Description

一种快速连接防松装置 技术领域 本发明涉及一种连接装置,具体地说涉及一种杆与杆之间的快速连接 防松装置。 背景技术 在市场上出售或者使用的传统摄影三脚架,各个一级管件与二级管件 的锁紧是通过接头、锁紧套, 以及该两者之间的一个或多个开口锁紧圈的 锁紧来实现的。 从实际使用效果来看, 这种结构形式简单, 但在摄影脚架 锁紧拍摄时脚管件之间锁紧使用抗震不高,且在锁紧脚管时会导致塑胶件 在脚管里卡死, 由于开口锁紧圈设计是多个且没有带锥度, 使用者在清理 摄影脚管里的沙尘时, 不会装回, 给使用者带来诸多的麻烦。 为了解决上述问题, 中国专利文献 CN201310727Y公开了一种摄影三 脚架伸缩脚管的锁紧装置, 包括一级管件, 一级管件上设有接头, 接头外 部设有螺纹, 二级管件, 锁紧圈, 锁紧套, 锁紧套内部设有螺纹, 锁紧圈 上部有带锥度开口的外圆锥面, 接头下端有与外圆锥面配合的内圆锥面, 锁紧圈上有定位凸台, 锁紧套设有让位槽。 即在上述专利文献所述的摄影 三脚架伸缩脚管的锁紧装置中, 通过旋转锁紧套, 锁紧套内的内螺纹与接 头的外螺纹相互作用, 使锁紧套与接头之间的带锥度开口锁紧圈受压, 带 锥度开口锁紧圈的外圆锥面与接头的下端内圆锥面干涉,带锥度开口锁紧 圈的定位台阶卡在锁紧套的让位槽里面,带锥度开口锁紧圈下端斜面与锁 紧套内斜面干涉, 致使带锥度开口锁紧圈抱紧二级管件, 从而达到锁紧二 级管件的目的。 但是上述专利文献所述的摄影三脚架伸缩脚管的锁紧装置中,是通过 挤压带锥度开口锁紧圈,来使得带锥度锁紧圈的外圆锥面卡紧在接头的下 端内圆锥面里, 来实现将一级管件和二级管件的锁紧, 但是该锁紧装置在 制造组装时, 对带锥度的锁紧圈与锁紧套上的内螺纹的同轴度要求较高, 否则在锁紧套与接头之间的螺纹锁紧,和锁紧圈与接头内锥臂之间的插入 会互相干涉而无法快速安装, 甚至无法安装。 发明内容 为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于现有技术中的摄影三脚架伸缩 脚管的锁紧装置结构不合理, 不能实现快速可靠连接的问题, 进而提供一 种结构合理, 可用于摄影脚架上的快速连接防松装置。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的一种快速连接防松装置, 其包括第一 主杆, 第二主杆, 以及将所述第一主杆和所述第二主杆连接在一起的连接 防松装置, 所述连接防松装置包括 设置在所述第一主杆上的第一接头; 设置在所述第二主杆上的第二接头; 以及可滑动地套设在所述第一接头上,并限制从所述第一接头的朝向 所述第二接头的一端滑脱或可滑动地套设在所述第二接头上,并限制从所 述第二接头的朝向所述第一接头的一端滑脱的连接结构; 所述第一接头的下端与所述第二接头相对的端部之间设有相互结合 防止所述第一接头与所述第二接头发生相对转动的防转结构,所述连接结 构从其所套设的所述第一接头或所述第二接头上滑向所述第二接头或所 述第一接头, 并与所述第二接头或所述第一接头可拆卸连接的过程中, 驱 动其所套设的所述第一接头或所述第二接头滑动,使所述第一接头与所述 第二接头相对的端部之间的所述防转结构结合。 所述防转结构包括成型在所述第一接头的端部的卡头或卡槽,以及与 所述卡头或卡槽匹配的, 成型在所述第二接头的端部的卡槽或卡头。 所述连接结构为连接旋钮,所述连接旋钮套设在所述第一接头或所述 第二接头上,且所述连接旋钮与所述第二接头或所述第一接头之间通过螺 纹可拆卸连接。 所述第一接头的朝向所述第一主杆的一端呈上窄下宽的锥形,所述连 接旋钮的的朝向所述第一主杆的一端成型有相应的锥形内腔,所述连接旋 钮的朝向所述第二主杆的一端内壁上成型有内螺纹,所述第二接头的外壁 上成型有匹配的外螺纹; 所述第二接头的外部还套设有防止所述第二接头上的所述外螺纹刮 手的接头护套。 所述接头外套呈中空结构,所述接头护套的下端圆周内壁与所述第二 接头螺纹连接,所述接头护套的朝向所述第二主杆的一端的圆周内壁与所 述第二接头的圆周外壁之间的间隙适合套设在所述第一接头上的所述连 接旋钮的朝向所述第二接头的一端旋入。 