Description

虚拟身份识别模块的充值方法及设备 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及移动通信技术, 尤其涉及一种虚拟身份识别模块的充 值方法及设备。
背景技术
在无线通信系统中, 用户设备上都需要部署一个用户识别模块, 全球移 动通信系统(Global System for Mobile communication, 简称 GSM) 标准称为 客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module, SIM) ,码分多址接入(Code Division Multiple Access, 简称 CDMA) 标准称为用户识别模块(User Identity Model, 简称 UIM),通用移云力通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, 简称 UMTS ) 标准称为全球用户识别模块 (Universal Subscriber Identity Module, 简称 USIM)。 当前, 上述用户识别模块以物理卡片的形式存在, 用 户设备上必须装上该卡后才能使用。
随着技术的发展, 人们又提出了虚拟身份识别模块, 即数据形式的用户 识别模块, 不需要在手机中插入物理形态的卡, 而是把数据形式的用户识别 模块的内容下载、保存在手机的安全存储区,达到和物理 SIM卡一样的效果。 并且, 虚拟身份识别模块的使用不依赖于手机制造过程中为 SIM卡预留的插 槽, 可以更方便地在一个手机中使用多个虚拟身份识别模块。
当前的方案中, 用户通过用户设备直接从不同运营商的运营支撑系统中 获得多个虚拟身份识别模块, 或者直接从一个运营商处获得一个或多个虚拟 身份识别模块。 当虚拟身份识别模块中的资金不足时, 用户通过运营支撑系 统对该虚拟身份识别模块进行充值, 充值方式单一, 缺乏灵活性, 便利性低。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供一种虚拟身份识别模块的充值方法及设 备, 以使虚拟身份识别模块的充值更加灵活。 第一方面, 本发明提供一种虚拟身份识别模块的充值方法, 包括: 接收用户设备发送的携带有用户账户信息及充值信息的第一充值请求; 根据所述充值信息确定待充值的虚拟身份识别模块, 以及充值金额; 向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统发送第二充值请求, 所述第二充值请求携带所述充值金额及所述用户账户信息, 以使所述待充值 的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统从所述用户账户信息对应的账户中扣除 所述充值金额, 为所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块充值。

虚拟身份识别模块服务设备 109可由虚拟身份识别模块服务商提供, 包 括费用管理服务模块 104和存储模块 106。 存储模块 106用于保存用户资料、 用户与虚拟身份识别模块的关系、 费率、 余额等资料。 费用管理服务模块 104 可设立用户设备的用户账户信息, 对应的用户账户的费用来源可由用户 设备通过各种渠道充值得到, 这些费用尚未与该用户设备的虚拟身份识别模 块建立联系。 本领域技术人员可知,费用管理服务模块 104可为利用接收器、 发送器、 处理器进行管理的模块, 存储模块 106可为利用存储器进行存储的 模块。 对于费用管理服务模块 104和存储模块 106的硬件结构及工作原理在 此不进行赘述。 进一歩地, 虚拟身份识别模块服务商可从多家电信运营商采 购虚拟身份识别模块, 然后为用户提供统一的服务。

一种为用户触发用户设备的充值过程, 用户设备根据用户的触发确定所 使用的虚拟身份识别模块需要充值, 然后向虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送 携带有用户账户信息及充值信息的第一充值请求。 对应地, 充值信息包括待 充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息及充值金额信息。
另一种为虚拟身份识别模块服务设备先向用户设备发起充值过程, 然后 用户设备确定所使用的虚拟身份识别模块需要充值, 再向虚拟身份识别模块 服务设备发起充值。 对应地, 充值信息为充值建议描述标识。 具体地, 虚拟 身份识别模块服务设备向用户设备发送充值建议描述标识及充值建议描述信 息, 以使用户设备根据充值建议描述标识以及充值建议描述信息确定该充值 信息。 当用户设备确定充值信息之后, 向虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送携 带有用户账户信息及充值建议描述标识的第一充值请求。 其中, 充值建议描 述标识用于标识充值建议描述信息。 虚拟身份识别模块服务设备根据该充值 建议描述标识在本地找到对应的充值建议描述信息, 从而根据该充值建议描 述信息为待充值的

发送器 1002和接收器 1003用于建立通信信道, 在发送器 1002和接收器 1003中, 可以包括无线局域网 (Wireless Local Area Network, 简称 wireless LAN)模块、 蓝牙模块、 基带 (Base Band) 模块等通信模块, 以及所述通信 模块对应的射频 (Radio Frequency, 简称 RF ) 电路, 用于进行无线局域网络 通信、 蓝牙通信、 红外线通信及 /或蜂窝式通信系统通信, 例如宽带码分多重 接入 (Wideband Code DivisionMultiple Access, 简称 W-CDMA) 及 /或高速下行 封包存取 (High Speed Downlink PacketAccess, 简称 HSDPA)。发送器 1002和接 收器 1003用于控制用户设备中的各组件的通信, 并且可以支持直接内存存取

