The cover includes a plug plate (6) with a skirt disposed around the outer surface of the neck (2), and the inner surface of the plug plate (6) is executed in the view of convex hemisphere and provided with radially disposed stiffeners (9), the inner surface of the skirt is executed conelike and has a screw thread (10) forming a latch assembly with the outer surface of the container neck on which a buttress thread (4) is executed, the outer surface of the cover is executed steplike with gradual decrease of the diameter of each step towards the centre of the axis of elongation and has stiffeners disposed radially (11). The central part of the outer surface of the cover is executed convex in the view of hemisphere.

Description

CONTAINER FOR BEVERAGES
The invention belongs to the containers for food products, mainly for liquid food products, and intended for packing, storage, transportation and distribution of various beverages, including carbonated drink or beer, in it.
Usually containers for beverages have a narrow throat with the diameter of approximately 28 mm or less, which are sealed by different means in the area of the neck for providing hermetic sealing of the container.
Presently there is the tendency of the beverage consumption culture increase and creation of the containers having the throat of more than 28 mm that increases convenience of beverage drinking directly from the container. However, as is well- known, at the usage of the containers with wide throats, particularly for carbonated drinks, the number of difficulties appears connected with creation of the sealing on the container for carbonated drinks which grow exponentially with increase of the throat diameter as the area of the lower side of the hood or of its upper side increases proportionally to the radius square.
The container for beverages [1] is known executed in the form of a can containing a metallic casing with a round bottom and metallic cover canted on it and having pouring outlet closed with an opening device, at that a plastic cover with upper part and a skirt outgoing from it is installed with latch up on the indicated metallic cover, at that the indicated plastic cover is executed with the possibility of reset on the can after opening of the indicated opening device. Such the technical solution of the container for beverages in comparison with a standard can for beverages under pressure such as carbonated drink or beer has good operational characteristics and consumer appeal providing improved hygienic qualities of the upper part as well as the possibility to close repeatedly. However the disadvantage of this container is complexity of production, high cost of production.
The container [2] is known containing a casing and a removable cover disposed from the open side of the casing and connecting with each other by the means of latch assembly disposed along the perimeter of the container, at that having the valve in the view of a split on the locking part of the container. This container made of polymer is used for storage and transportation of the products, mainly food products evolving fermentation products and other gaseous fractions in the process of storage, it has good operational characteristics due to the presence of the valve allowing to delete air bubbles during product packing as well as to offtake fermentation products and other gaseous fractions evolved in the process of the product storage that allows to improve the product quality, increase storage period of the product contained in this container. However the disadvantage of this container is impossibility of its usage for carbonated drinks (under pressure). This polymeric container does not create the sealing sufficient for controlling the pressure which is usually generated by the carbonated drink. Besides, such the package does not possess required consumer appeal at consumption of the food products, beverages directly from the container at the maintenance of general culture of consumption.
The container for beverages [3] is known executed in the form of a bottle consisting from the hollow casing having the openings from two opposite sides, at that the upper opening on the neck is executed much narrower and is closed by means of the removable cover, and the lower wide side is equipped with the hermetically screwing bearing providing steadiness of the bottle in the vertical position. This container has good operational characteristics and consumer appeal due to the possibility of its usage for the intended purpose for packing, storage, transportation and distribution of different beverages in it as well as for its transformation into the vessel for drinking, for consumption of the beverages directly from the container. However, the disadvantage of this container for beverages is complexity of its production, high production cost. Besides, such the package does not provide convenience of the beverage consumption directly from the container without additional transformation providing steadiness of the drinking vessel.
The nearest analogue of the applied technical solution is the container for beverages [4] including the casing which has the central axis and is plugged with the cover made from the flexible material, at that the casing includes the neck with the opening, and the cover includes the plug plate the inherent part of which is the skirt spreading around the outer surface of the neck, at that the inner surface of the skirt has the bund annular flange which is hermetically interlocked with the back side of the bund downward directed annular shoulder on the outer surface of the neck and prevents thereby the axial displacement of the cover as regard to the casing, at that the annular flange on the cover is connected with it by means of flexible pendulant connection; also the annular flange has a prolate form in the axial section; at that the edge surface of the free end of the flange is hermetically interlocked with the back side of the shoulder and elasticity of the flexible pendulant connection conduces hermetical coupling of the side surface of the annular flange with the outer surface of the neck.
