本发明实施例提供了一种漫游结束后的网络搜索方法及设备,可以当终端设备漫游结束后,自动将网络搜索模式由手动选网切换到自动选网,以注册到归属地公共陆地移动网络(Home Public Land Mobile Network,HPLMN),使用户可以正常使用终端设备进行通信。

切换单元303,用于当终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值时,将上述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网。
作为一种可选的实施方式,该网络搜索设备还可以包括第三搜索单元,用于搜索已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN和/或归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN,以确定是否能接入RPLMN或HPLMN。其中,第三搜索单元可由下文中的第一搜索单元308或第二搜索单元313代替,故未在图中进行示出。
本发明实施例中,为解决用户由漫游地回到归属地,归属地没有用户在手动选网模式下选择的网络而造成的不能搜索到网络的问题,可以判断终端设备的网络搜索模式为手动选网,并且处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值后,将终端设备的网络搜索模式切换到自动选网。终端设备在自动选网模式下,根据选网策略,优先搜索已登记公共陆地移动网络(Registered Public Land Mobile Network,RPLMN)和HPLMN,即可较为迅速地搜索到归属地网络并进行接入。
本发明实施例可以根据上述方法示例对漫游结束后的网络搜索设备进行功能单元的划分,例如,可以对应各个功能划分各个功能单元,也可以将两个或两个以上的功能集成在一个处理单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。举例来说,上述第一判断单元301、统计单元302以及切换单元303可以集成到中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)之中。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中对单元的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
在图3所描述的设备中,当判断终端设备的网络搜索模式为手动选网后,统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间;若终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值,则可推断终端设备为由国际漫游地回到归属地,因此,将终端设备的网络搜索模式切换为自动选网以搜索到HPLMN来进行接入。由此可见,利用图3所描述的设备,可以当终端设备漫游结束后,自动将网络搜索模式由手动选网切换到自动选网,以注册到HPLMN,使用户可以正常使用终端设备进行通信。
请一并参阅图4A,图4A是本发明实施例公开的另一种漫游结束后的网络搜索设备的结构示意图。其中,图4A所示的设备是由图3所示的设备进行 优化得到的,与图3所示的设备相比,图4A所示的设备还包括:
查询单元304,用于查询终端设备的服务状态记录。
第二判断单元305,用于判断上述服务状态是否由漫游状态切换到本地状态。
作为一种可选的实施方式,上述统计单元302,具体用于当上述服务状态由漫游状态切换到本地状态时,统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
第二获取单元306,用于获取终端设备中预置的上述HPLMN的频段信息。
本发明实施例中,终端设备中为了搜索不同运营商的网络,需预置与运营商的网络的频段所对应的射频驱动。当需要全网搜索时,需要加载所有的射频驱动来进行全网搜索,这样的搜网策略会增加终端设备的功耗,并造成通信信号的稳定性降低。因此,当已知所需搜索的网络为HPLMN后,可以仅加载对应HPLMN频段信息的射频驱动,卸载其他射频驱动,以降低基带功耗,保证通信稳定性。
加载单元307,用于加载对应上述频段信息的射频驱动。
第一搜索单元308,用于利用上述对应上述频段信息的射频驱动搜索上述HPLMN以进行注册。
作为一种可选的实施方式,上述切换单元303,具体用于使终端设备的应用处理器发送网络搜索模式切换指令至终端设备的基带处理器,以使上述基带处理器将上述网络搜索模式切换为自动选网。
作为一种可选的实施方式,查询单元304、第二判断单元305、第二获取单元306以及加载单元307也可以集成到中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)之中。而第一搜索单元308可以为射频RF模块。
在图4A所描述的设备中,当判断终端设备的网络搜索模式为手动选网后,查询终端设备的服务状态记录;若服务状态由漫游状态切换到本地状态,则统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间;若终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值,则可推断终端设备为由国际漫游地回到归属地,因此,将终端设备的网络搜索模式切换为自动选网以搜索到HPLMN来进行接入。由此可见,利用图4A所描述的设备,可以当终端设备漫游结束后,自动将网络搜索模式由手动选网切换到自动选网,以注册到HPLMN,使用户可以正常使用终端设 备进行通信。
请参阅图4B,图4B是本发明实施例公开的另一种漫游结束后的网络搜索设备的结构示意图。其中,图4B所示的设备是由图3所示的设备进行优化得到的,与图3所示的设备相比,图4B所示的设备还包括:
第一获取单元309,用于获取当前地理位置;
第三判断单元310,用于判断商户说地理位置是否为用户的归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN所属的地理位置;
统计单元302,具体用于当上述地理位置为HPLMN所属的地理位置时,统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
作为一种可选的实施方式,该网络搜索设备还可以包括:
第三获取单元311,用于获取所述终端设备中预置的所述HPLMN的网络制式;
修改单元312,用于将所述终端设备的无线电接入技术RAT修改为包含HPLMN的网络制式;
第二搜索单元313,用于利用包含HPLMN的网络制式的RAT搜索HPLMN以进行注册。
请参阅图5,图5为本发明实施例公开的一种终端设备的结构示意图。如图5所示,该终端设备包括:处理器501以及存储器502;其中存储器502可以用于处理器501执行数据处理所需要的缓存,还可以用于提供处理器501执行数据处理调用的数据以及获得的结果数据的存储空间。
在本发明实施例中,处理器501通过调用存储于存储器502中的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
判断终端设备当前的网络搜索模式是否为手动选网;
若上述网络搜索模式为手动选网,则统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间;
若终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值,则将上述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器501通过调用存储于存储器502中的程序代码,还用于执行以下操作:
查询终端设备的服务状态记录;
判断上述服务状态是否由漫游状态切换到本地状态;
上述统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间,包括:
若上述服务状态由漫游状态切换到本地状态,则统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器501通过调用存储于存储器502中的程序代码,还用于执行以下操作:
获取终端设备中预置的上述HPLMN的频段信息;
加载对应上述频段信息的射频驱动,卸载不对应上述频段信息的射频驱动;
利用上述对应上述频段信息的射频驱动搜索上述HPLMN以进行注册。
在图5所描述的终端设备中,当判断终端设备的网络搜索模式为手动选网后,查询终端设备的服务状态记录;若服务状态由漫游状态切换到本地状态,则统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间;若终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值,则可推断终端设备为由国际漫游地回到归属地,因此,将终端设备的网络搜索模式切换为自动选网以搜索到HPLMN来进行接入。由此可见,利用图5所描述的终端设备,可以当终端设备漫游结束后,自动将网络搜索模式由手动选网切换到自动选网,以注册到HPLMN,使用户可以正常使用终端设备进行通信。