所述连接结构为连接旋钮, 所述连接旋钮套设在所述第二接头上, 且 所述连接旋钮与所述第一接头之间通过螺纹可拆卸连接。 所述第二接头的朝向所述第一接头的一端呈上宽下窄的锥形,所述连 接旋钮的朝向所述第二主杆的一端成型有相应的锥形内腔,所述连接旋钮 的朝向所述第一接头的一端内壁上成型有内螺纹,所述第一接头的外壁上 成型有匹配的外螺纹。 所述第一接头的外部还套设有防止所述第一接头上的所述外螺纹刮 手的接头护套。 所述接头外套呈中空结构,所述接头护套的朝向所述第一主杆的一端 圆周内壁与所述第一接头螺纹连接,所述接头护套的朝向所述第二接头的 一端圆周内壁与所述第二接头的圆周外壁之间的间隙适合套设在所述第 二接头上的所述连接旋钮的朝向所述第一主杆的一端旋入。 所述卡头为成型在所述第一接头的朝向所述第二接头的一端的呈上 宽下窄的棱锥形,所述卡槽为成型所述第二接头的朝向所述第一接头的一 端的棱锥形内腔; 所述卡头为成型在所述第二接头的朝向所述第一接头的一端的呈上 窄下宽的棱锥形,所述卡槽为成型所述第一接头的朝向所述第二接头的一 端的棱锥形内腔。 所述棱锥形成型为六角棱锥台,所述棱锥形内腔成型为相应的六角棱 锥形凹槽。 所述第二接头的朝向所述第二主杆的一端插入所述第二主杆中,并与 所述第二主杆螺纹连接; 所述第二接头与所述第二主杆的相互配合处还涂 有胶水。 所述第一接头的朝向所述第一主杆的一端端面上成型有轴向方向的 台阶孔, 所述第一主杆主杆一端插入所述台阶孔中, 且抵住所述台阶孔的 台阶面,所述第一主杆一端端头外壁与所述第一接头内壁通过螺纹方式螺 纹连接; 所述第一主杆与所述第一接头的相互配合面上还涂有胶水。 本发明的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:
( 1 ) 在本发明中, 所述连接防松装置包括设置在所述第一主杆上的 第一接头; 设置在所述第二主杆上的第二接头; 以及可滑动地套设在所述 第一接头上,并限制从所述第一接头的朝向所述第二接头的一端滑脱或可 滑动地套设在所述第二接头上,并限制从所述第二接头的朝向所述第一接 头的一端滑脱的的连接结构;所述第一接头与所述第二接头相对的端部之 间设有相互结合防止所述第一接头与所述第二接头发生相对转动的防转 结构,所述连接结构从其所套设的所述第一接头或所述第二接头上滑向所 述第二接头或所述第一接头,并与所述第二接头或所述第一接头可拆卸连 接的过程中, 驱动其所套设的所述第一接头或所述第二接头滑动, 使所述 第一接头与所述第二接头相对的端部之间的所述防转结构结合;即在本发 明中,通过设置所述连接结构使得所述第一接头与所述第二接头相抵并紧 密连接在一起,同时设置所述防转结构使得连接后的所述第一主杆和所述 第二主杆不再发生相对转动, 因此所述连接防松装置结构合理, 能够实现 快速连接。
( 2 ) 在本发明中, 所述防转结构包括成型在所述第一接头的端部的 卡头或卡槽, 以及与所述卡头或卡槽匹配的, 成型在所述第二接头的端部 的卡槽或卡头;所述卡头与所述卡槽的设置不仅能够使得所述第一主杆和 所述第二主杆锁紧后不再发生相对转动,而且还能使得所述第一主杆和所 述第二主杆在连接过程中能够快速衔接,实现所述第一主杆和所述第二主 杆之间的快速锁紧。
( 3 ) 在本发明中, 所述连接结构为连接旋钮, 所述连接旋钮套设在 所述第一接头上,且所述连接旋钮与所述第二接头之间通过螺纹可拆卸连 接; 即在本发明中, 所述第一主杆与所述第二主杆之间的锁紧是通过所述 连接旋钮与所述所述第二接头的螺纹连接来实现的, 其结构简单, 且锁紧 效率高。
( 4) 在本发明中, 所述第一接头的朝向所述第一主杆的一端呈上窄 下宽的锥形,所述连接旋钮的朝向所述第一主杆的一端成型有相应的锥形 内腔, 所述连接旋钮的朝向所述第二接头的一端内壁上成型有内螺纹, 所 述第二接头的外壁成型有匹配的外螺纹; 即在本发明中, 所述第一接头设 置为上窄下宽的锥形,可以防止套设在所述第一接头上的所述连接旋钮从 所述第一接头的的朝向所述第二接头的一端滑脱; 同时, 所述第一接头与 所述连接旋钮之间为锥面配合, 这样在旋紧过程中, 所述连接旋钮对所述 第一接头产生一定的朝向所述第二接头的挤压力,从而使得所述第一接头 与所述第二接头之间能够紧密相抵, 在旋紧后不会再发生相对滑动。
