其中,该侧挡粉块3处于计量盘1的侧边上;该支撑臂5处于侧挡粉块3的顶部上;支撑轴4与该胶囊充填机的分度旋转机构(处于计量盘的下方)相接,所述支撑臂5卡装在定位板8内,该定位板8装在储粉圈2顶部上,使支撑臂不致于转动。
所述侧挡粉块3可分为上侧挡粉块33、下侧挡粉块34(呈上下紧靠设置),该上侧挡粉块33、下侧挡粉块34的同一端均具有(方向)一致的尖头31,该上侧挡粉块33的另一端为平头35、该下侧挡粉块34的另一端分两头而各具有下坡状的台阶32。为了使药粉在计量盘上分布得更均匀,且不致于出现漏粉,在所述计量盘1上、并在支撑轴4的外围处包围着轴承座6(含轴承),且在所述计量盘1上、并在该轴承座6的外围处还包围着中挡粉块7。
本发明的工作原理是:由于支撑臂5卡在定位板8内而支撑臂不致于转动,侧挡粉块3、支撑轴4也不转动,计量盘1、轴承座6、中挡粉块7则由分度旋转机构带动而同时作间歇式旋转。如图1、图 2所示,在所述计量盘1上设有若干组药粉孔9,可分为四组(A、B、C、D组)冲压柱形药粉孔和一组(E组)充填药粉孔(计量盘旋转过程中可相互转换)。计量盘与储粉圈内的大量药粉先经过侧挡粉块的尖头式的插入及其侧挡粉块自身对药粉的搅拌均匀作用,再经过侧挡粉块的下坡状台阶的向下均匀输送,使药粉能够从侧挡粉块的左侧进入、右侧出来而均匀输送、均衡地分布在计量盘上,并经过计量盘上的多组药粉孔9(由A、B、C、D、E组构成)由胶囊充填机加粉机构的充填杆多次逐步对药粉进行冲压,从而使计量盘上的同一组中的药粉孔内的药粉量一致、精度较高,最后从E组药粉孔将药粉填充至空胶囊体内,该批胶囊内的药粉充量一致、统一,符合有关标准要求。
值得一提的是,如图1和图2所示,所述药粉均布式充填机构,其用于所述胶囊充填机,其中所述药粉均布式充填机构包括所述计量盘1、所述储粉圈2、所述侧挡粉块3、以及其他必要的构件,其中所述储粉圈2具有一容纳腔21,以用于存储药粉,用于在后续对胶囊进行填充,其中所述计量盘1被容纳于所述容纳腔21中;所述侧挡粉块3从所述储粉圈2的一侧延伸至另一侧,具体地说,所述侧挡粉块3轴连接于所述计量盘1,并且所述侧挡粉块3从所述储粉圈2靠近所述计量盘1的一侧延伸至另一侧;进一步地,所述侧挡粉块3在后续能够轴连接于一驱动主体100,以在所述驱动主体100的驱动下,做相对于所述计量盘1的圆周运动,从而,实现对存储于所述储粉圈2中的药粉的填充。
值得一提的是,所述驱动主体100优选为步进电机,并且所述步进电机的特性,例如运动时间以及运动频率等都能够根据不同的使用需要来被调整和设计,以更好地将药粉填充到胶囊的内部,从而,方 便使用。
具体地说,在本发明的一些实施例中,如图4所示,所述侧挡粉块3具有所述尖头31和所述台阶32,并且所述尖头31与所述台阶32分别位于所述侧挡粉块3的两侧,在利用所述药粉均布式充填机构进行药粉填充的过程中,存储于所述容纳腔21内的药粉先经过所述侧挡粉块3的所述尖头31的插入、以及所述侧挡粉块3本身对药粉进行均匀搅拌,再经过所述侧挡分块3的所述台阶32的向下均匀输送,从而,使得药粉能够从所述侧挡粉块3的左侧进入,并从右侧出来,进而,药粉被均匀地输送并分布在所述计量盘1上。
优选地,所述台阶32为下坡状台阶,以使得药粉能够更加均匀地填充至胶囊的内部。值得一提的是,本技术领域的技术人员应当理解,下坡状台阶仅作为所述台阶32的一种优选的实施方式,其并不能够作为对本发明的内容和范围的限制,因此,所述台阶32还有其他多种的实施方式。
在本发明的另外一些实施例中,如图5所示,所述侧挡粉块3包括所述上侧挡粉块33和所述下侧挡粉块34,其中所述上侧挡粉块33与所述下侧挡粉块34相互重叠地设置,并且所述上侧挡粉块33与所述下侧挡粉块34的同一端分别具有所述尖头31,并且所述尖头31的形状和尺寸一致,所述上侧挡粉块33的另一端形成所述平头35,所述下侧挡粉块34的另一端形成所述台阶34,也就是说,所述平头35与所述台阶34位于同一侧。