The container for beverages has reliable sealing with the cover which can control the pressure which is usually generated by the carbonated drink even at relatively high temperature of the environment. Besides, the container is easy to open. However, the disadvantage of this container for beverages is complexity in production, high production cost. Besides, such the package is not sufficiently sealed after its opening in the process of its usage and does not have sufficient hygienic properties of its upper part that is required at the beverage consumption directly from the container that limits its consumer appeal.
The objective of the invention is creation of the container for beverages in which by means of improvement of the construction the reliable sealing of the container with the wide throat by the cover is achieved and convenience of the beverage consumption directly from the container is provided , the functional properties broaden at decrease of the production cost and improvement of its consumer appeal.
The above objective is achieved in that in the known container for beverages having the axis of elongation and containing the casing including the neck with the opening, the cover made from the flexible material with the possibility of providing the container hermetic sealing, at that the cover includes the plug plate with the skirt located around the outer surface of the neck, according to the invention, the inner surface of the plug plate is executed in the form of convex hemisphere and provided with the radially disposed stiffeners, the inner surface of the skirt is executed conelike and has the thread of screw forming the latch assembly with the outer surface of the container neck on which the buttress thread is executed, the outer surface of the cover is executed steplike with gradual decrease of the diameter of each step towards the centre of the axis of elongation and has the stiffeners disposed radially, at that the central part of the outer surface of the cover is executed convex in the view of hemisphere.
At that the thickness of the container walls is 0.3-2.00 mm.
It is preferred when the diameter of the neck opening of the casing is 45-120 mm.
Besides, the buttress thread of the outer surface of the container neck is executed single-turn.
It is preferred when the side surface of the casing is executed with smooth waist putting the container into shape of a wine glass.
At that the casing and the cover are made from food plastic.
Due to the fact that the inner surface of the plug plate is executed in the form of convex hemisphere and provided with the radially disposed stiffeners the container cover does not widen and does not sag in the horizontal direction along the axis of elongation of the container under the influence of the pressure which appears in the carbonated drink, that provides reliable sealing of the container.
Due to the fact that the inner surface of the skirt is executed conelike and has the thread of screw forming the latch assembly with the outer surface of the container neck on which the single-turn buttress thread is also executed, at pressure increase in the container leading to extrusion of the cover in the vertical direction along the axis of elongation of the container the reliable closure of the container is provided.
Due to execution of the outer surface of the cover steplike with gradual decrease of the diameter of each step towards the centre of the axis of elongation and also due to the presence of the stiffeners disposed radially on the surface of the cover and execution of the central part of the outer surface of the cover as convex in the view of hemisphere the cover is capable to withstand high stresses applied in the axial direction such as pressure in the container with the wide neck containing the carbonated drink that provides the reliable sealing of the container. Besides, such the execution prevents self opening of the container under the influence of the liquid pressure that guarantees convenience of exploitation and storage of the container.
Execution of the container walls 0.3-2.00 mm of thickness allows to use the container for beverages under pressure.
Due to the fact that the diameter of the casing neck opening is 45-120 mm the convenience of exploitation increases at consumption of the beverages directly from the container and the functional properties broaden as it is possible to store the beverages of different intended use in such the container.
Execution of the side surface of the casing with smooth waist putting the container into shape of a wine glass allows to keep the container in hand comfortably and reliably that provides convenience at the beverage consumption directly from the container.
Due to the fact that the casing and the cover are made from the food plastic decrease of the container production cost is achieved as they do not break during transportation and can be fully processed.
Such the container for beverages has good operational characteristics that allows to use the container having the wide neck made from plastic material for different beverages including for carbonated drinks, at that the usage of such the container increases the culture of beverage consumption and convenience of beverage consumption directly from the container. Besides, the container can be opened easily and reliably.