( 5 ) 在本发明中, 所述第二接头的外部还套设有防止所述第二接头 上的所述外螺纹刮手的接头护套;所述接头护套的设置能够防止所述第二 接头上未与所述连接旋钮部分连接的所述外螺纹在使用过程中刮到使用 者的手或其他物件。
( 6 ) 在本发明中, 所述接头外套呈中空结构, 所述接头护套的朝向 所述第二主杆的一端的圆周内壁与所述第二接头螺纹连接,所述接头护套 的朝向所述第一接头的圆周内壁与所述第二接头的圆周外壁之间的间隙 适合套设在所述第一接头上的所述连接旋钮的朝向所述第二接头的一端 旋入; 这样当所述第二主杆被拆分下来时, 所述第二接头上的所述外螺纹 能够被所述接头护套保护起来, 以免所述外螺纹发生损坏, 同时, 连接旋 钮的连接端隐藏入内, 结构紧凑、 外形美观。
( 7 ) 在本发明中, 所述连接结构为连接旋钮, 所述连接旋钮套设在 所述第二接头上,且所述连接旋钮与所述第一接头之间通过螺纹可拆卸连 接; 即在本发明中, 所述第一主杆与所述第二主杆之间的锁紧是通过所述 连接旋钮与所述所述第一接头的螺纹连接来实现的, 其结构简单, 且锁紧 效率高。
( 8 ) 在本发明中, 所述第一接头的外部还套设有防止所述第一接头 上的所述外螺纹刮手的接头护套,所述接头护套的设置能够防止所述第一 接头上未与所述连接旋钮部分连接的所述外螺纹在使用过程中刮到使用 者的手或其他物件。

( 10 )在本发明中, 所述卡头为成型在所述第一接头的朝向所述第二 接头的一端的呈上宽下窄的棱锥形,所述卡槽为成型所述第二接头的朝向 所述第二接头的一端的棱锥形内腔,多角锥形棱锥的设置可以使得所述卡 头和所述卡槽之间卡合的更为紧密,使得所述第一接头上的卡头插入所述 第二接头上的卡槽后,所述第一接头和所述第二接头之间就不会发生相对 转动。
( 11 )在本发明中, 所述卡头为成型在所述第二接头的朝向所述第一 接头的的呈上窄下宽的棱锥形,所述卡槽为成型所述第一接头的朝向所述 第二接头的一端的棱锥形内腔。所述棱锥形成型为六角棱锥台, 所述棱锥 形内腔成型为相应的六角棱锥形凹槽;多角棱锥的设置可以使得所述卡头 和所述卡槽之间卡合的更为紧密,使得所述第二接头上的卡头插入所述第 一接头上的卡槽后,所述第一接头和所述第二接头之间就不会发生相对转 动。
( 12)在本发明中, 所述第二接头的朝向所述第二主杆的一端插入所 述第二主杆中, 并与所述第二主杆螺纹连接, 所述第二接头与所述第二主 杆的相互配合处还涂有胶水;从而使得所述第二接头能够紧紧的连接在所 述球头件上, 不会发生相对转动。
( 13)在本发明中, 所述第二接头上还成型有适合连接转接平台的连 接构造;所述连接构造为成型在所述第二接头的朝向所述第二主杆的一端, 且适合与所述转接平台连接的螺纹中心孔,且所述螺纹中心孔与所述棱锥 形内腔相通;这样所述第二接头可以通过所述螺纹中心孔和所述转接平台 的转接螺丝相连,使得拆分下来的所述第二主杆在连接上所述转接平台后 转换成一个新的脚架。
( 14)在本发明中, 所述第一接头的朝向所述第一主杆的一端端面上 成型有轴向方向的台阶孔, 所述第一主杆一端插入所述台阶孔中, 且抵住 所述台阶孔的台阶面,所述第一主杆一端头外壁与所述第一接头内壁通过 螺纹方式螺纹连接;所述第一主杆与所述第一接头的相互配合面上还涂有 胶水; 保证所述第一接头与所述主杆能够牢固连接, 不会发生脱落。

