Abstract

본 발명은 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 승강부의 승강버튼 조작으로 비데본체를 승·하강시키므로 변기와 비데본체 사이의 오염물질을 용이하게 청소함으로써 청결하게 사용할 수 있으며 분리부의 분리버튼 조작으로 비데본체를 변기로부터 용이하게 분리 및 결합할 수 있어 비데본체의 설치위치에 따라 편리하게 분리할 수 있는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 비데(bidet)는 위생 도기의 일종으로 용변 후 생식기와 항문 주위를 세척하는데 쓰이는 장치이다.
상기와 같은 비데는 변기의 상부면에 일정간격의 관통공이나 가이드부를 형성하여 볼트/너트로 고정하여 설치된다.
그러나, 상기 비데는 변기의 상부면에 고정하기 위한 구조로서, 변기와 비데 사이에 발생하는 이물질 및 세균 등의 비위생적인 오염원으로부터 노출될 뿐만 아니라 변기로부터 비데를 분리하기 어려워 청소 등의 관리가 불편하여 비효율적인 문제점이 있었다.
최근에는 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 대한민국 실용신안등록 제0366506호로 비데의 착탈장치를 등록받은 바 있다.
상기 선 등록신안은 변기의 상면에 안내부재를 고정볼트/너트로 고정시키고, 비데가 상기 안내부재를 수용하여 변기에 장착되며, 착탈부의 조작으로 상기 변기에 장착된 비데를 착탈시키는 구성으로 변기와 비데 사이의 비위생적인 오염물을 청소하기 위해서는 착탈부를 조작하여 비데를 변기로부터 편리하게 분리시킬 수 있었다.
그러나 선 등록고안은 변기로부터 비데를 분리시키는 과정이 매우 불편할 뿐만 아니라 청소를 완료한 후에는 비데를 변기에 조립하여 장착하는 과정이 복잡하여 비효율적인 문제점이 있었다.
이에 상술한 바와 같은 종래의 제반결함을 감안하여 이루어진 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은, 승강부의 승강버튼 조작으로 비데본체를 변기로부터 이격되게 승·하강시키므로 변기와 비데본체 사이의 오염물질을 용이하게 청소함으로써 청결하게 사용할 수 있는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데를 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은, 분리부의 분리버튼 조작으로 비데본체를 변기로부터 용이하게 분리 및 결합할 수 있어 비데본체의 설치위치 이동시 편리하게 분리할 수 있는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데를 제공함에 있다.

상기 분리버튼의 가압시 승강버튼이 동시에 가압될 수 있도록 하는 가압부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면, 승강부의 승강버튼 조작으로 비데본체를 변기로부터 이격되게 승·하강시키므로 변기와 비데본체 사이의 오염물질을 용이하게 청소함으로써 청결하게 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명에 의하면, 분리부의 분리버튼 조작으로 비데본체를 변기로부터 용이하게 분리 및 결합할 수 있어 비데본체의 설치위치에 따라 편리하게 분리할 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.

상기 비데본체(130)는, 상기 승강부(120)와 분리부(140)를 결합시켜 슬라이드를 안내하도록 상·하부로 돌출되는 안내후크(131)가 구비되고, 상기 조절부재(121)와 분리부재(141)의 이동을 제어하도록 상·하부로 돌출되는 안내돌기(132)가 구비되며, 상기 승강부(120)의 지지부재(123)가 결합되도록 통공되는 결합공(133)을 포함하여 구비된다.
상기 분리부(140)는, 상기 비데본체(130)의 안내후크(131)에 결합되는 분리부재(141)가 구비되고, 상기 분리부재(141)가 승강부(120)의 고정고리(123d)에 고정되도록 하는 고정편(142)이 구비되며, 상기 분리부재(141)의 일측을 가압하여 분리부재(141)가 승강부(120)로부터 분리되도록 하는 분리버튼(143)을 포함하여 구비된다.
상기 비데본체(130)에 구비된 안내돌기(132)가 결합되어 조절부재(121)와 분리부재(141)의 이동을 제어하도록 조절부재(121)와 분리부재(141)에 각각 형성된 안내장공(126)(144)을 더 포함하여 구비된다.
상기 복원부(150)는, 상기 분리버튼(143)과 승강버튼(122)에 각각 형성되는 결합봉(151)이 구비되고, 상기 비데본체(130)에 돌출형성되는 복원지지편(152)이 구비되며, 상기 결합봉(151)과 복원지지편(152) 사이에 결합되는 복원부재(153)를 포함하여 구비된다.