所述向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统发起第二充值请 求之前, 所述方法还包括:
向所述第一虚拟用户身份识别模块的运营支撑系统发送资金转出请求; 所述资金转出请求携带所述用户账户信息及转出金额; 所述转出金额等于所 述充值金额, 以使所述第一虚拟用户身份识别模块的运营支撑系统转出所述 转出金额到所述用户账户信息对应的账户中。

确定充值信息; 所述充值信息用于确定待充值的虚拟身份识别模块, 以 及充值金额;
向虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送携带有用户账户信息及所述充值信息 的第一充值请求, 以使所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备向所述待充值的虚拟 身份识别模块的运营支撑系统发送携带所述充值金额的第二充值请求;
接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值结果。

呈现所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建议描述信息; 接收用户根据所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建议描述信息 所作的选择输入;
将所述选择输入对应的充值建议描述信息的充值建议描述标识确定为所 述充值信息。
14、根据权利要求 11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定充值信息包括: 接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备在所述待充值的虚拟用户身份识别 模块的费率有优惠, 且所述待充值的虚拟用户身份识别模块的余额低于预定 金额时, 发送的充值建议描述标识以及充值建议描述信息;
呈现所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建议描述信息; 接收用户根据所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建议描述信息 所作的选择输入;
将所述选择输入对应的充值建议描述信息的充值建议描述标识确定为所 述充值信息。
15、 一种虚拟身份识别模块服务设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收用户设备发送的携带有用户账户信息及充值信 息的第一充值请求;
第一确定模块,用于根据所述充值信息确定待充值的虚拟身份识别模块, 以及充值金额;
第一发送模块, 用于向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统 发送第二充值请求, 所述第二充值请求携带所述充值金额及所述用户账户信 息, 以使所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统从所述用户账户信 息对应的账户中扣除所述充值金额,为所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块充值。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述充值信息包括所述 待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息及充值金额信息;
所述第一确定模块包括:
第一模块确定单元, 用于根据所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信 息确定所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块;
第一金额确定单元, 用于根据所述充值金额信息确定所述充值金额。
17、 根据权利要求 15所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述充值信息为所述用 户设备确定的充值建议描述标识;
所述第一确定模块包括:
信息确定单元, 用于根据所述用户设备确定的充值建议描述标识确定充 值建议描述信息, 所述充值建议描述信息包括所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模 块的标识信息, 以及充值金额信息;
第二模块确定单元, 用于根据所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信 息确定所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块;
第二金额确定单元, 用于根据所述充值金额信息确定所述充值金额。

