本发明涉及家用电器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种烘鞋器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种烘鞋器, 包括底部设有开口的主体、 封闭开口的导热片、 固定在导热片上的发热片; 主体直接放入鞋内, 其底部与鞋内底接触。 此方案 未公开。 导热片和开口周围的边沿配合, 烘鞋器放入到鞋内工作时, 导热片直 接与鞋内底接触, 导热片与发热片直接连接, 导热片温度高, 直接和鞋底接触 有可能使鞋底受损。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种导热片固定在主体内的烘鞋器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种烘鞋器, 包括底部设有 开口的主体、 从所述开口处固定在所述主体内的导热片以及通过固定片固定在 所述导热片上的发热片, 所述发热片通过导线与插头连接。
优选的, 所述主体在所述开口处的内侧壁上设有用于放置所述导热片的放 置平台。 对导热片进行限位。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种烘鞋器, 如图 1-3所示, 包括底部设有开口的主体 1、 从所 述开口处固定在所述主体 1内的导热片 4以及通过固定片 2固定在所述导热片 4 上的发热片 3, 所述发热片 3通过导线与插头连接。 本发明由于烘鞋器的导热片 4通过主体 1的开口固定在主体 1内部,从而当主体 1放入鞋内时主体 1开口的 边沿直接和鞋底接触, 避免导热片 4直接和鞋底接触, 防止鞋底受损。 如图 3所示, 所述主体 1在所述开口处的内侧壁上设有用于放置所述导热片 的放置平台 11 , 对导热片进行限位; 结合图 1 , 放置平台 11适合导热片 4的结 构和大小设置。放置平台 11边沿周围向外延伸有一圏凸沿 12, 当主体 1放入到 鞋内时凸沿 12直接与鞋底接触, 防止导热片 4与鞋底接触。 凸沿 12上设有多 个对称设置的通气口 13, 从而便于鞋内空气的流通。 为了进一步增加鞋内空气 的流通, 导热片 4和主体 1上分别设有多个通气孔 41和导气孔 16, 从而增加鞋 子的烘干速度。
在本实施例中, 所述通气孔 41设置在所述发热片 3周围, 发热片 3发出的 热量不仅通过导热片 4向外传播, 而且从通气孔 41也向外传播一部分, 从而对 鞋子的烘干效果更佳。所述通气孔为四个,且对称设置,使通气孔 41通气均匀; 当然, 也可以设置其它个数的通气孔。
如图 3所示, 所述主体 1 内设有与所述放置平台 11等高的用于支撑所述导 热片的支撑柱 15, 从而增加导热片的固定牢固性。 所述支撑柱 15位于所述主体 1的中部两侧, 导热片边沿放置在放置平台 11上, 中部再通过支撑柱 15支撑, 从而导热片更加牢固的固定在主体 1内。
如图 2所示, 烘鞋器还包括一用于固定导线的分线夹 5, 分线夹 5内固定有 用于指示烘鞋器工作状态的指示灯(图中未显示;), 从而便于使用。
在本实施例中 ,导热片 4通过螺丝固定在主体 1上,主体 1上设有螺孔柱 14, 对应的, 导热片 4上设有与螺孔柱 14配合的螺丝孔, 螺丝固定牢固, 便于安装 和拆^ p。

4、如权利要求 3所述的烘鞋器,其特征在于,所述凸沿上设有多个通气口。

6、如权利要求 4所述的烘鞋器,其特征在于,所述导热片设有多个通气孔。