图 5 是实施例二所述的快速连接防松装置示意图; 图中附图标记表示为: 1-第一主杆; 11-第一接头; 111-卡头; 112- 台阶孔; 12-连接旋钮; 121-锥形内腔; 122-内螺纹; 3-第二主杆; 3 第二接头; 32-连接构造; 311-外螺纹; 312-卡槽; 4-接头护套。 具体实施方式 以下将结合附图, 使用以下实施例对本发明进行进一步阐述。 实施例 1 如图 1-4所示, 本实施例所述的一种快速连接防松装置, 其包括第一 主杆 1, 第二主杆 3, 以及将所述第一主杆 1和所述第二主杆 3连接在一 起的连接防松装置,所述连接防松装置包括设置在所述第一主杆 1上的第 一接头 11 ; 设置在所述第二主杆 3上的第二接头 31 ; 以及可滑动地套设 在所述第一接头 11上, 并限制从所述第一接头 11 的朝向所述第二接头 31的一端滑脱的连接结构 12; 所述第一接头 11与所述第二接头 31相对 的端部之间设有相互结合防止所述第一接头 11与所述第二接头 31发生相 对转动的防转结构,所述连接结构 12从其所套设的所述第一接头 11上滑 向所述第二接头 31, 并与所述第二接头 31可拆卸连接的过程中, 驱动其 所套设的所述第一接头 11滑动, 使所述第一接头 11与所述第二接头 31 相对的端部之间的所述防转结构结合。在本发明中通过设置所述连接结构 使得所述第一接头 11与所述第二接头 31相抵并紧密连接在一起,同时设 置所述防转结构使得连接后的所述第一主杆 1和所述第二主杆 3之间不能 发生相对转动, 从而满足了摄影摄像器材对稳定性的要求, 更重要的是, 本发明的防转结构是在连接过程中由连接结构的驱动进行的, 因此, 能够 实现快速方便地连接。 优选所述连接结构为连接旋钮 12, 所述连接旋钮 12套设在所述第一 接头 11上,所述第一接头 11的朝向所述第一主杆 1的一端呈上窄下宽的 锥形,所述连接旋钮 12的朝向所述第一主杆 1成型有相应的锥形内腔 121, 所述连接旋钮 12的朝向所述第二主杆 3的一端的内壁上成型有内螺纹 122, 所述第二接头 31的外壁成型有匹配的外螺纹 311。 所述第一主杆 1与所 述第二主杆 3之间的锁紧是通过所述连接旋钮 12与所述第二接头 31的螺 纹连接来实现的, 其结构简单, 且锁紧效率高。 在本实施例中, 所述第一 接头 11设置为上窄下宽的锥形,可以防止套设在所述第一接头 11上的所 述连接旋钮 12从所述第一接头 11的朝向所述第二接头 31的一端滑脱; 同时, 所述第一接头 11与所述连接旋钮 12之间为锥面配合, 这样在旋紧 过程中,所述连接旋钮 12对所述第一接头 11产生一定的朝向所述第二接 头 31的挤压力, 从而使得所述第一接头 11与所述第二接头 31之间能够 紧密相抵, 在旋紧后不会再发生相对滑动。 在本实施例中, 所述防转结构包括成型在所述第一接头 11的端部的 卡头 111, 以及与所述卡头 111匹配的, 成型在所述第二接头 31的端部 的所述卡槽 312, 所述卡头 111与所述卡槽 312的设置不仅能够使得所述 第一主杆 1和所述第二主杆 3锁紧后不再发生相对转动,而且还能使得所 述第一主杆 1和所述第二主杆 3在连接过程中能够快速衔接,实现所述第 一主杆 1和所述第二主杆 3之间的快速锁紧。作为优选的实施方式, 在本 实施例中, 所述卡头 111为成型在所述第一接头 11的朝向所述第二接头 31的一端的呈上宽下窄的棱锥形, 所述卡槽 312为成型所述第二接头 31 的朝向所述第一接头 11的一端的棱锥形内腔。 且进一步优选, 所述棱锥 形成型为六角棱锥台, 所述棱锥形内腔成型为相应的六角棱锥形凹槽; 多 角棱锥的设置可以使得所述卡头 111和所述卡槽 312之间卡合的更为紧密, 使得所述第一接头 11上的卡头 111插入所述第二接头 31上的卡槽 312后, 所述第一接头 11和所述第二接头 31之间就不会发生相对转动。 进一步, 在本实施例中, 所述第二接头 31的朝向所述第二主杆 3的 一端插入所述第二主杆 3中, 并与所述第二主杆 3螺纹连接。所述第二接 头 31与所述第二主杆 3的相互配合处还涂有胶水; 从而使得所述第二接 头 31能够紧紧的连接在所述球头件上, 不会发生相对转动。 