得与所述第一用户名对应的第一密码。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息包括:
    在密码输入框中输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息;或者,
    在密码输入界面中高亮显示对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述至少一位明码信息包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容;或者,
    所述至少一位明码信息包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,以及所述至少一位明码信息位于所述第一密码中的位置信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述密码提示信息还包括提示所述第一密码的位数的信息。
  8. 一种登录服务的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一输出单元,用于当用户登录第一服务时,向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息,所述密码提示信息包括所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息;
    接收单元,用于接收所述用户输入的剩余密码,所述第一输出单元输出的至少一位明码信息和所述剩余密码组成完整密码;
    登录单元,用于当所述第一输出单元输出的至少一位明码信息和所述接收单元接收到的剩余密码组成的完整密码与所述第一密码相同时,允许所述用户登录所述第一服务。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    设置单元,用于设置密码的至少一位明码信息为密码提示信息;
    通知单元,按照所述设置单元设置的密码提示信息,通知所述用户密码提示信息为所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息;
    或者,
    获得单元,用于当所述用户通过所述第一密码注册所述第一服务时,获得用户指定的作为密码提示信息的所述第一密码的至少一位明码信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二输出单元,用于输出密码提示选项;
    所述第一输出单元,具体用于在所述用户登录第一服务的过程中,当所述用户根据所述第二输出单元输出的密码提示选项选择进行密码提示时,向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元, 还用于在所述第一输出单元向所述用户输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息之前,接收用户输入或自动填充的对应所述第一服务的第一用户名;
    所述装置还包括:查找单元,用于根据用户名与密码的对应关系,获得与所述第一用户名对应的第一密码。
  12. 根据权利要求8至11任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一输出单元,具体用于当所述用户登录第一服务时,在密码输入框中输出对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息,或者,在密码输入界面中高亮显示对应于所述第一服务的第一密码的密码提示信息。
  13. 根据权利要求8至12任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述至少一位明码信息包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容;或者,
    所述至少一位明码信息包括所述至少一位明码信息的信息内容,以及所述至少一位明码信息位于所述第一密码中的位置信息。
  14. 根据权利要求8至13任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述密码提示信息还包括提示所述第一密码的位数的信息。
