Definitions
- the present invention relates to a medical tube fixing device for directly fixing to the skin of the patient using a skin stapler, and a medical tube fixing method using the same, and more particularly, the skin to fix the medical tube at the same time to suture the open surgical site It relates to a medical tube fixing device having a one-touch method of the stapler and a medical tube fixing method using the same.
- fluids such as blood or pus may accumulate inside, and the medical staff may quickly discharge the fluid from the organs of the patient for rapid recovery.
- a drain device is used to make this possible.
- a medical tube for discharging body fluid to the outside is fastened and used.
- a medical tube is inserted into a catheter, which is used to discharge acupuncture or abscess from the liver, stomach, etc. to the outside of the human body, a urinary catheter or part of one side that is inserted into the bladder to discharge manure.
- the other side is widely used, such as a drainage tube for discharging the body fluid generated in the internal organs of the patient to the outside in a state exposed to the outside of the human body.
- a medical skin stapler is widely used to suture a surgical site in a state where a medical tube is inserted after a patient's surgery, and such a skin stapler is used to suture a skin portion cut through a surgical or plastic surgery with a suture and a needle.
- a staple staple
- the staple used in the skin stapler is formed in a substantially "c" shape, it is mounted on the cartridge of the skin stapler when the end of the skin stapler is bent inward both ends of the skin is sealed.
- In order to fix the medical tube exposed to the outside in the sealed state is fixed to the skin using a general medical band or directly tied to the skin.
- such a medical band has a problem in that the adhesive strength becomes weak when used for a long time, so it needs to be replaced frequently, and there is a problem that the medical tube is pushed to the outside due to the lack of adhesive force as a space is created between the medical band and the medical tube each time the patient moves. .