如图6所示,本发明还提供一种胶囊充填机,其包括一充填机本体200以及一药粉均布式充填机构,其中所述充填机本体200还包括一驱动主体100,以用于在后续为所述药粉均布式充填机构提供驱动 力。
值得一提的是,所述胶囊充填机还包括一定位板8,所述定位板8包括一定位通道81,所述支撑臂5得以穿过所述定位通道81,以确保所述胶囊充填机在使用过程中的可靠性和稳定性。
如图7所示,本发明还提供一种实现药粉均匀填充至胶囊的方法,其中所述方法包括如下步骤:
(a)固定胶囊;以及
(b)通过驱动轴连接于一计量盘1的一侧挡粉块3,用于将药粉搅拌并传输均匀,以填充至所述胶囊。
优选地,其中所述步骤(b)还包括步骤:
(b.1)将一所述侧挡粉块3轴连接于所述计量盘1;
(b.2)提供用于存储药粉的一储粉圈2,所述侧挡粉块3从所述储粉圈2的一侧延伸至另一侧;以及
(b.3)驱动所述侧挡粉块3做相对于所述计量盘1的运动,以分别搅拌和传输均匀药粉。
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本发明的实施例只作为举例而并不限制本发明。本发明的目的已经完整并有效地实现。本发明的功能及结构原理已在实施例中展示和说明,在没有背离所述原理下,本发明的实施方式可以有任何变形或修改。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种药粉均布式充填机构,其用于一胶囊充填机,其特征在于,包括:
    一计量盘;
    一储粉圈,其具有一容纳腔,以用于存储药粉,其中所述计量盘被容纳于所述容纳腔;以及
    一侧挡粉块,所述侧挡粉块从所述储粉圈的一侧延伸至另一侧,并且所述侧挡粉块轴连接于所述计量盘。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的机构,其中所述侧挡粉块具有一尖头和一台阶,所述尖头与所述台阶分别位于所述侧挡粉块的两侧,并且所述尖头用于将药粉搅拌均匀,所述台阶用于将药粉均匀地分布于所述计量盘。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的机构,其中所述侧挡粉块包括一上侧挡粉块、以及重叠地设置于所述上侧挡粉块的一下侧挡粉块,其中所述上侧挡粉块与所述下侧挡粉块的同一侧分别具有一尖头,并且所述上侧挡粉块的另一端形成一平台,相应地,所述下侧挡粉块的另一端形成一台阶。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的机构,其中所述台阶为下坡状台阶。
  5. 如权利要求1至3中任一所述的机构,还包括一支撑臂以及一支撑轴,其中所述支撑轴轴连接于所述计量盘,所述支撑臂的两端分 别连接于所述支撑轴与所述侧挡粉块,以使得所述侧挡粉块得以以所述支撑轴为中心轴做相对于所述计量盘的旋转运动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的机构,还包括一轴承座,其设置于所述计量盘,其中所述支撑轴设置并轴连接于所述轴承座。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的机构,还包括一中挡粉块,其设置于所述轴承座。
  8. 一种胶囊充填机,其特征在于,包括:
    一充填机本体,其包括一驱动主体;以及
    一药粉均布式充填机构,其进一步包括:
    一计量盘;
    一储粉圈,其具有一容纳腔,以用于存储药粉,其中所述计量盘被容纳于所述容纳腔;以及