请参阅图6,图6为本发明实施例公开的另一种终端设备的结构示意图。如图6所示,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本发明实施例方法部分。该终端可以为包括手机、平板电脑、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、POS(Point of Sales,销售终端)、车载电脑等任意终端设备,以终端为手机为例:
图6示出的是与本发明实施例提供的终端相关的手机的部分结构的框图。参考图6,手机包括:射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路601、存储器602、输入单元603、显示单元604、传感器605、音频电路606、无线保真(wireless fidelity,WiFi)模块607、处理器608、以及电源609等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的手机结构并不构成对手机的限定,可以包括比图示 更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
下面结合图6对手机的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
RF电路601可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器608处理;另外,将设计上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路601包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路601还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)等。
存储器602可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器608通过运行存储在存储器602的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器602可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器602可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元603可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元603可包括触控面板6031以及其他输入设备6032。触控面板6031,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板6031上或在触控面板6031附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板6031可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信 息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器608,并能接收处理器608发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板6031。除了触控面板6031,输入单元603还可以包括其他输入设备6032。具体地,其他输入设备6032可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元604可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机的各种菜单。显示单元604可包括显示面板6041,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板6041。进一步的,触控面板6031可覆盖显示面板6041,当触控面板6031检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器608以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器608根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板6041上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图6中,触控面板6031与显示面板6041是作为两个独立的部件来实现手机的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板6031与显示面板6041集成而实现手机的输入和输出功能。
手机还可包括至少一种传感器605,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板6041的亮度,接近传感器可在手机移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板6041和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于手机还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路606、扬声器6061,传声器6062可提供用户与手机之间的音频接口。音频电路606可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器6061,由扬声器6061转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器6062将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路606接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数 据输出处理器608处理后,经RF电路601以发送给比如另一手机,或者将音频数据输出至存储器602以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,手机通过WiFi模块607可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图6示出了WiFi模块607,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于手机的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器608是手机的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器602内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器602内的数据,执行手机的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器608可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器608可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器608中。
手机还包括给各个部件供电的电源609(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器608逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出,手机还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
前述实施例中,各步骤方法流程可以基于该终端设备的结构实现。其中应用层和操作系统内核均可视为处理器608的抽象化结构的组成部分。
在本发明实施例中,处理器608通过调用存储于存储器602中的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
判断终端设备当前的网络搜索模式是否为手动选网;
若上述网络搜索模式为手动选网,则统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间;
若终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值,则将上述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器608通过调用存储于存储器602中的程序代码,还用于执行以下操作:
查询终端设备的服务状态记录;
判断上述服务状态是否由漫游状态切换到本地状态;
上述统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间,包括:
若上述服务状态由漫游状态切换到本地状态,则统计终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器608通过调用存储于存储器602中的程序代码,还用于执行以下操作:
获取终端设备中预置的上述HPLMN的频段信息;

