Abstract

L'invention porte sur des compositions, des procédés d'utilisation et des procédés de fabrication pour un composé de blanchiment intercalé et sur des compositions correspondantes. Le composé de blanchiment intercalé répond à la formule Mx(OCl)y(O)m(OH)n où M représente un métal alcalinoterreux tel que le magnésium, le calcium ou un mélange de ceux-ci ; les valeurs de x et y sont chacune indépendamment égales à un nombre quelconque supérieur ou égal à 1 (par exemple 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) ; et m et n représentent chacun indépendamment un nombre quelconque supérieur ou égal à 0 (par exemple 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.), mais m et n ne valent pas tous deux 0. De plus, le rapport molaire du métal alcalinoterreux (par exemple magnésium ou le calcium) à l'hypochlorite est d'au moins 3:1. En d'autres termes, x est ≥ 3y. Les composés présentent une excellente stabilité, peu ou pas d'odeur de produit de blanchiment au chlore, d'excellentes caractéristiques de tampon de pH et moins de réactivité avec les matières organiques par comparaison avec d'autres produits de blanchiment au chlore.