    一侧挡粉块,所述侧挡粉块从所述储粉圈的一侧延伸至另一侧,并且所述侧挡粉块轴连接于所述计量盘,其中所述侧挡粉块耦接于所述驱动主体,以得以与所述驱动主体的运动同步。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的胶囊充填机,其中所述侧挡粉块具有一尖头和一台阶,所述尖头与所述台阶分别位于所述侧挡粉块的两侧,并且所述尖头用于将药粉搅拌均匀,所述台阶用于将药粉均匀地分布于所述计量盘。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的胶囊充填机,其中所述侧挡粉块包括一上侧挡粉块、以及重叠地设置于所述上侧挡粉块的一下侧挡粉块,其中所述上侧挡粉块与所述下侧挡粉块的同一侧分别具有一尖头,并且所述上侧挡粉块的另一端形成一平台,相应地,所述下侧挡粉块的另一端形成一台阶。
  11. 如权利要求9或10所述的胶囊充填机,其中所述台阶为下坡状台阶。
  12. 如权利要求8至10中任一所述的胶囊充填机,还包括一支撑臂以及一支撑轴,其中所述支撑轴轴连接于所述计量盘,所述支撑臂的两端分别连接于所述支撑轴与所述侧挡粉块,以使得所述侧挡粉块得以以所述支撑轴为中心轴做相对于所述计量盘的旋转运动。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的胶囊充填机,还包括一轴承座,其设置于所述计量盘,其中所述支撑轴设置并轴连接于所述轴承座。
  14. 如权利要求14所述的胶囊充填机,还包括一中挡粉块,其设置于所述轴承座。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的胶囊充填机,还包括一定位板,所述定位板具有一定位通道,所述支撑臂得以穿过所述定位通道。
  16. 如权利要求8所述的胶囊充填机,所述驱动本体为步进电机。
  17. 一种实现药粉均匀填充至胶囊的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    (a)固定胶囊;以及
    (b)通过驱动轴连接于一计量盘的一侧挡粉块,用于将药粉搅拌并传输均匀,以填充至所述胶囊。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述步骤(b)还包括步骤:
    (b.1)将一所述侧挡粉块轴连接于所述计量盘;
    (b.2)提供用于存储药粉的一储粉圈,所述侧挡粉块从所述储粉圈的一侧延伸至另一侧;以及
    (b.3)驱动所述侧挡粉块做相对于所述计量盘的运动,以分别搅拌和传输均匀药粉。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述侧挡粉块具有一尖头和一台阶,所述尖头与所述台阶分别位于所述侧挡粉块的两侧,并且所述尖头用于将药粉搅拌均匀,所述台阶用于将药粉均匀地分布于所述计量盘。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的方法,其中所述侧挡粉块包括一上侧挡粉块、以及重叠地设置于所述上侧挡粉块的一下侧挡粉块,其中所述上侧挡粉块与所述下侧挡粉块的同一侧分别具有一尖头,并且所述上侧挡粉块的另一端形成一平台,相应地,所述下侧挡粉块的另一端形成一台阶。
  21. 如权利要求19或20所述的方法,还包括一支撑臂以及一支撑轴,其中所述支撑轴轴连接于所述计量盘,所述支撑臂的两端分别连接于所述支撑轴与所述侧挡粉块,以使得所述侧挡粉块得以以所述支撑轴为中心轴做相对于所述计量盘的旋转运动。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的方法,还包括一轴承座,其设置于所述计量盘,其中所述支撑轴设置并轴连接于所述轴承座。