第二接收模块, 用于在所述第一接收模块接收用户设备发送的携带有用 户账户信息及充值信息的第一充值请求之前, 接收所述用户设备发送的位置 信息; 所述位置信息用于指示所述用户设备所处的位置;
第二确定模块, 用于根据所述位置信息确定所述待充值的虚拟身份识别 模块为所述用户设备所处位置可用的或费用最优的虚拟身份识别模块;
第二发送模块, 用于在所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的费用不足时, 向所述用户设备发送所述充值建议描述标识及所述充值建议描述信息, 以使 所述用户设备根据所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值建议描述信息确定所 述充值信息。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三发送模块, 用于在所述第一接收模块接收用户设备发送的携带有用 户账户信息及充值信息的第一充值请求之前, 当检测到所述用户账户对应的 第一虚拟身份识别模块在预设时间周期内未使用, 且所述用户账户对应的第 二虚拟身份识别模块的余额不足时, 向所述用户设备发送所述充值建议描述 标识以及所述充值建议描述信息, 以使所述用户设备根据所述充值建议描述 信息以及所述充值建议描述标识确定所述充值信息, 所述第二虚拟身份识别 模块为所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块, 所述充值建议描述信息包括所述第 一虚拟用户身份识别模块的标识;
第四发送模块, 用于在所述第一发送模块向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别 模块的运营支撑系统发送所述第二充值请求之前, 向所述第一虚拟用户身份 识别模块的运营支撑系统发送资金转出请求; 所述资金转出请求携带所述用 户账户信息及转出金额; 所述转出金额等于所述充值金额, 以使所述第一虚 拟用户身份识别模块的运营支撑系统转出所述转出金额到所述用户账户信息 对应的账户中。
20、 根据权利要求 17所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第五发送模块, 用于在所述第一接收模块接收用户设备发送的携带有用 户账户信息及充值信息的第一充值请求之前, 当所述待充值的虚拟用户身份 识别模块的费率有优惠, 且所述待充值的虚拟用户身份识别模块的余额低于 预定金额时, 向所述用户设备发送所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值建议 描述信息, 以使所述用户设备根据所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值建议 描述信息确定所述充值信息。
21、 根据权利要求 17至 20任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 存储模块, 用于在所述向所述用户设备发送所述充值建议描述标识以及 所述充值建议描述信息之后, 保存所述充值建议描述标识与所述充值建议描 述信息之间的关系;
所述信息确定单元具体用于:
根据所述用户设备确定的充值建议描述标识, 以及所述充值建议描述标 识与所述充值建议描述信息之间的关系, 确定所述充值建议描述信息。
22、 根据权利要求 15至 22任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第三接收模块, 用于在所述第一发送模块向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块 的运营支撑系统发送第二充值请求之后, 接收所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模 块的运营支撑系统在充值成功后返回的响应消息, 并根据所述响应消息记录 充值后所述用户账户信息对应的账户的余额以及所述待充值的虚拟身份识别 模块在所述运营支撑系统中的账户余额;
第六发送模块, 用于向所述用户设备发送充值结果, 所述充值结果包括 已充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识及余额。
23、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定模块, 用于确定充值信息; 所述充值信息用于确定待充值的虚拟身 份识别模块, 以及充值金额;
第一发送模块, 用于向虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送携带有用户账户 信息及所述充值信息的第一充值请求, 以使所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备 向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统发送携带所述充值金额的 第二充值请求;
第一接收模块, 用于接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值结 果。
24、根据权利要求 23所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定模块具体用于: 获取用户输入的充值操作指令, 根据所述充值操作指令确定所述充值信 息;
其中, 所述充值信息包括所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息及 充值金额信息。
25、 根据权利要求 23所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述充值信息为用户设 备确定的充值建议描述标识; 所述充值建议描述标识用于标识充值建议描述 信息; 所述充值建议描述信息包括所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识, 以及充值金额信息。
26、根据权利要求 25所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括:第二发送模块, 用于在所述确定模块确定所述充值信息之前, 检测所述用户设备所在的地理 位置, 当所述用户设备所在的地理位置发生变化时, 向所述虚拟身份识别模 块服务设备发送位置信息,所述位置信息用于指示所述用户设备所处的位置, 以使所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备根据所述位置信息确定所述待充值的虚 拟身份识别模块为所述用户设备所处位置可用的或费用最优的虚拟身份识别 模块;
所述确定模块包括:
第一接收单元, 用于接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备在所述待充值 的虚拟身份识别模块的费用不足时, 发送的所述充值建议描述标识及所述充 值建议描述信息;
第一呈现单元, 用于呈现所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建 议描述信息;
第二接收单元, 用于接收用户根据所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送 的充值建议描述信息所作的选择输入;
第一处理单元, 用于将所述选择输入对应的充值建议描述信息的充值建 议描述标识确定为所述充值信息。
27、 根据权利要求 25所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块包括: 第三接收单元, 用于接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建 议描述标识及充值建议描述信息, 其中, 所述充值建议描述信息包括用户账 户对应的第一虚拟身份识别模块的标识和所述第二虚拟身份识别模块的标 识, 所述第一虚拟身份识别模块在预设时间周期内未使用, 所述待充值的虚 拟身份识别模块为所述用户账户对应的第二虚拟身份识别模块, 所述第二虚 拟身份识别模块的余额不足;
第二呈现单元, 用于呈现所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建 议描述信息;
第四接收单元, 用于接收用户根据所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送 的充值建议描述信息所作的选择输入; 第二处理单元, 用于将所述选择输入对应的充值建议描述信息的充值建 议描述标识确定为所述充值信息。
28、 根据权利要求 25所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块包括: 第五接收单元, 用于接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备在所述待充值 的虚拟用户身份识别模块的费率有优惠, 且所述待充值的虚拟用户身份识别 模块的余额低于预定金额时, 发送的充值建议描述标识以及充值建议描述信 息;
第三呈现单元, 用于呈现所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值建 议描述信息;