第二接头第 二接头第二接头在上述实施例的基础上, 所述第一接头 11的朝向所述第 一主杆 1的一端端面上成型有轴向方向的台阶孔 112, 所述第一主杆 1一 端插入所述台阶孔 112中, 且抵住所述台阶孔 112的台阶面, 所述第一主 杆 1一端端头外壁与所述第一接头 11内壁通过螺纹方式螺纹连接, 且所 述第一主杆 1与所述第一接头 11的相互配合面上还涂有胶水; 从而保证 所述第一接头 11与所述主杆能够牢固连接, 不会发生脱落。 在本实施例中, 所述第二接头 31的外部还套设有防止所述第二接头 31上的所述外螺纹 311刮手的接头护套 4,所述接头护套 4的设置能够防 止所述第二接头 31上未与所述连接旋钮 12部分连接的所述外螺纹 311在 使用过程中刮到使用者的手或其他物件。作为优选的实施方式, 在本实施 例中, 所述接头外套呈中空结构, 所述接头护套 4的朝向所述第二主杆 3 的一端圆周内壁与所述第二接头 31螺纹连接, 所述接头护套 4的朝向所 述第一主杆 1的一端圆周内壁与所述第二接头 31的圆周外壁之间的间隙 适合所述连接旋钮 12的朝向所述第二主杆 3的一端旋入; 当所述第二主 杆 3被拆分下来时, 所述第二接头 31上的所述外螺纹 311能够被所述接 头护套 4保护起来, 以免所述外螺纹 311发生损坏。 实施例 2 如图 5所示, 本实施例 2与实施例 1有所不同的是, 所述连接结构是 设置在所述第二接头 31上的,因此,在各部件的连接关系上会发生变化, 具体为: 所述连接结构可滑动地套设在所述第二接头 31上, 并限制从所 述第二接头 31的朝向所述第一接头 11的一端滑脱; 所述连接结构 12从 其所套设的所述第二接头 31上滑向所述第一接头 11 并与所述第一接头 11可拆卸连接的过程中, 驱动其所套设的所述第二接头 31滑动, 使所述 第一接头 11与所述第二接头 31相对的端面之间的所述防转结构结合。 在本实施例中, 优选所述连接结构为连接旋钮 12, 所述连接旋钮 12 所套设的所述第二接头 31的朝向所述第二主杆 3的一端呈上宽下窄的锥 形, 所述连接旋钮 12的朝向所述第二主杆 3的一端成型有相应的锥形内 腔 121, 所述连接旋钮 12的朝向所述第一主杆 1的一端内壁上成型有内 螺纹 122, 所述第一接头 11的外壁上成型有匹配的外螺纹 311。所述第一 主杆 1与所述第二主杆 3之间的锁紧是通过所述连接旋钮 12与所述第一 接头 11的螺纹连接来实现的, 其结构简单, 且锁紧效率高。 进一步地,在本实施例中,防转结构设置得与实施例 1中相同,当然, 在其他实施例中, 防转结构也可以设置得与实施例 1中不同, 具体为:防 转结构中的所述卡头 111为成型在所述第二接头 31的朝向所述第一主杆 1 的一端的呈上窄下宽的棱锥形, 所述卡槽 312为成型所述第一接头 11 的朝向所述第二主杆 3的一端的棱锥形内腔。 为了适应所述连接结构设置在所述第二接头 31上的结构的变化, 所 述接头外套 4套设在所述第一接头 11的外部, 用以防止所述第一接头 11 上的所述外螺纹 311刮手。 在本实施例中, 优选所述接头外套的结构为: 所述接头外套呈中空结 构, 所述接头护套 4的上端圆周内壁与所述第一接头 11螺纹连接, 所述 接头护套 4的朝向所述第二接头 31的一端圆周内壁与所述第二接头 31的 圆周外壁之间的间隙适合套设在所述第二接头 31上的所述连接旋钮 12的 朝向所述第一接头 11的一端旋入, 该种结构的接头外套不仅能防止接头 上的外螺纹刮手, 而且还能将连接旋钮的连接端隐藏入内, 结构紧凑、 外 形美观。 实施例 3 如图 1所示,在本实施例中介绍本发明的快速连接防松装置在独脚架 上的运用。此时所述第一主杆 1为独脚架的主杆; 所述第二主杆 3为独脚 架上的支座, 通常为短支腿的三脚支座。主杆与三脚支座之间通过第一接 头 11、 第二接头、 以及连接旋钮 12可拆卸连接。 当主杆与三脚支座连接 一体时为高角度拍摄的独脚架, 当主杆与三角支座分离时, 主杆下端的所 述连接旋钮 12的下端适合与脚钉连接, 形成普通的独脚架。 而三脚支座 上的所述第二接头 31上还成型有适合连接转接平台的连接构造 32。 三脚 支座通过该连接构造 32连接上转接平台后, 就形成一个低角度拍摄的三 脚架。在本实施例中,所述连接构造 32为成型在所述第二接头 31的下端, 且适合与所述转接平台连接的螺纹中心孔,且所述螺纹中心孔与所述棱锥 形内腔相通。
