싱크대의 상판에 형성되는 보조식기 건조선반대
본 발명은 싱크대의 상판에 형성되는 보조식기 건조선반대에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 싱크대 상판의 개수대에서 많은 양의 식기 등을 세척하고 난 후, 많은 양의 식기 등을 올려놓고 건조할 수 있는 공간이 부족할 때, 조리대의 일측에서 승, 하강하는 보조식기 건조선반대를 상부로 인출하여 식기 등을 올려놓고 건조시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
일반적으로 식당이나 일반 가정의 주방에는 설거지나 채소를 씻기 위하여 싱크대가 구비된다. 이러한 싱크대는 주방의 형태 및 크기에 따라서 그에 맞도록 제작 설치되는데, 통상적인 싱크대의 구조는 양념 등을 보관할 수 있는 본체와, 상기 본체의 상부에 장착되어 조리대의 역할을 하는 상판과, 이 상판에 형성되며 일정한 내부공간을 갖추어 식기 등을 세척할 수 있도록 이루어진 개수대로 이루어 진다.
따라서, 상기 싱크대를 이용하여 식기 혹은 채소 등을 세척하는 경우, 개수대의 내부공간에서 식기, 채소 등을 세척하고, 물기를 제거하기 위하여 식기 등을 별도로 마련된 건조공간으로 이동하여 적치하게 된다.

종래의 선반은 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이 싱크대(1)의 저면에 나사(4)등을 매개로 고정시킬 수 있는 고정판(2)과, 그 고정판(2)에 의해서 지지되는 지지봉(6) 및 상기 지지봉(6)의 하단부에 격자형상을 갖는 그릇 적재부(5)가 설치되어 있다.
상기 종래의 선반은 나사(4)를 이용하여 고정판(2)을 싱크대(1)의 저면에 부착시킨 후 상기 고정판(2)에 지지봉(6)을 결합하면 선반의 설치가 완료되는 것으로서, 이러한 선반은 그 크기가 소형으로 많은 양의 그릇을 보관할 때에는 별도의 건조대가 반드시 필요하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창출한 것으로, 싱크대의 상부에 설치되는 상판의 개수대에서 많은 양의 식기 등을 세척하고 난 후, 식기 등을 건조대에 올려놓을 공간이 부족할 때, 조리대의 일측에 형성된 보조식기 건조선반대를 상부로 인출하여 고정대로 고정시켜 놓은 다음, 조리대 등에 올려놓고 남은 식기 등을 보조식기 건조선반대에 올려놓고 건조시킬 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다.
또한, 상기 보조식기 건조선반대의 인출 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다.
그뿐만 아니라 보조식기 건조선반대에 식기 등을 올려놓기 때문에 식기 등을 정리 정돈된 상태에서 건조시길 수 있도록 하는데에도 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 갖는 본 발명의 구성을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 도 2 및 도 3에 나타내는 바와 같이, 식기 등을 세척하기 위한 개수대(21)와, 개수대(21)의 일측에서 조리할 수 있도록 조리대(22)를 형성하고 있는 상판(20)을 상부측에 형성한 싱크대(10)와.

또한, 본 발명은 상기 조리대(22)의 일측에 형성된 삽입공(23)을 통해 상부로 인출되는 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 지지대(31)의 내부면에 다수개의 지지편(33)이 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 표면에 형성되는 요철부(34)의 단부측을 하부로 경사지게 형성하고, 표면을 요철부(34)로 형성하여 요부로 식기(70)에서 흘러내리는 물을 안내하여 개수대(21)로 배출할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 상기 고정대(60)의 내부에는 삽입 및 인출되는 인출봉(61)을 형성하고, 고정대(60)의 단부측에 형성된 고정볼트(62)로 인출봉(61)을 고정할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 싱크대(10)의 상부에 설치된 상판(20)의 개수대(21)에서 많은 양의 식기(70)를 세척하고 난 후, 조리대(22)에 올려놓고 남은 식기(70)를 건조하기 위한 공간이 부족할 때, 상판(20)의 조리대(22) 일측에 형성된 보조식기 건조선반대(30)를 상부로 인출하여 고정대(60)로 고정해서 남은 식기(70)를 정리정돈하여 올려놓고 건조시킬 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 구성을 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 도 2의 사시도에 나타내는 바와 같이, 싱크대(10)의 상부에는 상판(20)이 구성된다. 상기 상판(20)에는 일측에 식기(70)를 세척할 수 있는 개수대(21)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 개수대(21)의 일측에는 요리할 수 있는 조리대(22)가 형성되어 있다.
그리고 조리대(22)의 일측에는 삽입공(23)이 천공되어 있고, 상기 삽입공(23)에는 엘보형의 보조식기 건조선반대(30)가 삽입되어 구성된다.