다음은 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 결합과정을 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 변기(10)의 상부에 고정부재(111)를 안착시킨 후 고정부재(111)의 상부에서 고정볼트를 결합한 후, 변기(10)의 하부에서 고정너트를 결합하는 통상의 방법으로 고정시킨다.
상기 고정부재(111)의 상부에 승강부(120)의 지지부재(123)를 위치시킨 후,승강부재(124)를 고정부재(111)와 지지부재(123)에 결합시키되 'X'자로 서로 교차되도록 링크형으로 된 승강부재(124) 중 어느 하나의 상단부는 지지부재(123)의 결합공(123a)에 결합부재(125)를 통해 결합되고 승강부재(124)의 하단부는 고정부재(111)의 결합장공(111b)에 결합부재(125)를 통해 결합되며, 승강부재(124)의 다른 하나의 상단부는 지지부재(123)의 결합장공(123b)에 결합되고 승강부재(124)의 하단부는 고정부재(111)의 결합공(111a)에 결합된다.
이때, 상기 승강부재(124)의 상부 내측에 승강조절부재(126)를 위치하도록 한 후 결합부재(125)를 통해 결합시키며, 상기 승강조절부재(126)의 일측 끝단부는 지지부재(123)의 하단면에 접촉되도록 하고, 상기 승강조절부재(126)의 타측 끝단부는 승강부재(124)에 접촉하도록 결합시킨다.
또한, 상기 비데본체(130)의 하부에 승강부(120)의 조절부재(121)를 결합시키되 조절부재(121)를 비데본체(130)의 하부로 돌출형성된 안내후크(131)에 결합시킨 후, 상기 조절부재(121)의 일측에 절곡되어 비데본체(130)의 상부로 형성된 절곡편(121c)에 승강버튼(122)을 고정시킨다.
상기와 같이 승강버튼(122)을 고정한 후, 상기 승강버튼(122)에 형성된 결합봉과(151) 비데본체(130)의 상부에 형성된 복원지지편(152) 사이에 복원부재(153)를 결합한다.
상기 조절부재(121)가 결합된 비데본체(130)의 하부에 지지부재(123)를 결합시키되 지지부재(123)의 안내편(123a)과 고정고리(123b)가 비데본체(130)의 결합공(133)에 결합되도록 위치시킨 후, 지지부재(123)를 비데본체(130)의 하부에 볼트(B)로 체결하여 고정시킨다.
또한, 상기 비데본체(130)의 상부에는 분리부(140)의 분리부재(141)를 결합시키되 비데본체(130)의 상부로 돌출된 안내후크(131)에 분리부재(141)를 결합시키고, 분리부재(141)에 형성된 안내장공(144)을 비데본체(130)의 안내돌기(132)에 결합되도록 한 후, 고정편(142)이 지지부재(123)의 고정고리(123b)에 고정되도록 위치시킨다.
상기 분리부재(141)의 일측에 형성된 절곡편(141a)에 분리버튼(143)을 고정한 후, 분리버튼(143)에 형성된 결합봉(151)과 비데본체(130)의 상부에 돌출형성된 복원지지편(152) 사이에 복원부재(153)를 결합하게 되면, 상기 분리버튼(143)의 일측에 돌출형성된 가압돌기(162)가 승강버튼(122)의 일측에 형성된 가압안내돌기(161)와 밀착된 상태를 유지하게 된다.
다음은 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 작동상태를 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 도 3 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 변기(10)와 비데본체(130) 사이에 형성된 오염물질을 청소하기 위해서는, 비데본체(130)의 일측에 결합되어 있는 승강버튼(122)을 가압한다.
상기 승강버튼(122)이 가압되면, 승강버튼(122)의 끝단부에 절곡편(121c)에 의해 고정되어 있던 조절부재(121)는 비데본체(130)의 하부에 형성된 안내후크(131)에 의해 안내됨과 동시에 안내돌기(132)에 의해 안내장공(126)이 안내되면서 조절부재(121)를 가압한 만큼 슬라이드된다.
이때, 승강버튼(122)의 일측에 분리버튼(143) 측으로 돌출된 가압안내돌기(161)는 분리버튼(143)에 돌출형성된 가압돌기(162)와 일정거리 이격됨과 동시에 상기 승강버튼(122)에 형성된 결합봉(151)과 비데본체(130)에 형성된 복원지지편(152) 사이에 결합된 복원부재(153)가 압축된 상태를 유지하게 된다.
