本人已设计了一种微型负离子空气净化器, 体积小, 便于携带和使用。 该 微型负离子空气净化器包括壳体及固定在壳体内的用于产生负离子的电路板; 微型负离子空气净化器通电, 电路板产生负离子从而实现净化空气。 壳体包括 通过卡接固定的前壳和后壳, 前壳设有卡扣, 后壳设有卡孔, 卡扣和卡孔配合 实现固定。 前壳和后壳分别设有凸出其侧壁边沿的卡板, 卡扣和卡孔都设置在 卡板, 卡扣和卡孔卡接后壳体两侧有卡板之间形成的通孔。 此方案未公开。 由 于壳体两侧有通孔, 从而灰尘或其它杂物等容易从通孔处进入到壳体内部, 从 而影响壳体内的电路板正常工作。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种壳体侧壁封闭设置的微型负离子空 气净化器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种微型负离子空气净化器, 包括卡接固定的前壳和后壳以及用于生成负离子的电路板, 还包括固定在所述 前壳和后壳的两侧壁的连接处的封闭壳, 所述封闭壳适合所述前壳和后壳配合 后的侧壁大小。
优选的, 所述前壳和后壳表面及端部分别设有向其侧壁延伸的凸沿, 所述 封闭壳放置在所述凸沿内。 封闭壳放置在凸沿内, 使封闭壳与前壳及后壳的配 合固定效果好。

本发明由于微型负离子空气净化器包括固定在前壳和后壳的两侧壁的连接 处的封闭壳, 封闭壳适合前壳和后壳配合后的侧壁大小, 从而封闭壳把前壳和 后壳连接处封闭, 防止灰尘或其它杂物从壳体侧壁进入到壳体内。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型负离子空气净化器, 如图 1至图 5所示, 包括卡接固定 的前壳 1和后壳 2以及用于生成负离子的电路板 4,还包括固定在所述前壳 1和 后壳 2的两侧壁的连接处的封闭壳 3 ,所述封闭壳 3适合所述前壳 1和后壳 2配 合后的侧壁大小。本发明由于微型负离子空气净化器包括固定在前壳 1和后壳 2 的两侧壁的连接处的封闭壳 3 ,封闭壳 3适合前壳 1和后壳 2配合后的侧壁大小, 从而封闭壳 3把前壳 1和后壳 2连接处封闭, 防止灰尘或其它杂物从壳体侧壁 进入到壳体内。
如图 2所示,封闭壳 3为两个,分别固定在前壳 1和后壳 2连接处的两侧处, 防止固定后的前壳 1和后壳 2之间的侧壁处有通孔。 结合图 4和图 5所示, 前 壳 1和后壳 2的表面及端部分别设有向其侧壁延伸的凸沿, 封闭壳 3放置在凸 沿内, 且凸沿的高度等于封闭壳 3的厚度; 把封闭壳 3放置在凸沿内这样就使 封闭壳 3 的固定更加牢固, 而且使微型负离子空气净化器的外部更加美观。 当 然, 本实施例也可以把封闭壳 3的厚度和凸沿不等设置。
如图 4和图 5所示, 前壳 1设有卡扣 12, 后壳 2设有与卡扣 12卡配的卡孔 22, 卡扣 12至少一侧设有前开口 13 , 结合图 3 , 封闭壳 3设有用于放置在前开 口 13内的凸块 31 ; 后壳 2对应前开口 13设置有后开口 23 , 封闭壳 3设置有用 于放置在后开口 23内的凸块 31 , 前开口 13和后开口 23等大设置。 凸块 31的 一侧设有向上的凸起 32, 凸起 32分别和前壳侧壁及后壳侧壁进行卡配, 从而当 前壳 1和后壳 2固定时, 凸起 32和前壳侧壁及后壳侧壁卡配使封闭壳 3牢固的 固定在前壳 1和后壳 2之间。
本实施例壳体上设置有向上凸起的卡板, 包括设置在前壳 1 上的前卡板 11 及设置在后壳 2上的后卡板 21 , 且卡扣 12位于前卡板 11上, 卡孔 22位于后卡 板 21上。前壳 1上设有三个间隔的前卡板 11 ,卡板 11之间有所述的前开口 13; 后壳 2对应前壳 1设置。
如图 1和图 2所示,封闭壳 3的外表面设有圓弧面结构的凹槽,凹槽为多个, 且均布设置, 从图中可以看到, 多个凹槽形成一矩形结构。 设置凹槽不仅能够 减轻重量, 而且还使微型负离子空气净化器的外表更加美观。
如图 2所示, 电路板 4一端设有一 usb插头 41 , 设置 usb插头 41和电脑进 行插接配合实现微型负离子空气净化器通电, 从而电路板 4产生负离子, 进而 实现净化空气的作用。 现在电脑人们艮常用, 无论是在家还是在工作地方, 电 脑都很普遍, 设置 usb插头 41方便人们携带和随时随地使用。 结合图 1 , 电路 板 4的另一端设有用于传输负离子的传输头(图中未显示), 壳体对应处设有用 于避让该传输头的避让孔 5。 当然, 本实施例的插头可根据需要进行调整。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述前壳和 后壳表面及端部分别设有向其侧壁延伸的凸沿, 所述封闭壳放置在所述凸沿内。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述前壳设 有卡扣, 所述后壳设有与所述卡扣卡接配合的卡孔, 所述卡扣至少一侧设有前 开口, 所述封闭壳设有用于放置在所述前开口内的凸块。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述后壳对 应所述前开口设有后开口, 所述封闭盖设有用于放置在所述后开口内的凸块。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述凸块设 有与所述前壳侧壁、 后壳侧壁卡配的凸起。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述凸沿的 高度等于所述封闭壳边沿的厚度。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述封闭壳 外表面设有 槽。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的微型负离子空气净化器, 其特征在于, 所述凹槽为 圓弧面结构。