显然, 上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例, 而并非对实施方 式的限定。 对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说, 在上述说明的基础上还可 以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。 这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予 以穷举。 而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保 护范围之中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种快速连接防松装置, 其包括第一主杆 (1), 第二主杆 (3), 以 及将所述第一主杆 (1) 和所述第二主杆 (3) 连接在一起的连接防松装置, 其特征在于: 所述连接防松装置包括 设置在所述第一主杆 (1) 上的第一接头 (11); 设置在所述第二主杆 (3) 上的第二接头 (31); 以及可滑动地套设在所述第一接头( 11 )上,并限制从所述第一接头(11) 的朝向所述第二接头(31)的一端滑脱或可滑动地套设在所述第二接头(31) 上, 并限制从所述第二接头 (31) 的朝向所述第一接头 (11) 的一端滑脱的 连接结构; 所述第一接头 (11) 与所述第二接头 (31) 相对的端部之间设有相互结 合防止所述第一接头(11)与所述第二接头(31)发生相对转动的防转结构, 所述连接结构从其所套设的所述第一接头 (11) 或所述第二接头 (31) 上滑 向所述第二接头 (31) 或所述第一接头 (11), 并与所述第二接头 (31) 或所 述第一接头(11)可拆卸连接的过程中, 驱动其所套设的所述第一接头(11) 或所述第二接头 (31) 滑动, 使所述第一接头 (11) 与所述第二接头 (31) 相对的端部之间的所述防转结构结合。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所述防转结构 包括成型在所述第一接头 (11) 的端部的卡头 (111) 或卡槽 (312), 以及与 所述卡头 (111) 或卡槽 (312) 匹配的, 成型在所述第二接头 (31) 的端部 的卡槽 (312) 或卡头 (111)。
3. 根据权利要求 1-2中任一项所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所 述连接结构为连接旋钮(12),所述连接旋钮(12)套设在所述第一接头(11) 上, 且所述连接旋钮(12)与所述第二接头(31)之间通过螺纹可拆卸连接。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所述第一接头 (11 )的朝向所述第一主杆( 1 )的一端呈上窄下宽的锥形,所述连接旋钮( 12 ) 的朝向所述第一主杆 (1) 的一端成型有相应的锥形内腔 (121), 所述连接旋 钮 (12) 的朝向所述第二接头 (31) 的一端内壁上成型有内螺纹 (122), 所 述第二接头 (31) 的外壁上成型有匹配的外螺纹 (311)。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所述第二接头 (31) 的外部还套设有防止所述第二接头 (31) 上的所述外螺纹 (311) 刮手 的接头护套 (4)。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所述接头外套 呈中空结构, 所述接头护套 (4) 的朝向所述第二主杆 (3) 的一端的圆周内 壁与所述第二接头 (31) 螺纹连接, 所述接头护套 (4) 的朝向所述第一接头