상기 조절부재(121)가 슬라이드되면, 조절부재(121)의 하단부에 형성된 걸림후크(121b)는 고정부재(111)의 걸림편(112)에서 해제됨과 동시에 결합부재(125)의 전방, 즉, 비데의 시트가 위치하는 측에 밀착되어 결합부재(125)를 구속하고 있던 조절부재(121)의 제어편(121a)은 조절부재(121)의 슬라이드된 거리만큼 이동하면서 결합부재(125)의 구속력을 해제하게 된다.
이때, 승강부재(124)와 지지부재(123) 사이에 결합부재(125)에 의해 결합되어 있는 승강조절부재(126)가 자체탄성력에 의해 지지부재(123)의 하단면을 상부로 가압하여 비데본체(130)를 일정높이 들어올리게 되므로 사용자가 좀 더 편리하게 비데본체(130)를 승강시킬 수 있게 된다.
상기와 같이 비데본체(130)가 일정높이 승강한 상태에서, 비데본체(130)의 양측을 파지하여 상부로 들어올리게 되면, 승강부재(124)는 고정부재(111)의 결합공(111a)과 지지부재(123)의 결합공(123a)에 결합된 결합부재(125)를 중심으로 회전하면서 고정부재(111)의 결합장공(111b)과 지지부재(123)의 결합장공(123b)에 결합된 결합부재(125)는 상기 결합장공(111b)(123b)을 따라 안내되어 비데본체(130)가 상승할 수 있게 된다.
상기와 같이 비데본체(130)를 상승시킨 후, 가압상태를 유지하고 있던 승강버튼(122)의 가압을 중지하게 되면, 승강버튼(122)에 결합되어 있던 복원부재(153)는 승강버튼(122)을 최초상태로 복원시키게 됨과 동시에 조절부재(121)의 제어편(121a)은 결합부재(125)의 후방에 밀착되어 승강부재(124)의 승강상태를 유지할 수 있게 한다.
상기 비데본체(130)가 승강한 후, 변기(10)와 비데본체(130) 사이의 오염물질을 편리하고 청결하게 청소할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
상기와 같이 청소작업이 완료되면, 승강버튼(122)을 가압하여 조절부재(121)의 제어편(121a)이 결합부재(125)와 밀착되지 않도록 이탈시킨 후, 비데본체(130)를 파지한 채로 천천히 하강시키게 되면 승강부재(124)가 링크식으로 회전하면서 비데본체(130)가 하강하게 되며, 이때, 비데본체(130)는 승강조절부재(126)의 탄력에 의해 급격하게 하강하지 않으면서 사용자가 비데본체(130)를 하향으로 눌러 최초상태로 하강시킨 후, 가압되어 있던 승강버튼(122)의 가압을 해제하게 되면 제어편(121a)은 결합부재(125)의 전방에 밀착되면서 비데본체(130)가 최초상태로 고정되는 것이다.
또한, 변기로부터 비데본체(130)를 분리하기 위해서는, 도 8 내지 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 비데본체(130)의 일측에 결합된 분리버튼(143)을 가압한다.
상기 분리버튼(143)이 가압되면, 복원부(150)의 복원부재(153)가 압축되면서 분리버튼(143)에 고정된 분리부재(141)는 비데본체(130)에 형성된 안내후크(131)에 안내됨과 동시에 분리부재(141)에 형성된 고정편(142)이 승강부(120)의 지지부재(123)에 형성된 고정고리(123d)에서 이탈하게 된다.
여기서, 상기 분리버튼(143)의 가압시, 분리버튼(143)의 일측에 형성된 가압부(160)의 가압돌기(162)가 승강버튼(122)의 일측에 형성된 가압안내돌기(161)를 동시에 가압하게 되며, 상기와 같이 가압된 승강버튼(122)은 비데본체(130)의 하부에 형성된 안내후크(131)에 안내되어 조절부재(121)를 슬라이드 시킴과 동시에 걸림후크(121b)가 걸림편(112)에서 이탈된다.
이때, 승강부재(124)와 지지부재(123) 사이에 결합부재(125)에 의해 결합되어 있는 승강조절부재(126)가 자체탄성력에 의해 지지부재(123)의 하단면을 상부로 가압하여 비데본체(130)를 일정높이 들어올리게 된다.