The essence of the invention is explained in the figures, wherein: casing 1 with the wide neck 2 having the opening 3 the diameter of which is defined within 45-120 mm depending on the variants of execution and intended use of the container. At that the side surface of the casing 1 can be executed with smooth waist putting the container into shape of a wine glass that provides the convenience for grip and reliable keeping of the container in hand. The container walls have 0.3-2.00 mm of thickness for providing required strength for using the container for the beverages under pressure.
On the outer surface of the container neck 2 for example a single-turn buttress thread 4 is executed which provides easy tightening of the cover 5 on the container for providing hermetic sealing.
The cover 5 is executed with the plug plate 6 the inner surface of which is executed in the form of convex hemisphere 8 and provided with the radially disposed stiffeners 9 that provides reliable sealing of the container due to that the container cover 5 does not widen and does not sag in the horizontal direction along the axis of elongation of the container under the influence of the pressure which appears in the carbonated drink.
At that the cover 5 is executed with the skirt 7 which is disposed around the outer surface of the neck 2. The inner surface of the skirt 7 is executed conelike and with the thread of screw 10 which forms the latch assembly with the outer surface of the container neck on which the corresponding for example simple-turn buttress thread 4 is executed. Such the execution of the cover allows to provide the reliable closure of the container at the pressure increase in the container leading to extrusion of the cover 5 in the vertical direction along the axis of elongation of the container.
The outer surface of the cover 5 is executed steplike with the gradual decrease of the diameter of each step towards the centre of the axis of elongation. At that on the outer surface of the cover the radially disposed stiffeners 11 are executed, and the central part of the outer surface of the cover is executed as convex in the view of hemisphere 12 as a result of which the cover is capable to withstand high stresses applied in the axial direction such as pressure in the container with the wide neck containing the carbonated drink that provides the reliable sealing of the container. Besides, such the execution prevents self opening of the container under the influence of the liquid pressure that guarantees convenience of exploitation and storage of the container.
Filling of the inner cavity of the container casing 1 is executed in plant conditions. After filling of the inner cavity of the container casing with liquid it is closed with the cover 5 by means of tightening of the cover on the thread of screw. For having access to the filler of the container for beverages unscrewing of the cover 5 till its complete removal is executed. At that, due to the wide throat of the container consumption of the beverage is provided directly from the container with maintenance of hygienic norms as the edge of the container remains protected against the contact with environment before opening. The beverage is drunk emptying the inner cavity of the casing 1 (fully or partially) and if required the cover 5 can be easily tightened again providing hermetical sealing of the container.
This container does not have high production cost, does not break during transportation and can be fully processed. At that the usage of such the container increases the culture of beverage consumption and convenience of beverage consumption directly from the container. Besides, the container can be easily and reliably opened and closed repeatedly.
Thus, the proposed technical solution allows to provide reliable sealing with the cover of the container having the wide throat, convenience of beverage consumption directly from the container, broaden the operational characteristics at decrease of the production cost and improvement of its consumer appeal.

Claims

1. Container for beverages having the axis of elongation and containing the casing, including the neck with the opening, the cover made from flexible material with the possibility of providing hermetical sealing of the container, at that the cover includes the plug plate with the skirt disposed around the outer surface of the neck, characterizing in that the inner surface of the plug plate is executed in the view of convex hemisphere and provided with the radially disposed stiffeners, the inner surface of the skirt is executed conelike and has the thread of screw forming the latch assembly with the outer surface of the container neck on which the buttress thread is executed, the outer surface of the cover is executed steplike with gradual decrease of the diameter of each step towards the centre of the axis of elongation and has the stiffeners disposed radially, at that the central part of the outer surface of the cover is executed as convex in the view of hemisphere.
2. The container according to claim 1, wherein said the thickness of the container walls is 0.3-2.00 mm.
3. The container according to claim 1, wherein said the diameter of the opening of the casing neck is 45-120 mm.
4. The container according to claim 1, wherein said the buttress thread of the outer surface of the container neck is executed single-turn.
5. The container according to claim 1, wherein said the side surface of the casing is executed with smooth waist putting the container into shape of a wine glass.
6. The container according to claim 1, wherein said the casing and the cover are made from the food plastic.