第六接收单元, 用于接收用户根据所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送 的充值建议描述信息所作的选择输入;
第三处理单元, 用于将所述选择输入对应的充值建议描述信息的充值建 议描述标识确定为所述充值信息。
29、 一种虚拟身份识别模块服务设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收用户设备发送的携带有用户账户信息及充值信息的第 一充值请求;
处理器, 用于根据所述充值信息确定待充值的虚拟身份识别模块, 以及 充值金额;
发送器, 用于向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统发送第 二充值请求, 所述第二充值请求携带所述充值金额及所述用户账户信息, 以 使所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统从所述用户账户信息对应 的账户中扣除所述充值金额, 为所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块充值。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述充值信息包括所述 待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息及充值金额信息;
所述处理器具体用于:
根据所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息确定所述待充值的虚拟 身份识别模块;
根据所述充值金额信息确定所述充值金额。
31、 根据权利要求 29所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述充值信息为所述用 户设备确定的充值建议描述标识; 所述处理器具体用于:
根据所述用户设备确定的充值建议描述标识确定充值建议描述信息, 所 述充值建议描述信息包括所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息, 以及 充值金额信息;
根据所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息确定所述待充值的虚拟 身份识别模块;
根据所述充值金额信息确定所述充值金额。
32根据权利要求 31所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收器还用于: 在 接收所述用户设备发送的携带有用户账户信息及充值信息的第一充值请求之 前, 接收所述用户设备发送的位置信息; 所述位置信息用于指示所述用户设 备所处的位置;
所述处理器还用于: 根据所述位置信息确定所述待充值的虚拟身份识别 模块为所述用户设备所处位置可用的或费用最优的虚拟身份识别模块;
所述发送器还用于: 在所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的费用不足时, 向所述用户设备发送所述充值建议描述标识及所述充值建议描述信息, 以使 所述用户设备根据所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值建议描述信息确定所 述充值信息。
33、 根据权利要求 31所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送器还用于: 在 所述接收器接收所述用户设备发送的携带有用户账户信息及充值信息的第一 充值请求之前, 当检测到所述用户账户对应的第一虚拟身份识别模块在预设 时间周期内未使用, 且所述用户账户对应的第二虚拟身份识别模块的余额不 足时, 向所述用户设备发送所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值建议描述信 息, 以使所述用户设备根据所述充值建议描述信息以及所述充值建议描述标 识确定所述充值信息, 所述第二虚拟身份识别模块为所述待充值的虚拟身份 识别模块, 所述充值建议描述信息包括所述第一虚拟用户身份识别模块的标 识;
所述发送器还用于: 在向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系 统发送所述第二充值请求之前, 向所述第一虚拟用户身份识别模块的运营支 撑系统发送资金转出请求; 所述资金转出请求携带所述用户账户信息及转出 金额; 所述转出金额等于所述充值金额, 以使所述第一虚拟用户身份识别模 块的运营支撑系统转出所述转出金额到所述用户账户信息对应的账户中。
34、 根据权利要求 31所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送器还用于: 在 所述接收器接收所述用户设备发送的携带有用户账户信息及充值信息的第一 充值请求之前, 当所述待充值的虚拟用户身份识别模块的费率有优惠, 且所 述待充值的虚拟用户身份识别模块的余额低于预定金额时, 向所述用户设备 发送所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值建议描述信息, 以使所述用户设备 根据所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值建议描述信息确定所述充值信息。
35、 根据权利要求 31至 34任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理 器还用于: 在所述向所述用户设备发送所述充值建议描述标识以及所述充值 建议描述信息之后, 保存所述充值建议描述标识与所述充值建议描述信息之 间的关系;
所述处理器根据所述用户设备确定的充值建议描述标识确定充值建议描 述信息具体为: 所述处理器根据所述用户设备确定的充值建议描述标识, 以 及所述充值建议描述标识与所述充值建议描述信息之间的关系, 确定所述充 值建议描述信息。
36、 根据权利要求 29至 35任一项所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收 器还用于: 在所述发送器向所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统 发送所述第二充值请求之后, 接收所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支 撑系统在充值成功后返回的响应消息, 并根据所述响应消息记录充值后所述 用户账户信息对应的账户的余额以及所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块在所述 运营支撑系统中的账户余额;
所述发送器还用于: 向所述用户设备发送充值结果, 所述充值结果包括 已充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识及余额。
37、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
处理器, 用于确定充值信息; 所述充值信息用于确定待充值的虚拟身份 识别模块, 以及充值金额;
发送器, 用于向虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送携带有用户账户信息及 所述充值信息的第一充值请求, 以使所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备向所述 待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的运营支撑系统发送携带所述充值金额的第二充 值请求; 接收器, 用于接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备发送的充值结果。
38、 根据权利要求 37所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理器具体用于: 获取用户输入的充值操作指令, 根据所述充值操作指令确定所述充值信 息;
其中, 所述充值信息包括所述待充值的虚拟身份识别模块的标识信息及 充值金额信息。

40、 根据权利要求 39所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送器还用于: 在 所述处理器确定所述充值信息之前, 检测所述用户设备所在的地理位置, 当 所述用户设备所在的地理位置发生变化时, 向所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设 备发送位置信息, 所述位置信息用于指示所述用户设备所处的位置, 以使所 述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备根据所述位置信息确定所述待充值的虚拟身份 识别模块为所述用户设备所处位置可用的或费用最优的虚拟身份识别模块; 所述接收器还用于: 接收所述虚拟身份识别模块服务设备在所述待充值 的虚拟身份识别模块的费用不足时, 发送的所述充值建议描述标识及所述充 值建议描述信息;
