技术领域
本发明涉及虚拟香烟技术领域, 特别是涉及一种电子烟。 背景技术
电子烟, 与香烟的外观、 味道相近, 是一种香烟的替代品。
请参考图 1和图 2, 其中图 1为现有技术中一种电子烟的第一主体部的结 构示意图, 图 2为现有技术中一种电子烟的第二主体部的结构示意图。
电子烟通常包括第一主体部和第二主体部,其中第一主体部包括雾化装置 01、 储油棉 02、 上电极 03以及套设置于上电极 03的绝缘环 04等部件; 第二 主体部主要包括电池 07、 下电极 08、 控制器 09和灯帽 010等部件, 其中下电 极 08和控制器 09均与电池 07相电连接, 控制器 09与灯帽 010相电连接。
第一主体部的一端设置有吸嘴 05 , 另一端设置有螺纹部 06, 第二主体部 的一端设置有灯帽 010, 另一端设置有与螺纹部 06相配合的内螺纹。 在使用 时, 通过螺纹部 06和内螺纹的相互配合, 可以使第一主体部和第二主体部相 结合。 使用者在使用过程中, 电子烟会模拟吸香烟的过程, 雾化装置 01会将 储油棉 02中的物质雾化, 模拟烟气; 控制器 09会根据使用者的吸烟过程, 控 制灯帽 010的亮、 暗, 以模拟香烟燃烧时的状态。
但是,现有的电子烟的第二主体部的杆部通常是金属材质的, 第二主体部 的外表面十分光滑,在使用过程中, 由于第二主体部与使用者的手指之间的摩 擦力较小, 电子烟容易从使用者手中脱落, 造成使用者的不便。
因此, 如何防止电子烟脱落, 是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电子烟, 可以有效防止电子烟的脱落。
本发明提供了一种电子烟, 包括设置有雾化装置和电池组件的杆体部,还 包括套层, 所述套层套置于所述杆体部的外表面, 所述套层的外表面设置有摩 擦部。

本发明的核心是提供一种电子烟, 可以有效防止电子烟的脱落。

实施例一

在本具体实施例中, 电子烟包括第一主体部 1-1和第二主体部 1-2, 其中 第一主体部 1—2设置有雾化装置以及确保雾化装置正常工作的部件如储油棉 等, 第一主体部 1-1的一端设置有吸嘴, 另一端设置有螺纹部 1-5; 第二主体 部 1-2的一端设置有灯帽 1-3 ,灯帽 1-3与设置于第二主体部 1-2的电池组件相 电连接, 另一端设置有用于与第一主体部 1-1的螺纹部 1-5相配合的螺纹, 第 一主体部 1-1和第二主体部 1-2通过螺纹部 1-5以及螺纹的相互配合实现可拆 卸的设置。
第二主体部 1-2还包括套层, 套层套设于第二主体部 1-2的外表面, 其中 套层的外表面设置有球状凸纹 1-4, 球状凸纹 1-4分布于整个套层。

此外, 为了保证电子烟的触感更为舒适, 在本具体实施例中, 套层为橡胶 套层。 由于橡胶套层质软, 因此, 可以增加使用者的舒适性。 当然, 也不排除 采用其他的软质材料用来制作套层, 如套层还可以为 EVA (乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯 共聚物)材质套层。
需要说明的是, 在本实施例中, 摆球凸纹 3-4分布于整个套层的外表面, 当然,也不排除根据使用习惯局部设置,如可以将摆球凸纹设置于第二主体部 靠近用于与第一主体部相连接的端部。
实施例四
请参考图 9和图 10, 图 9为实施例四中所提供的一种电子烟的分体式结 构示意图, 图 10为图 9所示电子烟的结构示意图。
在本具体实施例中, 电子烟包括第一主体部 4-1和第二主体部 4-2, 其中 第一主体部 4-1 设置有雾化装置以及确保雾化装置正常工作的部件如储油棉 等, 第一主体部 4-1的一端设置有吸嘴, 另一端设置有螺纹部 4-5; 第二主体 部 4-2的一端设置有灯帽 4-3 ,灯帽 4-3与设置于第二主体部 4-2的电池组件相 电连接, 另一端设置有用于与第一主体部 4-1的螺纹部 4-5相配合的螺纹, 第 一主体部 4-1和第二主体部 4-2通过螺纹实现可拆卸的设置。
第二主体部 4-2还包括套层, 套层套设于第二主体部 4-2的外表面, 其中 套层的外表面设置有球状凹纹 4-4, 球状凹纹 4-4分布于靠近第二主体部 4-2 用于与第一主体部 4-1相连接的端部。
如此, 通过设置球状凹纹 4-2, 使用者在使用过程中, 手指会与球状凹纹 4-2相接触, 增加手指与套层间的摩擦力, 可以有效防止在使用过程中电子烟 从手指脱落。
此外, 为了保证电子烟的触感更为舒适, 在本具体实施例中, 套层为橡胶 套层。 由于橡胶套层质软, 因此, 可以增加使用者的舒适性。 当然, 也不排除 采用其他的软质材料用来制作套层, 如套层还可以为 EVA (乙烯 -醋酸乙烯酯 共聚物)材质套层。
需要说明的是, 在本实施例中, 根据使用习惯, 球状凹纹 4-4分布于第二 主体部 4-2靠近用于与第一主体部 4-1相连接的端部, 当然, 也不排除整个套 层的外表面都设置球状凹纹。
在本文中通过四种实施例对摩擦部的具体设置情况进行了介绍, 当然,也 不排除设置其他形式的摩擦部。
在上文所提供的具体实施例中,电子烟的杆体部均包括第一主体部和第二 主体部, 当然, 杆体部也可以为一体式的杆体部, 即雾化装置和电池组件均设 置于杆体部,套层套置于杆体部的外表面,套层的外表面设置有如上文实施例 中所描述的摩擦部。
以上对本发明所提供的一种电子烟进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个 例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理 解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来 说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰, 这 些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 包括设置有雾化装置和电池组件的杆体部, 其特征在于, 还包括套层, 所述套层套置于所述杆体部的外表面, 所述套层的外表面设置有 摩擦部。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述摩擦部分布于所述 套层的整个外表面。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述杆体部包括第一主 体部和第二主体部, 所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部可拆卸设置, 其中所述 雾化装置设置于所述第一主体部, 所述电池组件设置所述第二主体部。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述套层设置于所述第 二主体部, 所述套层靠近所述第一主体部的端部设置有所述摩擦部。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述摩擦部为球状 凸纹。
6、 根据权利要求 2或 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述摩擦部为环形 凸纹, 且所述环形凸纹呈螺纹状分布。
7、 根据权利要求 2或 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述摩擦部为可摆 动的摆球凸纹。
8、 根据权利要求 2或 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述摩擦部为球状 凹纹。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 8任一条所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述套层为 橡胶套层。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 8任一条所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述套层为 EVA材质套层。