상기와 같이 상부로 지지대(31)를 인출하면서 높이를 조절하여 고정하게 되면 상부로 젖혀져 있던 고정편(41)은 탄성을 갖고 하부로 젖혀지면서 지지대(31)의 지지편(33)에 의해 형성되는 삽입구(32)에 삽입되어 지지대(31)를 고정하게 되므로 보조식기 건조선반대(30)는 상부로 인출된 상태에서 고정된다.
이때 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 표면에 형성되는 요철부(34)의 단부측이 약하기 때문에 조리대(22)의 타측에 형성된 회전봉(50)의 양단부측에 일체로 결합된 고정대(60)를 상부로 회전시켜서 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 표면에 형성되는 요철부(34)의 단부측을 받쳐서 고정하게 된다. 상기 고정대(60)도 지지대(31)의 높낮이에 맞추어 고정대(60)의 내부에 삽입된 인출봉(61)을 인출하여 고정볼트(62)로 높낮이 조절된 인출봉(62)을 조여서 고정하면 된다.
그리고 상기 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 표면에 남은 식기(70)를 올려놓고 건조시키면 된다. 이때 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 표면은 하부로 경사지게 형성되어 있기 때문에, 표면에 올려진 식기(70)에서 흘러내리는 물은 요철부(34)로 형성된 요부로 안내되어 경사면을 따라 개수대(21)로 배출하게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 보조식기 건조선반대(30)에서 식기(70)를 건조하고 나서, 사용하지 않을 때에는 도 4에 나타내는 바와 같이, 회전봉(50)의 양단부에 형성된 고정대(60)를 하부로 젖혀준 후, 지지대(31)를 삽입공(23)으로 눌러 주게 되면, 지지대(31)가 하향하면서 삽입이 된다. 이때 지지대(31)의 지지편(33)은 고정편(41)을 하부로 젖혀준다. 또한, 지지대(31)가 완전히 삽입공(23)으로 삽입이 되면 하부로 젖혀져 있던 고정편(41)은 다시 탄성을 갖고 상부로 회전하여 지지대(31)의 지지편(33)에 의해 형성되는 삽입구(32)에 삽입이 된다.
이와 같이 고정편(41)은 상부나 하부로 회전하여 젖혀져 있다가 지지대(31)가 고정하게 되면, 원래의 위치로 복귀하여 지지대(31)의 지지편(33)에 의해 형성되는 삽입구(32)에 삽입이 되는 것이다.
상기한 바와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명이 비록 한정된 실시 예에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 이것에 의해 한정되지 않으며 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 본 발명의 기술사상과 아래에 기재될 청구범위의 균등범위 내에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다 할 것이다.
상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명은 싱크대의 상판 개수대에서 많은 양의 식기를 세척하고 난 후, 식기 등을 건조하기 위한 공간이 부족할 때, 조리대의 일측에 형성된 보조식기 건조선반대를 간단하게 상부로 인출하여 식기 등을 정리 정돈 하여 건조시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
즉, 공간을 많이 차지하는 건조대를 별도로 구입하지 않고도 개수대의 일측에서 필요시에만 인출하여 사용할 수 있으므로 작은 공간에서도 많은 양의 식기를 정리정돈하여 올려놓고 건조시킬 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 식기 등을 세척하기 위한 개수대(21)와, 개수대(21)의 일측에서 조리할 수 있도록 조리대(22)를 형성하고 있는 상판(20)을 상부측에 형성한 싱크대(10)와.
    상기 상판(20) 조리대(22)의 일측에 천공된 삽입공(23)에 삽입되어 장착된 후, 상부로 인출되어 식기를 올려놓을 수 있게 엘보형으로 이루어진 보조식기 건조선반대(30)와,
    상기 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 일측을 절곡하여 형성되는 지지대(31)의 내부면에 경사지게 돌출하여 삽입구(32)를 형성한 지지편(33)과,
    상기 지지편(33)에 의해 형성된 삽입구(32)에 삽입되어 상부로 인출된 보조식기 건조선반대(30)를 고정할 수 있도록 고정봉(40)에 상, 하로 이동할 수 있게 탄성을 갖추어 상부로 경사지게 형성되는 고정편(41)과,
    상기 조리대(22)의 상부로 인출된 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 단부측을 고정할 수 있게, 조리대(22)의 타측에 형성되어 회전하는 회전봉(50)의 양단부측에 일체로 결합된 고정대(60)을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 싱크대의 상판에 형성되는 보조식기 건조선반대.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 조리대(22)의 일측에 형성된 삽입공(23)을 통해 상부로 인출되는 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 지지대(31)의 내부면에 다수개의 지지편(33)이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 싱크대의 상판에 형성되는 보조식기 건조선반대.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 보조식기 건조선반대(30)의 표면에 형성되는 요철부(34)의 단부측을 하부로 경사지게 형성하고, 표면을 요철부(34)로 형성하여 요부로 식기에서 흘러내리는 물을 안내하여 개수대(21)로 배출할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 싱크대의 상판에 형성되는 보조식기 건조선반대.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 고정대의 내부에는 삽입 및 인출되는 인출봉을 형성하고, 고정대의 단부측에 형성된 고정볼트로 인출봉을 고정할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 싱크대의 상판에 형성되는 보조식기 건조선반대.