(11) 的一端的圆周内壁与所述第二接头 (31) 的圆周外壁之间的间隙适合 套设在所述第一接头(11)上的所述连接旋钮(12)的朝向所述第二接头(31) 的一端端旋入。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所述连接 结构为连接旋钮 (12), 所述连接旋钮 (12) 套设在所述第二接头 (31) 上, 且所述连接旋钮 (12) 与所述第一接头 (11) 之间通过螺纹可拆卸连接。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所述第二接头 (31) 的朝向所述第一接头 (11) 的一端呈上宽下窄的锥形, 所述连接旋钮
(12) 的朝向所述第二主杆 (3) 的一端成型有相应的锥形内腔 (121), 所述 连接旋钮( 12)的朝向所述第一接头( 11)的一端内壁上成型有内螺纹( 122), 所述第一接头 (11) 的外壁上成型有匹配的外螺纹 (311)。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于:所述第一接头 (11) 的外部还套设有防止所述第一接头 (11) 上的所述外螺纹 (311) 刮手 的接头护套 (4)。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的快速连接防松装置, 其特征在于: 所述接头 外套呈中空结构, 所述接头护套 (4) 的朝向所述第一主杆 (1) 的一端圆周 内壁与所述第一接头 (11) 螺纹连接, 所述接头护套 (4) 的朝向所述第二接 头 (31) 的一端圆周内壁与所述第一接头 (11) 的圆周外壁之间的间隙适合 套设在所述第二接头 (31) 上的所述连接旋钮 (12) 的上端旋入。
11. 根据权利要求 2-10中任一项所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于: 所述卡头 (111) 为成型在所述第一接头 (11) 的朝向所述第二接头 (31) 的 一端的呈上宽下窄的棱锥形, 所述卡槽 (312) 为成型所述第二接头 (31) 的 朝向所述第一接头 (11) 的一端的棱锥形内腔。
12. 根据权利要求 2-10中任一项所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于: 所述卡头 (111) 为成型在所述第二接头 (31) 的朝向所述第一接头 (31) 的 一端的呈上窄下宽的棱锥形, 所述卡槽 (312) 为成型所述第一接头 (11) 的 朝向所述第二接头 (31) —端的棱锥形内腔。
13. 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的快速连接防松装置, 其特征在于: 所 述棱锥形成型为六角棱锥台, 所述棱锥形内腔成型为相应的六角棱锥形凹槽。
14. 第二接头根据权利要求 1-13中任一项所述的快速连接防松装置, 其 特征在于: 所述第二接头 (31) 的朝向所述第二主杆 (3) 的一端插入所述第 二主杆 (3) 中, 并与所述第二主杆 (3) 螺纹连接; 所述第二接头 (31) 与 所述第二主杆 (3) 的相互配合处还涂有胶水。
15. 根据权利要求 1-14中任一项所述的快速连接防松装置,其特征在于: 所述第一接头 (11) 的朝向所述第一主杆(1)的一端端面上成型有轴向方向的 台阶孔 (112), 所述第一主杆 (1) 的一端插入所述台阶孔 (112) 中, 且抵 住所述台阶孔 (112) 的台阶面, 所述第一主杆 (1) 一端端头外壁与所述第 一接头 (11) 内壁通过螺纹方式螺纹连接; 所述第一主杆 (1) 与所述第一接 头 (11) 的相互配合面上还涂有胶水。