상기와 같이 비데본체(130)가 일정높이 승강한 상태에서, 비데본체(130)의 양측을 파지한 상태로 상부로 승강시키게 되면, 비데본체(130)는 변기(10)로부터 이탈되어 상부로 분리되며, 변기(10)의 상부에는 고정부재(111)가 고정된 상태가 되며, 상기 고정부재(111)에는 승강부재(124)를 통해 지지부재(123)가 결합되어 있다.
상기 변기(10)와 고정부재(111)를 고정하고 있는 고정볼트와 고정너트를 해체하게 되면 모든 구성품이 변기(10)로부터 분리되는 것이다.
따라서, 이사로 인해 비데본체(130)를 분리하거나 비데본체(130)의 설치위치의 이동시 간편하게 비데본체(130)를 분리할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은, 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정되어 해석되어서는 아니되며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
따라서, 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 일실시예에 불과할 뿐이고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 발명의 청구범위를 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 변기의 상면에 볼트와 너트로 고정되는 고정부와;
    상기 고정부와 비데본체에 결합되어 승강버튼의 조작으로 조절부재가 고정부로부터 이탈 및 고정되면서 승강부재를 링크식으로 회전시켜 비데본체를 승·하강시키는 승강부와;
    상기 승강부의 상부에 고정되는 비데본체와;
    상기 비데본체의 상부에 결합되어 분리버튼의 조작으로 분리부재가 승강부로부터 고정 및 이탈되면서 비데본체를 분리시키는 분리부와;
    상기 승강부의 승강버튼과 분리부의 분리버튼의 가압상태를 최초상태로 복원시키는 복원부와;
    상기 분리버튼의 가압시 승강버튼이 동시에 가압될 수 있도록 하는 가압부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 고정부는,
    상기 변기의 상면에 안착고정되며 양측에 승강부의 승강부재가 결합되도록 결합공과 결합장공이 각각 형성되는 고정부재와;
    상기 고정부재의 상부로 돌출되어 승강부의 승·하강을 제어하는 걸림편이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 승강부는,
    상기 비데본체의 안내후크에 결합되며 양측에는 승강부재의 승·하강을 제어하는 제어편이 형성되고 하부에는 고정부에 걸림설정되는 걸림후크가 형성되는 조절부재와;
    상기 조절부재의 일측을 가압하여 슬라이드시키는 승강버튼과;
    상기 비데본체의 하부에 볼트로 결합되어 양측에 승강부재가 결합되도록 결합공과 결합장공이 각각 형성되고 상기 분리부의 이동을 안내하는 안내편이 돌출형성되며 상기 분리부가 승강부로부터 분리되지 않도록 고정시키는 고정고리가 형성되는 지지부재와;
    상기 지지부재의 결합공 및 결합장공과 고정부의 결합공 및 결합장공에 결합부재를 통해 링크식으로 결합되는 승강부재를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 승강부재에 결합부재를 통해 결합되며 일측 끝단부는 지지부재의 하단면에 접촉되며 타측 끝단부는 승강부재에 접촉되어 승강버튼 가압시 비데본체의 승강이 용이하도록 하고 비데본체의 하강시 급격하게 하강하지 않도록 하는 승강조절부재를 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서, 비데본체는,
    상기 승강부와 분리부를 결합시켜 슬라이드를 안내하도록 상·하부로 돌출되는 안내후크와;
    상기 조절부재와 분리부재의 이동을 제어하도록 상·하부로 돌출되는 안내돌기와;
    상기 승강부의 지지부재가 결합되도록 통공되는 결합공을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서, 분리부는,
    상기 비데본체의 안내후크에 결합되는 분리부재와;
    상기 분리부재가 승강부의 고정고리에 고정되도록 하는 고정편과;
    상기 분리부재의 일측을 가압하여 분리부재가 승강부로부터 분리되도록 하는 분리버튼을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  7. 청구항 3항 또는 청구항 6항에 있어서,
    상기 비데본체에 구비된 안내돌기가 결합되어 조절부재와 분리부재의 이동을 제어하도록 조절부재와 분리부재에 각각 형성된 안내장공을 더 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서, 복원부는,
    상기 분리버튼과 승강버튼에 각각 형성되는 결합봉과;
    상기 비데본체에 돌출형성되는 복원지지편과;
    상기 결합봉과 복원지지편 사이에 결합되는 복원부재를 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서, 가압부는,
    상기 승강버튼의 일측에 가압안내돌기와;
    상기 가압안내돌기에 밀착되도록 분리버튼의 일측에 가압돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 승·하강 및 분리가 가능한 비데.
