Claims (5)
- 환자의 복부를 천공하여 수술기구를 통해 복강경 수술을 행할 수 있도록 한 복강경용 투관침에 있어서,상부에 설치홀(11a)이 형성되고 설치홀(11a)의 내측 둘레면에 걸림홈(11b)이 형성된 상부케이스(11)와, 상부케이스(11)의 저면에 설치되고 상면 둘레에는 걸림편(12a)이 형성된 하부커버(12)로 이루어진 헤드부(10);저부에 투관고정돌기(21)가 형성되고 하측 둘레에 주입구고정돌기(22) 및 고정홈(23)이 형성된 하부케이스(24)와, 하부케이스(24)의 상면에 설치되고 상면 둘레에는 결합공(25a)이 형성된 결합부재(25)로 이루어진 베이스부(20);하부케이스(24) 저부의 투관고정돌기(21)에 설치되는 투관(17);헤드부(10)의 내측에 설치되어 상부는 원형으로 형성되고 하부 양측은 축소되게 형성된 립밸브(60);립밸브(60) 상부에 설치되는 삽입부(30);베이스부(20)의 하부케이스(25) 양 측면에 끼워지는 탄성부시(43)와, 그 탄성부시(43)에 탄력 설치되는 버튼(41)과, 상기 버튼(41)에 내장되어 립밸브(60)의 하부를 선택적으로 개방시키는 누름축(44)으로 구성된 버튼부(40); 및립밸브(60) 또는 삽입부(30)를 통해 투관(17)으로 인입되어 복부를 천공하는 투침(50)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복강경용 투관침.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 삽입부(30)는 신축/이완 가능하게 형성된 신축관(31)과, 상기 신축관(31)의 상단에 설치되고 상면에는 끼움공(35a)이 형성된 보조링(35)과, 상기 보조링(35)의 상면에 설치되고 중앙에는 삽입공(32a)이 형성된 패킹(32)과, 상기 패킹(32)을 고정하도록 보조링(35)의 상면에 설치되고 저면에는 안내링 고정핀(33a)이 형성된 안내링(33)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 복강경용 투관침.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 투관(17)은 그 외주연에 미끄럼방지돌기(17a)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복강경용 투관침.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,투관(17)의 재질은 합성수지, 세라믹, 은나노가 함유된 합성수지 또는 합성수지 중 어느 한 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복강경용 투관침.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 투침(50)은 지지관(51)이 구성되고, 지지관(51)의 상부에 손잡이(52)가 설치되며, 지지관(51)의 하단부에는 침결합부재(53)가 설치되되, 손잡이(52)의 일측에 설치된 누름편(56b)에 의해 지지관(51)의 슬라이드봉(54)이 침(59)을 고정하여 천공이 용이하도록 하며, 고정된 상태의 투침(50)이 복부의 내측으로 인입되면, 침결합부재(53)에 의해 자동으로 침(59)이 내측에 위치되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복강경용 투관침.
