【技术领域】
本发明涉及家用电器领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种 usb集线器。 【背景技术】
本人已设计了一种 usb集线器, 包括壳体、 固定在壳体内的电路板, 电路板 上设有至少两个 usb接口, 电路板通过导线连接一和电脑插接配合的 usb接头, 电路板上还设有用于发光的灯及设置在灯处的用于模糊灯光的透光板, 透光板 通过胶水粘合固定在壳体上。 此方案未公开。 透光板通过胶水粘合固定不够牢 固, 灯发光会产生热量, 使周围环境的温度变高, 从而使胶水粘合效果降低, 这样胶水就失去粘合效果。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种透光板固定牢固的 usb集线器。 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种 usb集线器, 包括壳体、 设有至少两个 usb接口的电路板及用于发光的发光模块,所述发光模块包括设置 在所述电路板上的灯和与之配合的通过热熔固定在所述壳体上的透光板。
优选的, 所述壳体设有用于和所述透光板热熔的热熔块。 壳体上设置热熔 块和透光板进行热熔, 这样防止透光板直接和壳体热熔而使壳体受损, 且设置 热熔块增加与透光板热熔的牢固性。
优选的, 所述壳体设有用于限位所述透光板的限位板。 限位板对透光板进 行限位, 方便固定, 使固定更加牢固。

优选的, 所述限位柱为圓柱体结构, 所述限位孔为圓形结构。 圓柱体结构 的限位柱和圓形结构的限位孔配合效果更好。
优选的, 所述壳体包括前壳和后壳, 所述透光板通过热熔固定在所述前壳 上。 透光板热熔固定在前壳上方便观看。
优选的, 所述 usb接口为四个, 间隔设置在所述电路板上; 所述灯为四个分 别位于所述 usb接口同一侧; 所述透光板为四个, 分别适合所述灯设置。 四个 usb接口, 可同四个设备插接配合, 四个灯配合 usb接口设置, 方便使用, 四 个透光板配合灯设置使灯发出的光效果更佳。
本发明由于 usb集线器的透光板通过热熔固定在壳体上, 热熔固定牢固。

【具体实施方式】 下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种 usb集线器, 如图 1至图 4所示, 包括壳体、 设有至少两个 usb接口 31的电路板 3及用于发光的发光模块, 所述发光模块包括设置在所述 电路板 3上的灯 32和与之配合的通过热熔固定在所述壳体上的透光板 4。 本发 明由于 usb集线器的透光板 4通过热熔固定在壳体上, 热熔固定牢固。
如图 1所示, 壳体包括通过螺丝固定的前壳 1和后壳 2, 透光板 4通过热熔 固定在前壳 1上, 如图 3所示。 结合图 4, 前壳 1上设有热熔块 11 , 透光板 4 放置在前壳 1上和热熔块 11紧贴放置后与热熔块 11热熔固定, 设置热熔块 11 和透光板 4热熔固定防止直接和前壳表面热熔而使前壳 1 受损, 且使透光板 4 固定更加牢固。 在透光板 4和热熔块 11热熔的相对一端前壳 1设有用于限位透 光板 4的限位板 12, 限位板 12为条形结构, 和透光板此端的端部配和, 从而把 其限位。 前壳 1在热熔块 11及限位板 12之间还设有向上凸出的圓柱体结构的 限位柱 13 , 对应的, 结合图 2, 透光板 4上设有和限位柱 13配合的限位孔 41 , 限位柱 13插入到限位孔 41内起到限位作用。本实施例限位柱 13高于限位孔 41 周围侧壁的厚度, 高出部分热熔在透光板 4上, 从而热熔后的部分大于限位孔 41的大小, 使透光板 4牢固的固定在前壳 1上。
本实施例限位柱 13的个数为两个, 相对限位、 固定透光板 4的相对位置。 且限位孔 41配合限位柱 13设置成圓形结构。
如图 1—4所示, usb接口 31的个数为四个, 电路板 3整体为矩形结构, usb 接口 31均布在电路板 3的四个边的中部位置; 灯 32也为四个, 分别位于 usb 接口 31的同一侧; 透光板 4也为四个, 分别配合灯 32设置, 且透光板 4上还 设有用于避让灯 32的避让口 42, 从而使发出的光更加美观。
如图 1所示, usb集线器还包括一固定在前壳 1外表面上的镜片 5 ,作为镜子 使用。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体设有用于和所 述透光板热熔的热熔块。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体设有用于限位 所述透光板的限位板。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述热熔块与所述透光 板一端热熔固定, 所述限位板限位所述透光板另一端。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体设有限位柱, 所述透光板设有用于插入所述限位柱的限位孔。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述限位柱的高度大于 所述限位孔周围侧壁的厚度, 所述限位柱高出的部分热熔在所述透光板上。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述限位柱的个数为两 个, 分别限位所述透光板的相对位置。
8、如权利要求 5所述 usb集线器,其特征在于,所述限位柱为圓柱体结构, 所述限位孔为圓形结构。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的 usb集线器, 其特征在于, 所述壳体包括前壳和后 壳, 所述透光板通过热熔固定在所述前壳上。
