Description
一种运动鞋 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种运动鞋, 尤其涉及一种具有加 ^f法制成的鞋头和 软底的运动鞋。 背景技术
运动鞋是人们运动健身、休闲娱乐的生活必需品。 尤其在人们穿着时, 一双舒适且结实的运动鞋对于脚部的保护起着至关重要的作用。 现有运动 鞋就整体结构上可以分为两大类, 其中较传统的一类称为硫化运动鞋, 其 是以帆布为鞋面, 在鞋面的鞋头部分是釆用橡胶材质并进行硫化制成一略 呈球面的鞋头部分, 其硫化时是与帆布鞋面一并加热硫化, 而能够让鞋头 与帆布鞋面紧密的结合, 其鞋底也是以橡胶材质硫化制成, 然后将鞋面与 鞋底加以粘合, 再于鞋面底缘周边黏贴一圈护边, 最后在鞋面前端周边黏 贴一片前护片; 此类硫化运动鞋造型轻薄, 在其鞋头部分内侧拥有充分的 空间供足趾容置, 且在其鞋面底缘周边有一圈护边保护, 因而具有更佳的 防水及保洁效果, 故而行销数十年仍然受到许多消费者的喜爱; 但是其以 橡胶材质硫化制成的鞋底重量较重,从而增加了人们在穿着时脚部的负担; 另一方面生产厂商为了减轻此类硫化运动鞋的整体重量, 又将鞋底釆用较 薄的橡胶底, 因而使得其原本弹性及緩冲效果就不理想的橡胶鞋底更难提 供脚底良好的避震效果, 从而会造成在人们长期穿着后的脚部疲劳感, 尤 其对于青少年的成长发育产生不良作用。
另一类则是较晚被开发完成的冷粘运动鞋, 此类运动鞋的鞋面釆用布 料或皮料 (天然或人造) 缝制, 鞋底则釆 EVA或其他发泡材料结合橡胶、 塑胶等材料制成, 再用冷粘的方式将鞋面与鞋底粘合; 此类冷粘运动鞋的 材料选择较多, 造型变化较大, 虽然其与前述硫化运动鞋相较具有重量轻 且避震緩冲效果佳的特色, 但其大厚度的鞋底外露让其看起来就显得笨重 而不讨人喜爱, 再者, 其鞋面与鞋底直接以冷粘方式结合, 省略了硫化运 动鞋的一圈护边, 使得其防水及保洁效果尽失; 另外, 此类冷粘运动鞋的 鞋面不再具有前述硫化运动鞋的球面鞋头部份, 其无论釆用布面或皮面鞋 面均无法确保其足趾充足的空间。
鉴于上述技术问题, 有必要提供一种新的运动鞋来解决所述现有运动
鞋所存在的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种运动鞋, 通过鞋头上的加硫橡胶层以 及中底及大底釆用 EVA, 从而减轻运动鞋自重、 增加运动鞋鞋底的緩冲作 用。
本实用新型的运动鞋包括: 鞋面及与鞋面结合的鞋底, 鞋头部分的鞋 面釆用加硫橡胶层, 所述鞋底包括靠近内层的中底以及与中底结合的靠近 外层的大底, 所述中底及大底釆用 EVA。 较佳地, 所述大底的着地点釆用 轻质耐磨防滑橡胶层。 所述大底着地点包括周圈、 前脚掌以及后跟。 所述 橡胶层的厚度为 3毫米以内。 釆用冷粘法将鞋面与鞋面结合; 于鞋面底缘 周边黏贴一圈护边, 在鞋面前端周边黏贴一片前护片。
通过上述技术方案, 本实用新型的运动鞋通过着力点的橡胶层防止穿 在着时打滑以保证穿着时的安全性, 通过釆用符合人体工程学的设计使人 们在穿着运动鞋时更为舒适, 而且通过在鞋面的鞋头部分上加硫橡胶层从 而起到外部保护的作用, 还保证了鞋头形状及内容空间。 附图说明

以下配合图式及本实用新型的较佳实施例, 进一步阐述本实用新型为 达成预定创作目的所釆取的技术手段。
如图 1所示, 本实用新型的运动鞋包括: 鞋面 (图中未示) 及与鞋面 结合的鞋底 20。 该鞋底 20包括靠近内层的中底 21 以及与中底 21结合的 靠近外层的大底 22。
鞋面的鞋头部分 11釆用加硫橡胶, 从而增加了鞋头部分 11的厚度及 强度, 起到外部保护的作用, 而且还保证了鞋头形状及内容空间。 所述中 底 21及大底 22釆用高反弹 EVA, 其重量很轻能减轻人们在穿着时脚部的 负担, 而且能增强鞋底 20的弹性从而起到更好的緩冲作用。 此外鞋底 20 的前后高度釆用符合人体工程学的设计,使人们在穿着运动鞋时更为舒适。
配合图 2仰视图所示大底 22周圈、前脚掌以及后跟等着地点的位置釆
用轻质、 耐磨、 防滑的橡胶层 23。 该橡胶层的厚度控制在 3毫米以内, 从 而减轻运动鞋本身的重量, 使运动鞋穿着寿命更长, 并防止穿着时打滑以 保证穿着时的安全性。
以下进一步介绍本实用新型的运动鞋的制作工艺。 首先将鞋面套设固 定在制鞋楦头上, 并在鞋面的鞋头位置上擦加硫胶, 经过烤箱的烘烤后贴 合生胶材质的鞋头片, 以及压机、 加硫后再次送如烤箱进行高温硫化, 使 鞋头部分 11 和鞋面粘合牢固。 射出 EVA (中底) 耐磨橡胶片、 边延、 条 后压机,将大底用冷粘的方法进行组合。在组合好的鞋面及鞋面 20上画线, 定出底贴合鞋面的高度, 然后鞋面和鞋底 20要贴合部位擦冷粘胶, 送进高 温烤箱从而活化胶水, 将鞋面及鞋底 20贴合, 经压机后通过低温冷冻箱以 固化胶水, 增加粘着; 然后再于鞋面底缘周边黏贴一圈护边 24 , 最后在鞋 面前端周边黏贴一片前护片 25。 通过上述制作工艺可制造本实用新型的运 动鞋。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本实用新型做任 何形式上的限制, 虽然本实用新型已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用 以限定本实用新型, 任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本实用新型技 术方案的范围内, 当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等 同变化的等效实施例, 但凡是未脱离本实用新型技术方案的内容, 依据本 实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的范围内。
Claims
1. 一种运动鞋, 包括鞋面及与鞋面结合的鞋底, 其特征在于, 鞋面的 鞋头部分釆用加硫橡胶层, 所述鞋底包括靠近内层的中底以及与中底结合 的靠近外层的大底, 所述中底及大底釆用 EVA。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的运动鞋, 其特征在于, 所述大底的着地点釆 用轻质耐磨防滑橡胶层。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的运动鞋, 其特征在于, 所述大底着地点包括 周圈、 前脚掌以及后跟。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的运动鞋, 其特征在于, 所述橡胶层的厚度为 3毫米以内。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的运动鞋, 其特征在于, 釆用冷粘法将鞋面与 鞋底结合。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的运动鞋, 其特征在于, 所述鞋面底缘周边黏 贴一圈护边。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的运动鞋, 其特征在于, 所述在鞋面前端周边 黏贴一片前护片。