本发明实施例还提供一种非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质存储用于电子数据交换的计算机程序,该计算机程序使得计算机执行如上述方法实施例中记载的任一方法的部分或全部步骤,所述计算机包括上述网络搜索设备。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序可操作来使计算机执行如上述方法实施例中记载的任一方法的部分或全部步骤。该计算机程序产品可以为一个软件安装包,所述计算机包括上述网络搜索设备。
值得注意的是,上述漫游后的网络搜索设备和终端设备实施例中,所包括的各个单元只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
另外,本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-only Memory,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,EPROM)、一次可编程只读存储器(One-time Programmable Read-Only Memory,OTPROM)、电子抹除式可复写只读存储器(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储器、磁盘存储器、磁带存储器、或者能够用于携带或存储数据的计算机可读的任何其他介质。
以上仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明实施例揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种漫游结束后的网络搜索方法,其特征在于,包括:
    判断终端设备当前的网络搜索模式是否为手动选网;
    若所述网络搜索模式为手动选网,则统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间;
    若所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值,则将所述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,在确定所述网络搜索模式为手动选网之后,所述方法还包括:
    查询所述终端设备的服务状态记录;
    判断所述服务状态是否由漫游状态切换到本地状态;
    所述统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间,包括:
    若所述服务状态由漫游状态切换到本地状态,则统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其特征在于,在确定所述网络搜索模式为手动选网之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取当前地理位置;
    判断所述地理位置是否为所述用户的归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN所属的地理位置;
    所述统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间,包括:
    若所述地理位置为所述HPLMN所属的地理位置,则统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述方法,其特征在于,所述将所述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述终端设备中预置的所述HPLMN的频段信息;
    加载对应所述频段信息的射频驱动,卸载不对应所述频段信息的射频驱动;
    利用所述对应所述频段信息的射频驱动搜索所述HPLMN以进行注册。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述方法,其特征在于,所述将所述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述终端设备中预置的所述HPLMN的网络制式;
    将所述终端设备的无线电接入技术RAT修改为包含所述HPLMN的网络制式;
    利用包含所述HPLMN的网络制式的RAT搜索所述HPLMN以进行注册。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5中任意一项所述方法,其特征在于,所述将所述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网,包括:
    使所述终端设备的应用处理器发送网络搜索模式切换指令至所述终端设备的基带处理器,以使所述基带处理器将所述网络搜索模式切换为自动选网。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断终端设备当前的网络搜索模式是否为手动选网,包括:
    所述终端设备启动时,判断所述终端设备当前的网络搜索模式是否为手动选网。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备搜索已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN,以确定是否能接入所述RPLMN。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备搜索归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN,以确定是否能接入所述HPLMN。
  10. 一种漫游结束后的网络搜索设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一判断单元,用于判断终端设备当前的网络搜索模式是否为手动选网;
    统计单元,用于当所述网络搜索模式为手动选网时,统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间;
    切换单元,用于当所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间超过预设时间阈值时,将所述网络搜索模式切换到自动选网。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    查询单元,用于查询所述终端设备的服务状态记录;
    第二判断单元,用于判断所述服务状态是否由漫游状态切换到本地状态;
    所述统计单元,具体用于当所述服务状态由漫游状态切换到本地状态时,统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第一获取单元,用于获取当前地理位置;
    第三判断单元,用于判断所述地理位置是否为所述用户的归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN所属的地理位置;
    所述统计单元,具体用于当所述地理位置为所述HPLMN所属的地理位置时,统计所述终端设备处于无服务状态的时间。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第二获取单元,用于获取所述终端设备中预置的所述HPLMN的频段信息;
    加载单元,用于加载对应所述频段信息的射频驱动;
    第一搜索单元,用于利用所述对应所述频段信息的射频驱动搜索所述HPLMN以进行注册。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第三获取单元,用于获取所述终端设备中预置的所述HPLMN的网络制式;
    修改单元,用于将所述终端设备的无线电接入技术RAT修改为包含所述HPLMN的网络制式;
    第二搜索单元,用于利用包含所述HPLMN的网络制式的RAT搜索所述HPLMN以进行注册。
  15. 根据权利要求10~14中任意一项所述设备,其特征在于,
    所述切换单元,具体用于使所述终端设备的应用处理器发送网络搜索模式切换指令至所述终端设备的基带处理器,以使所述基带处理器将所述网络搜索模式切换为自动选网。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一判断单元,具体用于所述终端设备启动时,判断所述终端设备当前的网络搜索模式是否为手 动选网。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第三搜索单元,用于搜索已登记公共陆地移动网络RPLMN和/或归属地公共陆地移动网络HPLMN,以确定是否能接入所述RPLMN或所述HPLMN。
  18. 一种终端设备,包括:处理器和存储器,其特征在于,所述处理器用于执行权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的方法。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,其存储用于电子数据交换的计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序使得计算机执行如权利要求1~9任一项所述的方法。
