Abstract
Processo produtivo de solados de fibras de coco insulado com látex natural e insumos para indústria calçadista compreendido por uma placa de fibras de coco (1) e o solado de látex natural (2) cortados ao moldelo do calçado e forrados de couro vegetal (3) para garantir a durabilidade do calçado. À medida que os sapatos sejam usados as bolsas de ar no colchão de coco reagem ao calor do corpo, ao peso e ao movimento. A fibra de coco caracterizada pelo processo produtivo, aonde as fibras são encarnadas com látex natural que lhe dão um maior amortecimento (1), podem ser sentidas pela sola do pé que tem a maior concentração de terminações nervosas do corpo humano, enviando impulsos para as diferentes partes do corpo promovendo relaxamento e boa postura. Neste processo produtivo, usando materiais naturais em sua fabricação, o objeto da patente, que consiste de um solado de fibras de coco (1) que permite a circulação de ar mantendo os pés secos e proporcionando um bom insolamento, com fins de ser usado como insumos para a indústria calçadista. As tiras de couro vegetal (5) com acabamento escovado para promover conforto e solas de látex vegetal (3) que tem como meta ser biodegradevel e deixar rastros mínimos ao meio ambiente.

"PROCESSO PRODUTIVO DE SOLADOS DE FIBRAS DE COCO INSULADO COM LÁTEX NATURAL E INSUMOS PARA INDÚSTRIA CALÇADISTA"
A presente patente de modelo de utilidade tem por objetivo um modelo de produção de calçados sustentáveis feitos de uma palmilha de fibras de coco encarnada com látex natural dando-lhe maior amortecimento, couro vegetal e solado de látex natural, que modela-se ao perfil do pé e promove boa postura.
Ja existem fabricantes de matérias de fibras de coco e de solados de látex natural, que são utilizados na indústria calçadista de forma independente um do outro, ou seja, não combinados em um produto final como o processo produtivo que esta em questão neste relatório.
Devido a natureza inédita deste produto, a questão de desponibilidade e acessibilidade de matérias primas afetarão o custo final do produto no varejo, quando comparado a outros produtos que dominam o Mercado de calçados nacional. A questão de durabilidade do produto também traz a necessidade de fazer um teste de Mercado, ja que o consumidor esta acostumado a solados feitos de borracha a base de petróleo que nunca se decompõe, e sofrem um pequeno desgaste.
Outro problema com os solados a base de petróleo e couro tinturado usados muito no Mercado que tem uma porcentagem considerável de químicos que põe a risco a saúde do trabalhador quando expostos a eles diariamente.
Tendo em vista estes problemas, a produção destes calçados usando material prima 100% natural elimina o risco de intoxicação aos trabalhadores, aos consumidores e ao meio ambiente.
Os desenhos anexos mostram o processo de produção de calçados com base de fibras de coco, solados de látex natural e tiras de couro vegetal e debruada com material canvas natural resinado. Illustrando o processo produtivo de um chinelo, um tennis e uma bota de chuva. A fig.l mostra a camada interna do coco, aonde a fibras são extraídas para criar a placa interna do calçado.
A fig 2 mostra a placa de fibras de coco cortada com a forma do tamanho indicado.
A fig 3 mostra a toneleira de canvas em corte; e A fig 4 mostra a placa de fibras de coco forrada de couro vegetal usando um adesivo natural.
A fig 5 e 6 mostra a gáspea de couro vegetal que logo é lixado/asperado para garantir umacabamento suave e confortável.
A fig 7 mostra a sola de látex natural colada no produto finalizando o processo de produção, neste caso o chinelo.
A fig 8 e 9 mostram como o calçado é modelado aos pés do usuário.
A fig 10 e 11 mostram dois tipos de calçados, um tennis de aba alta e outro de aba baixa, fabricados usando a placa interna de fibras de coco, o solado de látex natural e a taloneira de canvas natural.
A fig 12 mostra outro tipo de calçado fabricado usando os mesmos componentes para fabricar uma bota de inverno.
Conforme as figuras acima illustram quatro modelos de calçado e o processo de produção (sendo neste caso o chinelo) usando materiais naturais em sua fabricação, o objeto da patente, que consiste de um solado de fibras de coco que permite a circulação de ar mantendo os pés secos e proporcionando um bom insolamento. As tiras de couro vegetal com acabamento escovado para promover conforto e solas de látex vegetal que tem como meta ser biodegradevel e deixar rastros mínimos ao meio ambiente.
À medida que os sapatos sejam usados as bolsas de ar no colchão de coco reagem ao calor do corpo, ao peso e ao movimento (fig.7 e 8). A fibra de coco pode ser sentida pela sola do pé, que tem a maior concentração de terminações nervosas do corpo humano, enviando impulsos para as diferentes partes do corpo, promovendo relaxamento e boa postura.
Na present disposição, a placa de fibras de coco 1 e o solado de látex natural 2 são cortados ao moldelo do calçado e forrados de couro vegetal 3 para garantir a durabilidade do calçado. O solado de látex natural tem um exterior modelado 4 para garantir um acabamento anti-deslize. No caso do chinelo fig. 7, a gáspea de couro vegetal 5 é escovado permitindo conforto entre os movimentos dos pés, atanado com costura #40 e encaixada na palmilha do calçado. A toneleira de canvas 6 é aplicada com costura #20 na placa de fibras de coco 1 forrada com couro vegetal 3, sendo assim a toneleira fica com bordas á fio. Por último a placa de látex natural 2 de cor clara é aplicada com um adesivo natural.
Quanto ao processo de produção dos tennis de aba curta e alta fig.10 e 1 1, a placa de fibras de coco 1 é encaixada dentro do solado de látex natural 2. A toneleira de canvas natural 6 é aplicada com costura #20. As laterais de canvas 7 são aplicadas com costuras #40 no solado de látex natural 2. Os cordões dos tennis 9 também são fabricados usando fibras de coco.
A abertura interior 10 de couro vegetal com olhéis de látex natural 8 são aplicados com costura #40. As laterais dos dois tennis fig.10 e 11 também podem ser substituídos por couro vegetal. O bico 11 fabricado por látex natural é aplicado com um adesivo natural depois da aplicação da abertura de couro vegetal 10 e as laterais de canvas 7.
No caso da bota de inverno fig.12 a placa de fibras de coco 1 é encaixada dentro do solado de látex natural 2. A toneleira de canvas natural 6 é aplicada com costura #20. As laterais de canvas 7 são aplicadas com costuras #40 no solado de látex natural 2. As laterais 7 também podem ser substituídas por couro vegetal. O bico 11 fabricado de látex natural é aplicado com um adesivo natural logo depois.
Logicamente, os calçados com tal construção pode ser obtido em tamanhos, cores e acabamentos diversos para atender diferentes necessidades dos usuários destes calçados, sejam para o mercado de calçados masculinos, femininos, infantil ou esportivo.
Claims
REINVINDICAÇÃO
1) "PROCESSO PRODUTIVO DE SOLADOS DE FIBRAS DE COCO INSULADO COM LÁTEX NATURAL E INSUMOS PARA INDÚSTRIA CALÇADISTA" compreendido por uma placa de fibras de coco (1) e o solado de látex natural (2) cortados ao moldelo do calçado e forrados de couro vegetal (3) para garantir a durabilidade do calçado. O solado de látex natural tem um exterior modelado (4) para garantir um acabamento anti-deslize. No caso do chinelo (6), a gáspea de couro vegetal (5) é escovado permitindo conforto entre os movimentos dos pés, atanado com costura #40 e encaixada na palmilha do calçado.
