【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于携带和使用的微型负离子空气 净化器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型负离子空气净化器, 包括壳体和固定在所述壳体内的用于产生负离子的负离子产生器, 所述壳体设 有用于避让负离子产生器的传输头的出风口。
优选的, 所述负离子产生器通过胶水粘合在所述壳体底部。 胶水粘合固定 牢固, 便于实现。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型负离子空气净化器, 如图 1-3所示, 包括壳体和固定在 所述壳体内的用于产生负离子的负离子产生器 5 ,所述壳体设有用于避让负离子 产生器 5 的传输头 (图中未示出) 的出风口。 本发明由于负离子空气净化器是 微型的, 体积小, 便于使用和携带; 负离子产生器 5产生负离子通过传输头从 壳体的出风口处向外传输负离子, 从而实现净化空气的作用。
如图 2所示, 壳体包括上壳 1和下壳 2, 负离子产生器 5通过胶水粘合固定 在下壳 2 的底部, 胶水粘合固定牢固, 便于实现。 具体为通过双面胶固定在下 壳 2 的底部, 双面胶具有弹性, 受到力时会进行伸缩, 当壳体受到碰撞或放置 时受力过大通过双面胶的伸缩防止负离子产生器 5 受损。 当然, 也可以采用其 它的固定方式进行固定。负离子产生器 5通过导线与充电接口 6以及按键开关 3 连接, 结合图 3 , 下壳 2设有用于避让充电接口 6的接口避让口 26以及用于避 让按键开关的开关避让口 25 , 从而方便使用。
充电接口 6通过导线与市电插座插接, 按压按键开关 3 , 负离子产生器 5通 电产生负离子, 通过其传输头(图中未显示)对应在出风口处向外传播。 如图 3 所示, 出风口由多个间隔布置的条形通孔 21组成, 这样设置出风口便于负离子 向外传播, 且使传播出去的负离子均匀; 当然, 也可以把出风口设置成其它结 构。 下壳 2在其内表面上设置有一限位槽 22, 限位槽 22位于出风口处, 且覆盖 所有的条形通孔 21 , 限位槽 22的一侧壁上设有一开口 221 , 传输头放置在开口 221 内, 从而限位传输头对准条形通孔 21 , 方便将其产生的负离子传输到壳体 外。 本实施例传输头周围表面有一层保护层包裹, 该保护层为塑料材料制成, 塑料材料具有弹性, 能够伸缩, 在传输头插入开口 221内时塑料直接与开口 221 的侧壁配合不仅使传输头紧密的限位在开口 221内, 而且防止传输头受损。
如图 1和图 2所示, 上壳 1上设有多个均匀布置的圓形通孔 11形成用于进 风的进风口, 从而空气从进风口进入壳体内, 从而出风口排出, 形成空气的流 通, 加快负离子向外传播的速度, 从而使其效果更佳。
微型负离子空气净化器包括一固定在上壳 1中部的挂件 4,挂件 4为草叶状, 其顶部设有一挂孔 41 , 从而方便与挂钩、 挂环或挂绳等进行配合以便将微型负 离子空气净化器挂起, 方便使用和携带。
微型负离子空气净化器还包括一用于指示其工作状态的指示灯 (图中未显 示 ), 指示灯通过导线与充电接口 6及按键开关 3连接, 设置指示灯就方便观看 微型负离子空气净化器的工作状态, 从而方便使用。 如图 3所示, 下壳 2上设 有用于避让指示灯的避让孔 23 ,下壳 2沿避让孔 23向下壳 2内部延伸一延伸部 24, 从而增加与指示灯配合的接触面积, 进而增加对指示灯的固定牢固性。
